Genesis Davila -- the former Miss Florida 2017 -- says a pageant organizer royally screwed her out of her crown cause of his disdain for Puerto Ricans and to direct the new winner to one of his business clients ... so she says in a new lawsuit.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Davila accuses pageant boss Grant Gravitt of overt prejudice against Puerto Ricans and spreading lies to dethrone her -- saying she wasn't born in the U.S. and cheated at the competition by bringing in her own hair and makeup team.

Davila says she enjoyed the title for all of 6 days before a meeting with pageant officials. She says that meeting was supposed to be about proving her citizenship.

Instead ... Davila says it turned into a press conference, where she was told to resign and lie that it was "because her mother was sick in a hospital." The pageant later announced she was stripped of her title and crown.

Davila says Gravitt came up with all kinds of excuses to dethrone her ... just to steer the new winner to one of his clients and major financial sponsors, Pageant Ready.

As for a photo that surfaced showing her getting makeup help ... she says that photo was snapped a week before the pageant and Gravitt purposefully cropped out the time stamp to support his false claim.

Davila is suing for damages in excess of $15 million.

Straight from the champ's mouth ... Amanda Nunes says she wants to get in the Octagon with Ronda Rousey as soon as possible -- if Ronda actually fights again.

Nunes -- who just beat Miesha Tate to win the Women's bantamweight title -- was doing a media event for UFC 201 and was asked who she would pick for her first title defense.

Nunes didn't hesitate -- "Ronda Rousey" ... but only IF the UFC legend decides to fight again.

Nunes says it's important for her to square off with Ronda "to prove to everybody one more time I deserve to be here."

A guy claiming he had a bomb strapped to his leg went looking for Phaedra Parks in her Atlanta office Thursday morning -- but he got the wrong building.

Police evacuated the office building the man walked into on Peachtree Road and responded to the scene. According to witnesses he walked in demanding to see Phaedra and said, "I'm not leaving. I've got a bomb."

The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star -- an entertainment lawyer -- does have an office on Peachtree, but it's a few buildings down from the one the man entered.

Police arrested a suspect. It's not clear if he really did have a bomb.

We don't even know if Phaedra was in her office. She's been in Philadelphia this week.

The families of Jenni Rivera's entourage members killed in her plane crash have been awarded a hefty payout from the private jet company.

A judge in L.A. ruled Wednesday Starwood Management -- owners of the downed Learjet -- must pay a total of $70 million to the loved ones of Jenni's publicist, makeup artist, hairstylist and lawyer. Rivera's plane went down in Mexico in 2012. Both pilots were also killed in the crash.

The $70 mil is a default judgment ... Starwood abandoned its defense in the case.

Jenni's family still has an active lawsuit going against Starwood.

President Reagan's attempted assassin will be a free man again after a federal judge signed off on John Hinckley Jr.'s release from a psychiatric hospital.

Hinckley was found not guilty by insanity for the the 1981 shooting that left Reagan with a chest injury. His press secretary, James Brady, was paralyzed ... a Secret Service agent, and a cop were also hit.

Hinckley has been in a psychiatric hospital since his trial. Wednesday morning Judge Paul Friedman said it was a difficult decision, but "The court finds by a preponderance of the evidence that Mr. Hinckley presents no danger to himself or to others in the reasonable future if released."

He must continue treatment and have no contact with the Reagan family or Jodie Foster ... with whom he was infatuated when he pulled the trigger.

Ezekiel Elliott doesn't look like he's too worried about last week's domestic violence allegations -- posting a photo to social media with a big ol' smile on his face.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Elliott's ex-GF claimed the Dallas Cowboys star struck her during a parking lot altercation early Friday morning -- and later claimed he had a history of violence against her.

But cops spoke with 4 witnesses who say they never saw Elliott lay a finger on the woman -- and in the end, officers did NOT arrest Elliott because they didn't feel there was enough evidence to prove he committed a crime.

More drama for the Dallas Cowboys ...

Defensive end Randy Gregory has checked into a treatment facility after reportedly failing another drug test ... according to ESPN.

Gregory -- who was dropped in the 2015 NFL Draft after testing positive for weed at the combine -- was suspended in February after failing at least 4 NFL drug tests.

He was already set to miss the first 4 games of the season -- but this new failed test (#5) would mean he's now facing an even LONGER ban from the league.

Peyton Manning was NOT pumped full of HGH -- or any other PED -- while recovering from neck surgery in 2011 ... so says the NFL.

The NFL launched an investigation into Manning after a man in an Al Jazeera America documentary claimed he supplied PEDs to various NFL players ... including Peyton.

Manning had denied the allegation -- but the NFL launched an investigation anyway back in January ... "led by the NFL’s security and legal teams with support from expert consultants and other professionals."

The NFL says ... "The Mannings were fully cooperative with the investigation and provided both interviews and access to all records sought by the investigators."

The conclusion -- "the NFL found no credible evidence that Peyton Manning was provided with or used HGH or other substances prohibited by the league’s policy on performance-enhancing substances."

It's keeping up with the Jones' ... gone wrong.

Jon Jones' NFL star brother, Arthur Jones, has been suspended 4 games for violating the league's PED policy ... this according to Ian Rapoport.

The Indianapolis Colts defensive end will be suspended WITHOUT PAY. He'll return to action on October 3rd.

Of course, Jon was also popped for PEDs recently ... and faces a 2 year ban from the UFC.

Jon says he's not a cheater and vows to prove it.

12:50 PM PT -- Police now confirm 6 fatalities in the shooting.

12:05 PM PT -- Munich police confirmed there are "several dead and injured." There are reports that as many as 6 were killed but police did not confirm that number.

Shoppers are fleeing a Munich mall after a gunman opened fire inside.

There are reports of as many as 15 people being hit ... and possibly one fatality.

Police are still looking for the shooter or shooters. There's been a massive response to the incident -- and cops are instructing citizens to stay indoors while the search continues. Munich's mass transit is all shut down too.

The shooting reportedly started at a McDonald's across the street from the mall ... and video has surfaced on social media which appears to be one of the shooters opening fire.

Germany has been on edge since 4 days ago when a 17-year-old with an axe attacked people on a train.

A University of Florida linebacker is being hailed as a hero for helping to stop a man who was allegedly raping a woman behind a bar near campus.

The football player is Cristian Garcia -- who was working security at the 101 Cantina in Gainesville on Thursday night when he saw something suspicious by the dumpsters.

Garcia told FirstCoastNews ... at first, he thought he saw two people having sex ... but quickly realized the woman was passed out ... so he decided to take action.

"The girl was basically unconscious, so I knew there was no way she could be giving consent."

Garcia grabbed the guy and told him to stop -- but the man allegedly responded by throwing punches at the 6'1", 233-pound junior.

The suspect escaped -- but cops launched an investigation and eventually arrested 34-year-old Christopher Shaw. Officials believe he may have raped other women as well.

As for Garcia, he said he never had any 2nd thoughts about going after the alleged attacker.

Buffalo Sabres superstar Evander Kane has been arrested in Buffalo -- stemming from an alleged altercation at a Buffalo bar back in June.

24-year-old Kane surrendered to police early Friday morning -- after allegedly getting into it with a bouncer and several women at the Bottoms Up bar after 3 AM on June 24th.

According to reports, Kane allegedly yanked one of the women by the hair and grabbed her throat while pushing her into his car. The bouncer tried to break it up and Kane put his hands on him too. The entire incident was reportedly captured on security video.

He's expected to be charged with one count of misdemeanor criminal trespass and four counts of non-criminal harassment.

Ex-NFL head coach Denny Green died Friday morning at the age of 67, his friend confirmed to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Green reportedly died from cardiac arrest.

Green coached in the NFL from 1992 to 2006 ... famously leading the Minnesota Vikings to a 15-1 record in 1998.

He later went on to coach the Arizona Cardinals -- and, after losing a game to the Bears, gave one of the most famous post-game comments in Monday Night Football History.

"The Bears are who we THOUGHT they were! That's why we took the damn field! Now if you want to crown them, then crown their ass! But they are who we thought they were! And we let 'em off the hook!"

3 coaches who worked under Green went on to become head coaches in the NFL -- Tony Dungy, Mike Tice and Brian Billick.

AZ Cardinals president Michael Bidwell issued a statement saying, "All of us at the Cardinals are incredibly saddened by the news of Dennis Green's passing."

"Coach Green will rightly be remembered as a true innovator, leader and pioneer among football coaches. We express our deepest sympathy to his family and his many friends."

One of the hackers responsible for the wave of celebrity nude pics on the Internet is sitting in a federal prison cell.

Andrew Helton got 6 months behind bars after admitting he hacked into hundreds of email accounts and jacked 161 nude and explicit images from 13 victims. Federal authorities did not specify who Helton's victims were.

Celebs like Gabrielle Union, Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton and Hope Solo were among the victims when the so-called "fappening" went down 2 years ago.

After he gets out of prison, Helton will also serve 2 years of supervised released.

Here's the body cam footage from the moment Indianapolis Colts running back Robert Turbin was popped for weed in Utah earlier this month ... when cops say they found a "rolled joint type thing."

The footage begins after the 26-year-old was pulled over for running a stop sign around 11:20 PM on July 8th ... and cops inform Turbin they are going to search the car because they smelled weed.

The officer later informs Turbin of "a rolled joint-type thing that was found in the center console."

Turbin was not arrested -- instead, he was simply given a citation and was ordered to appear in court later this month.

Justin Bieber just learned the hard way, you can't pose with big cats in the city of Toronto ... and if he does it again, there's gonna be some problems.

In a letter -- obtained by TMZ -- the Toronto Animal Service informed Bieber they'd received complaints of him posing with a white lion cub backstage at a show in May and with a tiger at his dad's engagement party in April.

The TAS let Bieber know it's illegal to have any type of exotic cat within city limits ... and issued a stern warning for any future visits. They say taking pics with the animals is enough to have them seized.

If that wasn't enough ... PETA went after the Bowmanville Zoo -- which allegedly provided the animals -- saying, "No reputable animal-care facility lends out exotic animals for private parties and Instagram photos."
