Katt Williams drew a gun on someone at the Comedy Store in West Hollywood Tuesday night ... triggering a 911 emergency that ended with deputies racing to the scene with guns drawn.

Eyewitnesses tell TMZ ... Katt was inside the club when a heckler started talking smack about the comedian's height and race. We're told Katt was not on stage ... he was milling around. An eyewitness says he went crazy, threatening the heckler with a gun.

At that point someone called 911 -- reporting a man with a gun at the Comedy Store -- and 6 cop cars raced to the Sunset Strip. Deputies pointed shot guns and bean bag guns at the club as they prepared for a confrontation.

Turns out ... Katt had already left.

So far no arrest warrant has been issued for Katt. Cops tell us they're still investigating.

Check the video ... Katt had some interesting things to say this past weekend ... after the GPen punk rock show in L.A.

Chris Brown vowed to stay away from bad people when he got out of jail ... so imagine our surprise when we got this video of the singer throwing up Bloods gang signs Sunday night in a club.

The video is clear ... Chris dancing at a BET afterparty -- the one where he got wasted and had to be carried out -- and he wants everyone to see him gang banging.

Chris is specific ... giving a verbal shout out to a specific subset of Bloods -- the Fruit Town Piru. FYI ... Piru is a street in Compton where the first known Bloods gang was formed.

Right before Chris got locked up ... he was tagging "Fruits Piru" on a wall in Hawaii. In fact, we're told several Fruits Piru gang members lived with Chris before he went to jail.

Sounds like he's on the right track.

Joan Rivers lashed out at animal rights protesters at her book signing Tuesday ... insisting she's exposing the dead animals on her back to culture.

Joan was at Barnes and Noble in Times Square hawking her new book, "Diary of a Mad Diva" ... when someone from the animal rights org asked her why she insisted on wearing fur.

Joan seems stumped at first ... then lashes out.

And then the twist ... Joan seems to say she's not in the market for buying new furs, but she's not opposed to wearing the old ones.

Joan tells the crowd the furs have 2 options ... her basement or The Met.

WWE Diva Emma is a real life heel ... arrested for stealing an iPad case from a Walmart.

Emma was busted in Hartford Monday night after Walmart security spotted her swiping a red iHome 'Slim Swivel' iPad Mini case ... on sale for $21.14.

Cops tell TMZ ... Emma was charged with misdemeanor larceny in the 6th degree ... who knew there were that many degrees?

The legal system in Hartford is lightning quick -- she's already been to court and was sentenced to one day of community service.

WWE RAW was at the XL Center in Hartford as the crime went down.

Emma's lawyer chalks it up to an innocent mistake, saying she just forgot to pay while trying to navigate the self-checkout machine.

Adam Richman's new show on the Travel Channel just got yanked in the wake of his rant over the term "thinspiration" ... the one where he encouraged a hater to commit suicide.

The cable channel just announced it's postponing the premiere of Richman's "Man Finds Food" -- but hasn't said exactly when it will air ... leading many to believe it could be done for good.

Richman -- who recently lost 70 lbs. -- came under fire for posting an Instagram pic with "#thinspiration.' Online trolls jumped on him for using the term -- claiming it's only associated with people suffering eating disorders.

Adam responded to one critic with ... "Grab a razor blade and draw a bath. I doubt anyone will miss you."

Travel Channel didn't specifically say the suicide taunt was behind the postponement.

Richman apologized this morning, saying ... "I’ve long struggled with my body image and have worked very hard to achieve a healthy weight. I’m incredibly sorry to everyone I’ve hurt.”

Christ Bearer -- the rapper who chopped off his own penis -- says his man junk is still fully functional and he wants to prove it ... by starring in a PORNO FILM!!

A very fired up Bearer was out in front his barber shop in Long Beach yesterday -- and told TMZ how his genitals recovered from the self-inflicted butchering back in April.

Chris Brown is now privately admitting he was falling-down drunk after the BET awards Sunday ... but says it's not because he drank to excess -- it's because he can't hold his liquor.

We posted the video first thing Monday morning ... showing an absolutely obliterated CB being carried out of Playhouse in Hollywood.

Chris is saying ... he hadn't had a drink in 6 months -- mostly because he was either in rehab or jail. Chris says he was goaded at Playhouse into drinking ... by famous folk like Lil Wayne, Tyga and Soulja Boy. They wanted him to celebrate his triumphant return on the BET stage by doing shots.

Chris admits to having the proverbial "several" shots, but that was all she wrote.

Brittny Gastineau is a glutton for punishment ... strolling with the guy she claims beat her to a pulp just weeks ago.

Brittny and her BF, famed street artist Retna cruised the Century City mall in L.A. Monday ... without the bruises and black eyes that landscaped her face last month after a knock-down, drag-out fight.

Retna's lawyer admits his client did the damage but says Brittny was out of control and it was mutual combat. The lawyer claims Retna was also beat up but no photos ever surfaced showing his injuries.

Turns out this video of Justin Bieber roller skating could be exhibit A in a lawsuit, because TMZ has learned it was shot by the very same paparazzo who claims he can't work because Justin injured him.

It's like the handbook on how NOT to win a lawsuit, but Walter Lee shot the vid of JB rolling with Chris Brown Saturday. A total freakin' miracle since just 3 days prior Lee filed legal docs claiming he might be unable to work forever.

As TMZ first told you ... Lee (who goes by "Malack") filed the suit last Wednesday, claiming he sustained some nasty leg injuries when Bieber drove a Ferrari into him last year.

Shia LaBeouf claims he doesn't want the spotlight of celebrity -- so maybe he should quit peeing in restaurant parking lots, 'cause that doesn't fly anywhere unless you get a special foreigner pass. Don't freak out yet.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. tried to re-connect with rapper T.I.'s wife on the red carpet of the BET Awards, but she was having none of it ... possibly to avoid another Floyd/T.I. brawl.

Tiny was doing an interview on the red carpet Sunday night when Floyd came rolling by with his girl. He tried to get her attention -- calling her name and trying to grab her elbow -- but she ignored him and just hightailed it out of there.

It's amazing that Floyd would do this, since ... as TMZ previously reported ... it was Floyd's relationship with Tiny that set off the Floyd/T.I. fight at Fatburger in Las Vegas last month.

Shia LaBeouf was begging to get punched in the face outside of a strip club in New York earlier this month ... and we got footage of the face-off.

Shia got into a weird altercation with a strip club patron a week before his arrest at Studio 54. The video is clear .. LaBeouf is taunting the guy ... trying to convince him to throw a punch.

The photog says it's unclear why they were beefing ... moments later LaBeouf peaced out.

As we previously reported, an L.A. restaurant banned the actor last month after he peed on its outside wall.

There's also this incident from earlier this year, and this one from 2011.

Rapper Young Thug apparently hasn't heard airports have been crawling with cops for about 13 years ... because he rolled out of LAX Saturday with a double cup ... of sizzurp.

YT -- an up and coming Atlanta rapper with lots of buzz -- didn't specifically say sizzurp, but he laughed when we asked and said we knew exactly what it was ... so there you go.

As you know ... the signature of sizzurp is the double cup.

A Hollywood bigwig is turning the tables ... SUING the man who accused him of molesting him as a teenager.

Garth Ancier -- who produced lots of shows, including "The Ricki Lake Show," "Married with Children," "The Simpsons" and "In Living Color" -- is going after 31-year-old Michael Egan, who claimed in both a lawsuit and a news conference that Ancier molested him at Hollywood parties and on vacation between the ages of 15 and 17.

Egan dropped his lawsuit against Ancier, and now the producer is going after Egan and his lawyer, Jeff Herman, for malicious prosecution. Ancier says in his suit Herman's purpose was evil -- to drum up business for himself, and he says Egan is an outright liar.

Before Shia LaBeouf got arrested and thrown out of a Broadway show ... he argued with a homeless guy on the streets of New York ... over a hat.

According to an eyewitness, a few hours before his arrest ... Shia confronted a homeless guy on the street. It appeared to the witness as if Shia thought the hat was his and Shia was trying to get it back.
