Los problemas de Kim Zolciak y Kroy Biermann parecen no terminar nunca. La policía recibió un llamado por un supuesto casi accidente entre el perro de la pareja y un niño.

De acuerdo con un informe, obtenido por TMZ, la policía recibió una llamada la semana pasada de una mujer que dijo que el perro de Kim y Kroy estaba fuera sin su correa, y la mujer afirmó que este no era el primer encuentro con el perro.

La persona que llamó dijo que el perro "casi atacó a sus hijos" el mes pasado, y le dijo a los oficiales que el perro los persiguió, pero afortunadamente, nadie resultó herido.

Teniendo en cuenta lo que supuestamente pasó, la persona que llamó dijo que ver al perro vagando sin correa era preocupante, ya que el perro es "super agresivo y poco confiable".

9:39 AM PT -- A source close to Kim Zolciak says the police never spoke to Kim and Kroy Biermann after the report was made, and the reporting person allegedly doesn't even live in the neighborhood.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are in the doghouse with law enforcement yet again ... after some pissed-off neighbors called the cops after one of the estranged couple's dogs nearly attacked a kid.

Alpharetta, GA cops got a call last week about the Biermann dog from a woman who said it was off its leash ... the woman claimed this wasn't the first problem with the dog.

The caller told dispatch the dog "almost attacked her kids" last month, telling officers the pooch chased them -- but thankfully, no one was injured.

Given what allegedly went down, the caller said seeing the dog roaming without a leash was concerning, telling dispatch the dog is "super aggressive and never confined."

Kim and Kroy's dogs -- Stone and Sinn -- were apparently the topic of discussion in a Facebook group as well -- with a conversation posted on IG account @Thegoodthebadandthefake6 concerned parent saying a dog had tried to "tackle and attack" their kid, who was riding a scooter.

Folks chimed in, pointing the finger at the estranged couple and saying -- "It may be [Kim and Kroy's] dog. He is usually behind the gate in the front yard, but sometimes their driveway gate is open."

BTW, Sinn bit their son, Kash, back in 2017 ... nearly blinding him.

But the dogs are obviously not Kim and Kroy's only problems ... as we reported, local cops have been called a couple of times to their home, and body cam footage from August showed how unpleasant things have gotten in their house recently.

Guns N' Roses' bass player, Duff McKagan, is the proud owner of an adorable new pup ... a rescue he picked up with his boo as a brand new addition to their family.

Duff and his wife, Susan Holmes McKagan, rescued the little one Monday from The Labelle Foundation in Los Angeles -- an organization that's all about rescuing, rehabbing, and advocating for dogs.

The doggo is a chihuahua-terrier mix and is just about as adorable as it sounds.

BTW, Guns N' Roses just wrapped the North American leg of its latest tour -- closing out with a couple of shows at The Hollywood Bowl and a killer concert at Hell And Heaven Fest in Mexico.

And, it was Schwarzenegger's special guest that threw Peyton for a loop.

"Oh yes," Schwarzenegger calmly told Lulu as he fed her. The look on Peyton's face was hilarious!

Eli tried to alleviate some of the awkwardness ... by taking a shot at his older brother.

"What is that?!" Eli asked. "That donkey looks like you eating Peyton."

Of course, the 76-year-old actor, bodybuilder, and politician's love for animals is widely known .. and outside of his donkey, Arnold has a pet pony, pig, and some dogs.

Schwarzenegger recently explained how he got the donkey ... he and his GF felt their pony Whiskey needed a bestie, so he got Lulu.

"They were hanging out together, loving each other," Schwarzenegger told HOLA!. "She needed a companion. Look at them, they’re getting along!"

Doc Antle is facing potential prison time -- 'cause the guy cut a deal with the feds in his criminal case ... pleading guilty to charges of sneaking around animals and conspiring to launder money.

The 'Tiger King' star pled guilty Monday to one count of a wildlife trafficking charge and another count of a conspiracy to launder money ... both of which carry a max penalty of 5 years behind bars, a fine up to $250k and 3 years of supervised release.

It remains to be seen what the judge will ultimately sentence him to ... hizzoner is gonna review a report from the U.S. Probation Office in making that determination.

As we reported ... this whole thing stems from a bust last summer, when FBI agents hauled Antle into custody after he'd been indicted. The indictment alleged Doc engaged in an elaborate scheme to traffic wildlife dating back many years.

Long story short ... prosecutors said Doc concealed financial transactions related to animal trafficking and profited from it over the years.

Among the allegations, prosecutors claimed Doc had directed the sale of some cheetah cubs, lion cubs, tigers and a chimp ... allegedly using bulk payments to hide the transactions and falsifying paperwork. The feds also claimed he tried using his nonprofit in these sales as a way to make them look like donations.

Texas Tech security didn't have to worry about fans invading the football field on Thursday night -- but they did have to deal with an opossum storming the pitch ... and the animal was sure pissed off when guards wouldn't let it continue its jaunt.

The wild scene played out at the end of the first quarter of the Red Raiders' game against TCU in Lubbock, Texas ... when an opossum somehow broke into Jones AT&T Stadium and made its way onto the field.

Broadcast cameras showed the marsupial got to the 15-yard line ... before security went to chase it down so play could resume.

Eventually, officials were able to corral it with an animal snare pole ... but you can see, the little beast was not pleased at all to be detained. In fact, it hissed and showed its teeth the entire time that it was being dragged away.

The opossum was ultimately removed from the stadium ... and the game went on -- but after TTU was able to beat TCU, 35-28, its fans asked to keep the critter!!

"Our lucky possum!!!" one Red Raiders supporter wrote on social media.

Seems the school is at least somewhat open to the idea ... its president was actually seen petting the opossum following the incident -- and the team ended up making a pic of the little guy its background image on X.

A windsurfer got an unexpected surprise while hitting the waves in Australia this week ... a massive whale body-slammed him while he was mid-ride -- and for a moment, he thought the sea creature was going to kill him.

It all happened when Jason Breen was boarding off the coast of one of Sydney's northern beaches on Wednesday morning.

The 55-year-old was cruising on the water on a beautiful day ... when suddenly, he smashed right into a breeching whale.

You can see in video caught on Breen's GroPro cam ... he hit the mammal hard -- and in an interview with Windsurfing.TV hours after the incident, he said he feared his life was over.

"It did drag me down sort of 20-to-30 feet," Breen said. "The only thing that saved me was my leash. The webbing completely ripped out. And if it didn't, I probably wouldn't be here. It was only the snap of that leg rope that actually saved me."

Breen said he believed the whale dragged him under the water for around 20 seconds ... telling 9News, "I thought it was all over."

Breen, though, was able to laugh about it all after he escaped ... and then he found out a bystander, Paul Nettlebeck, actually happened to catch the moment on camera from a few hundred yards away.

In fact, Nettlebeck was so nervous after witnessing it all, he said called authorities in Australia to seek help.

Kylie Jenner is earning some serious kudos from PETA for her decision to make her new clothing line animal-friendly.

The billionaire makeup mogul is now dipping into the clothing biz, and the first drop from her company, Khy, includes a trench coat and some skintight dresses made with faux leather.

The folks over at PETA tell TMZ ... they're thrilled Kylie's going with vegan leather because it "spares vulnerable cows the slaughterhouse knife and shows that kruelty-free fashion is truly the way of the future."

Kylie keeps piling up brownie points with the animal rights crowd ... as we first reported, PETA also applauded her faux lion dress from Paris Fashion Week as a statement against trophy hunting.

With Kylie looking like she's going all-in on faux animal products, PETA's excited for the future because she holds so much influence, especially when it comes to fashion.

A man claims Kyle Kuzma's dog "viciously" bit him earlier this year ... and he says the damages from the attack were so bad, he now wants the NBA star to pay up over it all.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ Sports, the incident happened while Kuzma and the man -- Bernardo Tosto -- were on a plane on May 4 near the Van Nuys airport in California.

Tosto says he was walking toward the cabin of the plane ... when, suddenly, Kuzma's dog bit him on his right arm.

In the suit, Tosto claims he suffered "severe injuries" as a result of the attack ... and he says it was all Kuzma's fault, because the basketball player "did not take any action to secure the dog."

Tosto is suing for unspecified damages.

It's unclear which of Kuzma's dogs was accused of biting Tosto ... the former Lakers star has been seen with a couple pooches on his Instagram page over the past few years.

As proof, consider AB was inducted into the NCHA Hall of Fame in 2017 ... going on to be named the NCHA's "Leading Open Rider" in 2018, 2020, 2021 and 2022. He's also won the NCHA Open Futurity Champion ... among LOTS of other accolades he has to his name.

In terms of how he makes a living ... it probably goes without saying, he sells his horsey skills and runs his own business. And it sounds like he's been doing quite well for himself ... 'cause the dude actually touts his own net worth on his website -- at least $5 million.

We also know Banuelos lives out there deep in the heart of Texas ... which is where Bella was just spotted hanging out with him in public and showing off major affection too.

Still no word on how exactly these 2 met, but Bella's affinity for horses as an equestrian is no secret ... so, perhaps, she stumbled across him through connections in that world. In any case, Banuelos is on the map now -- and has a bigger profile than he's ever had before this.

Keep in mind, the men Bella has been involved with pre-Adan are big names ... like Marc Kalman, a famous art director, and of course The Weeknd.
