Casey Kasem will die in the next few months ... this according to a rep for Casey's wife Jean.

As we reported, Casey and Jean were sued by a former caregiver who claimed she was mistreated and cheated by Jean during her employment with the couple. The housekeeper, Hilda Loza, sued in small claims court and the case was heard Friday.

Jean did not appear at the hearing. The wife of her lawyer appeared on Jean's behalf. The woman told the judge ... Jean wanted a continuance for a few months because that's how long it will take for "the situation to resolve or end, unfortunately."

If that seems a little cryptic, Jean submitted legal docs in which she said, "My husband is terminally ill and unable to leave home."

Tom Welling is like Kryptonite to his wife -- she's filed to divorce the "Smallville" star ... TMZ has learned.

Jamie White Welling filed the docs on October 16, and in the papers she cites "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their break-up.

Jamie is asking for spousal support.

According to the docs, Tom and Jamie separated in December 2012 after 10 years of marriage.

Tom and Jamie spent most of their time in Vancouver ... near where "Smallville" was filmed -- but moved to L.A. in 2011.

Casey Kasem is in terrible shape ... his mind is almost gone and he's unable to function -- this according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

The document outlines the mental state of the legendary founder of "America's Top 40" radio program. According to the examining physician, Casey has

-- major impairment to short term, long term and immediate recall memory

-- major impairment to verbally communicate

-- major impairment to perform simple calculations, plan simple tasks and reason logically.

-- severe disorganized thinking

-- moderate hallucinations

The document was filed by Julie, one of Casey's daughters who is trying to become conservator. Casey's wife of 33 years, Jean, is fighting the move to take control away from her.

The doctor says Casey has been sliding downhill for the last 3 to 4 years. He's suffering from advanced Parkinson's and dementia.

Paul Hogan's wife and "Crocodile Dundee" co-star has filed to divorce her hubby of 23 years ... TMZ has learned.

Linda Hogan -- no, not her -- cites irreconcilable differences. She wants spousal support, and joint legal and physical custody of their 15-year-old son, Chance.

As for money ... there will be a lot to divvy up ... Paul is worth a reported $20 mil.

Linda wants to erase any trace of being married to the "Crocodile Dundee" legend -- she wants her maiden name restored.

According to the docs the couple separated last month. A rep for Paul says the split has been amicable.

Hope it goes better than the divorce with his first wife, Noelene. Paul married her, then divorced her, then remarried her. When it finally blew up in 1986, it became one of Australia's ugliest celeb divorces ever.

There was certainly a sign trouble was brewing ... Paul and Linda sold their Malibu mansion last month to Chris Hemsworth.

Bottom line ... it's a crocodile done deal.

Master P's wife has had it with the rap mogul ... she's filed for divorce.

Sonya Miller filed divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in which she seeks to end her 24-year marriage based on the standard "irreconcilable differences."

The couple has 4 minor children -- she wants full custody.  They also have famous adult son, Romeo.

Sonya wants spousal support.

This one's a little weird.  Back in 2011, Sonya went to court to get child support.  At the time we thought they were already divorced, but now we learn no one ever pulled the trigger and filed divorce documents.  So she did it now, but we're told they've been separated for a long time.

He has two sons with her, but beyond that ... Kevin Federline couldn't give two craps about Britney Spears. Seriously.

Federline was out in L.A. yesterday when we asked him a bunch of questions about his famous baby mama -- her new music video, her Vegas show -- but K-Fed made it very clear ... he's moved on with his life ... and Britney's not a part of it.

Timbaland's wife has filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned ... and she's not only demanding that he foot the bill for their kid, she wants him to pay for a kid he didn't even father.

Monique Mosley says in her divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- that although she and Timbaland have been married for 5 years, they've been a couple for twice that time. In addition to their 5-year-old daughter, Monique has a 10-year-old from another relationship.

So why, you ask, is she asking for child support for both kids? Monique says Timbaland is the daddy by default, since he's "publicly and privately proclaimed this child as his own."

But that's not all. Monique wants alimony, life insurance, private school, vacations, summer camp and other expenses. She says she's so strapped for cash, she had to borrow money from a friend to pay her lawyer. She wants Timbaland -- who's worth around $80 mil -- to foot the lawyer's bill.

One more thing. She wants to get Timbaland coming and going. In the alimony department, she says she wants money while divorce proceedings are pending, she wants a lump sum, she wants "rehabilitative alimony," and permanent alimony.

It's like she's trying to cut him down like a mighty tree in the forest -- TIMBA!

Casey Kasem's wife Jean insists she's taking great care of her ailing hubby, right down to giving him manicures and pedicures.

Jean has just filed legal docs through her lawyer, Marshall Grossman, -- docs obtained by TMZ -- challenging the attempt by Casey's 3 kids from a prior marriage to win a conservatorship. The kids say Jean has not allowed them to see their dad -- who has advanced Parkinson's and early onset of dementia -- for months and they fear he's not being properly cared for.

Jean says the kids are ingrates who have sponged off their dad for years. Jean says she and Casey have loaned the kids approx $100k-$150k PER YEAR over many years to pay for their school, housing, cars, parking tickets, travel and other stuff. Jean also says she sent Julie $50k back in July, 2000 and it was never repaid, and that's just one example.

Jean says if there's a need for a conservator, it should be her. Casey's kids say they have a power of attorney from 2007 that gives them control over his health care, but Jean says that document was nullified by a subsequent health care directive in 2011 giving her control.

Former "Real Housewives of OC" star Lynne Curtin is broke ... broke ass broke ... claiming she only has $100 to her name, this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Curtin just filed new court papers in her divorce from Frank Curtin -- and it seems like she's making a serious play for spousal support, 'cause she claims to have virtually no money left.

According to the docs, Curtin says she only has $100 in total assets. She also claims she only earns $250 dollars a month -- or $3,000 a year -- as the owner of her own jewelry business.

Just for comparison, the poverty level for a single person in the U.S. is $11,490 a year.

As for her expenses, Curtin claims she lives a pretty meager life these days, dropping only $515 per month. Here's how the monthly spending breaks down:

$115 - telephone and email
$ 50 - laundry
$100 - clothes
$100 - entertainment

We broke the story, Curtin -- who appeared in seasons 4 & 5 of the show -- filed for divorce from her husband Frank back in December.

In her court papers, Lynne says she had to get a loan just to pay her lawyer. Also ...there's the little matter of $30,000 in unpaid taxes from 2009 ... she says that's Frank's problem, too.

MSNBC's "Morning Joe" host Joe Scarborough earns $99,038 PER WEEK from his show -- this according to divorce docs obtained by TMZ -- but the crazier part ... his soon-to-be ex-wife will only see a tiny fraction of it.

We broke the story ... the 50-year-old former Florida congressman quietly filed for divorce from his wife of 12 years Susan Waren back in September 2012. They have 2 minor kids (a 10-year-old and a 5-year-old).

But according to the divorce docs, Joe's pretty much making off like a bandit. For starters, the divorce docs state Joe will NOT be paying child support, and what his alimony amounts to is a morsel of his enormous salary.

According to the docs, Joe will fork over $30,000 per month for 5 years, then $25,000 per month for 2 years. Joe also gave her a lump sum of $150k, and he's paying the mortgage on their Connecticut home, and for the kids' schooling.

They share joint legal custody ... and are still living together with the kids.

Couple of interesting clauses in the divorce papers -- Susan "acknowledges" Joe was faithful, devoted, and committed." A sentence perhaps intended to quiet allegations Joe was cheating.

Also, when Joe and Susan are both in the Conn. home there are some house rules: Neither can enter the others bedroom, barring a kid related emergency ... and after 7 PM they're each banned from the others side of the house.

Very "War of the Roses."

It took four years .... but "Jackass" star Chris Pontius -- aka Party Boy -- is finally free to throw on his g-string and grind on whoever he wants (guilt-free) 'cause a judge just finalized his divorce, TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Chris was hit with divorce papers in 2011, two years after he had separated from his wife Claire Nolan. The two had married back in 2004.

Math Fact -- they had been separated almost as long as they had been married.

As far as assets go, the couple had two homes -- one in the Hollywood Hills (he got that) and one in Ireland (she got that) ... this, according to the judgment, filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ.

As far as the other stuff goes ...

Chris got ... his 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser, his royalties from "Jackass" and "Wildboyz," everything in their American investment accounts, and an unknown amount of credit card debt.

Claire got ... a vintage 1965 International Scout (see below), her engagement ring, a check from Chris for $200,000 dollars and whatever's left in their Irish bank account.

We reached out to Pontius for comment -- so far, no word back.

Joe Scarborough -- host of MSNBC's "Morning Joe" -- quietly divorced his wife of 12 years back in January ... TMZ has learned.

The 50-year-old former Florida congressman filed the divorce docs in Connecticut back in September 2012 ... seeking to end his marriage to Susan Waren, a former aide to FL Gov. Jeb Bush. The two were married in 2001.

The former couple have 2 minor children together -- a 10-year-old and a 5-year-old.

There have been rumors for years that Scarborough has a thing for his "Morning Joe" co-host Mika Brzezinski (who is married btw). And the sexual tension between the two is so apparent, they addressed it during a media event in 2009 ... denying having any sort of romantic feelings for each other.

It's not Scarborough's first brush with divorce -- the conservative pundit ended his 1st marriage to Melanie Hinton back in 1999 after 13 years together. Joe and Melanie had 2 children together, who are now adults.

Bruce Jenner's 2 boys blame Kris Jenner for robbing them of their father and they are more than happy over the split ... sources connected to the family tell TMZ.

Brody and Brandon Jenner became estranged from their dad when he married Kris in 1991. They were raised by their mom, Linda Thompson and David Foster, who married Linda after she divorced Bruce. We're told the boys were devastated, and believed their real dad abandoned them.

What's more ... our sources say Brody and Brandon believe Kris is the one who convinced Bruce to jettison them, in favor of his new family. They have bitter feelings toward Kris, which endure even today.

We're told Brody and Brandon know ... Bruce didn't pay child support for 10 years, and after that only $1,500 a month. Again, they believe Kris was pulling the strings.

So now Bruce is living in Malibu, close to Brody and Brandon, and they are reconnecting with Bruce in what we're told is "an adult relationship."

Here's what no one will say out loud -- Bruce got sick of being alienated from his children, and one benefit of the separation is to rebuild and make good.

One final thing ... you may wonder why Brody and Brandon have appeared on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," a show driven by Kris. We're told the boys have done everything they could to get close to their dad, and they felt if the show filled that bill ... so be it.

Katie Holmes has broken out of her frumpy phase in a SERIOUS way ... strutting around the streets of NYC today looking downright sexy.

Of course, Katie has never really been unattractive, but there was a rough period ... right before she broke things off with Tom Cruise.

But after the two split in 2012, Katie began a Tiger Woods-style comeback ... in the hotness department ... going from a 9 back to a 10.

Khloe Kardashian wants to divorce Lamar Odom -- even though she hasn't pulled the trigger -- and there will be NO disputes because everything is predetermined by their prenup ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the couple tell us ... Khloe is "anxious" to end the marriage but, as we first reported, she hasn't had papers drawn up because she fears it could push Lamar over the edge -- she's worried he'll OD or commit suicide.

But we're told Khloe is waiting for the right time to make her move, and when she does the divorce will go without a hitch. That's because the prenup keeps the assets of Khloe and Lamar separate ... sources familiar with the document tell TMZ.

In fact, we're told Lamar is so deep into the world of drugs, he's in no position to start haggling, even if there were something over which to haggle. As we reported, Lamar has been using crack off and on for months, among other drugs, and is probably legally incompetent to negotiate anything.

One more thing. There are stories floating around that there's an "infidelity clause" in the prenup, giving Khloe more money if Lamar had cheated. All of our sources make it clear -- NO SUCH CLAUSE is in the prenup.
