Arnold Schwarzenegger is still being haunted by his political past ... the ex-Gov. is being sued by inmates who accuse him of sentencing them to a fate worse than prison -- a cruel, disfiguring and crippling disease.

According to the lawsuit filed by 22 current and former inmates ... Schwarzenegger and other officials knowingly kept them in a Central Cali prison where they claim Valley Fever killed 30 inmates, and left many more with horrible symptoms.

Valley Fever attacks the body's organs ... victims may suffer skin lesions, limb amputations and brain damage. The disease is spread by spores found in soil -- and the inmates say they were exposed to it.

The inmates are also suing current Gov. Jerry Brown ... claiming he continued Arnold's policy.

They want cash to cover medical care, and pain and suffering -- beyond the typical prison pain and suffering.

Lil Boosie is carrying serious baggage after rotting in the slammer for 5 years.

Boosie -- who was just released after serving his sentence​ on drug charges -- took his kids to The Esplanade Mall in Kenner, Louisiana Thursday where he dropped wads of cash on new clothes.

Sources tell TMZ, Boosie spent most of his time in the Polo section at Macy's and also bought some new kicks at Footaction USA. He also stopped at some store called Nouveau, hence the bags.

Darren Sharper "admitted" to witnesses that he and a 2nd suspect raped two women back in September ... this according to New Orleans investigators.

The N.O.P.D. has released the application for the arrest warrant of Sharper's alleged associate Erik Nunez -- in which officials allege both men had non-consensual sex with two women who were "substantially impaired" on September 23.

Cops say a "known acquaintance" observed Sharper in the NFL star's apartment wearing only his boxers -- and saw Nunez exiting Sharper's bedroom in his boxers as well.

In the document, officials say ... "Through further investigation by the detectives it was learned that Nunez and Sharper admitted to other known witnesses that he and Sharper had vaginal and/or oral sex with victims #1 and #2 without their knowledge or permission."

Justin Bieber either has a gigantic dong or cops are being overly cautious ... because the jailhouse video of Bieber taking a leak behind bars has an ENORMOUS black bar.

Miami Beach P.D. just released the video ... shot while Bieber was being booked at the jail.

Nine hours of video has already been released, but the judge wanted special care taken for the video showing Bieber peeing -- the judge wanted to make sure cops covered his junk before releasing it.

A tiny woman somehow got into Justin Bieber's house Wednesday and found her way into a bedroom ... TMZ has learned.

It's a bizarre story. Just after 5 PM, the niece of the guy who is renting his Atlanta Estate to Justin called the cops and said she came home and found "an Asian female" sleeping in one of her bedrooms.

She called the cops and when they arrived they found 5'5", 110 lb Qianying Zhao waiting outside the home and she had quite the story. She said she had met Bieber on Twitter and was visiting him for a birthday party.

Sadly, she said she realized she was too late for the party so she decided to come to his house and wait for him. She said she found an open door and let herself in.

Zhao was arrested for criminal trespass and placed into "double-locked handcuffs" with her hands behind her back.

It's unclear if Justin was home at the time.

9:25 AM PT -- We just got the 911 call. It's pretty hilarious.

The Miami Beach cop who says he saw Justin Bieber drag racing before his DUI arrest may have been caught in a BIG FAT LIE ... because the GPS results from the cop's car shows normal speed.

TMZ has obtained the GPS readout during the 4 AM hour on January 23. Bieber was stopped at 4:11 AM. The cop claims he saw Bieber drag racing rapper Khalil at speeds between 55 and 60.

Now here's the problem. According to the GPS readout on the cop car ... it was going 11 MPH at the 2600 block of Pine Tree Dr. ... which is where the cop says he first spotted the singer in the Lambo.

The cop accelerated from 11 to 31 MPH in a single block but stayed between 30 and 40 for 3 blocks.

The GPS readout shows the cop car accelerated to 46 and then 49 ... but that's the FASTEST it went.

Now this is significant ... at the 3700 block of Pine Tree ... the cop car had slowed down to 31 MPH. This street is critical because according to the cop it was smack in the middle of the drag race. And get this ... we already broke the story that Bieber's GPS shows he was going 27 MPH on that block.

So the question ... where the hell is the drag race? Remember, the other cop on scene may have lied about smelling alcohol on Bieber's breath ... fact is, the singer registered a .014.

The GPS makes the case against Bieber VERY shaky because it calls the arresting officer's credibility into question. We're told Khalil's lawyer, Bradford Cohen, is going to attack the cop's credibility. Khalil was also busted for DUI.

Antonio Tarver has just been released from a Florida jail ... and tells TMZ Sports he plans to hit the gym tomorrow to restart his boxing career so he can pay back his $200,000 debt.

Tarver was locked up in FL on a warrant from Nevada -- stemming from allegations he never repaid the Wynn Las Vegas on a $200,000 gambling marker from a 2012 gambling binge.

But Wednesday evening, Tarver says famed boxing manager Al Haymon spotted him the cash to post bail -- and he was released from the Pinellas County Jail. We confirmed Tarver has been released.

When we spoke with Tarver, the 45-year-old insinuated that Haymon ALSO spotted him the cash to repay the entire $200k debt to Wynn.

"It was a debt that I had," Tarver admits ... "a hiccup in the road."

Tarver says he's hard up for cash -- and hasn't "made a dime in two years" -- but vows to repay his debt to Haymon with his fists.

"With Al, it's all about friendship first ... I'm gonna pay him back by becoming the next heavyweight champion."

This is getting ridiculous ... the Miami Beach PD just released yet another video of Justin Bieber in jail -- this time showing the singer peeing into a cup -- and it feels like an episode of "Big Brother."

So far, the Miami Beach PD has released 9+ hours of footage (photos too​) showing Bieber in jail following his DUI arrest -- including the pat-down, the push ups, the sobriety test, the tattoos ... and now they're showing Bieber taking his urinalysis test.

As we reported, the urinalysis test came back positive for Xanax and weed. (This is NOT the video clip police are having trouble blurring. It's a different camera angle of the same thing.)

It's like the police are turning Bieber's arrest into a mini reality show -- they claim the singer isn't entitled to privacy in jail ... and they might be right ... but we've never seen anything like this before.

Miami Beach cops are having technical difficulties with Justin Bieber's penis ... because it moves too much.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... they fully intend to release more jailhouse videos of the dainty jailbird ... including one showing him peeing into the visible jail toilet. The judge previously ordered cops to blur Bieber's junk before releasing it ... we mean the video.

But there's a problem ... Our sources say they're having trouble obfuscating Bieber's genital area, because he moves as he pees. But they're also having technical issues blurring the video.

We're told the police tech team has been working on the problem non-stop since Tuesday.

Taylor Swift just got a restraining order against a guy who believes he's married to the singer and who vowed to murder anyone who stands between them -- including Secretary of State John Kerry.

Swift filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in which she claims Timothy Sweet has dogged her since January, 2011.

Sweet has sent a torrent of emails, letters, and social media posts professing his love for her.

Among the messages:

-- "If anyone in Taylor Swift's family gets killed, it is not my fault."
-- "My wife, Taylor Swift (Sweet) and I live in Beverly Hills. I am in love with her. In conclusion, we treat each other with dignity and respect. I will carry a gun to protect her the rest of my life."
-- "Dearest Taylor, I'll kill any man who gets in the way of our marriage. Message to John Kerry, Secretary of State. Message from YOUR Presidential Candidate."

Swift says she's worried for her safety and the safety of her family.

A star high school running back -- who reportedly committed to the University of South Florida -- was arrested Sunday after allegedly pulling a gun on a police officer ... all thanks to a brave police dog.

The suspect -- 18-year-old Marquise Bryant -- was confronted by an officer in Fort Myers, FL for loitering around 2:30 AM.

During the incident, the cop says Bryant reached for his right front pocket -- even after the cop told him to put his hands up.

The cop says Bryant continued to go for the pocket ... and a fight broke out between the two -- with Bryant allegedly pulling out a gun at one point.

But the officer was able to click a button that released his police dog Bala from the cop car -- and Bala bit Bryant on his right thigh.

Chris Kattan just pled not guilty to DUI ... and in an unusual move, the judge ordered him to attend AA meetings.

TMZ broke the story ... Chris crashed his Mercedes into a parked car on the freeway last month after allegedly admitting he had taken Rx drugs. Earlier that day he was totally out of it on an airplane.

Chris entered his not guilty plea Monday morning and the judge ordered him to attend 2 AA meetings per week -- as a condition to bail. It's odd ... because everything we've found about AA focuses on alcohol ... not prescription meds. And alcohol was not a factor in the accident.

It's also curious ... the judge didn't order Chris to abstain from meds or booze.

Darren Sharper will remain BEHIND BARS until at least Friday ... when officials will decide if the former NFL star will be dragged to Louisiana to face more rape charges.

The former New Orleans Saints defensive star was just taken from his jail cell to L.A. County Superior court -- in handcuffs -- to face the judge regarding the rape cases in California and Louisiana.

During Monday's hearing, the judge decided to take bail off the table until at least Friday, citing a "no bail warrant" out of Louisiana -- which means Sharper will remain behind bars in L.A. for the rest of the week.

In court, Sharper's attorney challenged the notion that Sharper can be held without bail -- since he hasn't been charged with a crime in Louisiana. And since he already posted bail in the L.A. case -- there's no basis to keep him locked up.

10:34 AM PT -- TMZ Sports has now obtained the original criminal complaint filed against Tarver in Nevada in 2013 ... which shows he was charged with fraud and theft for taking out the money in 2012 and never paying it back.

According to the criminal complaint, both charges are felonies ... which means Tarver could be facing some real slammer time.

Former boxing champ Antonio Tarver never paid back $200,000 in gambling markers to the Wynn Las Vegas from a gambling binge in 2012 ... so says a lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports.

Tarver was arrested in Florida over the weekend on a warrant out of Nevada -- the arrest documents were vague about the nature of the alleged offense.

Now, we know ... Tarver is the target of a criminal investigation for allegedly not settling several gambling markers he took at the Wynn during a 4-day gambling binge in July 2012.

According to the Wynn, Tarver took out $50k on July 24, 2012 ... another $50k on July 26 ... and $100k on July 27 ... totaling $200k.
