Letters were found inside Aaron Hernandez's cell when his body was found, but none of them were written to a gay lover.

Hernandez's lawyer, Jose Baez, tells TMZ Sports, "Rumors of letters to a gay lover, in or out of prison, are false. These are malicious leaks used to tarnish somebody who is dead."

The D.A. announced Thursday 3 letters were next to Hernandez's Bible, and that's when the rumors began.

Mel B's ex-nanny has dozens of photos to back her claim she wasn't just the hired help, and the singer seduced her into three-way sex with Stephen Belafonte.

We broke the story ... Lorraine Gilles filed a defamation lawsuit against Mel for saying Gilles got knocked up by Belafonte. Gilles insists Mel was totally in on and aware of the sexual escapades with Belafonte.

As part of her lawsuit, she submitted more than a couple dozen shots she says were taken during her 7 year relationship with Mel and Stephen. The pics certainly make it seem like she was tighter with the couple than your average nanny.

TMZ Sports has obtained new footage from the night Cincinnati Bengals star Pacman Jones was arrested for assault -- and it shows even MORE of the tense relationship between Pac and the cops.

Mel B says her estranged husband is involved in the porn industry, and that means he shouldn't be allowed to have unmonitored visitation with their kids.

Mel B's attorneys are in court fighting Stephen Belafonte's efforts to regain visitation rights. Mel currently has a restraining order which bans him from all contact with the kids.

In court, her counsel said there was "evidence" on multiple computers in the family home that indicates he's connected to porn, and possibly shooting it himself. They claim there's a paper trail on him renting spaces around L.A. to shoot porn.

The hearing is still in progress, but so far the judge is leaning toward awarding Stephen monitored visits with Madison, the daughter they have together. However, the judge is also denying Stephen's efforts to get any visitation with Angel ... Mel and Eddie Murphy's daughter.

Jake Harris was arrested this weekend for stealing a car and drug possession ... this after a long history of run-ins with the law.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the ex-"Deadliest Catch" star and a lady friend drove down to Phoenix from Washington state last week for what they called a "vacation." We're told the woman is married ... but that the 2 have hung out like this before.

Friday morning, the woman told cops she discovered Jake had split from their hotel ... taking her car in the process. We're told she reported the car stolen when she couldn't get a hold of him, but called the cops when she found him at a Circle K the next day.

Phoenix PD officers showed up and searched him, where they say they found Xanax pills and crystal meth ... which we're told he admitted were for personal use. He was booked for 1 count of felony theft and 2 counts of felony drug possession.

This is the latest legal run-in for Jake -- who was busted for DUI in 2010, and then, on the flip side, was robbed, beaten and tossed from a vehicle in November in Washington. At the time his brother, Josh, said Jake was seriously injured.

Mel B is not disputing what her former nanny claimed in her defamation lawsuit against the singer -- that Mel B, husband Stephen Belafonte and the then-nanny had 3-ways for 7 years ... but Mel B says the 2 of them crossed the line.

Sources connected with the singer tell TMZ ... Belafonte hired Lorraine Gilles and then convinced both her and Mel B to have 3-ways, which they did over a period of 7 years.

Mel B claims the deal was broken several years ago when Belafonte and Gilles had sex without her. According to Mel B sources, she claims sometimes they would have 3-ways, but other times Belafonte and Gilles would do it together without her knowledge.

Our Mel B sources claim Belafonte convinced her to have 3-ways with numerous people over the 10-year marriage.

Dr. David Dao's lawyer from the United incident is now on board for the mom from the American Airlines incident, but it sounds like this one ain't going to court.

Attorney Tom Demetrio went on "Today" Monday morning to announce he's representing her, and clarifies she was not actually struck by the stroller, but says the flight attendant came damn close to hitting his client's baby.

He admits the fact that neither mother nor child were actually struck means a lawsuit probably won't happen. As we reported, American suspended the employee, apologized for his actions and upgraded the mother to first class for the remainder of her trip to Argentina.

Meanwhile, Demetrio says Dr. Dao is still hurt from the United confrontation, and confirms what we already suspected ... they're filing suit.

Clint Howard -- you definitely recognize his face -- is saying deuces to his wife of 22 years.

Clint -- the younger brother of Ron Howard -- filed docs to separate from wife, Melanie Howard, citing irreconcilable differences.

Clint lists a bunch of stuff he says belong to him ... including a home in Burbank, CA, scripts from his old movies, his rights to a screenplay titled "Where's Little Louie?" and US Savings Bonds worth $24k. He says she can keep her jewelry and a bonds worth $10k.

He also wants the court to figure out who keeps the 2006 Honda Accord and 2005 Chrysler 300.

They got married in 1995 and have no kids together.

Donald Trump's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame was vandalized again, only this time with a magic marker ... instead of a pick ax.

Someone scribbled "F*** Trump" on the President's star on Hollywood Blvd. at some point this weekend. Law enforcement sources at LAPD tell us tell us they were not aware of the vandalism.

You'll recall ... James Otis utterly destroyed Trump's star with a pick ax back in October, and even copped to the crime. We broke the story ... he ended up avoiding jail time in a plea bargain.

After Otis' handiwork the whole star had to be replaced -- and the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce says they run about $30k.

One of UGA's top football recruits was arrested after getting into a dispute with his girlfriend at a Waffle House.

D'Antne Demery, an offensive lineman who recently committed to Georgia, was busted by cops in Athens after they got a report of a man choking a woman at the local Waffle House. Officers responded around 9:15 PM ET, but Demery and his gf had already left.

The gf eventually contacted cops directly and reported the alleged incident. She claims they were arguing, and when she started walking away, Demery grabbed her by the neck from behind and threw her ... according to AJC.

Cops say Demery, who's 6'7" and 310 lbs, admitted making physical contact with the victim. He was booked for battery and trespassing, both misdemeanors, and released after posting bond of $1,850.

Mel B seduced the nanny who is now suing her ... plying her with alcohol when she was just an 18-year-old foreign exchange student and had group sex with her ... this according to a new lawsuit.

Lorraine Gilles has just filed the lawsuit we told you about this morning, claiming Mel B defamed her by saying she was having an affair with Mel B's now estranged husband, Stephen Belafonte, who got her pregnant and then convinced her to have an abortion. Gilles says it's a pack of lies.

According to the suit, Gilles says Mel B portrayed her as a "homewrecker, prostitute, and extortionist, maliciously describing Gilles as being impudent, unscrupulous, and exploitive."

Gilles says in her defamation lawsuit, Mel B explained to her shortly after coming to America she and Belafonte had an open relationship. That was around the time Mel B, then 34, got her drunk and then had a 3-way with Gilles and Belafonte.

Gilles goes on to say, "at no point did Gilles and Belafonte engage in any sexual acts without Brown's knowledge or participation and at no point did Gilles and Belafonte represent to Brown that Gilles was pregnant with Belafonte's child."

Gilles says her sexual relationship with Mel B lasted 7 years.

As for sex tapes -- which Mel B claims Gilles and Belafonte used to extort her -- she says flat-out she's not in possession of any of them. Moreover, she says when they would have sex, Mel B would serve as the camera person and record the encounters and/or "take part in the menage a trois herself."

TMZ Sports has obtained the Adrien Broner arrest video -- in which the boxing superstar tells cops, "Bitch ass n**gas tried to kill me."

Broner was arrested Thursday morning in Kentucky after officers noticed bullet holes in his SUV -- and discovered an outstanding warrant for Broner's arrest stemming from a 2014 incident.

During the stop, Broner rants to cops that people tried to shoot and kill him earlier in the night and he deserves a break.

Broner makes it clear he does NOT want to be arrested or put in handcuffs -- but the cops explain they need to cuff him for everyone's safety.

Broner dropped some classic quotes during the incident including:

"I got two guns on me ... that's my arms! That's what I do for a living!"

"I'm rich, I don't give a f**k!"

"I almost got killed, now they're taking me to jail!"

"I'm a celebrity! You really gonna hurt my hands like this and I'm fighting in June!?"

"I'm not running nowhere, I'm rich as f**k!"

The woman who was brutalized by ex-Oklahoma running back Joe Mixon says she met with him in a private 1-on-1 meeting and they buried the hatchet ... and she wishes him luck in the NFL.

Aaron Hernandez's family did not know the ex-NFL star left suicide notes for them until it was reported in the media ... and they're furious about it.

Attorney George Leontire went off in front of a judge about how officials have left the family in the dark about the circumstances surrounding Aaron's death.

Leontire says everyone is aware of the reports that Aaron allegedly had the words "John 3:16" on his forehead at the time of his death and other details ... but the family hasn't heard a peep from investigators.

"They don't know if that's true or not," Leontire said.

It's clear he's pissed and demanded officials loop the Hernandez family in ASAP.

Leontire was in court to get an order to prevent officials from destroying evidence surrounding Hernandez's death so they can investigate further.
