MTV's 'Ridiculousness' Star Steelo Brim Investigated For Alleged Sexual Assault of Porn Star

Published | Updated

MTV's "Ridiculousness" star Sterling "Steelo" Brim is accused of sexually assaulting a porn star in NYC, but claims it's BS, and she threatened to concoct a phony rape story ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Steelo and porn star Mary Jean were hanging out Friday night, but she claims things went south fast. Mary says she told cops ... while she was driving Steelo wanted sex, and when she refused he grabbed her crotch, punched her breasts, and said "this belongs to me."

Here's where the story gets really strange. Steelo says Mary refused to let him out of the car, and threatened to tell people he had raped her ... if he got out. Steelo says he weighed his options and decided to leap from the moving car. He says he tucked and rolled on the street ... injuring his arm and his Rolex.

Steelo denies assaulting Mary ... who went straight to police after he escaped, and reported the alleged sexual assault.

Mary denies blocking Steelo from getting out of the car, and says he could have fled at a stop light. She says she was trying to take him to police.

Police are investigating Mary Jean's claims. Steelo tells us he hasn't spoken to cops yet, and no charges have been filed.

Migos Drug Bust And Then There Was One ... Held Without Bail

Published | Updated

Migos' latest performance was in front of a judge Monday morning -- and while 2 members of the rap trio can now be sprung ... another will stay behind bars after their weekend drug bust.

Quavo, Takeoff, and Offset were in a Georgia courtroom for their bail hearing. The judge set Quavo and Takeoff's bond at $10,000 each ... although neither has posted the amount yet.

Offset is a convicted felon, and the judge denied his release due to his prior issues.

TMZ broke the story ... cops yanked Migos off stage during their performance at Georgia Southern University Saturday night. All 3 were booked for felony drug possesion, felony possession of loaded guns, and misdemeanor marijuana possession.

Calls to the group's rep have not been returned.

Hernandez Double Murder Case Victim's Family Still Patriots Fans

Published | Updated

The family of one of the victims in the Aaron Hernandez double murder case says they will still root for the Patriots ... and will not hold Aaron's heinous crimes against the NFL team.

We spoke with Susan Vincente ... cousin of Safiro Furtado, one of the two people killed in a drive-by shooting outside a Boston-area nightclub back in 2013. Hernandez is the prime suspect.

"He needs to be brought to justice," Susan says ... "My cousin never had an enemy. He was calm and loving."

Susan says Safiro's mother is still devastated over the death of her son -- "It's still an open wound. It's been tough for her since day 1."

Officials say Hernandez plotted the attack because someone in Furtado's party accidentally spilled a drink on the former NFL star inside the club. Hernandez has been charged with murder and his trial is expected to begin later this year.

But when it comes to the Patriots, Susan says she does NOT hold anyone in the organization responsible for the murder -- "I'm still a Patriots fan. [Aaron] was just one person."

Migos Concertus Interruptus ... Drug Bust Goes Down During Show

Published | Updated

A Migos concert was cut short Saturday night in Georgia when police showed up and arrested all 3 members of the group ... for felony drug possession.

We're told all 3 members of Migos left the stage -- along with a posse that was at least 15 deep -- and they were all questioned by cops ... before getting hauled off to jail.

All 3 members of Migos -- Quavo, Offset and Takeoff -- got popped for felony possession of a schedule 2 narcotic (which could be cocaine, Oxycontin or codeine). They were were also arrested for carrying a loaded gun on school property, also a felony, and misdemeanor marijuana possession.

Dead Wrestler's Dad Sues the WWE Pay Up If You're Gonna Exploit My Son

Published | Updated

The WWE is cashing in on Eddie "Hot Stuff" Gilbert even though he's been dead for 20 years ... at least according to his family, which is dragging the league to court to get a cut of the action.

According to docs ... Eddie's dad, Tommy Gilbert, is in charge of the estate and says the WWE is plastering his son's image and likeness all over TV and other media platforms without permission -- and, more importantly, without paying them a dime.

Tommy says old wrestling footage of Eddie -- a pro from '79 until his death of a heart attack in '95 -- is being used to promote the WWE.

Interestingly, Eddie's fam isn't suing to block use of the footage -- they just want a judge to force the WWE to fork over a share of its profits, plus damages.

A WWE rep tells us, "Through the years, WWE has acquired the legal rights to library footage of various former wrestling organizations including Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and Mid-Southern Wrestling among many others. WWE has made substantial investments to acquire these copyrighted works and has the legal right to use them."

The rep adds, "Similar cases in the past have been unsuccessful, and we expect this case to be dismissed."

WE'LL NEVER HAVE PEACE

The Game is in chill mode, temporarily hanging up his basketball jersey and definitely staying clear of cops on the court.

Game's had his troubles lately on the hardwood ... he punched an off-duty cop during a game last month after the 2 got into it. The cop sued, and Game allegedly attacked a member of the team that served him with the lawsuit. Police are also investigating the incident.

He makes it clear he's had his problems with cops ... not all of them, but certainly some. Game acknowledges some cops are good, but he has a game plan when he gets close to those who aren't.

A$AP Rocky Slapee Now Slap Happy? Concert Assault Case Settled

Published | Updated

A$AP Rocky has one less "F**kin' Problem" ... because the woman he allegedly bitch slapped during one of his shows has dropped her lawsuit.

TMZ broke the story ... Lisa Wade claimed the rapper smacked her in the face at a Philly concert in 2013, and filed filed a civil suit against him.

According to the new court docs though, they've settled the suit, and a judge dismissed it with prejudice -- meaning Wade can't turn around and sue again.

This usually means some money's changed hands -- either to the plaintiff or her lawyers (they tend to like getting paid) -- but details are being kept under wraps. The Jasmine Brand first reported the settlement.

Now they can both pretend this never happened.

Suge Knight Victim Says Rap Mogul Threatened to Kill Him

Published | Updated

Suge Knight says he was scared for his life when he ran over 2 people, killing one, but according to the victim who lived, Suge was actually out for blood.

Cle Bone Sloan told police in an audio interview shortly after the fatal incident at Tam's parking lot in Compton, Suge told him point blank during the confrontation, "I'm gonna kill you." Bone also says he saw Suge "reaching" for something, which he assumed was a gun.

TMZ first posted video of the incident, where you see Suge drive into the lot and Bone almost immediately attack him.

Suge's lawyer is making a big deal out of the fact that Bone seemed to take responsibility for the death of Terry Carter. But other portions of the audio seem to hurt Suge, to the extent Bone viewed him as lethal.

Sofia Vergara I'm Not Having Nick's Baby But I'm Not Destroying the Embryo

Published | Updated

Sofia Vergara had to make a tricky decision ... there's a fertilized egg sitting around that could produce a baby she doesn't want, but she doesn't want to anger the "right to life" people by destroying it.

As TMZ reported, Sofia and then fiance Nick Loeb planned on having a baby together, which resulted in a fertilized egg being stored at a Beverly Hills reproductive facility. Nick has filed a lawsuit, saying Sophia wants to destroy the embryo, but he wants the kid.

Sofia's lawyer told People, "Vergara has never suggested that she wished to have the embryos destroyed," adding, "She has always maintained that they be kept frozen."

It seems strange on the surface. If she doesn't want the baby, why not destroy the embryo?

Sources close to Sofia tell TMZ, there is no way this baby will be born. Sofia wants nothing to do with Nick and is about to marry Joe Manganiello. The problem ... she doesn't want to piss off a lot of her fan base, which believes life is created at conception.

So we're told Sofia's solution is right in the contract, which says both parties have to agree to have the baby, and both sides have to agree to destroy the embryo. She will agree to neither, which means the baby will not be born.

Lady Gaga is popular with just about everyone ... except cops, because she got nailed in WeHo.

Gaga was at Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant Pump on Santa Monica Blvd. Friday around 11 PM. It took a long time for her to wade through the crowd ... just long enough for an L.A. County Sheriff's deputy to write her driver up.

The nature of the ticket is unclear, but we think the Rolls was parking in a drop-off area and it was there too long.

The cop's clearly a Katy Perry fan.

Not everyone at ESPN wants Britt McHenry back on the air -- with several employees (including on-air talent) telling us plain and simple -- "She should have been fired."

We spoke with a whole bunch of ESPN employees ... from producers to production people and even famous faces ... and not one person said they're down with the 1-week suspension.

One high level producer tells us, "She's the worst. Hopefully she'll be fired soon."

Another person told us, "[What she did] reflects on all of us at ESPN. She will be fired soon. If not, I'll be shocked."

"She came off more than rude in that clip. It seems like she needs some humble pie," says another ESPN staffer ... "[ESPN] can find a million Britt McHenrys to replace her."

One famous ESPN'er (who also didn't want to be named) told us, "Put it like this, she's replaceable."

We reached out to Britt for comment -- but so far, it's radio silence.

Jay Z, Roc Nation I'm Now the Master of My Own Destiny

Published | Updated

Jay Z is once again the proud owner of some historic music.

Jay has been in an epic battle with a guy who was holding the masters to The Life and Times of S. Carter and The Dynasty albums hostage. There were 41 tracks, 31 with Jay and 10 with Beanie Sigel.

Chauncey Mahan, a sound engineer on the albums, claimed ownership and stashed boxes of tracks in a San Fernando Valley storage facility.

Cops eventually seized the masters, but Mahan didn't back down. He sued Jay and Roc Nation in July, trying to get a piece of the action.

A judge just shut him down, ruling he waited way too long to sue.

So Jay Z owns his stuff outright.

BTW ... 'Life and Times' went triple platinum and contains songs like "Big Pimpin' and "Jigga my N****."

Aaron Hernandez Jail I.D. Craigslist Kills Auction Seller Goes To Facebook

Aaron Hernandez's jail I.D. has been rejected again -- with Cragslist banning the sale of the item ... so now the seller is trying his luck on Mark Zuckerberg's turf.

As we previously reported ... the guy who currently has the I.D. says he happened to come across the item during his stint at Suffolk County Jail, where Hernandez arrived in July 2014.

He tried selling it on eBay, but the site killed the auction. Then he moved it to Craigslist, which also shut him down. So, now he's moved to Facebook ... where he's upped the asking price to $6,000.

His sales pitch -- "Act fast who knows how long this may be posted up."

Suge Knight's Big Break Victim Blames Himself for Death

Published | Updated

Suge Knight has got a powerful weapon ... not a gun, and not a car. It's the guy he ran over who lived and told cops he was responsible for the other victim's death.

Cle Bone Sloan told LAPD officers the same day he was mowed down by Suge's truck, "I was in a rage. I f***ed up. I get that 'cause a guy is dead behind this s**t."

TMZ first posted the video of the accident, and you see Bone attack Suge almost the second he enters the Tam's parking lot in Compton.

Suge claims it was all a set up and Bone as well as others were trying to do him in, and he gunned it to save his life. Suge ran over bone, critically injuring him. Another victim, Terry Carter, died.

The court released photos of Suge's face, which appear to show the injuries he suffered when Bone attacked him. There's also a mug shot of Suge.

Suge's attorneys are going to use the audio to make the argument ... how can a jury convict Suge if someone else confessed?

Oprah I Won't Be Conned!!

Published | Updated

You get a lawsuit, and YOU get a lawsuit ... the Florida couple who thought they could pull a fast one on OWN by pretending they were Oprah Winfrey's assistants, employees and even family members are about to find out in court why that was a very bad idea.

According to the lawsuit Justin Jackson and alleged accomplice Angel Agarrat pretended to be tight with Oprah in order to scam businesses like Converse, Pandora and Tory Burch out of thousands of dollars in merchandise, and that's just the start.

A new lawsuit filed by OWN claims the couple would send letters with Oprah's forged signature to businesses to secure merchandise. The suit claims the goods were for Oprah's coveted holiday special.

The couple also allegedly peddled fake letters of recommendations to get hired at several swank Miami hotels, including the Fontainebleau.

OWN claims their big mistake came when they tried to score free tix to see O at American Airlines arena, posing as Johnny Depp's management team. Jackson called OWN to get the tickets, but Oprah's people wanted to know who was picking up the tickets. Jackson sent a pic of him, which allowed them to ID and finger him.

Jackson apparently has a history ... in 2007 he pretended to be Madonna's manager and scored nearly $2.4 mil in jewelry -- before being busted and convicted of felony grand theft.

OWN wants a judge to order them to stop, STAT!
