Michael Bisping thinks Tyron Woodley's win over Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson was pretty pathetic ... which bodes well for his own fight against Georges St-Pierre.

We got the middleweight champ at T-Mobile Arena after UFC 209, where he starts his diss against Tyron with ... "Let's be honest" and ends with "If they're the best welterweights in the world, then I should f*** up GSP!"

Could a hammered drunk Michael Bisping BEAT UP a sober Georges St-Pierre???

We almost found out live in Vegas moments ago when the two started trashing each other to their faces ... and it was awesome!

It all went down at the media event for their big fight later this year -- and after Bisping showed up super late and raspy-voiced, GSP accused him of going way too hard in Vegas last night.

Bisping's response: "I'll go out on an all night f**king bender and still beat you, pal!"

They went back and forth ... some names were called ... many expletives were used.

Remy Ma and Nicki Minaj should both back away from the mic, because the damage is done ... according to Lil Jon.

When we asked him about Remy's 2nd diss track -- "Another One" -- he admitted he hadn't listened to it ... for one very good reason. He added ... the beef is good for hip-hop culture, but stressed there's no upside for it to go any further.

As for Nicki refusing to respond? Jon seems to think silence is golden. At least in this case.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is calling it a one-and-done with "The Celebrity Apprentice" -- he won't be returning to host another season ... and says President Trump's to blame.

Arnold says he had a great time being the face of 'Celebrity Apprentice' and thinks the show was fantastic, but it can't escape the stigma attached to it ... Trump being an executive producer.

"When people found out that Trump was still involved ... and was still receiving money from the show, then half the people [started] boycotting it" ... Arnold said in an interview with Empire.

Rumors began swirling that the show was not going to be renewed due to low ratings and sponsors leaving, so it seems Schwarzenegger decided to bail from the sinking ship. He says even if he was asked to return ... he'd decline.

Arnold said ... "With Trump being involved in the show people have a bad taste and don't want to participate as a spectator or as a sponsor or in any other way support the show."

Shaq says the beef between him and JaVale McGee is 100% OVER ... vowing to never, ever, ever even mention McGee's name publicly again.

The Diesel made the declaration on Thursday night's episode of "Inside the NBA," admitting the entire thing had gotten outta hand when pressed by Ernie Johnson and the rest of the crew.

Sure, the beef is over ... but that didn't mean Shaq didn't throw a couple of parting shots McGee's way, noting that other players have been on "Shaqtin' A Fool" without getting all "sensitive" about it.

Remy Ma dropped another savage diss track directed at Nicki Minaj ... and this time, Remy asks point-blank -- "Where the f*** is your song?"

Funk Flex debuted "Another One" Thursday night on Hot 97 in which Remy brutally calls out Nicki for keeping quiet ... 5 days after Remy savagely destroyed her with "ShETHER."

Remy -- who even name-drops the "Cash Me Ousside" girl -- refers to Nicki as Ronda Rousey with this line, "I beat you with punches in 48, you Ronda Rousey."

Meanwhile ... Nicki's shaking her ass and doesn't seemed worried.

But it's crystal clear -- Remy 2, Nicki 0.

Katherine Jackson's fate and fortune may lie in the hands of one of her grandsons ... TMZ has learned.

Trent Jackson, Michael's cousin, and his attorney Ron Rale want TJ Jackson, Michael's nephew, to sit down with Katherine alone and decide who's the victim and who's the villain in what has become a family war.

TMZ broke the story ... Katherine has filed a legal doc claiming Trent has committed elder abuse against her and fleeced her to boot. But, we've now learned Trent and his lawyer have a plan to put the dispute to bed and, at the same time, cast suspicion on the motive of other Jackson relatives.

Rale's proposing that TJ -- the one person whose family loyalty has never been challenged -- sit down with Katherine to discuss the situation at hand. If at the end of the sit-down TJ believes Trent has done harm to Michael's mom, he'll leave for good and if Katherine wants him to stay, he will.

Trent, we're told, believes TJ's one-on-one with Katherine will not only absolve him of any wrongdoing, in the process he will cast doubt on the motives of other family members ... family members he believes are trying to get him out of the way so they have a clear path to the matriarch's bank account.

Trent and Rale are suspicious of other family members ... especially after a 2012 incident in which Trent and Michael's kids reported Katherine missing, only to learn some of her kids had taken her to Arizona. They essentially called it a kidnapping, saying some family members were trying to brainwash her into challenging Michael's Estate in a money grab.

Xscape got their fans all juiced up when they announced they were getting back together, but you're gonna have a hard time seeing them ... so far, anyway.

Sources close to the group -- Kandi Burruss, Tiny Harris, LaTocha and Tamika Scott -- tell us the radio reunion on The Big Tigger Show in ATL only happened because Kandi and Tamika put an 18-year-old beef to bed ... but there's a lot more to do before they perform together.

We're told they're in the very early stages of making new music, and there's no tour booked. Not yet, anyway. The ladies are working on a possible biopic though, and planning performances at special events.

BTW, the beef was over Tamika accusing Kandi of getting with Jermaine Dupri's father. Almost 20 years later, all signs point to more hummin' comin atcha ... eventually.

Le'Veon Bell knows all about the diss track game (he recently went after Skip Bayless) ... and now the running back/rapper is offering up some hip-hop wisdom for Nicki Minaj.

The NFL superstar joined the guys on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs Thursday night on FS1) -- where he also talked about how he feels about getting hit with the Steelers franchise tag.

Bisping was extremely complimentary of GSP's fighting skills -- "He was one of the greatest fighters this world has ever produced" -- but says the guy has no chance when they face off later this year.

The Game better not catch anyone speaking ill of Nicki Minaj -- he jumped to her defense, but he might also be acknowledging she got crushed by Remy Ma.

We got Game Tuesday night leaving 1 OAK on the Sunset Strip, and he came out so strong in support of Nicki ... our camera guy might have wet himself. But when we brought up Remy's devastating diss track ... Game's tone changed. We think.

Nicki Minaj's ex says Nicki took a major hit from Remy Ma ... and she shouldn't count on him to help her recover.

We got Nicki's ex-fiance and producer Safaree Samuels leaving the gym in L.A. ... he says Remy's lyrics are some of the most disrespectful he's ever heard -- possibly a one-punch rap battle knockout.

Safaree's not one for helping out his ex either, but not because it's personal with Nicki ... he's just not into female beef.

JaVale McGee's mother is FURIOUS at Shaquille O'Neal -- calling for "Inside the NBA" to fire Shaq for blasting her son on TV and social media.

It's the latest in a bitter feud between Shaq and McGee -- a feud that started years ago when Shaq started mocking the Golden State Warriors player in his Shaqtin' a Fool segment on "Inside the NBA."

Now, with tensions at an all-time high after Shaq WENT IN on McGee again last week -- on TV and on social media -- JaVale's mother (an ex-WNBA star herself) says O'Neal crossed the line.

"He cyberbullied my son,” Pamela McGee told The Undefeated ... "Totally inappropriate. Shaquille needs to lose his job or be suspended. The NBA needs to make a stand.”

For his part, Shaq says HIS mother is also getting involved -- and told him to cut the crap as well.

"I have orders from the top to leave it alone,” O’Neal said ... "My mama."

Shaq says his mother told him, "Stop this silliness. Leave him alone" ... so he listened.

Conor McGregor has been hitting the boxing gym with an Irish boxing sensation -- who tells TMZ Sports the UFC star is 100% confident the fight with Floyd Mayweather will actually take place.

We spoke with 25-year-old Michael Conlan -- who won an Olympic bronze medal for Ireland in 2012. Conlan says he became friends with McGregor a while back and the two have been tight ever since.

In fact, Conlan says McGregor has agreed to carry the Irish flag when Conlan walks to the ring during his upcoming pro fighting debut on St. Patrick's Day at Madison Square Garden.

In the meantime, both Conlan and Conor have been training together at an L.A. boxing gym -- as recently captured by TheMacLife.com.

We asked Conlan how McGregor's boxing training is going -- one thing's clear ... he's definitely impressed.

Remy Ma has come out swinging in a new diss track targeting Nicki Minaj ... and with lyrics that include, "f*** Nicki Minaj," she's definitely not hiding any feelings.

Internet speculation grew Friday that Minaj had thrown shots at Remy in recent features and it appears Remy believed she was getting attacked too, because she dropped the diss track just 24 hours later.

Ma's "Shether" is a nearly 7-minute slaughter of Nicki, with cover art that features Minaj's Pink Barbie persona cut into pieces.

As for the lyrics, Ma doesn't hold back ... saying, “You stole that line about bitches being your sons. How you take my ’09 jail tweet and run. Talkin’ ‘bout bringing knives to a fight with guns. When the only shot you ever took was in your buns."
