La estrella de "The Challenge", C.T. Tamburello y su ex esposa, han acordado algunas estrictas reglas sobre el tiempo de crianza compartida de su hijo en medio de su divorcio. Esto ocurre un año después de que presentaran los papeles de divorcio.

Según documentos legales obtenidos por TMZ, C.T. y Lilianet "Lili" Solares han dado luz verde a múltiples reglas y regulaciones respecto a la custodia de su hijo, Christopher Jr., que nació en 2016, una de las cuales es que ninguno de los dos puede grabarlo con el propósito de interrogarlo.

Es más, C.T. y Lili no tienen permitido preguntarle a Christopher Jr. sobre el otro mientras pasan el tiempo acordado para cada uno. Los días en que está con uno de los progenitores, el otro tiene derecho a dos llamadas telefónicas con él a lo largo del día, aunque la orden le permite al niño acercarse al otro progenitor todo lo que quiera.

En cuanto a la manutención, el acuerdo temporal es que C.T. le pagará a Lili 332 dólares semanales cuando Christopher Jr. pase todo el tiempo con ella, y 175 dólares semanales cuando CT ejerza realmente su tiempo compartido con el niño.

TMZ dio la noticia, C.T. solicitó el divorcio el año pasado en Florida, luego de varias idas y venidas. En 2020, la estrella reveló que se habían separado el año anterior, pero terminaron volviendo.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, C.T. and Lilianet "Lili" Solares have given the green light to multiple rules and regulations regarding the custody arrangement with their son, Christopher Jr., who was born in 2016 ... one of which is the parties agreeing not to record their son with the purpose of interrogating him.

What's more, C.T. and Lili aren't allowed to ask Christopher Jr. about the other parent while spending their designated time with him. On the days when he's with one of the parents, the other is entitled to 2 phone calls to him throughout the day, although the order does allow the kid to reach out to the other parent as much as he wants.

As for child support, the temporary arrangement is that C.T. will pay Lili $332 a week when Christopher Jr. spends all his time with his mom, and $175 a week when C.T. actually exercises his time with the kid.

TMZ broke the story, C.T. filed for divorce last year in Florida ... coming after a very on-again, off-again relationship. He revealed in 2020 that they separated the year before, but ended up back together.

As we reported, Sophie filed a lawsuit Thursday against Joe, claiming he's unlawfully keeping their daughters in the U.S. instead of letting them go back to England with her ... citing a child abduction law.

Joe's denied any wrongdoing, and says Sophie's actually the one violating a court order in Florida -- where he filed his divorce docs -- blocking both parents from relocating their kids.

We also got pics of Sophie and Joe grabbing lunch Monday in Manhattan. We were told there were no signs of drama that day ... which, of course, changed with her lawsuit.

Bijou Phillip's divorce filing against Danny Masterson seemed shocking considering her very public support of the actor, but behind the scenes, it wasn't a big surprise ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the estranged couple tell TMZ Masterson knew the divorce docs were coming, so he wasn't blindsided as many had suspected. We're told Danny and Bijou's main concern now is to protect their daughter from upcoming appeals and legal challenges.

As we reported, Danny was sentenced to 30 years to life behind bars for two rape convictions.

Many speculated Bijou's divorce filing could be an attempt to protect their daughter's future assets if civil lawsuits follow ... though the exact reason she filed is still unclear.

As we reported, Bijou was steadfast in her support of Danny throughout his trial ... even writing a letter to the judge and praising Danny for his character and her trust in him as a father and partner.

What the witness didn't catch, however, was if the four all arrived together or separately ... and who came with the kids if they weren't together.

Of course, that's a super important point given what's unfolded with the couple in the last 48 hours.

As we reported, Sophie sued Joe in federal court Thursday claiming he wasn't allowing Sophie to take their daughters to live in Europe, a plan she says was in place for a long time. What's more, Sophie claimed Joe had hidden the kid's passports, making it more difficult.

Sources close to Joe tell us he was totally blindsided by Sophie's filing.

In a statement from Joe's team, we were told he was simply following what was ordered by a judge in Florida ... the kids can't be relocated during the divorce proceedings. Joe says when things do settle down and they put a plan in place he'll do whatever it takes to figure out a custody plan -- even if the kids live in a different country.

Rock admits fault for not cradling his head properly, but says the woman who recorded her struggling with the baby could've offered assistance if she felt there was a problem.

Chrisean also called out Blueface -- who took a jab at Chrisean after the video went viral --claiming her calls to him went unanswered. Rock explained she was juggling the baby, dog and 2 full carts with only 2 hands. Chrisean says she was stretched to the limit.

Blue, for his part, says he wasn't ragging on Chrisean over the Walmart but says she's going to have to play the part of the adult when he's not around to save the day.

Cardi B spoke on manic days like this when we asked her the best advice for Chrisean's crash landing into motherhood, where she reminded her to save some free time for herself when the going gets tough and vice versa.

The Miami Heat legend -- who fathered his 9-year-old son, Xavier, with Aja Metoyer during a pause in his relationship with Union in 2013 -- broke down his mental struggles with the circumstances during his appearance on Shannon Sharpe's "Club Shay Shay" podcast this week ... saying it's something the couple still deals with to this day.

"It hasn't been perfect," Wade said. "It will never be perfect. We go to therapy, been to therapy. We've had shouts about it, regular conversations about it. It's going to continue to be something that I have to work at and work on."

Wade said he considered cutting ties with Union to avoid facing the music ... but he's thankful she didn't give up on their love for each other.

"I tried to pussyfoot around it," Wade continued. "I tried to break up with her. 'Hey, things have been bad lately.' 'Hey, we've been having a little distance in our relationship anyway.' I tried all of that. She kept showing up."

Wade -- who married Union in 2014 -- explained there is no way he'd be able to navigate through the rough waters without his partner ... but made it clear he also feels for his son, who will always have to live with the narrative.

That's not all .. David's kids rail on Gov. Newsom for a bill that Sara says would force people who move out of the State to continue to pay CA taxes for a decade.

For the record, the proposed exit law in question -- first introduced at the beginning of the year -- would target rich folks who make $30 million or more a year and lucrative businesses that leave the State. The proposed law would require people and businesses that amass paper wealth while residing in Cali but move before liquidating that wealth.

DJ Tyler Young hails from rap royalty -- being Dr. Dre's son and all -- but he's out to make his own legacy ... not in hip hop, but in EDM!!!

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with Tyler, and his collaborator RMN, live and direct from Scotland ahead of his first-ever gig in Europe.

Tyler tells us he 1000% grew up with his famous father blasting rap and G-funk all day and night, and while he developed an ear for EDM in his teens ... he says his apple didn't fall that far from the tree. He notes his dad started out deejaying electro music with World Class Wreckin' Cru.

Tyler says he embarked on his producing career several years ago and began dabbling in DJing when he met RMN, a 30-year vet on the scene and began sending him tracks, birthing their partnership.

This weekend, those partners are taking their act to Scotland for shows in Aberdeen and newly renovated Aura nightclub in Dundee.

Tyler says he's got the support of his family but knows he's gonna be the trailblazer in this particular musical adventure.

Sophie sued Joe, claiming they had an agreement to raise their two daughters in the UK, where they believed they'd live a safer and healthier life. Sophie claims Joe's hidden the kids' passports, preventing her from taking them outside the U.S.

As for Joe's part, he sent us a lengthy statement explaining a Florida judge ruled neither parent is allowed to relocate their children outside of the United States while divorce proceedings continue.
