Kate Beckinsale has just responded to her estranged husband's divorce petition, and it seems this divorce should go down with very little drama.

Kate is reserving the right to spousal support from Len Wiseman, who filed for divorce last October.

Kate says in her docs, filed by disso queen Laura Wasser, she wants her jewelry and personal effects to remain hers. She also wants all of her earnings after they separated to remain hers. Her docs don't give a date of separation, and his docs don't list a date of separation either.

The couple married in 2004 and have no kids together.

The couple's marriage hit the rocks in November 2015. Len was spotted out with model CJ Franco.

Ex-Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle has been found guilty of battery after allegedly running people over with his car last year ... but the court session was very bizarre.

Randle was in court in Wichita, Kansas to face multiple charges for the incident -- in which prosecutors say he got violent during a beer pong game at a house party in Feb. 2016.

Moments ago, the 25-year-old was found guilty of aggravated battery, criminal threats, aggravated burglary and possession of marijuana.

But when the judge asked Randle if he had any questions about the verdict, he replied, "I don't understand what just happened."

Randle then asked if he had been charged with anything today in a confusing exchange with the judge ... this according to KWCH's Akeam Ashford.

The lawyers in the case are now speaking with the judge.

Randle has exhibited bizarre behavior for years -- he was arrested 6 times in 17 months including an incident in which he stole underwear and cologne from a department store while he was still playing for the Cowboys.

Since then, he was arrested at a casino, busted at his ex-girlfriend's home, and allegedly ripped a TV off the wall in jail.

Janet Jackson left her fans high and dry and they're pissed about not getting concert refunds ... and one of 'em is filing a class action lawsuit to get the money.

Tiana Adams filed the suit blasting Live Nation for the fact Janet's fans haven't seen a dime ... even though she's postponed the Unbreakable World Tour at least 3 times.

In docs, Adams says Live Nation's trying to get away without issuing refunds by repeatedly treating the tour as "rescheduled" and not "cancelled." Janet's yet to pin down a date she'll get back on the road, except to say it will be sometime in 2017.

As we reported ... Janet announced back in April 2016 she was putting her tour on hold -- on doctor's orders -- to make a baby. Fans are fed up and just want their money back. We reached out to Live Nation, so far no word back.

Janet is not being sued. How could they? Look at that kid!

Jeezy's a cold-blooded killer who was never charged with the crime ... so says the victim's kids who are now suing the rapper.

Concert promoter Eric Johnson was killed in August 2014 after he was shot at least 5 times backstage at Jeezy and Wiz Khalifa's concert in Mountain View, CA. In docs obtained by TMZ the family claims an eyewitness told Mountain View PD the shooter looked like Young Jeezy ... and 2 years later the witness repeated that claim in a deposition.

What's more ... the family says the same witness picked Jeezy out of a photo lineup as the shooter. They say a 2nd witness described the shooter to a police sketch artist who drew someone that looked "eerily similar to the way Young Jeezy looked" the night of the shooting.

The family says it was never given a direct explanation as to who was suspected of the crime or why Jeezy was never charged. Johnson's kids are suing for funeral expenses and other damages.

Aaron Hernandez's fiancee is concerned evidence from the ex-NFL's star's death could be discarded ... so she's suing the Dept. of Corrections to make sure they preserve every single thing that could possibly prove he didn't kill himself.

Shayanna Jenkins -- the mother of Aaron's 4-year-old daughter -- filed court docs Wednesday asking a superior court judge to prevent state officials from destroying video recordings, physical evidence and prison records connected to Hernandez.

And why?

Aaron's attorney, Jose Baez, has suggested Hernandez's death wasn't suicide -- it was murder -- and he vowed to run his own investigation to get to the truth.

It appears Jenkins is doing her part to help Baez's investigation.

The judge is hearing the matter Friday.

Mel B's former nanny is filing a lawsuit against the singer, claiming she told lies about her in the divorce case against Stephen Belafonte.

TMZ has learned the lawsuit centers on declarations Mel B filed in which she claims Belafonte and Lorraine Gilles told her they had an affair and that Lorraine was pregnant with his child. Mel B also claimed Gilles had an abortion.

Mel B goes on to accuse Gilles and Belafonte of pilfering money from her.

In another declaration, Mel B claims Lorraine has control over her sex tapes and might disseminate them.

There are numerous exhibits and pictures in the lawsuit which Gilles believe will convince a jury Mel B's allegations are a pack of lies.

Utah Jazz center Jeff Withey says he NEVER got physical with his Playboy Playmate ex-fiancee, Kennedy Summers ... claiming she made the whole thing up to damage his reputation.

As we previously reported, Summers -- the 2014 Playmate of the Year -- filed a police report earlier this week accusing Withey of domestic violence in an alleged 2016 incident.

Flo Rida is calling BS on the baby mama who claims he's a deadbeat dad, saying he already forks over a generous check every month ... and her lawsuit is nothing but a cash grab.

Sources close to Flo tell TMZ he's been making monthly payments of $5k to Alexis Adams to care for their 7-month-old son, and feels blindsided by her taking him to court. We're told Flo and Alexis both agreed on the amount, but he thinks she's being greedy by asking a judge to force him to pay more.

He says they were never a couple.

Alexis acknowledges she's been getting payments, but feels it isn't nearly enough to support herself and the baby -- considering his ailments, and the high cost of living in NYC. She claims she can't afford child care, so she can't leave the baby and go to work.

11:57 AM PT -- Massachusetts officials say the Medical Examiner WILL release Aaron's brain to Boston University ... but they have not given a specific time frame.

"The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is conducting an investigation into the circumstances of Aaron Hernandez’s death, which may require further analysis of his body," the Secretary of Public Safety and Security said.

"Once that is complete the brain will be released to Boston University. No one is going to stand in the way of the family’s wishes for Boston University to have Aaron Hernandez’s brain."

There's a standoff over Aaron Hernandez's brain.

Hernandez's lawyer, Jose Baez, just accused the Worcester Medical Examiner of illegally retaining Aaron's brain after agreeing to release it to the hospital of the family's choice for the purpose of CTE medical research.

Baez says the M.E. actually agreed to send the brain to Boston University CTE unit, which is renowned in the field. The family wants to know if Aaron was affected by CTE and hopes the examination will help other families.

Baez says a doctor in the Medical Examiner's Office went back on the deal and decided they would keep the brain and do the exam, rather than sending it to B.U.

The attorney is threatening a lawsuit if the M.E. continues to withhold the brain.

What's particularly interesting ... Aaron Hernandez's brain is irrelevant to his time in prison, the murder of which he was convicted or anything else involving the justice system.

The brain has everything to do with football -- something in which the prison has no involvement.

Since the prison says he committed suicide, there's nothing revealing about examining his brain.

"Seinfeld" is back ... linked to a guy who's been indicted for passing himself off as an architect, and the investigation is called "Operation Vandelay Industries." Seriously.

New York's Attorney General announced a 3-charge indictment Thursday against a guy auspiciously named Paul Newman -- yes, Newman -- for allegedly defrauding construction companies, business owners and others by pretending to be a licensed and registered architect.

The AG says Newman drafted bogus designs for over 100 properties in 3 NY counties since 2010, making tens of thousands in the process. He was also the only employee at his company.

Skrillex was pulled over and handcuffed Wednesday night, and he blamed Elon Musk.

Law enforcement sources tell us the superstar DJ was driving on the Sunset Strip in his Tesla with music -- his own music -- blaring for all to hear.

Cops pulled him over to deal with the noise issue, but when they asked for ID, Skrillex came up empty-handed. That prompted the cops to order him out of the car and then slap on the cuffs.

Cops somehow figured out he was Skrillex and the car was his ... they uncuffed him, cited him for a noise violation and driving without proper ID, and let him go on his merry way.

Skrillex then took to Twitter and complained to Elon ... but it's really more like a Tesla endorsement.

When, not if, Carmelo or La La Anthony pull the divorce trigger, there will be a road map on how they will divide their $200 plus million fortune.

Sources connected to the couple tell us they signed a prenup before getting hitched in 2010. We're told the prenup benefits Carmelo way more than La La, and for obvious reasons. He's in the middle of a $124 million contract with the Knicks and has earned north of $200 million in his career.

Melo has a lot more in the money dept. He's been a top brand ambassador to the Jordan brand and Foot Locker.

As for La La ... she was making money as an MTV VJ when they met and has continued to work through the marriage as an actress, model and producer.

All that said, prenups are not necessarily airtight and are frequently challenged by the person who ends up with the short end of the stick. These challenges almost always result in a settlement where the person with the money antes up more than required under the written agreement.

One other thing. Some prenups actually include "cheating clauses," which entitle the non-cheating party to more money if the spouse strayed. As we reported, a woman claims she's pregnant with Melo's kid. We don't know if this clause is included in their prenup.

Drake has cut one of his fans a huge break ... we've learned he's told authorities to drop a felony burglary case against the Pennsylvania woman for breaking into his house and guzzling his sodas.

Sources involved in the case tell us ... Drake's lawyer has contacted the L.A. County D.A. and made it clear the rapper will not cooperate in any prosecution of the lady who somehow got into his Hidden Hills mansion, slipped on one of his hoodies and then helped herself to a Pepsi, Sprite and Fiji Water.

We're told Drake believes the woman has mental issues and thinks it would be cruel to make her a felon and send her to prison for the April 3 incident where no one was hurt and little was taken.

In a case like this, there's no way the D.A. would press on and prosecute without his cooperation.

Flo Rida has a 7-month-old baby boy in NYC, but he's not in the child's life and he's not paying support ... according to the baby mama who's now taking him to court.

Alexis Adams says in docs, obtained by TMZ, she and Flo hooked up in December 2015, and had relations into mid-January 2016. She says little Zohar Paxton was born in September.

We're told Alexis is saying the child has hydrocephalus, water on the brain, and she's struggling to cover medical expenses for his treatment.

According to the docs, Flo has yet to acknowledge he's the father ... despite the fact a paternity test in December 2016 showed a 99.99% chance the kid is his. Alexis included the test results in her filing.

Utah Jazz center Jeff Withey has been accused of domestic violence in a police report filed by his Playboy Playmate of the Year ex-fiancee, Kennedy Summers ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement sources confirm the report was filed in Manhattan Beach, CA on Tuesday and references multiple alleged incidents. We're told cops are focused on one alleged incident from 2016.

Our law enforcement sources tell us cops were called to an incident involving Withey and Summers last year, but no report was made at the time and nobody was arrested.

Sources connected to Summers tell us she filed the report now because Withey and the Jazz are in an NBA playoff series with the L.A. Clippers and she's concerned for her safety when he's in L.A.

Kennedy’s rep, Zack Teperman, tells us ... "Given the ongoing circumstances, our client now needs to protect herself and come forward about everything so this doesn't happen to her or others in the future."

Withey and Summers have had relationship issues for years -- they broke up back in 2016 after Summers trashed the NBA player on social media when she found out he took someone else on a movie date behind her back.

They reconciled and got engaged a few months later before finally calling things off for good in October.

We reached out to Withey's camp for comment. So far, no word back.

Prince's estate is putting the brakes on the planned release of a new album, thanks to a court ruling in its favor ... TMZ has learned.

A federal judge granted the estate's request Wednesday for a restraining order -- which means the "Deliverance" EP will NOT be released on Friday, the first anniversary of Prince's death.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, the court said it appears George Ian Boxill, the producer who put together "Deliverance" has no right to distribute the music to the public. The judge referenced a confidentiality agreement purportedly signed by Boxill when recording with Prince in 2006.

Boxill was ordered to turn over all recordings to the estate.

The restraining order will expire on May 3, unless the court extends it. There will be a hearing before then to address the matter.

The order does not address the fact the album has already been pre-ordered by millions of Prince fans. Anyone who did so on iTunes before it was removed Wednesday ... got an immediate download of one song.
