Khloe Kardashian was rushing to divorce Lamar Odom, so she could be with James Harden -- and only pulled the divorce papers because Lamar was in a coma.

Khloe went on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show to talk about Lamar's health, and her relationship with NBA superstar, Harden -- and she makes it seem like they never broke up throughout Odom's near-death experience.

TMZ broke the story ... when Khloe and Lamar called off their divorce, she hoped they would reconcile. But Monday morning, it sounded like Harden's been waiting in the wings all along. She told Ryan, "There are times I’m sure he was very uncomfortable with things. But I’m glad he’s been so supportive to me."

Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian were spotted together Friday night for the first time publicly since their breakup in July.

The two were in Malibu celebrating the release of celeb pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr's new book. In a video from the party, you can see them standing together ... and Scott looks totally tame.

They weren't the only big names at the event ... Justin Bieber, Patrick Schwarzenegger and Omarion also joined in.

As TMZ reported -- Kourtney has left the door open for Scott -- and we're told he's a completely new person now. Looks like they're starting off on the right foot.

Kylie Jenner escaped unscathed from her sisters' Mexican food fight Thursday night and glammed herself up for a night on the town with boyfriend Tyga.

Earlier in the evening, Kylie posted a video of Khloe and Kourtney in a good ol' fashioned food fight ... though really it was just Khloe dousing Kourtney with sour cream and guacamole.

Scott Disick is a changed man thanks to rehab, and the Kardashians are loving it ... so much so, Kourtney has NOT completely closed the door on a reconciliation.

We're told Scott spent time with his kids and some of the Kardashians Wednesday night, and seemed like "a whole new him." Our source says he's been "amazing" since checking into rehab last month, and he gets a day off here and there to see his kids.

And get this, Kourtney might still be open to patching things up. We're told it would take a LONG time for Scott to prove himself again, but it's not officially over.

Shortly before he met up with the fam, Disick was looking healthy and refreshed around Malibu.

Kris Jenner's 60th birthday ended with a bang ... from her boyfriend, or at least that's what she wants us to think.

Kris touched down at LAX on Wednesday -- returning from the "Victoria's Secret Fashion Show" -- and on the heels of her huge birthday extravaganza ... we had to know what was her fave gift.

With bf Corey Gamble right next to her, Kris gave us a very SLY answer and squarely put the SEX in sexagenarian. And right after that -- in slightly related news -- Kris gave us a review of her ex, Caitlyn Jenner's fashion in NYC.

Not awkward, at all.

Kylie Jenner's NYC tattoo artist says authorities will NEVER bust him for letting an unlicensed Kylie ink him up, but if they do ... he's ready and willing to pay the fine.

Bang Bang is the guy who gave KJ a new tatt on Monday night, before putting the tattoo gun in her hands. Kylie posted video of her handiwork, and as we first reported ... the NYC Health Dept. was looking into possibly fining him, anywhere from $300 to $1,000.

But he tells TMZ, they can't fine him because he and Kylie weren't caught in the act. He adds he's never been fined for letting celebs tattoo him. In fact, he believes he's doing a good deed -- "Isn't it best to learn under a licensed professional who can supervise?"

Bang Bang adds, "FYI, I'd pay $1,000 to let Kylie tattoo me any day of the week."

We're sure he's not alone.

Kylie Jenner went out and got a tattoo artist license -- is what you might think after watching this video, but she didn't ... and now a NYC tattoo shop could be in big trouble.

Kylie hit up Bang Bang Tattoos and got some fresh ink -- carefully placed on her ass/hip area. Totally kosher. The problem is KJ also took control of the ink at one point.

She posted a video of herself handling the tattoo gun, and tatting a crown and a "K" on the artist's leg. The artist fully consented, but it's a Health Dept. violation to let an unlicensed person operate the gun.

The NYC Dept. of Health and Mental Hygiene is aware of Kylie's video, and we're told Bang Bang will at least get a warning -- and possibly a hefty fine. Penalities can be anywhere from $300 to $1,000.

Kris Jenner's birthday party did not disappoint ... it was every bit the $2 million bash, with a Great Gatsby theme right down to the cars and the flappers, fireworks and a whole lot of food.

Hundreds of people showed up at The Lot in West Hollywood Friday night. The first order of business was fireworks ... they went off at around 6 PM and lit up the skies from the beach to downtown L.A.

The Kardashian brood was there in full force -- we're not sure about Rob and although Caitlyn was supposed to be there, we didn't see her. Khloe had no problem getting down on the dance floor with makeup artist Joyce Bonelli.

Melanie Griffith, Kyle Richards , Lisa Rinna, Harry Hamlin, Boy George, Tommy Hilfiger and lots of others joined in the festivities.

Kanye sang happy birthday ... which is always awesome.

Safe to say she had a good night.

Kris Jenner's Great Gatsby themed 60th is already on the road to being an epic bash ... crews are hauling in period cars to make the night authentic and awesome.

Kris Jenner, along with Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kylie, Kendall and Tyga ... all took a trip to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. Friday to wish Lamar Odom happy birthday.

Lamar, who turns 36 today, is alone and laid up ... he's been there since October 19.

We're told the family will hang out in his room for a while. We're also told a select group of Lamar's longtime friends are also there. Our sources say none of Lamar's friends who are there were part of Lamar's drug crew.

As we reported, the Kardashians are throwing a $2 million party for Kris' 60th birthday Friday night.

Kim Kardashian's less than 2 months from popping, and yet she's looking more like she had a big lunch ... than a woman on the verge of giving birth.

We got these pics of Kim shooting for "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" Thursday evening at Maria's Italian Kitchen in Calabasas. She was hanging with pal Jonathan Cheban, which isn't weird.

What IS weird is her apparently vanishing baby bump!

When the Kardashians throw a birthday party they go big, but they're about to outdo themselves with Kris Jenner's 60th ... it's gonna set the klan back $2 MILLION, TMZ has learned.

All six kids chipped in for her party Friday night ... even Rob, whose name appears on the invite. They rented a giant soundstage in West Hollywood, which will be filled with 300 people.

The theme is Great Gatsby, which is perfect ... the book's themes toy with old money vs. new money and the perception of class in society, so expect a lot of champagne and fireworks.

We're told there will be huge stars performing ... though no one's talking.

Our sources say there will be big, big celebs attending, in addition to the usuals ... Kanye, Tyga, Kris' close pal Melanie Griffith, bf Corey Gamble and Caitlyn.

Just kidding about the fireworks ... maybe.

Kylie Jenner wasn't about to let the world celebrate her mom's 60th birthday without an attention grab, so she pulled out the big guns -- a tank top, underwear and that's it.

Just like mama taught her.

Kim Kardashian and the fam have an unlikely ally in Nashville, and his name's Steven Tyler ... who's ready and willing to make room for their asses on any stage they want.

Steven was leaving a CMA after-party when we asked him about Rebel Wilson going off on the Jenner/Kardashian clan ... blasting them as talentless hacks.

Kardashian family matriarch Kris Jenner turns 60 on Thursday ... but she certainly doesn't look it!

You gotta love the honesty from Eric Dickerson ... who says if he was a young, star athlete today -- there's no way he'd date just one woman ... he'd try to sample ALL of the Kardashians!!!

This clip is awesome ... the NFL Hall of Famer tells TMZ Sports, athletes should go out and have a good time and enjoy ALL of the perks of being a celebrity ... as long as they do their job.

But when we specifically asked about Kim, Khloe, Kendall and the rest of the K-squad, Dickerson's answer was the best.
