Kyle Busch thought Joey Logano did him dirty during NASCAR's Kobalt 400 race ... so he went after the guy with fists after spinning out.

Busch rushed Logano and his crew on pit road Sunday after Logano appeared to have made Busch spin out in the race ... costing him a shot at victory.

You can see Busch stomping over like he's on a mission, and that's when Logano's pit crew got involved.

Busch left the rumble fuming with a bloody forehead. Clearly he doesn't like being cut off.

Arnold Schwarzenegger has shot down a move inside the GOP to get the former California Guv to make a run for U.S. Senate.

Arnold just said, "I'm deeply flattered by all of the people who have approached me about running for Senate, but my mission right now is to bring sanity to Washington through redistricting reform like we passed here in California."

Schwarzenegger, the former "Celebrity Apprentice" host, and the former-former host, Donald Trump, have been going at each other for weeks, and a Schwarzenegger run would put Trump in an awkward position. The senator he would have run against, Dianne Feinstein, is a Democratic leader and strong opponent of the Prez.

Floyd Mayweather had made it loud and clear -- he's willing to step out of retirement to fight Conor McGregor ... if they can just hammer out a deal.

Floyd made the official announcement Saturday, saying "for Conor McGregor, I'm coming out of retirement ... just to fight Conor McGregor."

He added ... "I don't want to hear no more excuses about the money, about the UFC. Sign the paper with the UFC so you can fight me in June. Simple and plain. Let's fight in June. You're the B side, I'm the A side."

Here's the problem ... Dana White has already said the fight isn't likely to happen because negotiations are falling apart. They seem to be worlds apart on money ... and there's simply no deal as of February.

Floyd's been back and forth about being willing to fight Conor, but seems to be taking a firm position now ... he's willing if a deal can be struck.

Chris Brown is about to get an invite ... from some top cops who are fed up with him.

Law enforcement sources tell us the LAPD division that covers his San Fernando Valley neighborhood has had it with all the complaints and Chris constantly thumbing his nose at cops and civilians alike. There has been a laundry list of gripes against the singer ... noise, drugs, assaults, riding various vehicles recklessly, and on and on.

We're told police want to make a last-ditch effort to get Chris in line. The brass at the division will ask him to come to the station so they can lay out the problems and see if he'll see the light.

As for why police are doing this ... as one source said, "Chris is a chronic problem who takes up a tremendous amount of our resources."

Chris has no obligation to come to the station for a chitchat. We reached out to his lawyer to find out if Chris would be open ... so far, no word back.

Nicki Minaj put Remy Ma in her crosshairs and called her a failing, traitorous, lying bitch ... with a little help from Drake and Lil Wayne.

Nicki dropped 3 tracks, one of which is called "No Frauds" which begins, "You can't be Pablo if your work ain't sellin ... " Then it gets way more personal:

"Heard your pussy on yuck, I guess you needed a pap
What type of bum bitch shoot a friend over a rack?"

She goes on to proclaim diss track victory ...

"They say numbers don't matter but when they discussin' the kings
They turn around and say Lebron ain't got 6 rings"

It's super clear Nicki feels betrayed ...

"The bitch gambled on her career
Now it's gonna be severe"

Drake and Wayne don't go after Remy directly, but they sing Nicki's praises. We're told the tracks were recorded in January when the trio hooked up in a Miami studio -- but Nicki flew producers to meet her in Paris this week so she could add the diss lines.

Remy's diss track, "shETHER," was taken off SoundCloud Thursday.

Btw, Nicki doubled down on IG -- saying she'll give Remy a half a mil if she can book any show or interview without mentioning Nicki's name. Translation: You're irrelevant without me, bitch.

Nas had NOTHING to do with Remy Ma's diss track being yanked from the airwaves, and we're told the rapper's pointing the finger at one giant culprit -- Universal Music Publishing.

Sources connected to the rapper tell TMZ ... Nas has no beef with Remy using his beat to diss Nicki Minaj in "shETHER" ... and it was Universal -- which owns the song -- that made a stink after Remy jacked the beat, slapped it on her track and sold it without its permission.

Remy's label may have dropped the ball by not getting the all clear. The track's since been taken off SoundCloud and radio. Sources tell us Remy's been told she can't even perform the track.

We're told Universal sprung into action after "shETHER" hit No. 2 on iTunes ... though we checked and you can still download the track, but that could quickly change.

Nas sources are adamant the rapper would NEVER step into a blistering showdown. In fact ... Nas is a fan of battle raps and appreciates the culture. Nas, of course, had one of the most epic beefs with Jay Z.

It's the BIGGEST abdominal showdown ever -- Shaq hitting back at Big Show with some stomach muscles of his own ... and TMZ Sports has the video!

After Big Show posted pics of his own gut muscles last month, some people thought Shaq was backing out of their WrestleMania 33 match because he was scared of the 7-footer's impressive physique.

Dez Bryant unleashed the fury all over a Twitter troll Wednesday -- saying haters "have no clue" what he's been dealing with off the field over the past 2 years and should "shut the f**k up."

It all started when Cowboys reporter Jon Machota posted a list of WRs with the most receiving yards since 2012 which showed Dez ranked 8th ... below Calvin Johnson, T.Y. Hilton and Brandon Marshall.

Dez explained that he's finally getting his first healthy off-season training in 2 years and suggested he'll bounce back strong in 2017.

Not everyone's buying it -- including one guy who tweeted at Dez, "Injury prone. If your not on the field, talent means nothing! If you miss more than 5 games in 17' you'll be cut 2018!UNDERSTAND."

Dez didn't like that and fired back ...

"Bro shut the f**k up.. the game of football is more than training and playing.. you have no clue what I was dealing with these pass 2 years."

We know SOME of what he's dealt with off the field ... he's been sued for allegedly trashing a mansion and blasted by animal groups over a pet monkey ... but it seems like Dez is hinting at bigger issues.

Nicki Minaj has no immediate plan to respond to Remy Ma's vicious diss tracks, in which Remy calls Nicki every name in the book, including a cheater, a tramp and a has-been.

Our sources say Nicki feels Remy's accusations are being exposed as lies by various people, including Lil Wayne, Trey Songz, Ebro and Safaree. There's a lot of chatter that Nicki will fall off if she doesn't respond, but she doesn't buy it.

We're told Nicki is not hiding ... quite the opposite. She's in the middle of high-profile apprearances at Paris Fashion Week. She's also featured on 2 tracks that were just released from Future and Gucci Mane. She also just released a new app.

As you know, Remy blasted Nicki, calling her a ho, a bitch, a cokehead, and a disloyal hoochie with bad butt implants. Remy also says Nicki slept her way to the top.

As for the long-term, Nicki isn't ruling out a counterblast, but she feels right now she's winning by silence.

Former "Family Matters" star Darius McCrary took a page out of his pal Charlie Sheen's playbook, and unleashed a rant against his estranged wife, who's accused him of abusing her, their child ... and drugs.

Darius was leaving a vapor lounge in the San Fernando Valley Tuesday, when we asked him about Tammy Brawner's claim he held their little girl over boiling water. Darius thinks she's out for fame -- but beyond that, it's hard to keep up with his rambling response to the allegations he's a bad dad.

As we reported, Darius got a restraining order against Tammy claiming SHE actually attacked HIM.

As for his current job on the FOX drama, "Star" -- Darius hints executive producer Lee Daniels has his back through this ordeal.

Miami rapper Stitches tricked the 13-year-old "Cash Me Ousside" girl into collaborating on a song and music video without approval, according to her camp -- but Stitches says he's just looking out for the kid.

Reps for Danielle Bregoli tell us Stitches reached out to her team this week with a vague proposition to work together, but was rejected. We're told he then reached out to one of Danielle's friends on social media, and offered cash if she got Danielle to go to his house.

Danielle and the friend did go over and she recorded a song and music vid with Stitches. Her team says she was uncomfortable while shooting, although it doesn't seem like it in social media clips.

Danielle's reps feel Stitches exploited her fame without consent from her mom or management. The rep says, "Stitches is a scumbag. He tricked a child into his van by offering her candy."

Stitches adamantly denies that through his rep, who says there was no money or contract involved, and Danielle wanted to be on the track. We're told Stitches wants the best for her, and only wanted to be a positive mentor.

Nick Diaz says Michael Bisping and Georges St-Pierre are STUPID for not fighting him -- telling TMZ Sports he'd make them both a lot of money ... but they're too chicken to take the match.

We got Diaz leaving the UFC 209 in Vegas ... and after he was done insulting UFC welterweight champ Tyron Woodley ... we asked him his thoughts on Bisping & St-Pierre locking horns in the future.

Louis Tomlinson is in for a legal battle with the paparazzo he allegedly attacked ... because the guy has sued in the past for a similar incident.

TMZ broke the story ... Karl Larsen -- the photog who says Tomlinson smashed his head on the floor Friday at LAX -- sued a company that produced a Lana Del Rey music vid in 2013, claiming 3 of its employees roughed him up for snapping pics of the shoot.

Larsen was taking photos of LDR near the L.A. river when 3 men from Black Hand Cinema allegedly accosted him. As you can see from the video ... things got pretty intense.

Larsen claimed the men shoved and jerked him and used a box cutter to slice his finger and take his camera ... then made him erase the memory card. He sued for $1 million, but the case was later dismissed ... which is generally code for settlement.

As we reported, Larsen has already lawyered up in the Tomlinson case, hiring Gloria Allred.

Even Conor McGregor IMPERSONATORS got balls -- including the one who got right up in Floyd Mayweather's face and challenged him to a fight in England.

It all went down during a Q&A event in Birmingham over the weekend -- when Irish impressionist Al Foran grabbed the mic and started talking authentic McGregorian trash right to the champ.

At one point, he even took a seat next to Floyd on the stage and continued the smacktalk.

Meanwhile, the REAL Conor was close by in Ireland this weekend celebrating his mom's birthday ... not too far for a surprise confrontation??

Big Show's not sweating whether Shaq will show up to Wrestlemania or not ... 'cause he's planning to be there with or without him.
