An 11-year-old girl in Oklahoma is under arrest for allegedly shooting and killing her 15-year-old brother.

Police say the fatal shooting went down Wednesday at a residence in Edmond, where the siblings were home alone. Cops were called to the home at 4 PM and found a boy dead from an apparent gunshot wound.

His sister was arrested Thursday and taken to a juvenile detention center, where she was booked on a complaint of second-degree murder.

President Trump administered a loyalty oath at the Republican midterm convention ... demanding people pledge to him -- "the greatest president" -- that they'll vote in November.

POTUS gave a rousing speech in Dallas, Texas, Thursday night ... during which he had the crowd raise their right hands and make a promise.

Trump tells the crowd to repeat after him ... then starts by saying, "I pledge to the greatest president in the history of the United States that loves us so much he can't even breathe..."

Lindsay Clancy's lawyer Kevin Reddington is clapping back at Ted Cruz after the Senator called his client a "monster" ... blasting Ted for rage-baiting and calling him "despicable."

In a statement released Thursday to the New Haven Register, Reddington tore into Ted ... "Senator Cruz, you, sir, are despicable. You clearly do not come close to understanding the basic concept of postpartum psychosis. Quite frankly, that is not surprising."

Kim Zolciak does not appear to be inheriting anything from her ex, Big Poppa ... because new documents filed in his probate case do not list her as a beneficiary of his estate.

TMZ has obtained documents filed by Jared Najjar -- one of Lee "Big Poppa" Najjar's children -- in which he lists who he believes are the only 5 beneficiaries -- Lee's widow, Kimberley Lynch, Jared himself, and Lee's three other children, Katelin, Jamen, and Jeremy.

While the document doesn't list exactly who is getting what, Kim's name isn't mentioned on the list ... not exactly a surprise given they broke up years ago.

A celebrity-packed Delta Airlines flight with Andrew Garfield aboard was flying from L.A. to NYC when it was suddenly diverted to New Mexico for an emergency landing because of an "electrical odor," TMZ has learned.

Garfield and fellow actors Owen Thiele and Nick Robinson were on the Delta Boeing 767 flight Wednesday afternoon when the crew smelled the electrical odor coming from the cockpit, according to the Federal Aviation Administration. We're told the plane was headed from LAX to New York's JFK airport, but it was diverted to Albuquerque International Sunport, where it landed safely.

"Love Island USA" castmate Dylan Wrona and singer Mark Ambor were also on the flight.

Thankfully, no one was injured -- and Delta apologized to its customers in a statement, saying the plane was diverted due to a "smoky odor" and the company would quickly "accommodate customers as quickly as possible to their final destinations.”

A Connecticut man is being charged after allegedly leaving his infant son in a hot car ... and the boy later died.

The East Windsor Police Department says they got a call from Kevin Pell last month, who told them he had left the boy in the car because he had been sleeping.
