Camille Grammer, Kelsey Grammer's estranged wife and star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," feels "absolutely humiliated" over Kelsey's girlfriend, and feels her recent miscarriage is all part of bad Karma.

We're told Camille feels sad about Kayte Walsh's miscarriage, but believes it's all part of the cosmos -- what goes around, comes around.
And, we're told, although the show reveals some of the bitterness, "It's way deeper than people watching would know."

According to the divorce docs, there is a prenup. The divorce petition asks that "Earnings and accumulations of [Aguilera] before marriage, during marriage and from and after the date of separation" be considered separate property.
Aguilera, who is represented by disso-queen Laura Wasser, lists the date of separation as September 11, 2010.
The petition also seeks to terminate Bratman's ability to get spousal support.
Aguilera is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their child, Max, who is 2.
Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ the marriage fell apart after Aguilera allegedly cheated on Bratman. Aguilera's side refused comment.

Laura Dern to Ben Harper: Why So Heartless?
A process server went to Laura Dern's home on Saturday with divorce papers and demanded that she come to the door ... or else -- sources tell TMZ.
We're told the couple's nanny came to the door and told the process server she would accept the divorce papers Ben Harper filed late Friday afternoon ... but sources say the process server fired back that if Laura didn't come to the door he'd find her out in public and embarrass her.
A source connected with Ben claims the allegation that the process server issued such an ultimatum is "absolutely false."
The divorce -- a story TMZ broke Sunday -- shocked Laura, who didn't see it coming.
We're told Ben has not called Laura to discuss how to tell their two children about the sudden turn of events ... he just disappeared.
And, as we reported, although Ben claims he and Laura have been separated since January, the couple showed up together at Eddie Vedder's wedding late last month. And, sources connected with the couple tell us Laura and Ben have been intimate as recently as last week.

And Michael says, on another occasion -- when Lindsay was a teenager -- Dina went nuts on Michael, flew over two beds to get to him and accidentally knocked herself out.
Michael adds it was Dina's idea to leave Lindsay in Hollywood at a very young age, even though LiLo had a stalker.
As we reported, some members of Lindsay's family tell us ... Lindsay believes her current predicament is the result of Michael's craziness.
UPDATE: A source close to Dina tells us, "This is absolutely not true. She will not respond to anything Michael Lohan says."

Heidi and Spencer -- Divorce Is No S'more
Newly reconciled Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt spent yesterday evening roasting marshmallows -- over an open fire of their burning divorce papers.
As we previously reported, Heidi called off her divorce from Spencer -- and as a symbol of their (unfortunately) undying love, Speidi fed each other s'mores that they'd cooked over an inferno of legal docs.
Heidi tells TMZ she was waiting for Spencer to make her his top priority: "All I ever wanted was to know that Spencer loved me more than he loved all this other nonsense."
For his part, Spencer tells us, "Through everything it's been Heidi's love that kept me grounded. Realizing my behavior was pushing her away was a terrifying wake-up call. I've still got a long way to go to repair the trust, but I hope with continued self improvement, our relationship will be stronger than ever."
Still ... something about this leaves a bad taste in our mouths.

Mel Gibson Divorce: He Could Pay for His Screwups
Mel Gibson's 2006 anti-Semitic rant and his 2010 tirades against Blacks, women and others have become an issue in his divorce with Robyn, and it could end up costing Mel big bucks.
As we just reported, Mel's lawyers have submitted a settlement proposal to Robyn... and her lawyers are "optimistic" they can reach a settlement.
But we're told there are still outstanding issues, including something called "good will." It sounds strange, but the good will of a famous person is considered an asset in a marriage -- something that has commercial value. In the past Mel had a lot of good will that translated into being able to make movies that people would pay to see.
But after Mel's 2006 and 2010 rants, the good will has evaporated if not disappeared. As a result ... the asset has been greatly devalued.
We're told one of the issues is whether Mel should have to pay Robyn for squandering his good will.
And the same principle applies to paying spousal support. Mel has an argument that he's not really making much money anymore so he shouldn't have to pay support. But there's a counter-argument -- Robyn shouldn't suffer because Mel screwed up.
