Sources familiar with the sale tell TMZ ... Gleb listed the Morongo Valley property for $1.4 million Saturday as he and ex Elena Samodanova remain locked in a contentious custody fight involving their two daughters.

The 3 bed, 4 bath home spans nearly 2,700 square feet and sits on just under 5 acres, offering sweeping views toward Mt. San Jacinto.

Judge Jackie Glass, who succeeded Nancy Grace as host of the courtroom TV show "Swift Justice," has died ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Glass died Friday afternoon in Las Vegas.

Nancy hosted the first season of "Swift Justice" in 2010 before Glass, a former Clark County, Nevada judge, took over for the show's second and final season in 2011. The series handled small claims disputes before Glass, who delivered binding rulings from the TV courtroom. It ran through April 2012.

"Vanderpump Rules" alum Brittany Cartwright claims she has videos of her estranged husband, Jax Taylor, berating her over her weight ... and she's using them to get a restraining order and custody of their kid ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained transcripts of video recordings Brittany is using as evidence as she tried to get a permanent restraining order against Jax and custody of their child.

In one alleged video, dated April 2017, Jax told Brittany, "I don't need that s***. I want a confident f***ing skinny-ass bitch that's gonna f***ing walk around and be like, 'Yeah, go ahead, do what you wanna do.' I don't need some f***ing little bitch that's going to be crying."

Jax Taylor's lawyer says Brittany Cartwright is using her restraining order allegations to try to wreck Jax's career and cut off his income.

Jax's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, tells TMZ ... Brittany's filing is part of a campaign to "weaponize the internet" against his client ... accusing her of trying to disturb Jax's peace, ruin his career, and destroy his financial opportunities.

The lawyer says Jax "categorically disputes" several of Brittany's claims and has extensive evidence and communications that will tell "a very different story" when the matter gets before a judge.

Heather Locklear and Lorenzo Lamas are loving life together ... even if they jokingly tell us otherwise.
