T.I. took direct aim at Azealia Banks for trashing his wife, warning that she may have a serious neck problem is she continues to insult Tiny.

Banks ignited the war by taking a shot at T.I.'s wife Tiny this week when she tweeted, "U want no mediocre but ... Have you seen your wife?" ... which is a play on T.I.'s new song, "No Mediocre."

T.I. responded with force on Twitter ... and then made it clear to our photog last night ... he's fair game but he will go after ANYONE who takes cheap shots at his family.

The trucker who caused the fatal car crash that left Tracy Morgan in critical condition says he was not high on drugs or drunk when he slammed into the SUV ... and believes he's being skewered because a celeb was hurt in the accident.

A twitter account which appears to be Walmart trucker Kevin Roper was very active early Tuesday morning ... with a remorseful Roper saying, "I wish it was me and I can't express how horrible I feel."

Roper also denies reports he hadn't slept for 24 hours, claiming the bad press is all about finding a scapegoat, as he says, "because a famous person was involved." He wrote, "I was never charged at the scene of the accident because once again i was not guilty of any crime. Not until all the TV cameras came."

Roper seems to say he was not negligent and therefore not responsible for the crash, suggesting he was not at fault.

The driver of the 18 wheeler who slammed into Tracy Morgan's limo Friday night was reportedly a road hog and proud of it, tweeting "Trying to win more than lose! Driving trucks for a living. It's my road. Move or get hit! #Walmart."

Kevin Roper turned himself in after being charged with death by auto. He was released a short time later. James McNair was killed in the crash. Tracy remains in critical condition and he'll be in the hospital for a while.

The New York Daily News spotted what they say is Roper's tweet. A short time later Roper's twitter account became private.

A friend of Roper's told the Daily News the account was the real deal, although Walmart disputes it.

J.J. Abrams attempted to shoot down the Millennium Falcon dreams of 'Star Wars' fans -- but is actually going to send them into hyperspace with his first comment about TMZ's super secret set photos.

The Episode VII director tweeted a pic of a handwritten note ... complaining the photos got out and wished people would stop "making ridiculous claims that the Millennium Falcon is in the movie."

Sounds like he's dismissing the pics TMZ posted of what damn sure looks like the Falcon under construction -- but a closer look at his Twitpic reveals J.J.'s really giving fans a nudge and a wink.

J.J.'s note is pinned to something that looks JUST like the famous game board on Han Solo's ship.
So, he's either toying with fans' emotions -- or acknowledging the Falcon's gonna fly again in a very cool way.

"Modern Family" star Eric Stonestreet called out Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley for being rude to his mother on a flight yesterday, but Stanley claims the whole thing was a misunderstanding.

Stonestreet ripped the rockers on Instagram, claiming Simmons tried to "bully" his mom out of her seat and then mocked her by asking for her autograph -- and even threw in an old lady jab, calling her ... "Aunt Bee."

But Simmons fired back ... claiming the whole thing was made up, and he "would never be mean, especially to mothers."

Stanley also tweeted that the whole mess was just a "misunderstanding of joking."

Stonestreet accepted the sort-of-apology with a white flag tweet, "Thank u for that. She did tell me you let her go first. I will tape my glow in the dark KISS posters back together now."

Scout Willis walked around New York City completely topless ... not for fun or comfort, but to protest Instagram's policy when it comes to female nudity.

Using the popular hashtag #FreeTheNipple, Willis posted photos and a series of tweets on Tuesday to voice her outrage over Instagram's rules about female nudity. She captioned the photos "Legal in NYC but not on @instagram."

Scout also posted a photo of a barely covered (and rather buxom) woman from Dan Bilzerian's infamous Instagram and said ... "@instagram pictures of breast cancer survivors have been flagged+deleted but this is super #sick and #hot amiright???"

El Paso cops are investigating a breach in jailhouse security ... they want to know how in the world Wiz Khalifa managed to sneak a selfie while he was in lockup.

We broke the story ... Khalifa was busted early Sunday at an airport security checkpoint for trying to carry weed on a plane. He was hauled off to jail ... where he took a selfie and tweeted it out.

Now we're told police brass have launched an investigation because inmates are NOT allowed to take pics in the jail with their phones. Cops want to know if Khalifa was left unsupervised or if one of the jailers was a star f-er and facilitated the pic.

Rihanna better run for cover ... because she just made Charlie Sheen's s*** list in the worst way possible -- after rejecting Charlie's request to introduce his fiancee to the singer.

Charlie just launched into a tirade on Twitter, describing his sour encounter with Rihanna Wednesday night at the ritzy Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica.

Charlie said he was there celebrating the birthday of his fiancee Scottine (formerly Brett Rossi) ... and when he found out Rihanna was there too, he sent a request to the singer's table for a meet-and-greet ... because Rossi's a big fan.

But Charlie says his request was DENIED -- "there were too many paps outside" -- and now, the Warlock is back with a vengeance.

Sheen wrote, "Nice impression you left behind, Bday or not. Sorry we're not KOOL enough to warrant a blessing from the Princess (or in this case the Village idiot)."

Then he unloaded on Rihanna's wigged out get-up -- "Halloween isn't for a while. but good on you for testing out your costume in public. it's close; a more muted pink might be the answer, as in: none."

Pat Sajak is spinning the wheel of backtracking ... on his controversial tweet attacking scientists who believe global warming is an actual thing.

The "Wheel of Fortune" host grabbed some letters for a sort of apology, saying ... "Of course I was joking. Just mocking the name-calling that is directed at global warming skeptics within and without the scientific community."

Kevin Hart's version of how his marriage ended is all wrong -- so says his ex-wife, who refuses to back down ... telling TMZ he cheated with his present girlfriend ... no matter how he tries to spin it.

Here's what's gone down so far -- Hart took to Twitter this morning to say his current girlfriend, Eniko Parrish, had nothing to do with his divorce from Torrei Hart ... after Torrei accused Kevin of being unfaithful with Parrish during their marriage.

Now Torrei tells us Kevin is simply lying ... claiming he was with Parrish when Torrei and Kevin were still married. She says, "Our divorce was finalized two years ago and we were only separated eight months prior to the divorce.

She adds, "Despite what Kevin has said, and the time frames he is trying to establish, she was his mistress and was one of the reasons that broke up my family."

Torrie also says Kevin should not discuss their personal matters on Twitter -- "Show some respect, show some compassion, take ownership. Don’t run to Twitter like you’re in 12th grade. Be a grown man, own up to your s***."

Kevin Hart just unleashed an angry rant on ex-wife for slamming his current girlfriend, but Hart handled it maturely ... refusing to slam his ex even once (well okay, maybe one time).

Kevin was set off by an interview Torrei Hart did bashing Kevin's GF Eniko Parrish ... saying she wanted to knock her out for breaking up her marriage to Kevin.

In his response, Hart tweeted Parrish had nothing to do with his divorce and said he was disappointed Torrei slammed Eniko because he has "embraced the man that she is dealing with with nothing but positivity."

Well, not all positive ... Kevin got in this jab -- "Guess giving a woman over 20k a month and still being there for her and being a incredible father isn't enough!"

Kevin's rant went on and on until this awesome punchline -- "P.S. I was listening to "Drake's" album while I was tweeting all that stuff...lmfao That s*** made me emotional lmfao."

Rob Kardashian says he's a fully grown man and doesn't need blogs to tell him he's fat.

Rob is scoffing at reports that he checked into fat camp and rehab to lose the lbs. He tweeted, "Then why am i still fat u fools??"

This photo of Rob leaving LAX for Kim's wedding in Paris Sunday triggered all the hubbub. He says, "I don't believe in rehab or therapy or anything of that sort."

As for losing the weight, he says, "I'm a grown man and will work on myself when i choose," adding, "I'm aware that I'm fat that def aint a surprise to me lol and my only therapy will be in the gym ..."

Joel McHale does not picture himself as the new host of "The Late Late Show," although he does picture himself with the guy who will decide who gets the gig.

A big rumor flared up this week after Joel took a pic with CBS Prez Les Moonves and Julie Chen at the Up Fronts in NYC ... and Julie tweeted it.

We got Joel at LAX Friday and he made it clear -- sadly -- it was nothing more than a picture.

Moonves hasn't said he's ruling Joel out, but did point out he just wanted to meet the dude during a party in NYC and took the picture -- nothing more.

Here's the thing. Joel would be awesome as the host ... just sayin'.

BTW ... Moonves dissed smuggy Neil Patrick Harris, who said earlier this week he had been offered the "Late Late Show" gig but turned it down. Moonves told a reporter he had a very general conversation with Harris but never offered him the job. Humble brag backfire, Doogie.

The Internet thinks it has solved the mystery of the Solange Knowles/Jay Z elevator fight, but TMZ has learned the tweet is a fraud.

Shortly after TMZ posted the insane video of Solange losing it -- a photo of a tweet emerged in which Solange accuses Jay Z of hitting Beyonce ... and the image was forwarded over and over again yesterday.

But the tweet in question was never really posted on Solange's Twitter feed, and never even existed -- IT'S A TOTAL FAKE. Solange's rep tells TMZ, "I can confirm that Solange did not tweet that; that is not a real tweet."

But as far as theories go ... it's worth noting that Solange has deleted all Instagram photos with Beyonce in them ... except for one.

The mystery lives on ...

"Scandal" EP Shonda Rhimes BLASTED Deadline Hollywood for putting up a fake story saying Columbus Short had been recast ... only minutes after the story went up. SHOTS FIRED!!!

Short -- who recently got the boot from the show and whose character appeared to be dead at the end of last season -- was to be replaced by some guy named Eric West ... according to Deadline.

But Rhimes shot down that report right quick, tweeting out, "I've never heard of Eric West. Harrison is not being recast EVER. How about reporters CHECK THEIR SOURCES before running with a story? Um, @Deadline? Handle yourself."

Even West -- who would have gone down in infamy with the likes of Dick Sargent, Sarah Chalke and countless others -- got in the act, tweeting simply, "This is news to me."

Deadline quickly updated its story, calling it an "elaborate hoax" -- but still wouldn't drop it, writing, "It is unclear yet whether Short would be replaced."

Sounds pretty clear to us.

Ireland Baldwin and singer/rapper Angel Haze are getting pretty cozy on social media these days, and Ireland took it a step further this week by posting a photo of the pair kissing.

Ireland, who is 18, posted and captioned the pic, "happy cinco de mayo xx." Angel has publicly identified herself as pansexual, and has a Twitter feed filled with photos of Ireland -- there's a flirtatious vibe to many of them.

Baldwin recently broke up with Slater Trout who IDs himself on Twitter as a "professional stand up paddle surfer & racer."

Apparently that's an actual thing.
