You Might Want to Rethink

Two former Sacramento Kings dancers are suing the team ... alleging one of the org's choreographers was a total creep who prevented them from making this year's dance squad.

The two dancers -- ID'ed only as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2 -- filed the lawsuit against the NBA franchise in a California court on Tuesday.

Doe 1 said in the suit she was hired by the Kings in 2022 ... and a short time later, she noticed a pattern of misconduct from team choreographer Matthew Day.

According to the woman, Day would inappropriately touch dancers as he worked with them, "causing emotional discomfort." She said she went to HR over it ... but she claims in the suit "no changes were made."

Doe 1 alleged Day's unprofessional behavior continued as he remained employed by the team ... claiming Day sent her various messages on Instagram, including some that contained "flirtatious comments and emojis." She said in the suit she never engaged "in any flirtatious behavior in response."

Doe 2, who was also hired by the Kings in 2022, listed similar allegations against Day in the suit.

Both Doe 1 and Doe 2 said when they attempted to rejoin the team for the 2023-24 season ... Day was on the judges panel, much to their surprise.

And, when the two were not picked for the team following auditions -- they said in the lawsuit they were sure it was retaliation for their complaints against Day.

Both are suing the Kings and Day for unspecified damages.

A$AP Rocky was more than willing to chat it up with TMZ Hip Hop during his daily workout, and although his workout is jogging at a swift pace ... he invited us to come along -- and, umm, we did our best!!! 😂

The superstar rapper ran our photog straight outta her shoes as he was jogging Monday afternoon in WeHo .... and belted out a hearty laugh when we asked him about Rihanna's desire to have a couple more kids.

Rocky and Rihanna just welcomed their 2nd child, Riot Rose, this past August and have their hands full ... juggling parenthood and their long-delayed projects!!!

Rocky tells us he's currently working on his next album, "Don't Be Dumb," in real-time and fans will be on the edge of their seats wondering if he'll respond to Drake's shots from his "For All the Dogs" album.

Champagne Papi referred to his sexy time with RiRi as "average," and made it clear he didn't envy Rocky's current situation.

Kevin Brennan -- a former 'SNL' writer and comedian -- is making light of Matthew Perry's passing in a real ugly way ... which may speak to why he isn't more successful in showbiz.

Kevin -- who had a 2-year stint writing for the famed sketch comedy show way back when, and who was once a rising comic -- took to Twitter this weekend after news of Perry's death broke ... and posted an incredibly insensitive message mocking the late 'Friends' actor.

He wrote, "DROWNED IN A HOT TUB. HAHAHAHA" ... this while linking back to our story.

The tweet wasn't viewed by very many people -- KB only has about 5,900 followers or so anyway -- but it certainly left a bad taste in the mouths of folks who did see it ... with many people calling him out in the comments and bashing him for making a joke out of it.

While Kevin isn't nearly as relevant as he was in the '90s/early 2000s ... he still has a famous connection to mainstream Hollywood through his younger brother Neal Brennan -- from whom he's estranged. Neal, of course, is the co-creator/writer of 'Chappelle's Show.'

Neal and Kevin had a falling out years ago -- and the younger sibling went on to forge a solid path for himself. Neal's written for tons of shows, and even has his own Netflix comedy special now ... whereas Kevin hosts a pretty obscure podcast, and does gigs here and there.

It bears repeating ... Neal is NOT close to Kevin -- and based on interviews NB has done of late, where he was asked about his relationship with Kevin ... you can tell it's a sensitive topic. Based on this reaction to Perry alone, you'll see their personalities are very different.

So, of course, Kevin's crude remarks here are in no way a reflection of Neal -- who, as far as we can tell, minds his business and focuses on his work ... and who doesn't seem to have talked about Perry or 'Friends,' for that matter, very much at all publicly.

Kevin appears to still fancy himself standup-adjacent -- regularly commenting on mainstream comedians that Neal undoubtedly rubs shoulders with ... although, what he pulled here is far from a laughing matter. Neal doesn't seem to have reacted to his brother's post.

The woman everyone called "Gorilla Glue Girl" -- after going viral for dangerously trading hairspray for the adhesive -- has big news, but it ain't another sticky fiasco ... she's engaged!

Tessica Brown tells TMZ ... she said "yes" to her boyfriend of over 2 years, Brymon Brocks. They first met at her dad's church and, clearly, hit it off.

We're told Brymon proposed to Tessica at her home in Violet, Louisiana on her birthday earlier this month ... and they're both extremely happy for the next chapter in their lives.

Who can forget Tessica's infamous moment in 2021 when she dropped jaws on TikTok ... saying her hair was rock solid for a month after using Gorilla Glue.

She told us at the time she was embarrassed and stressed over the whole thing and checked into an ER for help -- eventually needing surgical repairs on her scalp.

Congrats on the engagement, Tessica ... just make sure you hire someone to do your hair on the day of the wedding -- no more DIY disasters!!!

Megan Fox stuck her tongue out at SAG-AFTRA this weekend with her Halloween costume -- or so she thinks anyway ... 'cause her movie-inspired costume is actually pretty old.

The actress made sure to call out her union Saturday by throwing up shots of her getup this year -- Gogo Yubari from Quentin Tarantino's "Kill Bill: Vol. 1" ... which came out way back in 2003. Naturally, alongside her was her BF Machine Gun Kelly dressed as Uma Thurman.

Megan apparently thought these costumes -- which are undoubtedly awesome -- were a big F-U to SAG ... evidenced in the fact that she tagged @sagaftra in her Instagram post.

Of course, she was calling out their strict rules that made the rounds a couple weeks ago -- which basically forbade union actors from rocking costumes from struck work ... all in an effort to show solidarity amid the ongoing strike, with negotiations actually underway right now.

In MF's mind ... this was a way to protest that, we suppose -- even though she kinda misses the mark here. Fact is, 'Kill Bill' is ancient at this point ... and no one's going around promoting it in 2023 and making Miramax money as a result (the studio that distributed it).

What SAG was getting at with their "guidance" was obviously aimed at big blockbusters that were released this year ... and which stars might be inclined to mimic for spooky season.

"Barbie" is the big one that immediately comes to mind ... but there are other hits this year that were on the table as potential go-to 'stumes. Interestingly enough, however, it doesn't appear that Hollywood, at large, bucked SAG's guidelines ... from what we can see, people weren't really dressed as characters from movies/TV shows that might make the guild frown.

The costumes that were on display all weekend amounted to a random mishmash of pop culture references and classic ghouls/monsters -- with celebs seemingly standing firm.

Now, that's not to say SAG's memo to their members didn't piss some people off ... it certainly did. Not only did Megan bristle -- but Ryan Reynolds and Mandy Moore did too.

Funny enough, this topic actually served as the premise for a sketch on 'SNL' last night ... with Sarah Sherman playing SAG union Prez Fran Drescher -- and pooh-poohing little kids in film-esque outfits. 😅

In any case, all's well that ends well ... here's hoping the strike is over sooner than later.

"Magazine Dreams" ha sido cancelado indefinidamente por estudio, que tenía previsto estrenar la película bajo su filial Searchlight Pictures a principios de diciembre. A partir de ahora, sin embargo, la fecha de lanzamiento de la película se ha movido a "no fijado".

El momento no es ninguna sorpresa, teniendo en cuenta que el juicio penal de Jonathan Majors ha sido programado para el 29 de noviembre, solo una semana más o menos antes del estreno inicial de "Magazine Dreams". Para enredar las aguas aún más, están todos los giros que ha tomado el caso judicial de Majors, incluyendo el hecho de que la policía de Nueva York detuvo a su denunciante y ex novia, Grace Jabbari, bajo sospecha de asalto, a pesar de que la oficina del fiscal de Manhattan dice que no la están procesando.

En otras palabras, su detención no servirá de nada y resultó ser un movimiento muy extraño de parte de los policías, dando a entender que simplemente no están en sintonía con el D.A. allí.

El D.A. mientras tanto, ha añadido munición adicional a sus pruebas, con un informe de la policía del Reino Unido que sugiere que una mujer separada acusó a Jonathan Majors de violencia también. Los detalles de ese supuesto incidente, sin embargo, no están claros.

Luego, están todas esas fotos/videos de vigilancia de Jabbari la noche del suceso, donde se ve bien después de haber sido supuestamente maltratada. Como hemos dicho, todo ha sido muy raro.

Jonathan Majors was supposed to have an Oscar-buzzy film come out this year -- but that ain't happening now, 'cause Disney's hitting pause ... this amid his pending assault trial.

The actor's bodybuilding drama, "Magazine Dreams," has been yanked indefinitely by the Mouse House ... which was due to release this flick under its Searchlight Pictures subsidiary in early December. As of now, though, the film's release date has been moved to "unset."

The timing is no surprise, considering JM's criminal trial has been scheduled to start on Nov. 29 ... just a week or so before "Magazine Dreams" was originally set for its debut. Considering Disney doesn't know which way things will go in court -- they're hedging their bets on him.

Strangely enough ... they proceeded with season 2 of "Loki," which heavily features Majors -- and which has actually gotten rave reviews of late, especially for his performance as Kang.

The guy finds himself in limbo at the moment -- on the one hand, Disney seems to have stood by him by not replacing him in the MCU and by trotting out "Loki" without issue ... but on the other hand, they're slowing their roll on a film that solely focuses on him as the star.

Of course, there's the actors' strike that's ongoing -- so that, too, could be playing into this.

Muddying up the waters even further, of course, have been all the twists and turns in Majors' case itself ... including the fact that the NYPD arrested his accuser/ex-GF, Grace Jabbari, on suspicion of assault -- even though the Manhattan D.A.'s office says they're not prosecuting.

In other words, her arrest will amount to nothing -- and it proved to be a very strange move by the cops ... showing that they're simply not on the same page with the D.A. there.

The D.A. meanwhile has added apparent extra ammo to their evidence war chest -- throwing in a UK police report of alleged DV in England ... suggesting a separate woman has accused JM of violence as well. The details of that alleged incident, however, aren't clear.

Then, there are all those surveillance pics/videos of Jabbari the night of ... looking quite alright after allegedly getting brutalized. Like we said, the whole thing has been weird as hell.

Disney's going back to the drawing board for their 'Snow White' reboot -- 'cause they just delayed its release by a year ... and are now promising actual dwarves, albeit fake ones.

The Mouse House made the announcement Friday ... instead of coming out in March, the 'SW' live-action film is slated for Spring 2025. Some cite the ongoing actors' strike as the impetus for this, but others see a far more obvious reason ... a helluva lot of backlash.

That seems to be confirmed with the first official publicity pic Disney released amid the delay news. You see Rachel Zegler (as Snow White) surrounded by the Seven Dwarfs ... only here, they're all completely animated with CGI -- and they're short, just like in the OG.

Why that's taking people by surprise ... earlier this year, set photos from this film leaked prematurely -- which showed 'em doing pickup shots out in the UK, and which appeared to unveil what the "dwarfs" were going to look like in this reimagined 21st-century version.

Instead of using little-person actors to play the dwarves ... Disney opted to cast 6 random people (or typical height) and only 1 little person -- a decision that pissed off many online.

Of course, the whole reason they even went that route was because of Peter Dinklage's very public griping about the whole 'Snow White' story ... which he found demeaning to little people and completely "backwards." As a result, Disney promised to go in another direction.

Now, however, the studio seems to be backtracking yet again -- 'cause here, they're teasing actual dwarves ... which appears to indicate they are, in fact, going to play up the classic.

Of course, if they do animate these dwarves (as is suggested in the promo pic) ... that'll undoubtedly get even more flak -- 'cause it'll make it so no little person actors can snag the coveted gigs. Plus, doing all CGI will cost a crap ton of more money ... so we'll see what Disney actually ends up doing. It's possible these drawn dwarves are just fill-ins for now.

The other element of controversy that Disney has to grapple with is its lead star ... Zegler herself has caught a lot of heat for hating on 'Snow White' and calling it outdated.

En lugar de utilizar actores pequeños para interpretar a los enanitos, Disney optó por elegir a 6 personas con una altura promedio y solo 1 pequeña, una decisión que cabreó a muchos usuarios en las redes.

Por supuesto, la razón por la que tomaron ese camino fue la queja pública de Peter Dinklage sobre la historia de Blancanieves, que consideró degradante para las personas pequeñas y completamente "retrógrada". Como resultado, Disney prometió ir en otra dirección.

Ahora, sin embargo, el estudio parece estar dando marcha atrás una vez más porque en esta nueva foto parece que están probando con enanos reales, lo que parece indicar que van a optar por el estilo clásico.

Por supuesto, si animan a estos enanos (como se sugiere en la imagen promocional), eso sin duda recibirá aún más críticas, porque implicaría que ningún actor pequeño pueda hacerse con los codiciados papeles. 50 Cent can't get enough of mocking Madonna -- and now he's even poking fun at her butt, reigniting their beef.

The rapper took to Instagram Friday and posted side-by-side photos comparing Madonna in a silver bodysuit performing onstage to an animated black insect.

His caption got even more personal, zeroing in on her rump. It read, "who the f*** did this? She’s rich how the hell she didn’t get it fixed 🤨I want the f***ing doctors name right now. I mean damn it man ! LOL"

Madonna has yet to comment, but she must be pretty miffed at Fitty who has a track record of dissing the legendary pop star. In June 2022, Fitty posted a racy Madonna snapshot next to images of aliens.

He wrote a caption that read, “I hope she didn’t make her kids take this picture. LOL at 63 somebody tell her to chill out please." Fitty has since deleted the post.

Going back further, Fitty took another shot at Madonna's age in December 2021 after she posted sexy photos of herself on social media.

Fitty wrote on IG, "Yo this is the funniest s***! LOL. That's Madonna under the bed trying to do like a virgin at 63. She shot out, if she don't get her old a** up. LMFAO."

In a lengthy response, Madonna, in part, said, "Here is 50 Cent pretending to be my friend. Now you have decided to talk smack about me! I guess your new career [is] getting attention by trying to humiliate others on social media."

The 'Real Time' host got real ... it's become impossible in the United States to build anything -- houses, windmills, toilets, you name it -- without jumping through endless hoops of overregulation by legislators and bureaucrats.

BM offers a slew of examples ... a toilet in San Francisco that cost $1.7 million. He says it's needed because the people s**ting and pissing on the sidewalk have been disturbing people breaking into cars.

In S.F., anyone who wants to build a home must secure 87 permits.

And there's this ... Wyoming is building the largest wind farm in North America, but it took 18 years to get approval to START building. As Bill says, when the first paperwork was filled out Leo's GF wasn't even born.

Bill has some history here ... it took him more than a year to get solar at his house, and he let the world know -- many times!

Adidas shoulda seen Kanye West's antisemitic rants coming -- during one of his first meetings with the company, 11 years ago, he reportedly drew a swastika on a shoe sketch.

Shortly after signing on with the German sneaker giant in 2013, employees presented a bunch of shoe sketches to Kayne, which he did not like -- and, in response, he picked up a marker and drew a swastika over one of the sketches ... according to a NYT report.

That move shocked everyone in the room, especially because the meeting was reportedly going down close to Nuremberg, where Nazis infamously stood trial for war crimes after WW II.

Kanye set the bar with that move, though, because the NYT report claims, in future meetings,  he advised "a Jewish Adidas manager to kiss a picture of Adolf Hitler every day" -- and repeatedly told other Adidas employees what a "master marketer" Hitler was, and praised his "command of propaganda."

Keep in mind, Adidas remained in the Yeezy biz for nearly 10 years, and made a ton of money with Kanye, until last year ... when he started publicly spewing his antisemitic beliefs.

Adidas reportedly tripled Kanye's salary during a 2016 contract negotiation but added a morals clause in the deal -- perhaps because it was, by then, well aware of his affinity for Hitler and the Nazis.
