Ex-WNBA star Carolyn Moos says her ex-fiance Jason Collins burned 8 fertile years off her womb's life -- and now she's planning to freeze her eggs before her biological clock stops ticking.

Moos previously said she had a life plan to have kids with Collins during their time together -- and after she learned he was gay, she felt the NBA player shattered her dreams.

34-year-old Moos says she still wants to have children -- but she's concerned she might not meet Mr. Right until she's too old to conceive ... so she's taken steps to have her eggs frozen later this month in case she wants to undergo in vitro fertilization sometime down the line.

"So many women think about this as a plan or option ... but few have had 8 years taken away from them like I did."

Moos says the procedure will cost around $10,000 -- but she's hoping to get some financial backing from any production company looking to capture the journey for a documentary.

"My Fair Wedding" host David Tutera is breaking up with his "husband" after a 10-year "marriage" ... and a war is brewing over the couple's unborn children ... TMZ has learned.

So why all the "quotes?"

Tutera and his longtime partner Ryan Jurica had a big wedding ceremony in Vermont back in 2003 ... but since they live in California (where gay marriage is not recognized) they filed for a domestic partnership.

But now, the relationship is OVER ... at least according to legal docs filed by David, seeking to end the domestic partnership because of "irreconcilable differences."

Here's the twist -- according to the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, a surrogate is set to give birth to TWINS for the couple ... and she's due in July.

David wants full legal and physical custody of the kids ... and only wants to give Ryan visitation.

He also doesn't want to pay a nickel in spousal support, but wants Ryan to foot the bill for all legal fees related to the split.

With his wife in rehab and his marriage in crisis, Clint Eastwood was seen on the streets of New York yesterday ... not wearing his wedding ring.

As TMZ first reported, Dina Eastwood checked into rehab for help with depression and anxiety ... which we're told was fueled by trouble in her marriage to Clint.

Since her split with Ryan Seacrest, Julianne Hough has really let herself go ... on vacation.

A little over a month since the former couple announced they'd gone their separate ways, the 24-year-old blonde beauty showed off her single and ready to mingle hot body while enjoying a drink at a hotel in Miami on Friday.

Jason Aldean and his wife have separated ... after the country superstar was pictured kissing another woman on the Sunset Strip back in September ... sources connected to the couple tell TMZ.

We're told Aldean and his high-school sweetheart Jessica Ussery have been struggling ever since the "Dirt Road Anthem" singer put the moves on Season 11 "A.I." contender Brittany Kerr in front of a bunch of people at a Hollywood bar.

Aldean and Ussery initially tried to move past the incident together -- and they even walked a red carpet side-by-side back in November.

But now, Aldean's rep says the couple is "having problems" ... and sources tell us they've decided to take some time apart. The split was first reported by Us Weekly.

Aldean and Ussery have been married since 2001 and have 2 kids together.

Britney Spears' newly-single ex-fiance Jason Trawick is on a mission to get laid ... but he couldn't perform without a buzz.

Trawick's stylist Nik Rae Falco at TRIM in Venice tells TMZ ... Jason's been bummed ever since his engagement with Britney fell apart in January ... so last week, she offered to give him a fresh new haircut to "sex him up a bit."

Nik says Jason replied enthusiastically, telling her he wanted to look good in order to meet girls -- so he gave her free reign.

Sharon Osbourne says she's devastated by Ozzy's relapse ... she knew he was back on the booze, but not the pills ... but she wanted to make one thing clear ... they're NOT getting divorced.

Sharon opened up about walking out on Ozzy on "The Talk" today.

Gomez sparked reunion rumors when she jetted off to Norway to meet up with JB, who is touring there.

As we previously reported ... Selena and Justin have seen each other periodically since breaking up at the end of 2012. We're told he's been "tortured" because she's been giving him mixed signals.

Posting a pic for the world to see and then deleting could qualify as a "mixed signal."

Britney Spears isn't the only one back in the dating pool -- former fiancé Jason Trawick was spotted out yesterday with a slick new 'do and a tatted up new woman ... who looks like she could be Rachel Uchitel's rebellious younger sister.

"American Pie" star Eddie Kaye Thomas sure knows how to pick 'em ... the woman who allegedly barricaded herself inside his home with a knife after a one-night stand has a history of SERIOUSLY wearing out her welcome.

TMZ has learned ... 31-year-old Roxanna Bear was arrested twice in February ... once for public intoxication and once for trespassing.

Police say Roxanna was loitering around the Regent Beverly Wilshire hotel -- where she was NOT a guest -- on Feb. 24. She refused to leave when hotel security confronted her ... so they called the cops.

The other arrest came just a few days before, when police say Roxanna was stumbling drunk in the middle of Wilshire Blvd. She was allegedly combative during both arrests -- though no knives were involved.

Also, we've learned the L.A. County DA just hit Roxie with 5 charges for the incident at Eddie's house ... including vandalism, exhibiting a deadly weapon and resisting arrest.

As TMZ first reported, EKT picked her up the night before at Mel's Diner ... cops had to use tear gas to get her out.

Justin Bieber is not over Selena Gomez ... in fact, she's still very much in the palm of his hand.

We started looking closely at pics of Justin ... and we came across this one (left) of Justin leaving a museum in Amsterdam, and his sorta ex-GF was along for the ride ... as the screensaver on his iPhone.

Justin's background image of choice is clearly a pic of Selena. The sultry pic is from a March 4 photo shoot, TMZ has learned.

Only question is ... did she send it to him, or was he keeping tabs on her?

As TMZ reported yesterday, she flew into Oslo, Norway, to hook up with her on-again, off-again BF.

Now it's clear ... their continuing obsession is DEFINITELY mutual.

Y'know what they say about stranger danger -- the chick who pulled a knife on Eddie Kaye Thomas had just met the "American Pie" star less than 24 hours earlier ... TMZ has learned.

As we first reported ... SWAT responded to Thomas' house Wednesday evening after Thomas called 911 ... and remained in a standoff with the woman for a couple hours ... before forcing her out with tear gas.

She was taken into custody, checked out at a hospital, and then booked for felony vandalism.

But here's the best part -- according to law enforcement sources Eddie met the chick the night before at Mel's Diner, and brought her back to his place.

Typical one night stand, we're guessing ... until Wednesday afternoon when Eddie says they got into an argument, and she pulled the knife.

During the standoff, we're told the woman smashed up a phone, a guitar ... and generally trashed Eddie's house before cops smoked her out.

The Sharon Osbourne 911 tape -- where she desperately calls a dispatcher asking for help after a candle at her home lit a table on fire -- may be a clue to the marital strife that led to their split.

We've re-listened to the tape -- recorded January 17 at 4:45 AM -- and you hear Ozzy at the beginning, sounding somewhat incoherent. It's possible Ozzy was no different than normal, but we now know he's only been sober for around 45 days after 1 1/2 years of abusing drugs and alcohol, so that would mean he was using at the time of the 911 call.

On the other hand ... Sharon told TMZ shortly after the incident that SHE was responsible.

Sharon Osbourne is in the business of tough love ... because she's NOT going to reconcile with hubby Ozzy Osbourne until he proves to her he'll be sober for the long haul.

Sources connected to the couple tell us ... even though Ozzy says he's been sober for 44 days ... it's not enough for her. She's been living with this most recent bout of drug and alcohol abuse for a year-and-a-half, and Sharon is saying 44 days doesn't make that go away.

Ozzy has admitted ... his boozing and drug use caused their split but he's confident Sharon will NOT end their 31-year marriage by filing for divorce.

Our sources say ... Sharon's intention is not to end the marriage, but she believes she has to make it clear to Ozzy once and for all ... she can't handle his substance abuse.

Sources familiar with the situation say there will be NO divorce. As one person put it, "They've been through hell and back together. They're not breaking up."

A foot massage doesn't cure all, but it helped Sharon Osbourne a little bit as she decompressed in Mexico following her split from hubby Ozzy Osbourne.

As we reported ... Sharon and Ozzy are living separately in L.A. -- she moved into the Beverly Hills Hotel and Ozzy rented a house a few miles away.

Sharon shot down to the Esperanza Resort in Cabo this weekend, but the split was clearly on her mind. She was texting constantly and talking on the phone.

Ozzy just posted on Facebook that he's been back on drugs and the bottle for the last year-and-a-half, and he seems to be saying that caused the rift. Ozzy also says he's been sober for 44 days and is sure he can save the marriage.

It's unclear how permanent the split promises to be. As far as we know there are no immediate plans to end the Osbourne's 31-year marriage.

One source said ... Sharon and Ozzy have done this before, and it's a good bet they'll pull a Danny DeVito/Rhea Perlman and rekindle the relationship.
