Ex 'Buckwild' Star 30 Days in Jail for DWI Bust

Published | Updated

An ex "Buckwild" star is behind bars for the holiday -- finally serving her sentence for a DWI arrest from nearly 2 years ago.

Law enforcement sources tell us Ashley Whitt turned herself in to the Pitt County Detention Center on Friday to begin her 30 day stretch in the lockup. Cops busted her in Greenville, NC back in May 2014.

It's unclear why the case took so long to be resolved.

A lots changed since Ashley's big MTV debut back in 2013. Or maybe not much at all ...

Dominic Monaghan Obsessed Fan Threatens To Kill Him ... John Lennon Style

Published | Updated

Dominic Monaghan is scared for his life after an accused stalker threatened to assassinate him just like the famous Beatle.

As TMZ reported, Meredith McLarty's been harassing the actor since 2014 ... but things got real scary when cops say she tweeted, "Three words ...Mark David Chapman..." She went on, "Save #domswildthings."

Chapman's the guy who killed John Lennon in 1980 and @domswildthings is Monaghan's Twitter handle ... so it's pretty clear McLarty threatened to murder the actor.

The woman tweeted the threat in March, 2015, but the info just became public in legal docs.

Monaghan got a restraining order last year but McLarty was undeterred and got arrested for violating it by continuing to tweet and email him.

As of now, she's on the run. There's currently a warrant out for her arrest.

Garry Shandling Doctor Refuses to Sign Death Certificate Coroner Launches Investigation

Published | Updated

Garry Shandling has been dead for nearly 48 hours, but his death certificate has not been signed, because we've learned his doctor refuses to do so.

Our sources say Garry's primary physician has repeatedly refused to sign because he has no idea how or why his patient died. The doctor says he hadn't seen Shandling in more than a year and as far as he knew Garry was in good heath.

The doctor's refusal to sign triggered an official death investigation by the L.A. County Coroner, who will now officially determine cause of death.

We're told the coroner's investigators have already taken blood work from the ER where Shandling was pronounced dead. The investigators have also subpoenaed records from the doctor.

As we reported, people familiar with the situation tell us Shandling died from a massive heart attack.

Ray Lewis Bank Screwed Over My Foundation ... Demands $20 Million

Published | Updated

Ray Lewis claims his dream of giving 52 homes to 52 families in need was CRUSHED thanks to the bank that was funding the operation ... and now he's suing for MILLIONS to make things right.

Lewis -- along with several members of the L2 Family Foundation -- has filed a lawsuit against American Bank ... claiming AB had agreed to give L2 $5 million over 5 years to help fund Ray's program.

FYI -- the program was supposed to give 52 single moms the money they need toward the down payments of their new homes.

In exchange for the $5 mil, L2 says it agreed to give American Bank the right of first refusal on all of the mortgage loans that resulted from the program. Ray claims the bank got $4.5 mil in business from those deals.

Problem is ... Ray and L2 claim the bank "frantically" shut down the branch they were working with just 9 months into the program without explanation.

L2 says it never got the $5 million it was promised -- or any of the other benefits -- and says the closure "deprived the foundation of its ability to continue operations."

Now, Ray and L2 are suing for close to $20 MILLION -- claiming, in part, the bank has damaged Ray's stellar reputation.

We reached out to the bank for their side of the story -- but we haven't heard back.

Madonna I'm Allowed to Police My Own Driveway!

Published | Updated

Madonna says she has exclusive rights to the curb outside her NYC residence ... claiming the concrete in question is actually her personal driveway that leads into her private parking garage.

The Department of Buildings tells us that the singer does indeed have the right to a clear driveway, but she doesn't have the right to paint the curb or put up no parking signs on public property.

As TMZ first reported, Madge's neighbor was pissed she had a "Tenant Parking Only" sign and a yellow-painted curb in front of her place. The neighbor looped in the Department of Transportation who demanded Madonna remove the fake sign in addition to the DOT re-painting the curb.

According to the Dept. of Buildings, Madonna has the right to tow people using her spot, but she can't deter them with unauthorized signs.

Madonna just Instagrammed, "Yes Bishes I am Madonna and that is my driveway and if people park in front of it I can't drive in my driveway! So sorry the city doesn't like the color yellow! We will paint a nice dull grey to keep our neighbors happy! Sorry. I'm saying 3 extra Hail Mary's this Easter for this transgression."

Ex-NFL Player Terrence Cody 9 Months In Jail For Starving Dog To Death

Published | Updated

The ex-Baltimore Ravens player who starved his pet dog to death back in 2014 has been sentenced to 9 months in jail for animal cruelty ... officials confirm.

27-year-old Terrence Cody -- who was cut from the Ravens in 2015 -- had been convicted of 9 misdemeanors involving the death of Taz, his Canary Mastiff -- and the illegal possession of an alligator.

Prosecutors say Cody neglected Taz in a horrific way -- with the animal living in its own filth and barely eating for roughly a month.

Typically, canary Mastiffs are supposed to weigh about 100 pounds ... Taz was less than 50 pounds on the day he died.

Cody -- who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2010 draft -- played 5 seasons with the Ravens ... before being cut.

No word on when Cody will begin his sentence.

THROWIN' THE PUNCH

Katt Williams can't use the "he jumped me first" excuse anymore ... because a new full and uncut video of the fight between him and a minor clearly shows the comedian struck first.

You can see Katt and the kid exchanging words while walking off a soccer field, and the jawing goes on until Katt's up against a wall. Seems pretty obvious the kid was egging on Katt, but it's also clear the comedian got physical.

Katt might still argue he felt threatened -- the kid was inches from his face -- and that's why he threw a punch.

Katt's got a lot on the line -- multiple ongoing court cases and the possibility of having his bail revoked. Police plan to meet with the D.A. Thursday to discuss the case, including the latest videos.

English Soccer Star 6 Years In Prison For Sexual Activity w/ 15-Year-Old

Published | Updated

English soccer star Adam Johnson -- a former member of the English national team -- was sentenced to 6 years in prison after being convicted of sexual activity with a 15-year-old girl.

The 28-year-old -- who played for Sunderland in the English Premier League -- was accused of hooking up with the girl in his Range Rover back in January 2015.

The girl told cops Johnson put his hands down her pants and she performed oral sex on him. Johnson was cleared of the oral sex charge ... but found guilty of digitally penetrating the child.

Thursday in the court ... the judge told Johnson, "I am satisfied that the girl suffered serious psychological harm."

After the sentence, one of the detectives who worked on the case said, "Fame, celebrity and a position of power does not give you the right to break the law in pursuit of whatever you desire."

Suge Knight 6-Year-Old Son Booted From Courtroom

Published | Updated

Suge Knight's 6-year-old son was booted from the courtroom Wednesday where his dad appeared.

It was an emotional moment. Little Legend was in court to get some face time with his dad, whom he hasn't seen in 8 months.

We're told the judge wasn't having it. He asked Suge's fiancee, who brought the boy to court, his age, and when hizzoner found out Legend was 6, he ordered him out of the courtroom.

The fiancee protested, saying Legend was well-mannered and well-behaved and asked the judge why the child had to leave. The judge snapped back, "Because I said so."

In fairness to the court, many judges will remove small children in cases where the allegations and testimony could be traumatic. The case in question involves robbery.

Erin Andrews Court Screwed Up Marriott Should Pay Me More

Published | Updated

Erin Andrews wants more than she got from a jury that awarded her 10's of millions of dollars ... she wants Marriott to foot the entire bill, despite the fact the jury only assigned the hotel partial blame.

As we reported, the jury awarded Erin $55 million. It socked Marriott with $27 million, and Michael Barrett with $28 mil. The basis for the decision ... each defendant was essentially 50% responsible.

Problem is ... apparently Barrett doesn't have a pot to piss in. So Erin wants the verdict adjusted so Marriott is responsible for the entire amount.

Her argument is that the case is all about a peephole in the hotel and a horrible invasion of privacy. Her lawyers say both Marriott and Barrett are each responsible for the entire amount and Erin has the choice of going after one, the other or both.

Pro Skater Nyjah Huston Party's Over Punished Over Late Night Ragers

Published | Updated

Nyjah Huston's neighbors can finally REJOICE -- 'cause a judge has ordered the X Games star to SHUT DOWN the insane late-night ragers at his home ... or else.

21-year-old Huston has become a legend in Orange County, CA for throwing some of the sickest parties ever ... with cops responding more than 20 TIMES since 2013.

The pro skater appeared in court Wednesday to face a slew of criminal charges -- including disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, public nuisance and trespassing -- and hashed out a deal with prosecutors.

Huston agreed to plead no contest to two misdemeanors -- public nuisance and resisting a peace officer. In exchange, he was given 3 years probation, ordered to complete 200 hours of community service and the judge dropped everything else.

But here's the rub ... the judge told Huston part of his probation is he's not allowed to throw parties at his home from 8 PM to 8 AM. If he violates the order, the judge could revoke his probation ... which may result in jail time.

So ... day parties?
