Fifth Harmony's Lauren MIA For Brazil Gig After Pot Bust
And then there were 4 -- Fifth Harmony went on in Brazil without Lauren Jauregui ... who was clearly grounded after her marijuana bust at Dulles Airport.
The group performed Wednesday night at the Fun Pop Fun Festival in Sao Paulo, proving that old adage about the show going on ... even in Lauren's absence.
We broke the story ... she got popped Tuesday night at TSA. She was trying to board a flight for the Brazil concert. She was cited for possession and released, but not in time to make the show, obviously.
Lauren's attorney says she'll be rejoining the ladies for all future performances.

AZ Cardinals Star Michael Floyd Busted For DUI ... Allegedly Fell Asleep Behind Wheel (UPDATE)
3:50 PM PT -- According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, cops found Floyd asleep in his 2016 Cadillac Escalade at a stop light. They became suspicious of his vehicle cause it didn't move when the light turned green.
Police say the engine was running and Floyd's foot was on the brake, so they blocked his car and pounded on the windows until he woke up and put the car in park.
According to the report, cops asked the wide receiver to get out of the car several times -- and eventually had to help him out. They say his speech was slurred and he reeked of booze.
Police say Floyd told them he was on his way to the airport to pick up his nephew -- and that he had drank a couple glasses of "house cabernet" a few hours earlier.
He originally said he had been drinking at the W Hotel, but then changed his story and said he drank on the plane ride home from Miami.
Cops arrested him on DUI charges, and then added a failure to obey a lawful order charge because he refused to take a breath test.

Broncos' Brandon Marshall Reveals Vile Racist Hate Mail ... Slurs & Violent Threats
Denver Broncos linebacker Brandon Marshall just revealed two hateful letters he received at work -- littered with n-bombs and threats of violence.
Marshall famously took a knee during the National Anthem to start the NFL season -- and it pissed off some people. We're guessing that (and obvious racism) inspired some people to write disgusting hate-filled letters to him.
Marshall is obviously taking the high road -- and posted the following comment:
"The hatred by some against people of color is one of the reasons we are where we're at in the world today, and they wonder why we feel the way we do and take the stances that we take."

Art Briles Sues Baylor Officials I'm Not Your Rape Scandal Scapegoat
Art Briles claims he did NOT hide knowledge of alleged rapes by Baylor football players while he was the head coach ... and now he's suing 4 Baylor officials claiming they conspired to throw him under the bus.
Briles -- who was fired back in May -- just sued 3 school regents and a vice president for libel and slander.
In his suit, Briles says he was not made aware of the numbers the regents released to the Wall Street Journal ... that 17 women reported domestic violence or sexual assaults involving 19 football players.
Briles claims the school officials intentionally went public with the numbers to expose him to "public hatred, contempt, ridicule and cause him financial injury."
He essentially claims they made him the fall guy ... unfairly.
Briles says the allegations have made him college football poison -- severely hurting his chances to coach again.
"By their actions, [the Baylor officials] are allowing the alleged rapists and assaulters to walk free, thereby confirming that they are more interested in ruining Coach Briles' name, reputation and career than they are bringing criminals to justice."

Hillary Clinton I Was Done In by 'Fake News'! We Need to Fix the Internet
Hillary Clinton is back on the attack ... blaming the Internet, at least in part, for her loss to Donald Trump -- and she's demanding some big changes.
HRC surfaced in D.C. for Sen. Harry Reid's going-away event, but when she got on the mic she went off about "fake news" stories taking over the web. Since her defeat, there's been a lot of talk about websites posting fabricated stories about Clinton and their impact on voters -- not to mention the wave of Wikileaks ... allegedly fueled by Russia.
Watch ... Hillary's suggesting legislation and/or technology can help shut down the problem. Sounds like a slippery First Amendment slope, but she sounds determined.

Drake & Justin Bieber Radio Industry Trying to Get Hits on the Cheap ... Music Licenser Sues
Songwriters for Justin Bieber, Drake, Shakira and a bunch of other celebs are getting robbed blind by an "illegal cartel" of radio stations ... according to the company trying to shut 'em down.
Global Music Rights is suing virtually the entire radio industry for colluding to drive down the payments to all songwriters ... including those repped by GMR, such as Drizzy and Biebs.
According to the docs ... the Radio Music License Committee negotiates rights for 10,216 radio stations as a whole. GMR says because the RMLC negotiates rights in bulk ... individual artists (who write their own songs) are getting screwed.
Translation: if stations compete against each other to buy rights to the best songs ... the artists will make more dough. #FreeMarket
Daniel Petrocelli, the attorney for GMR, says the "cartel" stays together successfully because it keeps compensation to songwriters low.
The RMLC says it "will not roll over in the face of the baseless, bullying lawsuit."
