Kevin Hart and Mike Epps' epic Twitter war has gotten nasty, personal, and sometimes hysterical -- but more than anything else ... it's FAKE, and TMZ's got the evidence straight from Kevin's mouth.

The shots started flying when Mike went on the radio last weekend and called Kevin the most overrated comedian out there.

Then things really got heated when Kevin fired back with a tweet that Mike needed help selling tickets to his shows, adding, "Why don't you do us all a favor and Kill your god damn self."

Brutal ... no doubt, but here's the problem -- Kevin and Mike went HAM like this last year, and when we grilled Kev about it (in March of 2013) ... he totally copped to it being a social media set up.

Thanks to "Sister Sister" star Tia Mowry we now know why some celebs can't stop Tweeting -- because they can make a bloody fortune doing it ... but Mowry claims she got bamboozled out of her earnings by a double-dealing agent.

Tia filed a lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- which shows she made deals to send sponsored Tweets for certain companies ... deals that were supposed to have paid her more than $108,000!!

But according to the suit ... the agent she hired to handle her Twitter deals soaked her for far more than the 10% commission to which he was entitled -- and instead took more than HALF of the Tweet deal cash.

Justin Bieber finally responded to Drake Bell's incessant Twitter insults by crashing his album release party Thursday night and basically saying ... YOUR FANS LIKE ME BETTER.

Bell and Bieber have a long-standing beef of sorts ... really it's just Bell constantly insulting Bieber on Twitter, but the Biebs never responds ... until last night.

Bieber pulled up to Mixology at the Grove in Los Angeles last night where Bell's event was going down. He simply rolled down his window ... which caused the crowd to go BONKERS.

But Bieber didn't stop there -- he posted a video of the screaming fans to his Instagram account, but didn't even bother to mention Bell, saying, "So nice seeing my fans at the grove tonight."

THEN he posted a photo on Instagram (see below) of Bell looking down at Bieber's van mobbed by fans with the caption: "Why is @justinbieber sprinter van getting more attention than my album release party." Bieber eventually took it down.

Our sources say the evening ended when things got heated between a guy in Bieber's entourage, Milk Tyson, and Bell's dad.

As the old saying goes ... Biebs who laughs last, laughs best.

Jennette McCurdy's beef with Nickelodeon is strictly about the almighty dollar ... and how she makes less than her "Sam & Cat" co-star Ariana Grande ... TMZ has learned.

McCurdy was a no-show at the Kids' Choice Awards over the weekend, and took to Twitter to air her grievances, writing, "I was put in an uncomfortable, compromising, unfair situation (many of you have guessed what it is) and I had to look out for me. I chose to not go because sticking up for what is right and what is fair is what my mom taught me is ALWAYS the most important thing."

McCurdy was quick to explain she was talking about Nickelodeon and NOT her racy photo scandal.

Our sources say the source of McCurdy's dissatisfaction is rooted in her paycheck. We're told the pint-sized star is pissed that Grande makes WAY MORE money than her and she's been trying to renegotiate her deal ... so far to no avail.

The show is one of the most popular on the network, but production has been halted and so far a second season has yet to be ordered.

Nude pics of Terrell Owens' estranged wife have popped up on the Internet ... and she's hinting that T.O. may be responsible for leaking them.

The photos of Rachel Snider hit Twitter today showing the ex-postal worker posing for bathroom selfies ... some topless, some bottomless ... and some that look like they're straight out of Hustler.

Gotta say ... some of 'em do make ya think T.O. should try to patch things up.

Snider confirmed the pics are definitely her, but adds they were taken for T.O. ... and intended for his eyes only.

Translation: she thinks he could be connected to the the Twitter handle sending out the pics.

Rachel says she's contacted Twitter HQ to report the user behind the x-rated tweets, but so far they're still up.

T.O.'s rep hasn't responded to our calls for comment.

Baylor didn't just crush Creighton in the NCAA tourney this weekend -- they GANG BANGED the hell out of 'em ... at least according to the official Baylor Athletics twitter page.

Allow us to explain ... during the shalacking, Fox Sports Southwest analyst David Ubben tweeted, "Baylor's running a train on Creighton."

The Baylor Athletics page retweeted the post a short time later ... which is typically a sign of approval from the retweeter.

It didn't take long for Twitter peeps to educate Dubben on the meaning of the phrase "running a train" -- and he immediately posted, "Apparently I need to spend more time reading urban dictionary. My apologies on that last tweet. It's been deleted."

At the time of this post, the tweet was still on the Baylor Athletics site.

Richie Incognito is back -- 3 weeks after being admitted to a psychiatric care unit -- and he's already TWEETING AGAIN.

Richie resurfaced on Twitter late Tuesday night ... writing, "I missed you guys. Thanks goes out to my family and friends for the tremendous amount of support."

He added, "I look forward to getting back to work ASAP."

Incognito also said, "It's great to be HOME in Arizona."

We broke the story Richie was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold in AZ back in February after smashing his Ferrari with a baseball bat in front of his Scottsdale home.

"Big Brother" season 11 star Dr. Michele Ross had a ROUGH weekend at the hospital ... she claims she got placed on a psychiatric hold after doctors ignored her desperate pleas for help.

Ross (who went by Michele Noonan on the show) tells TMZ ... she rushed herself to Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in L.A. Friday after suffering terrible pains related to her endometriosis (a uterus problem). Ross says doctors were about to discharge her without performing a laparoscopy to help diagnose the source of the pain when she told them, "I am in so much pain I want to die."

Well once doctors heard "want to die" ... Michele claims they treated it as a suicidal threat and immediately placed her on psychiatric hold. Ross claims she was locked in a room with security standing guard at the door ... until a psychiatrist came to evaluate her.

Ross says she was finally allowed to leave Saturday ... but not until hospital staff threw away the prescription pot brownies she had. And she says she never got the procedure she wanted.

She tells TMZ ... even though she's a neuroscientist, she gets treated like a crazy person because she has blue hair. Or as we like to call it ... Bynesism.

Miley Cyrus' tour bus went up in flames last night ... and when we say up in flames ... we mean UP IN FLAMES.

Miley's sister Noah posted a series of videos on Instagram last night with the caption "Tour bus down!" She later confirmed on Twitter that no one was injured.

9:20 AM PT -- The tour bus was ferrying Miley's mom and sister before it burst into flames. We're told the fire was caused by a tire that exploded, but thankfully, they both escaped unharmed.

There was one casualty however -- the stuffed bunny they got at Cracker Barrel earlier in the day. Noah Instagrammed the bunny photo after the accident.

Terrell Owens just experienced his first L.A. earthquake ... and he's handling it just like we thought he would -- crying.

Moments after a 4.4 shaker rolled through Westwood early Monday morning, T.O. went right to Twitter ... saying, "I'm scared!! Can I get someone to come cuddle with me?! I'm from Alabama, we don't get stuff like this! #earthquake."

T.O. wasn't the first athlete to go through the L.A. rite of passage this morning -- Grant Hill also joined the club ... tweeting, "Just felt my first earthquake tremor in LA... Scary!!!"

But the best reaction had to go to L.A. native Baron Davis -- who wrote, "Hopefully this earthquake will convince a lot people living here,, 2 move back to where they live before... Cutdown traffic #justsaying."

The girl who puked all over Lady Gaga's chest during SXSW this week says Demi Lovato needs to calm down ... because their performance wasn't meant to glamorize squat.

Performance artist Millie Brown tells TMZ ... she and Gaga did not intend to offend anyone struggling with bulimia -- they were attempting to challenge the concept of beauty.

Millie says, "there's a clear difference between using my body to create something beautiful, to express myself and feel powerful, rather than using it to punish myself and conform to society's standards."

As we previously reported ... Demi blasted the performance yesterday saying it glamorized bulimia.

Lil Boosie got some high-profile support during his stint behind bars ... telling TMZ Sports he got a phone call from Heisman Trophy winner Jameis Winston the day after FSU won the title.

Here's how it all happened ...

Famous Jameis is a HUGE Boosie fan and during his Freshman year at Florida State, he would often quote Boosie's lyrics to his team, on social media and sometimes during interviews with reporters.

In fact, Jameis said he listened to Boosie in the locker room right before he took the field on Jan. 6.

Word got back to Boosie, who was serving time in Angola State Penitentiary on drug charges, and the rapper tells us he sent a message to JW that he'd love to talk with him when he had the chance.

So ... according to Boosie, Winston phoned the rapper the day after FSU won the National Championship and the two got along like old friends.

"We chopped it up ... I told him I was a fan of his also."

Boosie says he told Jameis to "stay focused" and let him know that he'll be continuing to root for the guy ... even though he's a die-hard LSU fan.

When LeBron James tweets, Samsung listens ... especially when he's complaining about a HUGE problem with his cell phone -- since LBJ is a pitchman for the company.

The drama began earlier today when 'Bron tweeted, "My phone just erased everything it has in it and rebooted. One of the sickest feelings I've ever had in my life."

We spoke to a rep for Samsung who essentially told us the company scrambled the jets to remedy the problem that blasted to LeBron's 12 MILLION followers.

"We are following the situation," the rep tells us ... "We have a team looking into it. There should be more information soon."

LeBron, probably realizing he made a pretty huge boo boo, deleted the tweet ... and replaced it a short time later with some new info: "Close call. Wheew! Got all my info back. Gamer! Lol."

Roseanne Barr tried to rouse a lynch mob to terrorize George Zimmerman's parents ... because she wanted vigilante justice after the shooting of Trayvon Martin ... according to a new lawsuit.

Robert and Gladys Zimmerman are suing the comedienne ... claiming they feared for their lives after Barr made angry comments about the Zimmermans on Twitter in 2012 ... and even posted their home address online.

The lawsuit claims Barr intentionally tried to cause the Zimmermans emotional distress and great physical harm, by inciting mob violence.

Here's a tip Emily Post would approve of ... when nature calls, consider the help ... at least, that's the Brown Code that Bengals safety George Iloka lives by.

The 23-year-old defensive stud just faced that exact situation in his home ... tweeting:

"I gotta take a big ol s**t but my cleanin lady still here. And she super nice so I dont even wanna do her like that by tearin up the bathroom."

Way to do her a solid, man.

"Darren Sharper" is apparently becoming a slang term for raping a woman ... at least according to Arizona Cardinals defensive stud Darnell Dockett.

The 3-time Pro Bowler went on Twitter the other day and spelled it out ... writing:

"My boy just said 'Man I saw a girl so bad today I wish I had that DS for her.' I said what's DS? He said that Darren sharper."

Sharper has been charged with drugging and raping 2 women in Los Angeles ... and he's facing similar allegations in 4 other states, including Arizona.
