The threat came after a scathing exchange between Brown and Raz yesterday afternoon -- which erupted when Raz made comments about Brown's attack on Rihanna.

But after Brown retaliated with several racial and gay slurs directed at Raz -- the B2K singer's brother stepped in ... posting a video message saying, "If I see you in L.A. my dude, I'm gonna put my mother fu**ing pistol in your mouth."

Raz's brother, Ricky Romance -- who's also a singer -- added, "Step your game up homeboy ... when I see you my n**ga, I will smack you in the mouth, beat you, drag you down the street and treat you like a little b**ch my n**ga. This ain't no mother f**king game homeboy. You ain't welcome in L.A. and if I catch you alone, watch what I'ma do to you."

Last night, Brown twittered a response, "Ill be in LA REAL SOON!!!!!!"

UPDATE: RazB's rep tells TMZ ... "Raz B wanted to make sure everyone knows that what his brother says does not represent him."

Brown got into it with singer Raz B -- after Raz tweeted Brown, "Im just sittin here Thinking how can n**gas like [Eric Benet] and [Chris Brown] disrespect women as Intelligent as Halle Berry, Rihanna."

Brown immediately lashed back -- writing, "n**ga you want attention! Grow up n**ga!!! Dick in da booty ass lil boy."

Brown is clearly referring to allegations Raz had made a while back -- in which he clamis he was molested by his band's male manager.

Brown continued his attack -- and then tried to explain himself ... tweeting, "I'm not homophobic! He's just disrespectful!!!"

As we previously reported, Brown had recently posted a photo of his diploma from his court-ordered anger management program.

Brown is still on probation for another couple of years.

Just a few hours ago, Kelly went to her Twitter account and revealed, "Someone has hacked my mail account the police are now involved who ever did this is in big HUGE trouble!!"

But Kelly also points out the perp's mistake -- saying, "The ass that hacked my account had all my emails forwarded to his email address so I now know who it is I will find u & u will be arrested."

NPH went on to say that Ray Wise took on the role instead.

TMZ has learned ... pharmaceutical mogul Stewart Rahr donated roughly $500,000 earlier today to the Digital Death campaign ... which benefits the Keep a Child Alive organization.

Woods decided to respond to a bunch of his followers today -- blasting out 23 tweets in less than an hour.

Among the revelations:

-- He loves the movie Caddyshack
-- He can "barely grow" a goatee
-- His favorite teams are the Lakers, Dodgers and Raiders
-- He eats a "peanut & banana sandwich & almonds" during golf rounds.

Tiger also responded to a tweet from a follower who wrote, "I'm a retired Special Ops Guy like your dad. I got divorced and it was tough as hell. I have faith in you!"

LiLo hasn't tweeted since late September, right around the time she went back to rehab. She famously took to her Twitter page around that time to admit to a failed drug test.

Tiger just tweeted, "What's up everyone. Finally decided to try out twitter!"

Fiddy was braggin' about his wealth on Twitter yesterday, posting all sorts of cash-heavy photos along with captions like, "Holy sh*t bat man I think I'm rich" ... and "Who said I don't have a heart."

It seems to have all began when Handler got wind of a Cannon upcoming comedy show ... which prompted her to tweet, "I just heard nick cannon is starting a comedy tour. Who's going to do the comedy?"

Cannon was not pleased, posted a few tweets expressing that, then got personal: "Everyone knows @Chelseahandler had sex with the head of E! for her show. So when its canceled does he get residual p***y for the reruns?"

Cannon posted several other things since then (including some things about photo of her and 50 Cent), Handler mixed in a grape soda joke, and things have gone quiet for the time being.

Kanye posted nearly 100 tweets in a little over two hours. It started innocently enough with: "Man I love Twitter... I've always been at the mercy of the press but no more... The media tried to demonize me."

Then it moved on to: "Remember in Anchor Man when Ron Burgandy cursed on air and the entire city turned on him? But this wasn't a joke. This was & is my real life."

And: "People tweeted that they wish I was dead... No listen. They wanted me to die people. I carry that. I smile and take pictures through that."

Then he finally brought up Taylor: "I wrote a song for Taylor Swift that's so beautiful and I want her to have it. If she won't take it then I'll perform it for her."

Later: "When I woke up from the crazy nightmare I looked in the mirror and said GROW UP KANYE ... I take the responsibility for my actions ... I am not a bad person. Even in that moment I was only trying to do good but people don't always need my help ... Beyonce didn't need that. MTV didn't need that and Taylor and her family friends and fans definitely didn't want or need that."

After several more it ended with, "I'm sorry Taylor."

Kanye has gone Twitter silent since then.

Hilton was found to have less than a gram of pot and was released shortly thereafter.

If any of this sounds familiar, that's because it is -- Paris was held briefly for the same thing two weeks ago while watching the World Cup in South Africa. Cops let Paris skate after they decided it was her friend who had the weed.

Looks like Paris is gonna need another friend.
