David Cassidy was arrested Friday night for driving drunk ... TMZ has learned.

David had just exited the 405 freeway in LA when cops say they saw him make an illegal right onto a surface street ... this according to law enforcement sources.

The cop approached the vehicle and says he smelled alcohol. He ordered David out of the car and administered a field sobriety test ... which David flunked.

To make matters worse, David blew .19 ... more than twice the legal limit.

Cassidy was hauled off to jail, booked for driving under the influence and released hours later.

If this sounds like the same old song ... it is. David was arrested last year in New York for DUI ... as well as once in Florida back in 2010.

Tami Erin -- the actress who played Pippi Longstocking -- has just been charged with 4 crimes in connection with her insane DUI arrest last year ... when she allegedly smashed into 3 cars before cops finally put her in cuffs.

TMZ broke the story ... Pippi was popped in L.A. for felony DUI and hit-and-run back in December. Cops claim she hit one car, drove off, hit another, drove off again, then finally hit a third ... and one person had to be taken to the hospital.

When cops finally found Tami, they gave her a field sobriety test and placed her under arrest. One source said she was completely out of it. Cops say she also refused to give a blood alcohol test.

Now the L.A. City Attorney has officially filed charges against the actress: 1 count of DUI with a refusal, 2 counts of hit-and-run, and 1 count of failure to provide proof of insurance.

"Catfish" star Sunny Cross -- who starred on the first episode of the show -- has just copped a plea in her drunk driving case ... and she'll stay a free woman.

Cross was popped in Arkansas in January, 2013 after driving on the wrong side of the road. We told she flunked her field sobriety test, blaming it on her Christian Louboutins ... they're a bitch to walk in.

Ultimately Sunny blew a .08 which made her just drunk enough for prosecution.

Sunny plead guilty to 1 count of DWI and was ordered to complete a substance abuse program within 90 days.

Jenna Jameson is slamming Tito Ortiz for his DUI bust ... claiming he's putting their children in danger while committing public relations suicide.

Jenna thinks Tito's arrest after crashing his Porsche proves what she's been saying all along -- that Tito's a bad dude, and told us -- "A lot of people think he's this fantastic guy ... it's just not true."

She added, "Slowly but surely he'll hang himself. Not literally, but figuratively."

Jenna also explains how Tito's arrest could lead to her snatching back custody of their 2 boys.

Dina Lohan seemed authentically shocked that her lawyer spent New Year's Eve sober as a judge ... and speaking of which ...

Watch the video (1 minute in) ... kinda hysterical -- it seems Dina just can't believe her lawyer didn't hit the bottle. As for her ... she says she stayed home.

Now staying home could still mean she boozed it up, but inside court Dina told the judge in her DWI case she's stone cold sober and is half way through her 12-step program, consistently testing negative for drugs and alcohol.

So Dina's back in court in March, when presumably she'll have completed all 12 steps and the DWI case will be resolved.

Omar Gooding will learn all about mixology in 2014 ... specifically, that alcohol and driving don't mix.

The former host of "Wild & Crazy Kids" just pled no contest in his DUI case. As we first reported, Omar was busted back in August ... for DUI and weed possession.

Under the plea deal ... the DUI charges were dismissed. In return, Omar pled to one count of reckless driving.

As for consequences ... He won't go to jail, but will be placed on probation for 2 years. And Omar will learn all about the dangers of booze and BMWs in his alcohol ed course. He also must attend 12 Alcoholics Anonymous/Narcotics classes.

"Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist" star Rafi Gavron -- who played the gay singer in Michael Cera's band -- is going for some kind of arrest record ... because TMZ has learned, he was recently arrested TWICE in 12 hours.

We're told Gavron was first arrested by LAPD around noon Dec 15 for DUI. He was released 12 hours later and immediately arrested again on suspicion of domestic violence.

Law enforcement sources say Gavron was accused of striking a girl in the face and stomach, then taking off in the girl's car.

The domestic violence incident supposedly happened BEFORE the DUI arrest, but cops weren't able to immediately locate him ... until he ended up in the slammer for drunk driving. When the jail door opened, Gavron was busted again.

In all, Gavron's been charged with 4 felonies ... dissuading a witness from reporting a crime, false imprisonment by violence, domestic violence and unlawful taking of a car. The City Attorney will decide whether to charge him with DUI.

Calls to the actor's reps weren't returned.

A star on Discovery Channel's "Bering Sea Gold: Under the Ice" has been popped for DUI ... again ... after driving at breakneck speeds and blowing almost twice the legal limit ... TMZ has learned.

Shawn Pomrenke was busted in Nome, Alaska ... it happened last month but we just learned of it.

Shawn was barreling down the highway at 102 MPH ... switching lanes without signaling according to the police report.

And get this ... cops say he blew a .156.

Anchorage cops impounded Shawn's car because he had been previously ordered NOT to drive without an Ignition Interlock Device ... and guess what wasn't installed?

As for why he was required to have the device ... Shawn was busted for DUI a year ago, after hitting a pedestrian and fleeing.

Shawn was sentenced to 180 days but served less than 2 weeks. He was released last week.

Kelly LeBrock -- the sexy former star of Weird Science -- has now been charged with a DUI ... after blowing TWICE the legal limit, TMZ has learned.

According to law enforcement sources ... the former Mrs. Steven Seagal blew a whopping .16 after she was pulled over for driving erratically around Santa Barbara last November.

She faces a $1,000 fine and up to 6 months in the slammer -- the reality ... she'll get probation and an alcohol ed course.

We reached out to Kelly's rep ... so far no word back.

Arsenio Hall was NOT drunk or under the influence of drugs when he lost control of his brand new Porsche last night and drove into a dirt shoulder, cops tell TMZ.

It all went down around 7:15 PM in L.A. ... cops responded to the accident scene and tried to figure out why the talk show host veered off the main road.

We're told Hall was given a field sobriety test, but passed with flying colors. We're also told Hall was super nice to the responding officers.

Hall was not injured in the accident. So far, it's unclear why Arsenio lost control of his brand new 2014 Porsche Cayenne S, but since no one was hurt and no crime seems to have been committed, cops won't be investigating this one any further.

Case closed.

Reese Witherspoon is in the holiday spirit ... celebrating with her hubby with a little vino and then driving off into the sunset.

Reese and Jim Toth hit up the outdoor patio at Gjelina in Venice over the weekend. A source connected to Reese says she had a glass of wine with an early dinner and then walked around the area XMAS shopping for "several hours," and then got behind the wheel and drove home.

As you recall, Reese and Jim famously got arrested in Atlanta after a drunken night out on the town. Jim was busted for DUI. Reese was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Kelly LeBrock -- the gorgeous star of "Weird Science" -- was busted for DUI.

The arrest flew under the radar for more than 2 weeks, but we've learned the arrest occurred November 30 near Santa Barbara.

Law enforcement sources tell us a CHP officer spotted LeBrock -- who was married to Steven Seagal -- driving erratically, weaving across the double yellow line, failing to stop at a stop sign, and driving over the 55 MPH speed limit.

The officer said there were signs of alcohol impairment, and gave her a field sobriety test ... and LeBrock didn't do so well. She was arrested and booked.

Prosecutors have the case. No charges have been filed ... yet.

We called LeBrock's rep. So far ... no word back.

Tami Erin -- the actress who played Pippi Longstocking -- was arrested Saturday afternoon for felony hit and run and drunk driving ... TMZ has learned.

Erin was driving in L.A. when she allegedly hit 3 cars and took off. Law enforcement sources say at least one person was taken to the hospital.

And get this ... Erin didn't hit them all at once -- we're told she hit the first car then drove off ... then hit another car and drove off ... and then she hit the last.

When cops found her they did a field sobriety test and then arrested her for both the felony hit and run and DUI. One source says she was "totally out of control ... just out of it."

Erin refused to submit a blood alcohol test ... and her bail was set at $100K.

As TMZ first reported ... Erin's latest screen credit is a gnarly sex tape.

1:23 PT -- Tami just bailed out of jail.

Lamar Odom just cut a deal in his DUI case -- agreeing to plead "no contest" to the crime and in exchange he'll be on probation for the next 3 years ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Odom was arrested in L.A. on August 30 at 3:25 AM after cops saw him driving too slow on the 101 Freeway. He flunked field sobriety tests and refused to submit to a blood alcohol test. He was ultimately charged with one count of DUI.

But today, Lamar struck a deal with prosecutors ... and in addition to 3 years of probation, he's required to complete an alcohol education class by June 9.

He's also been ordered to pay $1,814 in fines and fees.

Amanda Bynes has been sprung from the Malibu rehab facility where she'd been getting inpatient treatment for her mental illness.

As TMZ first reported ... Amanda's meds and counseling had stabilized her condition -- bipolar disorder and schizophrenia -- to the point where doctors felt she could be released to her mother's supervision.

According to the attorney for Amanda's mom -- the actress is now at her mother's house, and will still be receiving outpatient treatment.

Bynes had been at The Canyon treatment center since September ... following her stay at UCLA psych ward.

Amanda still has to deal with a DUI charge. As we told you, a judge has ruled her competent to stand trial ... though a plea bargain seems likely.

Dina Lohan has something going on in her head, and the judge in her DUI case wants to know the contents ... because he just ordered a full psych evaluation.

Dina was in court this AM for her DWI case. Her lawyer, Mark Heller, claims she's alcohol free but the judge isn't necessarily buyin' what he's sellin'.

So now Dina has to get her head shrunk by a court-appointed shrink.

Lohan pled not guilty to DWI in Sept. ... after blowing a .20. Heller blamed Dina's legal predicament on the paparazzi ... claiming Dina is stressed out by the mob of photogs that follow her ... and that's what caused her to flee in a drunken state.

The judge did not impose a sentence today -- he'll wait for the psych report -- but he did say he's considering a stiff penalty -- revoking her driving privileges for 12 months ... and 100 hours of community service.
