Beyonce's dad Mathew Knowles' is either a deadbeat dad or a poor sap who's dealing with a greedy baby mana ... but either way ... that's what he gets for cheating on his wife and not using a condom.

Beyonce's father is a DEADBEAT DAD ... at least according to the mother of his 3-year-old son who claims Mathew Knowles has stiffed her out of $24k in child support, TMZ has learned.

According to California State records obtained by TMZ, Mathew missed TWO of the $12k monthly payments he's been ordered to pay to Alexsandra Wright.

Sources close to Wright says she's in a financial bind and needs the cash asap -- we're told she's even had to pull her son from school because she can't afford to pay for it.

As we've reported ... the legal battles between Knowles and Wright have been ugly. She claims Knowles sent a threatening email to her in 2011 ... warning "there's a price to pay" for hurting his family.

We reached out to Mathew for comment -- so far, no word back.

Pauly D better learn to duck and cover ... 'cause his baby mama had no qualms about beating the crap out of another guy who knocked her up ... according to police records obtained by TMZ.

We've learned ... Amanda Markert was arrested in July 2009 for opening a can of whoopass on her first baby daddy -- Lance Gerbino -- leaving him with bloody lips, a nasty gash above his eye and injuries inside his mouth.

Gerbino tells TMZ ... Amanda had been out drinking with friends ... and was pissed because she had to come home to help take care of their infant son.

He claims Markert just started "going crazy" ... wailing on his face with her fists while she was holding their son. Gerbino felt the baby was in danger ... and that's why he called police.

According to police records, Markert turned herself in to cops --booked under her legal name, Amareda Markert -- but the assault charge was eventually dismissed after she completed an anger management course.

As we've reported, Markert and Pauly D are involved in an ugly custody fight over their 6-month old daughter, Amabella ... and they've both been very clear about how much they hate each other.

We contacted Amanda for comment on the domestic violence case ... she hung up on us.

A woman claiming to have been impregnated by Flo Rida is suing for child support -- but not just any child support ... she knows she hit the jackpot, and now she wants "good fortune" support -- which means she banged a rich person.

Glamor model and video vixen Natasha Georgette Williams -- who says she hasn't given birth yet -- and her attorney Ray Rafool, filed the legal docs in Miami ... asking for a bunch of Flo's money for things like pre-natal assistance and other birth-related expenses.

She also wants a child support order to cover medical insurance, daycare, private school expenses, summer camp, etc.

But the hilarious part -- she also asks for "good fortune" child support ... which is a special kind of child support in Florida for rich people's kids. Basically, she's asking for more child support than she actually needs ... just because Flo's rich. You can't make this up.

We called Flo's people for comment. So far, no word back ... but it's worth noting paternity of the child still hasn't officially been established.

Chief Keef just learned he's a daddy ... again ... bad news for him because he now owes another big chunk of change for child support ... TMZ has learned.

Keef's attorney says the rapper admitted he's the father of a 10-month old child ... after being confronted with some pretty conclusive evidence -- his own DNA.

According to the lawyer ... Erica Early went to court in Chicago to establish paternity. The DNA test shows there's a 99.9% chance Keef is the papa.

The 18-year-old rapper is still in court-ordered rehab in California for his weed smoking ... so he wasn't in court when the judge ordered him to pay Early $2,500 a month in child support ... plus, another $25K lump sum payment for the previous 10 months.

But good luck collecting ... Keef owes thousands of dollars in back child support in ANOTHER paternity case ... and he's not coughing it up willingly.

Shifty Shellshock's baby mama is asking an L.A. judge to take away his visitation rights ... claiming he's a terrible father who once smoked crack in their kid's bedroom.

The "Celebrity Rehab" star's ex Jasmine Lennard filed suit last week against Shifty -- real name Seth Binzer -- seeking full custody ... and removal of his visitation rights.

Lennard says Seth hasn't seen their son since November 2011 -- nor has he paid child support -- so she wants a judge to make her the sole guardian.

Even worse ... Lennard claims Seth is still addicted to a whole slew of drugs ... and his problem is so out of control he once left a crack pipe in their son's room after freebasing.

Jasmine claims she tried to establish Shifty as the son's legal father last year -- but Binzer acted like it wasn't his kid to get out of paying child support, even though he admitted it was his kid on "Celebrity Rehab."

So now, she wants the judge to officially give her full-time custody ... and she wants him to pay up, stat.

The handyman who allegedly stole nude photos of Nic Cage may have also pilfered a Charlie Sheen sex tape ... this according to a cop investigating the burglary.

The handyman, Ricardo Orozco is being tried for felony burglary. He's pled not guilty.

During the preliminary hearing Thursday, an LAPD detective testified there was a meeting between Charlie's people and Orozco about a tape that was allegedly stolen. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Orozco said it was a sex tape starring Charlie that was on a computer.

During the hearing, the prosecutor said there was a possible link between several computers that Orozco allegedly stole and the Charlie tape.

As we previously reported ... law enforcement sources say Orozco allegedly broke into the house of Christina Fulton -- Nic's baby mama -- and stole four computers ... along with the dirty Cage pics.

Nic's rep told us no one has nude photos of Nic.

Chief Keef -- prodigy rapper, horrible parent -- finally paid off some of the $20,900 he owes in child support ... ponying up JUST enough cash to keep his ass from getting arrested ... again.

TMZ has obtained court docs which show on October 21st, the judge in Cook County, IL made Keef an offer he couldn't refuse -- cut a check for $11k to your baby mama and you won't go to jail.

Keef (smartly) forked over the dough ... which means cops won't be ordered to arrest him on sight.

But Keef ain't exactly out of the woods yet -- the rapper is due back in court on December 10 to face the music for blowing off mandatory child support hearings earlier this year.

If the judge finds Keef to be in contempt, he could be sent back to the slammer ... where he's already been this year (twice!) for drug-related offenses.

Levi Johnston has his priorities screwed up ... he's buying cars, dropping serious cash on hunting and taking fancy trips, instead of forking over child support ... this according to legal docs filed by Bristol Palin.

In the new docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Bristol claims Levi isn't a suitable parent on many levels to get what he's after -- 50/50 custody. She says aside from the fact that he's $67K behind in child support, he doesn't even visit Tripp on a regular basis.

In fact, Bristol believes Levi is so deep in the red, it constitutes a felony under Alaskan law.

And this is the best part ... Bristol wants the judge to say out loud that Levi is voluntarily underemployed -- translation ... LOSER.

Kanye West is slapping a ban on President Obama ... or at least all conversations about him as retaliation for the Prez calling Yeezy a "jackass."

Kanye's latest rant aired this morning on 107.9 FM in Philly. The hosts asked him about Obama's infamous comment ... and Kanye angrily responded, "I don't care if your're the president. I bring joy to people."

Kanye goes on to explain why he won't be talking about that guy in the White House anymore. Watch the tirade .. It's definitely arrogant, but also a little funny.

Kanye added that Obama better not talk about Kim Kardashian either, saying ... he "shouldn't mention my baby mama name, 'cause we both from Chicago."

Simon Cowell's baby mama Lauren Silverman and her ex won't be settling any future disputes through overpaid lawyers -- they've enlisted a trusted mutual friend to hash out their differences ... a man who also happens to be a famous BILLIONAIRE.

According to the divorce settlement, Lauren and Andrew Silverman have named Sir Philip Green as a mediator. Green is the current CEO of the Arcadia Group, which owns the likes of Topshop, and is worth a reported $5.3 billion.

Under the settlement, Green will be one of two mediators (the other being attorney Martin Edelman) for the next 5 years.

We're told the reason Green was named a mediator is because Lauren, Andrew, and Simon each consider him to be a close friend -- and feel comfortable using Green as a neutral go-between.

Pauly D's baby mama Amanda Markert doesn't deserve ANY custody of their child -- so says the father of her first kid, who thinks Pauly couldn't possibly be a worse parent than Amanda already is.

Lance Gerbino is obviously biased, but he's still got a lot to say -- telling TMZ, Amanda has done nothing but spew huge, wretched lies ever since they met.

Get this ... Lance claims a month before he knocked up Amanda she told him she had cancer and couldn't get pregnant. Further, Lance says when she did get pregnant ... Amanda left him in the dark about whether he was the daddy.

Lance says Amanda's now doing to Pauly what she did to him -- lying and playing games -- and that's why he believes Pauly should get full custody of Amabella.

Amanda declined to comment ... but we spoke with a close relative of hers who told us Lance is full of BS and called him "a freaking, druggie liar."

Pauly D has his own reservations about Gerbino ... one reason Pauly wants full custody of Amabella is because there's a felony drug arrest warrant out for Gerbino, and he doesn't want his baby anywhere near the guy.

Amber Portwood may be hanging out at a Panera Bread with her ex ... but that doesn't mean they're bangin' again ... this according to Amber and her baby daddy.

Amber and Gary Shirley made it clear outside the tasty food chain in Indiana today ... telling a photog they have no plans to get back together following her exit from prison this week.

As you may recall -- Gary and Amber had an extremely volatile relationship ... Back in '10 Amber was arrested for attacking Gary while MTV cameras were filming for "Teen Mom."

It was a whole thing.

For now, it seems the two are simply trying to get along for the sake of their kid ... but in case that doesn't work out -- hopefully Gary's learned to duck.

Pauly D will meet his 5-month-old baby for the first time today ... TMZ has learned.

We've learned the MTV star and his baby mama Amanda Markert have hammered out a temporary truce in their ongoing custody battle -- and Amanda has agreed to let Pauly meet their daughter Amabella.

Sources close to Amanda tell TMZ ... the meeting will take place at a neutral location somewhere near Amanda's home in New Jersey sometime in the next few hours.

It's a huge step for the parents -- who've hated each other's guts ever since the baby was conceived during a drunken night in Vegas back in 2012. Amabella was born back in May.

Pauly is fighting Markert for full custody of the little girl ... accusing Amanda of being a horrible mom who's using the baby as leverage for fame and to get money from him.

Markert says Pauly's interest in his daughter is all for show and is not real.

A rep for Pauly D had no comment.

Good to see they've put their differences aside ... at least for now.

David Arquette remains fertile ... TMZ has learned his girlfriend is pregnant.

Multiple sources confirm to TMZ ... David's GF, Christina McLarty is in her 4th month. McLarty has been on several entertainment shows, including "Entertainment Tonight."

David and Christina have been on-and-off for 2 years.

David has been boasting to the crew of the movie he's shooting in Vancouver that he's going to be a daddy again.

As you know, David also has a 9-year-old -- Coco - with ex-wife Courteney Cox.

David's rep could not be reached for comment.

Pauly D has just been REJECTED by his baby mama ... who says she will NOT let him visit his 5-month old daughter unsupervised.

Pauly's lawyer sent a letter to Amanda Markert's attorney, requesting that Pauly get visitation of the little girl, Amabella, for 2 weeks beginning today.

TMZ has learned ... Markert's lawyer told Pauly's mouthpiece to pound sand, saying Pauly cannot take the baby unsupervised for that period of time. So it seems she might be open to visitation if she or someone else she chooses is present.

Our sources say Pauly D's lawyer has agreed to supervised visitation but now all they're getting is radio silence.

Pauly's rep tells us, "Paul and his entire family are eager to meet and spend time with Paul’s daughter. Paul has been requesting visitation for quite some time now, but his requests have either gone unresponded to or denied.
