Rosie O'Donnell will NOT have to submit to random drug testing during her custody war, but Rosie's wife says she'll go back to court again because she believes their kid is in danger.

We've now learned the judge shot down Michelle's drug test request saying it wasn't necessary, at least for now. We're told the judge is satisfied Rosie is a capable parent so there will be no strings attached to their current 50/50 custody agreement.

But the judge did rail on both Rosie and Michelle for blabbing to the media about the case. He ordered both of them to stop talking and posting parent-related matters on social media.

As for tone, it's as nasty as it gets. We're told on their way out of court, Michelle's lawyer told Rosie's attorney to "f*** off."

The NBA was definitely NOT amused with the Matt Barnes vs. James Harden's mother smack talk session earlier this week ... fining Barnes $50k for running his mouth during the game.

Both Barnes and Harden's mother admitted getting into it during the Clippers vs. Rockets playoff game on Wednesday ... though neither side has revealed what specific insults were hurled.

Now, the NBA says Barnes committed the cardinal sin of "directing inappropriate language at a fan" -- and dinged him $50,000.

Rapper JoJo Capone thought he'd squashed the beef between The Game and Young Thug by using just 2 words -- love and respect -- but now it looks like one of them didn't get the message.

Capone was on TMZ Live Friday ... explaining how he convinced the rappers to quit making death threats against each other in their feud over Lil Wayne. It sounded all hearts and flowers -- like all that was left to do was blaze up the peace pipe.

Then just a few hours later ... metaphoric shots were fired by Thug. You gotta see the "apology" to Game he posted. Starts out nice, but ends with him basically calling Wayne a bitch for not fighting his own battles.

Capone better get back on the horn.

Matt Barnes says James Harden's mother STARTED their heated verbal exchange during the last Clips vs. Rockets game ... but says they've since buried the hatchet.

We broke the story ... Harden's mother Monja Willis says one of her sons confronted Barnes after the game and demanded an apology ... to which Barnes obliged.

Now, Barnes is telling his side of the story ... saying, "We've spoken twice since the incident ... we've made our peace."

Barnes wouldn't give the details about what exactly was said between the two -- but did admit he did NOT know the woman was Harden's mother at the time of the trash talk.

As for the NBA -- Matt says he's been contacted by league officials ... and expects to be fined.

Floyd Mayweather's father is FIRING MORE SHOTS at Manny Pacquiao's camp ... calling him a loser with a pathetic trainer ... and he's doing it all through the majesty of poetry.

Turns out, Floyd Sr. has been dabbling in the rhyming arts for a while -- and has even been putting together a book of his best work.

The Game and Young Thug put an end to their beef before anyone got shot ... and the truce was put together by a mutual friend ... with some major street cred.

Rapper JoJo Capone tells TMZ he brokered peace between Game and Thug late Wednesday ... after they'd traded some serious threats. Capone tells TMZ ... Game reached out to him after seeing a photo online of Capone and Thug together. He says Game didn't realize Capone was down with Thug ... and that opened the door to a summit.

Capone says he got Game and Thug on the phone and explained ... they both needed to get back to making music, and not threats. Capone says he told them they needed to look at the big picture and call off the dogs before someone got hurt.

They got the message. Shortly after the call, Game confirmed the war is over.

Lil Wayne and Young Thug's war is so heated, death threats are already flying -- but Wayne has no problem with his 16-year-old daughter getting in the middle of the feud.

We got Weezy outside Avalon Hollywood and asked him if there was any shot at chance for squashing the beef -- especially with The Game and Thug threatening to go ballistic.

Watch the video ... Wayne was NOT in the mood to talk peace. In fact, he took the opportunity to applaud his daughter Reginae's tweets blasting Young Thug for originally naming his mixtape "Carter 6" (a clear shot at Wayne's long-delayed album).

James Harden's mother tells TMZ Sports ... Matt Barnes PERSONALLY APOLOGIZED Wednesday night ... after the L.A. Clippers star hurled an extremely rude comment to her during last night's NBA playoff game.

Monja Willis wouldn't tell us exactly what Barnes said to her at the Toyota Center in Houston during Game 2 of the Western Conference Semi-Finals ... saying, "We'll leave that on the court."

What we do know ... Matt's comment really pissed off one of Monja's other sons -- who was sitting next to her during the game and heard it ... and confronted Barnes after the final buzzer.

Willis tells us ... "My older son walked over to him and told him to apologize ... and he did."

Monja says, "What he told me was that he would never want to disrespect anyone's mother because his mother passed from cancer ... and that he was sorry."

Selena Gomez and Miranda Kerr came face-to-face and cheek-to-cheek ... and given their history, it could have been a tad AWWK-WARD.

Quick check of the scorecard -- Gomez and Kerr allegedly hooked up with each other's exes ... Justin Bieber and Orlando Bloom ... which allegedly led to Orlando taking a swing at Justin in Ibiza last summer. They all deny the allegations.

Now cut to Wednesday in Palm Springs where Miranda and Selena seemed totally cool with each other at a Louis Vuitton event. Sure, they could be faking it ... but we've seen them hang before -- at another LV gathering.

Threats are already flying between Young Thug and The Game -- but bullets could be next because Thug is REFUSING to change his upcoming plans to visit Game's turf.

The rappers have been blasting each other verbally since last night when Game got on the mic at a New Orleans club ... and warned Young Thug to squash his beef with Lil Wayne, or the Piru Bloods would get involved. He also dared Thug to come to L.A.

It got worse when Thug posted a video response -- complete with a friend brandishing an automatic weapon.

Sources close to YT say he'll be in L.A. soon (they wouldn't be more specific) for some studio time, and he has no plans to change that after Game's threats. Ditto for a summer concert scheduled for the L.A. area. We're told Thug doesn't plan to do anything differently. In short, he ain't scurred.

We've reached out to Game -- no word back yet, but his threats are getting more detailed.

Zayn Malik's exit from One Direction apparently wasn't as friendly as they wanted us to believe ... because Zayn and Louis Tomlinson are publicly trash talking each other.

Zayn just posted this heavily-filtered photo of himself with record producer Naughty Boy. Louis jumped on it, tweeting, "Remember when you were 12 and you used to think those Mac filters for your picture were cool haha! Some people still do HA!"

Zayn was locked and loaded, firing back, "Remember when you had a life and stopped making bitchy comments about mine?"

People connected with 1D were insisting to us when Zayn left ... everyone was cool about his departure ... which made no sense.

Terrence Howard says he has hard proof his ex-wife extorted him ... threatening to expose details about his genitals to the world unless he paid her handsomely.

Terrence just filed legal docs in his spousal support war with Michelle, who got 5 years worth of support for a marriage that only lasted a year. It's way more than the norm.

Terrence now says he agreed to pay her for 5 years because she extorted him, and he says some of it is on tape. He says while they were bickering about the amount of support he'd pay her she threatened to release naked photos and video of him unless she got what she wanted.

In the docs filed by his attorney Brian Kramer, Terrence says he secretly recorded her saying, "I can make a good $2 million right now ... you want to see your little **** out there in front of TV?"

Terrence says he has her on tape saying she will tell every woman in the world he gave her an STD.

He says she's also caught on tape saying, "Trust me, you're f****** with the wrong person. You f***** with me way too much. I will f****** bury you deep in the ground."

Floyd Mayweather could lose tens of millions of dollars from his big payday if his baby mama gets her way ... because she's just filed a lawsuit claiming he ruined her with lies to save his own ass.

Josie Harris, who has 3 kids with Floyd, claims he lied through his teeth in an interview with Katie Couric just 2 weeks before the big fight ... when he claimed Josie was in a drug-fueled rage and he had to "restrain" her during their infamous 2010 domestic violence incident.

Point of fact ... Floyd was convicted of domestic violence and spent two months in jail.

Josie recounts her terror in the lawsuit, explaining how she and Floyd had broken up ... but he flew into a jealous rage that night, broke into her home and viciously attacked her while she was sleeping on her couch ... and her kids saw part of the beating.

Harris says she is now labeled a drug addict thanks to Mayweather's lies -- and was embarrassed and humiliated on a global scale.

Her lawyer, Dan Friedlander, writes in the lawsuit -- Floyd's lies to Couric "were knowingly fabricated in order to hype Mayweather's upcoming fight with Pacquiao, to avoid bad press by deflecting responsibility for beating the mother of his children."

Rosie O'Donnell's wife does not need Rosie's money because she's got plenty of her own ... this from the mouth of Rosie herself.

As we reported Rosie's people say Michelle Rounds is a money grubber who is trying to invalidate the prenup and is making wild claims to make Rosie fold.

But we found this clip of Rosie on Howard Stern's show in October 2011, not too long after Rosie met Michelle, when she goes on and on about how successful Michelle is and how she has her own money.

Justin Bieber was amped up at Rehab in Vegas before the fight ... singing to Big Sean -- which is surprising -- and making his feelings about Manny Pacquiao clear.

Justin partied with the crowd before walking out with Floyd Mayweather, and at 33 seconds you can see him mouth the words, "f*** Pacquiao" ... he then flips the bird.

It's also interesting he's felling Big Sean, whose breaking with Ariana Grande did not go well. You'll recall he just gave her a squeeze from behind a few weeks back, which set Sean off. We're told Sean doesn't have hard feelings for Biebs ... he thinks Ariana just used him.

The Spice Girls reunited for a very special occasion -- David Beckham's 40th birthday ... and someone was noticeably absent.

Victoria Beckham threw the party in Morocco Saturday and most everyone dutifully showed up, including Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm and Geri Halliwell. The missing Spice -- Mel B.

Victoria posted the pic and tagged it "Spice Girls in Marrakech!" ... thing is, Eva Longoria joined for the photo.

They didn't perform, but they partied with David's family and all the other celebs.
