Adrien Broner is behind bars in Ohio -- and will be there for the next 10 days -- to serve his punishment stemming from a previous reckless driving conviction.

Here's what we know ... Broner was sentenced to 6 months probation back in July 2015 stemming from a drunk driving arrest in which he told the officer he was super rich and famous.

He later pled no contest to reckless driving.

But according to court documents, Broner violated his probation in November 2015 -- and was sentenced to 10 days behind bars.

Broner appeared in court this morning -- and pled guilty to probation violation and formally began his 10 day sentence.

He's currently behind bars at a jail in Hamilton County, Ohio.

Twista entered a not guilty plea in his marijuana possession case, and his legal team is looking into the possibility the rapper was profiled the night he got busted.

Twista was in the Porter County courthouse on Monday to face the misdemeanor charge. As we reported ... he and 3 other members of his crew got busted last month when cops pulled him over before his Valparaiso concert ... and found half an ounce of weed.

But Twista's attorney, Lakeisha Murdaugh with the Scott King Group, says the Rolls-Royce Phantom Twista was in might have tipped off cops the headliner was inside -- and she suspects the traffic stop was not random.

Murdaugh tells us she wants to review all police transmissions from that night to see what caught cops' attention.

"Real World: Skeletons" star Tony Raines narrowly avoided a DUI, but still got busted for boozing in public after a crazy night in Charleston, South Carolina.

Witnesses told cops Raines was driving his truck in a motel parking lot Wednesday night when he almost struck a pedestrian -- and then backed the truck into a parked moped. Someone called the cops and an officer spoke with Tony, but he was not arrested since the moped owner wasn't there at the time to file a complaint.

Tony wasn't done -- an hour later he was in a Burger King parking lot and almost hit another vehicle. This time police responded and found him sitting in his truck with an open can of Budweiser.

He was booked for drinking in public, and had his car towed. Since the car was parked, he dodged a DUI.

Michael Vick's younger brother and former NFL QB Marcus Vick was arrested in Virginia for assault Sunday night.

Vick -- also a standout QB at Virginia Tech back in the day -- was booked in his hometown of Newport News for felony assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, obstruction of justice and destruction to property.

Newport News police say there was a warrant out for his arrest stemming from an incident in another county. They learned that he was in town and found him at a local business.

When cops tried to arrest him, he pushed one of the officers and ran away.

12:15 PM PT -- Abby posted an apology to her family, friends and fans ... saying she takes full responsibility for her actions and she'll "do whatever it takes to ensure that my horrible mistake is never repeated."

Abby Wambach got busted for driving under the influence in downtown Portland late Saturday night.

The retired U.S. Women's soccer star was pulled over by Portland cops when she allegedly ran a red light. Officers say she failed field sobriety testing and also a breathalyzer.

Police have not said what her blood alcohol level was, but she appears extremely glassy eyed in her mug shot. Portland PD described her as "polite and cooperative" during the arrest.

Abby, who retired late last year after winning the World Cup, was booked for DUII (driving under influence of intoxicants), and released on her own recognizance.

Just a few days ago, we shot the Olympic hero in Palm Springs where she was partnered with Caitlyn Jenner in a golf tournament.

Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin had an intense standoff with police outside his L.A. home ... and things got so serious, cops brought out the heavy artillery.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ they got a call last month about a burglary in a car sitting in Scantlin's driveway. When they showed up, Wes darted into his house and refused to come out.

We're told cops tried several times to get Wes to comply, but when he continued to ignore them ... they called in at least 30 officers with guns drawn. After a couple of hours, police broke down Wes' back door and hauled him out.

We're told he was arrested for a previous warrant, but was not booked for the standoff.

Soulja Boy says someone set up his crew when Panama City cops raided his dressing room and arrested his publicist for weed.

Soulja gave us a play-by-play of the raid, saying he'd been in the dressing room for all of 2 minutes after his set at Club La Vela ... when cops came knocking.

Cops are saying the venue contacted them after someone smelled ganja burning in the room.

Soulja claims nobody in his entourage was smoking ... and the weed cops -- who found less than half an ounce -- wrongfully pinned it on his publicist, Erica Nailor. As Soulja puts it ... she got nailed in a case of "wrong place, wrong time."

Offset from the rap group Migos got busted by cops for marijuana possession and driving on a suspended license -- the same thing he got locked up for 2 weeks ago.

Offset got pulled over by cops in Chattahoochee, GA and officers say they found marijuana ... less than an ounce.

He was arrested early Thursday morning for possession, obstruction of justice and also for driving on a suspended license ... which is weird, since Atlanta cops recently booked him for that too. At the time, Offset said cops screwed up because he'd already cleared up his driver's license issues.

Chattahoochee PD disagrees.

Someone needs to introduce Offset to Uber.

Katt Williams is in custody again -- cops scooped him up Wednesday for that brawl with a 17-year-old.

Gainesville PD in Georgia tell TMZ ... officers showed up at Katt's house and arrested him. As we told you, an arrest warrant was issued on Monday. Katt was booked around 2:30 PM, and will be held until his court appearance Thursday.

You'll remember ... Williams was seen in a video last week punching 17-year-old Luke Wash after a soccer game. Both Katt and Wash were charged with disorderly conduct.

Luke turned himself in on Monday.

Dramatic night for Boston Celtics forward Jae Crowder -- because his baby mama got arrested AT HIS GAME Monday night for allegedly spitting on another woman at Staples Center.

TMZ Sports has confirmed ... Dana Lambert was arrested for simple battery last night while Jae's Celtics were in the middle of playing the L.A. Clippers.

Multiple law enforcement sources tell us Lambert got into a heated argument with another woman at Staples ... and things allegedly came to a head when Lambert channeled her inner llama and spit on the other woman.

We're told the two women involved have a long-standing beef with each other.

The other woman called for security and demanded they make a "citizen's arrest" -- which ultimately happened. Lambert was eventually taken into custody by the LAPD and booked for misdemeanor battery.

She was released early Tuesday morning after posting $20,000 bail. Calls to Jae and Dana have not been returned.

2:50 PM PT -- We've confirmed Luke Wash is in custody. He was booked Monday afternoon and held on a $1,300 bond.

Katt Williams and the 17-year-old kid he fought are both wanted by cops now ... TMZ has learned.

Police in Gainesville, GA tell us Katt and the kid, Luke Wash, have been charged with disorderly conduct. We're told a Hall County judge issued arrest warrants after the charges were filed.

Cops say the fight, which included foul language being used in front of minors -- is a violation of his conditional bond from his arrest for allegedly assaulting one of his bodyguards. Police have contacted Katt's lawyer to discuss him turning himself in, but if he doesn't, we're told cops are ready to go find him.

We're told Wash was charged because in Georgia, 17-year-old offenders are considered adults.

1:40 PM PT -- Cops say they found a 1/2 ounce of marijuana hidden in a fake can. Twista came on "TMZ Live" to talk about the arrest.

Rapper Twista was busted for possession of pot Thursday night ... which torpedoed his Indiana concert.

Twista was scheduled to perform at Big Shots in Valparaiso. We're told the Rolls Royce Phantom in which he was riding was pulled over at 10:15 PM, before the concert. Twista, 2 other passengers and the driver waited outside the car as police searched the vehicle and found the weed.

Cops say they stopped the Rolls because it was following too close to a truck. Police approached the vehicle and smelled weed.

All 4 men were arrested.

Twista was on his way to the concert when he was busted. The show, obviously, did not go on.

The rapper was held until 4 AM Friday morning and released after he posted $500 bail.

"Return to Amish" star Chapel Peace was peddling more than butter and blankets ... prosecutors say she was deep into meth.

The 33-year-old was one of 27 busted in Pennsylvania this week during a massive drug sting. According to the State Attorney General, detectives seized more than $90k of meth, $8,400 of heroin and more than $27k in cash.

Peace, who's been featured on the series, was charged with possession with intent to distribute and for having paraphernalia. Chapel was also reportedly arrested last year with heroin.

No word if this will affect Peace's gig on the TLC show.

Boxing superstar Adrien Broner is a wanted man -- after allegedly beating the crap out of a guy outside a Cincinnati bowling alley in a violent robbery with a gun ... TMZ Sports has learned.

TMZ Sports has obtained official documents which show Broner has been charged with felonious assault and aggravated robbery and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Ex-UFC star Mayhem Miller was arrested again -- this time for vandalizing a tattoo shop -- and officials have set his bail at a whopping $1 MILLION ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Miller -- who's previously been arrested for DUI, fighting cops and domestic violence -- was taken into custody Tuesday stemming from an incident back in January when officers say the 35-year-old vandalized the ink shop in Orange County, CA with graffiti.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Miller's bail was set at $1,000,000!!!!!

We're told the number is so high because Miller was out on bail at the time for a previous felony and has a deep, DEEP criminal record.

Chumlee won't be pumping up the jam on the Strip ... he just cancelled his DJ appearance.

The "Pawn Stars" co-star was set to spin at Tru Nightclub Friday evening in Vegas, but since he just got out of jail Thursday ... the club was unclear if he'd show. Chumlee's lawyer tells us he proactively chose to bow out.

As we previously reported ... Chumlee was arrested after Vegas cops say they found drugs and a gun in his home while serving a search warrant for a sexual assault investigation.
