It's official: Hip-hop duo Mobb Deep's putting their beef on the back burner ... and officially heading out on a 20th anniversary tour later this spring ... TMZ has learned.

The duo -- a.k.a. Havoc and Prodigy -- were entwined in an intense rap feud ever since Havoc tore into Prodigy on Twitter ... claiming among other things that Prodigy had engaged in a slew of jailhouse relationships during his 3-year stint in the slammer.

But now, the two rappers have let bygones be bygones ... and recently announced they're headed back on the road together. First stop? The Paid Dues festival in L.A. this March.

Sources close to the group say it's just the first of many shows -- and will act as the unofficial kickoff for their April world tour ... where they'll be celebrating 20 years as a group.

File this under things Hulk Hogan probably shouldn't have done -- publicly brag about his own daughter's sexy legs ... complete with the photographic evidence to back up his creepy opinion.

Hulk posted the photo of 24-year-old Brooke Hogan for his nearly 500,000 Twitter followers yesterday -- along with the caption, "Brooke's legs" -- which is kinda weird ... since ... you know ... HE'S HER DAD.

Joan Rivers just posted this picture on her Twitter page with the following caption:

Miley Cyrus is trying to put a stop to a new sick trend that's emerged on the Internet -- a trend that involves self-described Justin Bieber fans mutilating their bodies after seeing the pics of the singer smoking pot.

The hashtag #cut4bieber has become the top U.S. trend on Twitter ... after people began posting photos featuring bleeding arms, allegedly the result of "cutting" by disappointed fans looking to pressure the singer into giving up his pot habit.

In fact, someone even started a website encouraging Bieber fans to cut themselves and post photos of the carnage .... until Bieber gives up marijuana for good.

But moments ago, Miley Cyrus weighed in on the troubling trend -- retweeting a messaging saying:

"#cut4bieber? Cutting is NOT something to joke about. There are people who are actually suffering from self-harm, this is so disrespectful."

Former LA Lakers coach Phil Jackson has finally popped the question to his longtime girlfriend Jeanie Buss -- after 12 years of dating -- but the real question ... could this affect the Zen Master's possible coaching gig with the Brooklyn Nets?

Our Lakers source tells us the engagement went down on Christmas day, but Jeanie -- daughter of Lakers owner Jerry Buss -- didn't reveal the ring until moments ago.

The rumors have been swirling for weeks -- but Jessica has been mum about the mom situation ... until now.

Miley Cyrus is having a really ruff day ... because her super cute pooch Lila has officially checked in to the big dog park in the sky.

Miley took to Twitter moments ago to break the tragic news to her fans, tweeting ... "My heart has never been so broken. Lila my sweet baby girl has passed away."

She added, "Can't think of one good reason to get out of bed today."

It's unclear how Lila kicked the can, but she was only two years old.

Shannen Doherty had NO IDEA how to explain to a 911 dispatcher why she was calling from across the country to report a suicide threat -- after a NJ fan threatened to kill herself on Twitter last month -- so she settled on the "I'm an actress" routine ... and TMZ has the audio.

TMZ broke the story ... Shannen phoned police in Westhampton Township after receiving several disturbing messages from the fan on Twitter.

In the call, Doherty says, "This is going to sound incredibly strange ... my name is Shannen Doherty and I'm an actress. I'm on Twitter, sadly, and there is a girl that is threatening to shoot herself and she lives somewhere over there."

As we reported, officers were dispatched to the fan's home following Shannen's call -- and were able to confirm the fan was okay. According to the WTPD, officers met with the fan (a 27-year-old woman) who said she had no intentions of actually harming herself.

As for the rest of the 911 call, it's pretty standard -- except for the very end, when the dispatcher breaks character to tell Shannen how his co-workers are obsessed with her.

Ice-T is FURIOUS after pics of CoCo and rapper AP.9 surfaced on the internet Friday ... with the two looking pretty friendly in Vegas. Specifically they're seen dancing, hugging, cheek-kissing and holding each other ... like really, really, close.

Ice made his feelings crystal clear on Twitter, saying ... "Don't get it twisted, I'm not happy about this s**t."

He continued, "Most of [the pics] are disrespectful and in bad taste. She's made me look and feel like s**t. I say this on Twitter because there's no way to avoid the obvious misconduct of a married couple."

A crazed fan has been stalking Kat Von D ... showing up at her L.A. home and sending her creepy messages on the Internet -- this according to Kat Von D, and now, a judge has hit the guy with a restraining order.

Kat just filed her request for the stay-away order in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming a man named Michael Nunn has been contacting her relentlessly on Twitter -- talking about her personal business and even posting her home phone number on the web.

Kat says she's had multiple close encounters with Nunn over the last seven months -- first in April, when he showed up at her house and called her phone ... and again in June at a public event.

Kat says the scary messages have continued on Twitter non-stop -- and she believes Nunn exhibits "delusional and paranoid tendencies, including the belief that the FBI is watching him."

Israeli supermodel Bar Refaeli just tweeted this photo of her ass ... because she felt like it.

Steven Tyler says Nicki Minaj is dead wrong ... he's not a racist ... and has now issued an Angus T. Jones-style quasi-apology for the controversial comments he made about the new "American Idol" judge.

Minaj had publicly unloaded on Tyler ... after the Aerosmith singer insinuated Nicki doesn't appreciate rock music and "would have sent [Bob Dylan] to the cornfield" if he had appeared on the show.

Nicki fired back on Twitter, "That’s a racist comment. You assume that I wouldn’t have liked Bob Dylan??? why? black? rapper? what? go f*** yourself and worry about yourself babe."

But yesterday, Tyler finally explained himself on the Canadian talk show, "eTalk," saying, "I apologize if it was taken wrong, Nicki ... but I am the farthest from [being a racist]."

He added, "I am the last thing on this planet as far as being a racist. I don't know where she got that out of me saying I'm not sure how she would've judged Bob Dylan."

No word if Nicki has accepted the "apology."

They're like Justin and Selena ... but with protective orders. Chris Brown and Rihanna were on again ... off again ... and now apparently on again.

RiRi just tweeted this pic Saturday night of CB kickin' it half-naked in bed -- bare-chested with his drawers out -- then posted it for her 26 million Twitter followers.
