Liberty Ross just scored big ... we've learned her divorce from Rupert Sanders is now final.

As you know ... Liberty filed for divorce after Rupert was caught on camera making out with Kristen Stewart, who starred in his movie, "Snow White and the Huntsman."

According to the settlement agreement ... obtained by TMZ, Liberty gets:

-- the family house
-- 2 other London houses
-- $25,000 a month in spousal support for the next 4 years
-- $14,000 a month in child support for their 2 children
-- 15% of profits Rupert gets from movies, with the exception of "Snow White"
-- half of bank accounts, retirement, etc

Ross, who was repped by disso-queen Laura Wasser, gets joint custody with Rupert.

Rupert gets to keep the Malibu beach house and a 1970 VW van.

Oh, one more thing she got ... Jimmy Iovine.

Ashley Greene's ex landlord finally unloaded the Sunset Strip apartment the 'Twilight' star set on fire last year -- for $1.1 million -- but Ashley could still be on the hook, financially, for the blaze.

The 2-bedroom, 1,800 square-foot Hollywood apartment had to be completely remodeled -- the photos show the transformation -- after it was burnt to a crisp back in March 2013. Our real estate sources tell us the repairs cost $303,000 ... and the building's HOA insurance ended up footing the bill.

As we previously reported -- Ashley, her brother, a friend and her 2 dogs were inside the apartment when a lit candle started the fire. One of the dogs died.

By law, the new owners had to be told about the fire and the dog.

Ashley's still dealing with lawsuits from her old landlord, the building owner, several neighbors, and even the doorman -- and the HOA is still trying to get her insurance to reimburse the $303K.

Taylor Lautner hit the beach looking really really ... different? The 'Twilight' stud seems to be about a six-pack shy of the guy we're used to seeing.

But what's most disappointing about Taylor's new physique is -- it's still at least 10 times better than the rest of ours. Damn werewolves!

Liberty's divorce from director Rupert Sanders is now settled ... TMZ has learned. We're told Rupert has given Liberty more than half of the marital assets or, as one source said, "He paid her guilt money."

As you know ... Rupert famously cheated on Liberty by banging Kristen Stewart during the filming of "Snow White and the Huntsman" ... which he directed. Liberty played Kristen's mom.

We found legal docs filed May 22 in which Rupert gave Liberty his interest in their $2 million Hollywood Hills home. The other assets were divided up, and we're told she made out very well.

And here's Liberty's ultimate f-you to Rupert. Not only did she get more than half ... she's dating music mogul Jimmy Iovine, who according to Forbes is worth just a hair under 1 BILLION.

"Twilight" star Nikki Reed has filed for divorce from former "American Idol" contestant Paul McDonald ... TMZ has learned.

In the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Reed cites irreconcilable differences. She's also asking the court to deny McDonald spousal support. It was the first marriage for both. The couple had no kids together.

Reed and McDonald announced they were splitting back in March ... and revealed they'd already been living apart for 6 months.

Interestingly, even though several reports had the couple getting married in October 2011 -- in the docs their marriage date is July 14, 2011.

Despite the split, Nikki and Paul have continued working on an album together. Not weird at all.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have been thrown into the middle of a nasty lawsuit over who was responsible for paying their "Twilight" bonuses. The suit is boring, but what they scored is interesting.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Robert was given a $300,000 bonus for the first "Twilight." The sum was supposedly based on box office receipts, which totaled $351 MILLION worldwide.

Now here's the plot twist ... When Robert and Kristen went to the bargaining table for "New Moon" -- aka Twilight 2 -- they either drove a hard bargain or realized they had gotten screwed the first time around. According to the lawsuit, producers agreed to pay each of them $2.5 million for the first "Twilight."

The sequels certainly turned into a cash register for both stars. Pattinson reportedly got $25 million for the 2 installments of "Breaking Dawn" -- plus back-end.

Nikki Reed ditched her wedding ring and tucked her head between her legs Saturday in Los Angeles ... just a day after announcing her divorce.

Reed hit up a yoga studio yesterday in Los Angeles and seemed to be in a pretty somber mood -- makes sense, her and "American Idol" star Paul McDonald just ended their marriage.

The couple says they're still working on an album together ... but they've been living separately for the past 6 months.

Producers of a movie that spoofed "Twilight" claim the monster hit is fair game to parody ... because it showcased questionable conduct regarding domestic violence, teen pregnancy, drug addiction, date rape, and racism.

Here's the backstory ... Lionsgate -- which produced "Twilight" -- fired off a cease and desist letter to the producers of "Twiharder." Lionsgate claims "Twiharder" is a blatant rip-off and wants it shelved forever.

But now "Twiharder" has fired back, claiming it has a legal right to parody some very controversial themes on the OG. Specifically, "Twiharder" producers claim the movie is racist ... depicting Native Americans as bloodthirsty warriors, noble savages and sexual predators.

Producers also claim "Twilight" promotes statutory rape -- the main relationship is between 17-year-old Bella and Edward, "who is nearly 100 years her senior."

As for domestic violence ... it appears they're talking about rough sex between Edward and Bella.

Ashley Greene caused the fire inside of her apartment that killed one of her dogs ... it's now official, and her insurance company has to pony up over $305k to pay for the damage.

The owner of Ashley's unit tells TMZ ... Ashley's insurance company had been stalling for months. An insurance company rep told the owner they were having trouble getting Ashley to sit down for an interview. Apparently that happened, and the company is now convinced the actress was responsible for the blaze.

The owner of the unit is pissed, because she doesn't have the cash to make the repairs ... but she will soon.

As we previously reported -- both of Ashley's dogs were inside the apartment when a lit candle fell over and set the place on fire ... only one got out alive. Ashley, her brother and a friend were also inside. None of them were hurt.

It was only 71 degrees on Staten Island yesterday, but Ashley Greene made it seem a whole lot hotter ... flashing some side boob in a teeny yellow bikini during a movie shoot in NY.

A pink and white beach blanket just barely managed to conceal the goods ... as Ashley filmed a scene for "Staten Island Summer" at the Great Kills Swim Club ... where some of the locals were used as extras.

The movie's about a couple of dudes who take jobs as lifeguards while trying to figure out what to do with their lives.

"Twilight" actor Bronson Pelletier has officially learned his lesson after drunkenly whipping out his junk and peeing in the middle of LAX -- finally completing his court-ordered alcohol ed classes ... TMZ has learned.

As we reported, Pelletier was sentenced to 44 classes following his public intoxication arrest for the pee incident in December 2012 (aka one of the greatest videos ever).

The classes -- designed to teach him the error of his drunk asshat ways -- were part of a plea deal Pelletier struck with prosecutors in exchange for no jail time.

Robert Pattinson violently SHOVED a guy he apparently thought was a snap-happy photog while exiting a club Friday night ... but turns out it was a security guard.

In the chaotic video -- taken outside the Troubador -- a boozed-up looking Robert is seen trying to leave the venue while swarmed by paps. You can tell it's tough to navigate.

As Robert makes his way to his car through the mayhem, he suddenly throws his hand to another guy's face ... forcefully PUSHING him backwards. Suddenly paps are heard asking, "Why'd you hit him?"

Afterwards, the vic -- who is actually part of the bar's security team -- is heard saying "He grabbed me on my face" as he picks his glasses up from the ground.

He also makes it clear Robert thought he was someone else -- a photog.

Screw professional courtesy ... "Twilight" author Stephenie Meyer says she won't give E.L. James any casting advice for the upcoming "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie .. because she REFUSES TO READ THE BOOK!!!

Meyer was leaving Hemmingway's in Hollywood with some friends last night when she fired the shot ... and it ain't the first time she's taken aim at the S&M-heavy trilogy.

Earlier this year, Meyer told The Guardian "50 Shades" was "too smutty" for her taste -- explaining, "Erotica is not something I read. I don't even read traditional romance."
