Nothing fires up a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader like a big fat "W" ... and Monday night, the squad celebrated the big victory over the Lions with an "All I Do Is Win" dance party.

Dana White tells TMZ Sports he's still on great terms with Brock Lesnar -- despite the UFC 200 PED drama -- but believes his days in the Octagon are probably over.

"I think his career is winding down but he's a freak of nature. Who knows ... maybe he'll give me a call and say he wants to do it again but I think he's ready to ride off into the sunset."

FYI, Brock is 39 years old and before UFC 200 he hadn't fought in the Octagon since 2011 when he lost to Alistair Overeem.

There's more ... we also asked Dana about another WWE superstar, CM Punk, and whether he would return to try to redeem himself after his disastrous debut earlier this year.

It's obvious Dana likes and respects CM ... but it doesn't seem like we'll see Punk back in the Octagon in the very near future.

Warning to Tyron Woodley ... Mickey Gall is coming for your belt.

Look, Gall knows he ain't getting his title shot tomorrow ... or maybe even in 2017 ... but the UFC rising star says after beating Sage Northcutt, he's more motivated than ever.

Gall's popularity exploded when he destroyed CM Punk earlier this year -- and after another high profile victory over Sage ... the welterweight fighter's confidence is through the roof.

"I'm still young in the tooth to be talking about a title right now but that is my goal. I will accomplish that."

SoulCycle is being sued by a woman who says she was pushed so hard during one of their classes she had to be hospitalized.

Kaila Cashman says she signed up in 2014 for her very first indoor cycling class at SoulCycle's Rye Brook, NY location. During her workout she claims the instructor repeatedly increased the torque on her bike, and told her to keep pedaling. Not that uncommon for a SoulCycle sesh, if you've ever been.

Kaila says after the workout she felt sick and went to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis -- a condition that leads to the rapid breakdown of muscle tissue.

Ezekiel Elliott just hooked up Dak Prescott's stocking in a HUUUUGE way -- lacing his quarterback with a brand new BALLER diamond chain ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The Cowboys running back hit up IF & Co. in L.A. and commissioned 2 matching diamond "214" pendants. Not only is "214" a combo of their jersey numbers, but it's also the area code for Dallas.

The final product ... two 14k white gold pendants, each covered with just under 10 carats worth of VS1 and VS2 quality diamonds (the good stuff).

No word on the final price ... but the materials alone cost in the 5-figure range for each pendant!

We're told Zeke contacted the company roughly 2 weeks ago with the idea -- because he wanted to give Dak something meaningful as a token of his appreciation.

Zeke's been extremely generous this holiday season -- just last week he hooked up his offensive linemen with some awesome John Deere off-road vehicles ... and they weren't cheap either!

Derek Carr's injury sucks sooo bad ... it's even turning non-Raiders fans into supporters ... just like Kevin Hart.

But when we talked to him earlier this week -- AFTER the fight -- he made it clear, he can't go through the whole thing again ... and wants to concentrate on other things in his life.

We got Glazer out at Craig's in West Hollywood and asked his thoughts on the disturbing video of Floyd completely passed out in his car on the streets of Arizona.

Floyd wasn't just a little drunk ... his BAC was .21 which in Arizona is defined as a "Super Extreme" DUI and carries a stiffer penalty by law enforcement.

Glazer says Floyd -- who had another DUI while balling at Notre Dame -- needs some help -- but still thinks the Pats picking him up after the Cardinals cut him was nothing but good football.
