Bill Cosby had his mug shot taken Wednesday afternoon at the Cheltenham Police Department ... following his arraignment for aggravated indecent assault.

Cosby did not enter a plea during his court appearance.

His bail was set at $1,000,000 and he was forced to turn over his passport.

A preliminary hearing was set for January 14.

The Philadelphia Eagles have fired Chip Kelly ... announcing via their website that there will be no 4th season for the embattled head coach.

Philly is a disappointing 6-9 this year and moments ago owner Jeffrey Lurie released a statement confirming the franchise's decision to move on.

Guns N' Roses -- complete with founding members Axl Rose and Slash -- will reunite to headline the Coachella Music & Arts Festival in April 2016 ... this according to several reports.

The plan is for GNR to then go out on tour in the summer of 2016 and to possibly be one of the first acts to play the new Las Vegas Arena.

Axl and Slash haven't played together since a concert in Buenos Aires in 1993.

San Francisco is on the hunt for the person who graffitied a sidewalk to promote Justin Bieber's new album ... and they want his record label to snitch out the culprit.

City Attorney Dennis Herrera fired off a letter to Universal Music Group ... claiming the Bieber graffiti won't come off ... even after a few recent rain storms.

Herrera said the Public Works crews have been called in to remove it, but that doesn't come cheap.

It's unclear if the city prosecutor wants the graffiti artist to foot the bill, or whether he wants to prosecute the culprit for malicious mischief.

Bieber's album, "Purpose," debuted at #1 on the Billboard charts ... so mission accomplished.

Tom Brady wants Peyton Manning to take a page out of his playbook -- standing strong in the wake of the HGH allegations ... allegations Brady says are total garbage.

Brady went on a morning radio talk show Monday and became a character witness of sorts, saying he's known Peyton over the years and he plays by the book.

Odell Beckham Jr. says he's sorry for repeatedly cheap shotting Josh Norman during the Giants vs. Panthers game this weekend ... admitting his behavior was "embarrassing."

Beckham Jr. just issued a statement saying, "I wasn’t raised to act like I did the other day."

"I want to apologize to Giants fans. What happened the other day was embarrassing to them and embarrassing to me."

He continued, "A lot of kids look up to me as a role model. That is a responsibility I accept and take seriously."

"Many of the parents of those kids have asked since Sunday what they should say to their children about my conduct. I don’t have the perfect answer, but I think one thing they can say is how I handled myself the other day is an example of how not to conduct yourself."

"I displayed poor sportsmanship."

"I hope to be an example of somebody who did something wrong and learned from it."

50 Cent is suing Rick Ross for jacking "In Da Club" and rapping over it to promote his new album.

50 just filed a lawsuit in Connecticut ... in the docs he says his classic banger appears on Ross' 'Renzel Remixes' without his permission, and he used it to drum up publicity for his next LP.

50 and Ross have a storied beef ... 50 was slapped with a $7 mil judgment for uploading a sex tape with Ross' baby mama in it.

50 seems to be retaliating with the lawsuit ... he wants Ross to pony up more than $2 mill for using his track.

Chelsea Clinton is expanding her brood ... another baby is on the way.

Chelsea and hubby Marc Mezvinsky, who already have a daughter, will welcome another baby just a few months before the Presidential election.

Bill Cosby says one of his key accusers is shamelessly trying to ruin him with bogus sexual assault claims to revive her failing career, and he's now suing her for defamation of character.

Cosby says Beverly Johnson, an iconic model who claimed he drugged and sexually assaulted her during an audition, has gone on a smear campaign ... making claims to Vanity Fair and other media, and he says all she was doing was grasping at straws to become relevant again.

The comedian gets specific in his lawsuit, pointing to Johnson's allegation he committed his misdeeds while they dined alone at his house. Cosby says the only time they had dinner was when Cosby's wife was present ... he never dined with her alone.

Cosby is on the offensive. Last week he sued 7 other accusers, also claiming they defamed him.

NBA star Iman Shumpert was INCREDIBLY calm for a guy who's fiancee unexpectedly gave birth in their home -- and you can hear the whole dramatic thing unfold on the 911 recording.

Jared Fogle has been transferred to a federal prison in Littleton, CO, where he'll get psychological treatment.

The ex-Subway pitchman got more than 15 years for soliciting child prostitution and possessing child porn. The prison outside Denver is a low security facility, and houses another famous inmate from the midwest ... ex-Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich.

Fogle's appealing his sentence, but for now ... his release date is listed as July 11, 2029. Enjoy the showers, sicko.

Retired NFL lineman Luke Petitgout was just sentenced to 30 days in jail after a judge convicted him of harassing his estranged wife and a man she was dating.

The charges stem from an incident in June 2014 when Petitgout found out his wife had met up with a guy at a Midtown NYC bar. The ex-NY Giant showed up and freaked out -- yelling profanities and allegedly punched both of them.

After a five day trial, Petitgout was found guilty on two counts of 2nd degree harassment. One piece of good news -- he was found not guilty on the assault charges. He and his wife are now estranged.

Tyrese, Ginuwine and Tank are in the middle of a bitter breakup, calling it quits on their R&B supergroup TGT after only one album ... and Ginuwine thinks the whole thing is wack.

Tyrese broke the news on social media, saying it wasn't anyone's fault ... but he and Tank were moving on without Ginuwine.

That announcement didn't sit well with Ginuwine, who immediately blasted Tyrese for airing their dirty laundry. He dismissed it as a "p***y move" from a diva. His advice to Tyrese -- "Call me don't try and manipulate the situation publicly wack wack wack of you."

Tyrese eventually deleted his original break up post.

This drama's been building since their first, and now last, album in 2013. They had to cut short a tour when Tyrese blamed Ginuwine for showing up incoherent to gigs and interviews.

Iman Shumpert sprung into the role of OBGYN Wednesday -- when his fiancee went into labor in their home ... and the NBA star delivered the kid right in their home bathroom!!!

Meek Mill is facing the judge Thursday -- with Nicki Minaj by his side -- in his probation violation hearing -- and so far, it's not sounding great for him.

Meek's attorneys are calling character witnesses to the stand ... some calling him a "role model," others saying he's humble and that he and Nicki make a great couple. Another witness said Nicki is in a great position to help Meek and the city of Philadelphia.

You'll recall, at last week's hearing ... Nicki told the judge she could keep Meek on the straight and narrow.

So far, the judge doesn't seem swayed. After one witness sang Meek's praises ... she said, "This court has done nothing but try to help the defendant."

Meek's on probation for a 2009 drug and gun conviction -- and allegedly violated it by not reporting travel to his probation officer, and cheating a drug test.
