Tyga needs to pull his head out of his ass and learn nobody's buying the cow when you give 'em the milk for free -- that's Birdman's reaction to Tyga's new album ... according to Cash Money sources.

We're told Birdman's fuming because Tyga encouraged fans to listen to songs from "The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty" on free music streaming services, like Spotify -- a move Birdman did NOT approve.

Our sources say the Cash Money honcho thinks Tyga sunk his album -- which sold just 2,200 copies in its first week -- because everyone could listen to the songs for free. By comparison, Tyga's last record sold nearly half a million copies.

We're told Birdman thinks Tyga purposely pulled the "childish" stunt ... to get out of his deal, and go sign with Lil Wayne -- but Birdman's not counting this album. That means Tyga would still owe him another one.

Richie Sambora and his ex-girlfriend better put their own court battle on the back burner -- they both got slapped with lawsuits from former employees who say their paychecks were a little light.

Bon Jovi's old guitarist and Nikki Lund allegedly stiffed the workers to the tune of $5,000 and $6,775, respectively ... when they punched in for Nikki Rich -- Lund and Sambora's clothing company.

The company's also at the heart of Sambora's extortion lawsuit against Lund -- he claims she falsely accused him of making death threats ... because he pulled out of their biz.

The good news for the exes -- the former employees are suing in small claims court -- which means this whole mess could be handled in ... "The People's Court."

50 Cent is down $5 million after losing the sex tape lawsuit with Rick Ross' baby mama, and he might owe even more money.

The jurors -- 4 women, 2 men -- deliberated for just over an hour before awarding Lavonia Leviston $2.5 million in damages for using her image without her permission ... and another $2.5 mil for intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Leviston's lawyers argued that the rapper had leaked the tape online as a ploy for publicity, and to diss Ricky Rozay.

Mark Cuban says he got straight lied to by DeAndre Jordan -- claiming the NBA star insisted he was "on a date" Wednesday night ... when he was really in a secret meeting with the Clippers.

Iggy Azalea just cleared the decks for a wedding to Nick Young by wrapping up all the legal drama with her ex-boyfriend.

According to our sources, Azalea and Hefe Wine have come to a settlement in their epic battle over whether Hefe has rights to her music and a sex tape he claims they shot together.

As if the past 24 hours haven't been bad enough for Mark Cuban -- now he's getting mocked by former sitcom star Mark Curry, who says he LOVES that Cuban got burned in the DeAndre deal.
