Legendary comic Paul Mooney got downright racial during a taping of the Arsenio Hall show Monday night ... spitting the N-bomb at an audience member in a performance that's being hailed as "the most embarrassing, disrespectful standup bombing ever."

Mooney -- who famously appeared on "Chappelle's Show" and wrote for Richard Pryor -- was booked to do a short standup bit on Arsenio ... but rambled on for more than 14 minutes in a bizarre routine that touched on everything from "Roots" to Obama to his admiration of an audience member's giant breasts.

But things really went off the rails when Mooney turned his attention to a black guy in the audience who he called a "bald-headed n**ga."

One person who was there tells us ... the crowd was stunned -- and sat in awkward silence as Mooney tried to transition into different material.

We're told it appeared producers were scrambling to cut him off and end the segment -- but Paul ignored the cues and kept going until a crew member used the P.A. system to interrupt him ... and a staff member went on stage to tell him to wrap it up.

One audience member tweeted about the scene -- saying, "OMG! I just witnessed THE MOST EMBARASSING, Disrespectful "standup" BOMBING ever by Paul Mooney @arseniohall I wanted to walk out!"

Eventually, Arsenio jumped in and helped end the segment in a respectful manner.

The bit that made air was severely edited down, but you could see that Mooney was rambling and making almost no sense. It ends rather abruptly after about three minutes. Check it out below.

LMFAO just made a really interesting legal argument ... slamming Rick Ross, and it could get them killed -- kidding ... maybe.

The group -- which Ross is suing for lifting his lyrics -- is taking a dangerous shot at the rapper, scoffing at the fact that he's a former corrections officer who built a fake, bad-ass persona strictly to gain cred with the rap community.

Here's the thing about Rick Ross. LM F'd with the wrong guy.

Ross sued LMFAO in December ... claiming the group stole his lyric, "Everyday I'm hustlin'" from his 2006 track "Hustlin'." Ross acknowledges they changed the words slightly to "Everyday I'm shufflin'" for their big hit, "Party Rock Anthem" -- but he says they couldn't mask the obvious thievery.

Now LMFAO just fired back in new legal dcocs, admitting they riffed off of Ross' lyric, but claiming it's fair game -- all part of the music biz.

We're waiting for Rick Ross' response ... well, his legal response.

Before Porsha Williams thumped Kenya Moore, she thumped bibles -- ranting from the pulpit about gays and lesbians destined for an eternity in hell.

Video shot roughly 3 years ago at High Praise Christian Center Ministries in GA has just surfaced, showing Porsha preaching and rambling about saving hookers, drug dealers, people who attempt suicide ... and gays and lesbians.

She screams, "We're supposed to try and save them and tell them, ‘You are worthy!'"

She doesn't stop there either ... you gotta see this.

Marc Anthony bought the farm ... AND FORGOT!

The singer was in court Friday ... testifying in his bitter child support case with Dayanara Torres. She wants support raised from $13K to $113K a month, claiming Marc is hiding income.

During testimony Marc was going over his assets ... explaining how he failed to account for a farm he had in upstate New York. Marc's answer was simple ... "I completely forgot I had a farm."

As for how he forgot .... Marc says he hadn't been there in 7 or 8 years.

Anthony says he thinks the farm was worth around $700K.

Marc has filed legal docs saying he makes $1.25 million a month, but he says he has trouble knowing exactly how much is coming in.

Samuel L. Jackson likes his porn ... but he wants it for FREE ... and that's pissing off some XXX stars who accuse Sam of promoting film piracy.

Jackson -- aka Nick Fury -- was at a news conference for the new Capt. America movie when he was asked to name one of the best pop culture achievements of the last 50 years. SLJ had a quick answer: RedTube -- the free porn sharing website.

Now some actors in the skin biz are demanding an apology from Sam ... telling TMZ RedTube is nothing more than a pirate site that allows users to illegally post stolen porn. And, they add, "Superheroes don't steal porn."

Adult actress Catalina Cruz is demanding a boycott of Jackson's films ... saying Hollywood vehemently opposes piracy of mainstream movies ... but somehow thinks it's okay for people to steal a 5-minute porn clip.

XXX actress Tanya Tate says piracy impacts her directly ... because she produces her own web content. "I would gladly send a catalog of adult movies I have directed to Mr. Jackson if he would be so kind as to recant the comment."

She adds, "I have a stack of porn for him to help him see the error of his ways."

Millionaire Instagram legend Dan Bilzerian says porn star Janice Griffith has no one to blame for her broken foot but herself ... saying it was her fault their roof-tossing stunt went awry.

If you haven't seen the video yet, check it out below -- Bilzerian was doing a shoot for Hustler magazine when he decided to throw Griffith off a roof and into a pool ... only she ended up breaking her foot.

Griffith came on TMZ Live recently and seemed to put the blame square on his shoulders. But Wednesday night in Hollywood, Bilzerian said Griffith held onto him so tightly, she ripped his shirt ... and that's why she got hurt.

We're guessing this argument isn't over yet.

T.I. should have logged on to TMZ yesterday ... because he's acting like he doesn't remember that epic fight outside Supperclub that ended with a tense standoff between himself and Game on one side and a bunch of LAPD cops on the other.

T.I. was leaving Mastro's in Bev Hills Wednesday night when we asked him if he thought the violence would now escalate at the club. He's kinda blaming the photog ... calling him a snitch -- we're guessing because the video ended up on TMZ.

French Montana and Khloe Kardashian either sunk to a new low -- or were totally brilliant -- in their use of a panhandler to shield them from cameras this weekend.

You gotta watch this video of them leaving Crustacean -- as Khloe darts for her SUV, she stops to give the panhandler some money ... she even takes a photo with him.

Generous, right? Well, watch what happens in the background as she mugs with the guy.

Tyga's pet tiger has just been ripped from his clutches -- after authorities claimed the rapper was illegally in possession of the exotic animal ... and now Tyga could face criminal charges.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, California Wildlife officers received a report last week that a tiger was housed at Tyga's home in Ventura County.

We're told a warden responded to the home -- and Tyga told him he had removed the cat from the house (presumably due to complaints) and placed it at a private animal shelter.

It's unclear how long Tyga's had the cat -- but he began posting photos of the tiger on Instagram last month.

According to law enforcement, Wildlife officers picked up the 7-month-old cat at the shelter and transferred it to a state facility for safekeeping ... while they investigate.

We're told Tyga could face misdemeanor charges of possession of a prohibited species ... punishable by up to six months in jail.

Worth noting, we're told Tyga took good care of the tiger. Sources close to Tyga tell us, the rapper didn't realize it was illegal to own ... and as soon as he realized, he gave it to a sanctuary.

11:30 AM PT -- TMZ has just obtained the police affidavit from the search warrant executed at Bieber's house, describing the surveillance video in detail.

It's a good read -- but the best part other than the high-fiving stuff ... the detective says you can see Bieber running behind a car outside his house immediately after the egg attack, and peeking out from the side. Not suspicious at all.

Justin Bieber was caught on tape celebrating and high-fiving his friends ... immediately after the infamous egg attack on his neighbor's house in January ... cops say.

TMZ broke the story ... law enforcement told us, they have Justin Bieber on the singer's own surveillance video walking in the area of the egg attack right at the time it happened.

But now -- based on new search warrant documents -- we know Bieber high-fived someone immediately after the egging ... as if bragging about what just happened.

It's kind of interesting -- one of the ways cops knew the culprit in the video was Bieber was that he's wearing the same ugly sweater he wore in an Instagram photo the next day.

The L.A. County D.A. is now determining whether to charge Bieber with a misdemeanor or felony in connection with the egg attack. They could also charge him with nothing if they so choose.

"Instagram's Biggest Playboy" can add Instagram's biggest dumbass to his resume -- the guy threw a FULLY NAKED porn star off the roof of a Hollywood Hills mansion into a pool ... breaking her foot in the process ... and it was all caught on tape.

Dan Bilzerian -- a millionaire pro poker player famous for his extravagant IG photos -- was doing a shoot for Hustler magazine on Wednesday with 19-year-old Janice Griffith when he got the brilliant idea to cup Griffith's vagina ... and throw her headfirst into the pool. From the roof.

Needless to say, things didn't go as planned -- Janice later tweeted from the hospital, "I broke my foot today."

You have to see the video to see how epically stupid this is.

X to the Z was backstage at a concert Wednesday night in Adelaide, Australia when he got into it with a concert promoter/rapper named Mastacraft.

According to reports ... Xzibit's ride from the airport wasn't up to his standards -- and after he got to his hotel, he was forced to hail a cab to the show when the promoter went M.I.A.

Just watch what the explosion once X got to the show and ran into Mastacraft backstage.

But Marc is putting things in perspective, laying out his finances in the docs -- obtained by TMZ. Marc says over the last 2 years he spends an average of $305K A MONTH.

It all adds up so fast. Marc says he's spent around $400,000 on domestic help over the last 2 years. We're guessing that doesn't include shelling out for JLo while she did "Maid in Manhattan."

And then there's $220k for auto leases, $1 million for a California home and another $700K for 2 New York residences.

Dayanara wants her monthly child support upped from $13K to $113K.

Kenya Moore told our photog ... the epic "Real Housewives of Atlanta" brawl between Porsha Williams and herself was "disgusting" to watch on TV.

Kenya was tight-lipped on Porsha's glamorous mug shot -- taken after she was criminally charged with battery, but she did say she'd love to see her nemesis replaced with someone less violent.

It's also interesting how she responds to the $64K question ... whether she'll return to the show next season.

George Clooney's biz partner insists the actor was NOT pounding shots before his nuclear blowout with casino mogul Steve Wynn -- and tells TMZ, "We weren't drunk."

As we reported, Clooney and Wynn (left) locked horns earlier this month at a fancy dinner in Vegas after Wynn called Obama an a-hole. Clooney shot back, calling Wynn the a-hole ... then stormed out.

Wynn claims things exploded because Clooney was slamming tequila -- but Rande Gerber, who was at the dinner -- insists, "No shots were had" ... and it was NOT a heated political debate.

Gerber says, "This wasn't about politics. It was about George standing up for a friend."

FYI, Clooney and Gerber (Cindy Crawford's husband) are partners in a tequila company called Casamigos. They were meeting with Wynn to discuss future business at Wynn's hotels, which already serves the brand.
