Pia Mia knows it pays to keep up with the Kardashians ... the 17-year-old singer/friend of Kendall and Kylie Jenner just signed a recording contract that will make her rich -- not Kardashian rich ... but close enough.

Pia signed a multi-album deal with Interscope which pays 1.3 mil for her first album ... and up to $9 million more if Interscope green lights her next three albums.

And according to the contract -- obtained by TMZ -- she stands to make even more in bonuses ... if the albums are hits.

Pia -- who was born in Guam -- got her start on YouTube and hit it big when Kim K. posted video of her singing a Drake song at Kylie's 16th birthday party -- with Drake and Kanye front and center.

Scott Disick returned to the scene of the crime last night with a wine glass in hand as he partied with French Montana and Fat Joe at J.Lo's 45th birthday bash.

Interesting that Lord D posted the pic himself. We can't tell what's in the glass, but it seems Scott has gotten over the night of severe boozing in the Hamptons about a month ago that sent him to a hospital with alcohol poisoning.

As we told you ... that incident got Scott on the wagon -- sources told us he hadn't had a drink since.

Brody Jenner has zero relationship with Kanye West ... and that's a big reason why he didn't make the trek to Europe for Kim's wedding.

Kim's step-bro made the comments on his podcast Thursday, insisting he was not disrespecting Kim by being a no-show at her wedding but front and center at the wedding of her ex-BF Reggie Bush.

Brody says there are 2 other reasons he didn't show:

-- The wedding was way far away in Paris. It was actually Florence, but whatever.

Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian are being targeted by a grassroots movement to force them out of The Hamptons.

It's not exactly "Occupy Wall Street," but someone is plastering stickers on public signs around town where their reality show is filming -- K and K's faces crossed out with the hashtag "#NODASH."

The culprit hasn't been fingered ... but cops in the area tell us if anyone is caught defacing public property they'll be cited.

Scott Disick drank so much one night last month ... he made a beeline for the hospital because his system was poisoned with booze.

Sources connected with Scott and the Kardashians tell TMZ ... Scott went to a nightclub in The Hamptons on June 22. He began binge drinking. We got a pic of him with a beer in his hand but it seems he drank the harder stuff too. We're told he was drunk out of his mind.

We're told Scott told the friends who were with him ... he was so messed up he felt someone had drugged him. So Scott -- who could barely put a sentence together -- went to the ER at Southampton Hospital.

We're told Scott was admitted and tested for drugs but doctors concluded it was classic alcohol poisoning.

The incident occurred days AFTER Kourtney threw Scott out of their Hamptons rental. And the very day Scott went to the hospital ... Kourtney bailed and took the kids to California, where they celebrated North West's birthday.

Kim Kardashian stands to make around $85 MILLION from the new video game iPhone app that boasts her namesake ... more than she made last year in all of her other ventures combined ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the deal tell TMZ ... Kim's cut is 45% of net profits. The game -- "Kim Kardashian: Hollywood" -- is set to gross a reported $200 million this year alone.

We're told the actual expenses associated with the business are relatively low. A straight 45% cut of $200 million totals a whopping $90 million. Industry sources tell TMZ ... expenses would not exceed $10 million.

So ... we're no mathematicians, but 45% of $190 million is $85.5 MILLION FREAKING DOLLARS.

To put this in context ... according to Forbes, Kim made $28 million last year.

As you know ... the game is all about becoming a virtual celebrity, but it costs real money to buy your way to the top.

Now the bad news for Kim. We're told she has to pay her agent, Uncle Sam and, of course, Kris.

Kylie Jenner has broken the law AGAIN behind the wheel of her Mercedes.

Kylie was pulled over on the 101 Freeway Monday after cops noticed she was driving her G-Wagon with tinted windows. The CHP officer looked inside and saw the 16-year-old was driving with a friend.
Here's the problem. There's a law in California ... a new driver who is 16 can't have a teenager as a passenger unless there's also an adult 25 or over who is accompanying them.

So Kylie got 2 tickets -- one for tinted windows and the other for driving with a teen -- which add to her vehicular hijinks. She crashed the same SUV last August, 18 days after she got her license. And she also got a ticket allegedly for speeding in January.

They need that reality show to pay her insurance premium.

Brody Jenner called radishes on reports he and Kim Kardashian are in a blood feud.

Brody was at the 9th Annual All-Star Celebrity Kickoff Party Monday in West Hollywood when he was asked if he was intentionally dissing his step-sister by attending Reggie Bush's wedding but not hers.

Kanye West is NOT a reluctant member of reality television ... quite the opposite, he was actively involved in reality TV even before he hooked up with Kim Kardashian.

TMZ got hold of a failed pilot from 2010 -- starring Kanye's travel agent Brett Grolsch ... the self-proclaimed travel agent to the stars. The pilot is awful, but there's a big scene with none other than Kanye, schooling the agent on his choice of European flights to the U.S.

And speaking of flying ... Kanye has some revealing things to say on why he hates airports ... the place that has repeatedly gotten him in serious legal trouble.

Andrey Hicks sent a website an email he claimed was written by Kim herself, admitting the two had an affair in Monaco shortly before her wedding to Kris ... and it was "a mistake."

Now Kim's lawyer, Marty Singer, has sent Andrey -- better known as inmate #21236-055 -- a letter ripping into him, calling him "a swindling convict and a liar," adding Andrey has even called himself "a greedy capitalist who went to jail for a greedy scheme."

In fact ... Andrey is a greedy capitalist who went to PRISON for a greedy, hedge fund scheme.

As for the email, Singer says the email is fake ... and Kim never ever sent it.

Here's the best part. Singer calls Andrey out for claiming he got a Ph.D in mathematics from Harvard, saying, "...you dropped out of Harvard after three semesters and earned a D- in the only math course you took at Harvard."

Kim Kardashian is so famous ... a dentist is trying to sell a judgment he got against the reality star for nearly FOUR TIMES what it's worth ... because she's just that famous.

The backstory is great. Kim went to Dr. Craig Gordon back in 2001 to switch out her silver fillings for more attractive porcelain fillings. According to a 2002 lawsuit ... Kim stiffed the dentist ... but she was a no show in court and he got a default judgment for $1,605.73.

Dr. Gordon tried in vain to collect ... even going as far as trying to prevent her from divorcing Kris Humphries until she paid the judgment ... but that didn't work.

So now Dr. Gordon is trying to sell his judgment to the highest bidder ... someone who either likes or hates Kim so much, they'll spend time and money to get a check from KK herself.

Now here's the best part. Since interest has accumulated, the judgement has swelled to $3,486.85. The good doctor believes he can sell it for $13,000 ... he says because of its "collectible value."

Now that's what you call a judgment with teeth.

The relationship problems between Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian are more about alcohol than partying ... sources connected with the couple tell TMZ.

As you know Kourtney threw Scott out of their house recently because she was fed up with the way he parties. Now we know the way ... and it involves booze.

We're told Kourtney was upset because when Scott went out he got wasted, and when he came home it wasn't pretty. It's not that he did it every night, but when he did she went ballistic.

Here's the good news. Kourtney has no problem with Scott going to clubs. In fact ... he makes a lot of money doing appearances, and it's good for the Kardashian business.

For Scott's part ... he's promised Kourtney he'd stay away from the bottle when he went clubbing, and so far so good.

Disick took home a nice paycheck -- around 50k -- for his gig Saturday night at Harrah's Pool After Dark. Our spies say he didn't have a single drink all night but did smoke a bunch of cigarettes.

And he wore some cool shoes.

As we previously reported, Scott and Kourtney have been working on their marital problems with the pastor who married Kim and Kanye. Our sources say Pastor Wilkerson has been a good influence on Scott and he's cut back on the drinking big time.

We're told with baby #3 on the way, Scott is ready to settle down and be a good dad.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West don't see bedrooms and bathrooms in their new mansion ... they see dollar signs ... and that's why they're going to sell it and officially enter the house-flipping market.

Kim and Kanye bought an $11 million mansion in Bel Air last year and did a major redo. Their plan going in was to live in it, but sources connected with the couple tell us ... they've been told they could make millions if they sell it so, like Ellen, they're saying 'Why not?"

But this won't just be a one off. We're told Kim and Kanye enjoyed the renovation process so much they've decided to make it a side business. Their plan is to renovate several houses/estates a year.

As for why they think they have what it takes ... actually, their angle is that they know the best people in various fields of home renovation -- architects, landscapers, interior designers, etc.

As for their living situation ... we're told Kim and Kanye are happy living with Kris Jenner for now. Plenty of space, and a built-in babysitter.

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are hanging out with the pastor who officiated over Kim and Kanye's wedding, so it's not a big leap to assume Kourtney and Scott are following suit ... but that leap would leave you hanging.

Sources closely connected to the family tell us ... Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr. is actually counseling Kourtney and Scott over their relationship problems.

The handsome pastor was out with the couple Monday night in the Meatpacking District in NYC ... everyone was mum, but we're told Scott's partying has become a serious issue in the relationship and that's why Wilkerson is now a visible presence.
