Will.i.Am 'Back to the Future' Car IMPOUNDED By Cops

Published | Updated

Will.i.Am has temporarily lost his customized "Back to the Future" car -- a tricked out DeLorean -- after cops pulled him over in L.A. this week ... and IMPOUNDED the vehicle ... law enforcement tells TMZ.

According to sources, cops pulled the rapper over Thursday night for having no license plates. When they looked at his documents, we're told cops also discovered a registration problem ... so they kicked Will.I.Am out of the car and impounded the custom vehicle.

Will was cited for the registration SNAFU as well as the no-plate thing -- but we're told he was very cooperative throughout the entire process. Will then had a friend pick him up from the scene.

The DeLorean will be held until Will.I.Am gets his paperwork in order.

Great Scott!

NFL Star Josh Cribbs Delivers on $10,000 Baseball Promise

Published | Updated

Cleveland Browns superstar Josh Cribbs smacked one outta the park with college baseball fans ... 'cause he just came through strong on a promise to put $10k towards a fan road trip to the College World Series.

Cribbs -- who famously attended Kent State University -- was fired up when his alma mater finally earned a spot to play in the CWS in Omaha, Nebraska ... and wanted to make sure the stands were packed with Golden Flashes fans.

So Cribbs put $10k of his own money towards a fan road trip from Cleveland to NE ... so 46 KSU fans could afford to make the journey.

Josh's cash went towards a charter bus, food, shirts, tickets to the games and hotel accommodations -- and in the end, the fans only had to fork over an extra $150 each to cover the remainder of the bill.

Cribbs -- who holds the NFL record with eight kickoff returns for touchdowns -- was there when the bus hit the road this morning (see video) and plans on flying out tomorrow after practice to see the Golden Flashes play their first ever game in the CWS.

It ain't gonna be easy for KSU -- they're all set to square off against a tough Arkansas squad in their first game.

Drake I Didn't Beat Up Chris

Published | Updated

Drake is adamant ... he is not responsible for the bloody gash on Chris Brown's face ... claiming he was simply leaving the nightclub when the brawl broke out ... but sources tell us, the fight started after Chris Brown and a rapper at Drake's table started trash talking each other.

The rapper hanging with Drake -- Meek Mill -- was screaming at Chris and Chris was giving it right back to Meek Mill. One of Chris' lieutenants was also involved in the screaming match.

Our sources would NOT say what specifically they were arguing about -- partly out of fear that someone will get hurt. But we are told the argument was NOT over Rihanna.

One source says Chris was hurt when Meek Mill hit him with a bottle.

A rep for Drake tells TMZ ... "Drake did not participate in any wrongdoing of any kind last night at W.i.P. He was on his way out of the club when the altercation began."

The rep adds, "[Drake] did not engage in any activity which resulted in injury to person or damage to property.”

Phillip Phillips Crooks Smash In Pawn Shop, Steal Guns

Published | Updated

More bad news for "American Idol" champ Phillip Phillips -- his family's Georgia pawn shop was burglarized last night after someone used a backhoe to smash open the back door.

Sources connected to the investigation tell us ... the bad guy (or guys) took more than $4,000 worth of merchandise ... including hand guns, flat screen TVs, antique coins, necklaces, rings and the ENTIRE CASH REGISTER.

We're told the register only had $110 inside at the time.

Law enforcement believes the power and phone lines to the store were cut before the burglary and the backhoe (a piece of heavy machinery used in construction) was hotwired and stolen from a nearby job site.

We're told roughly 25 cop cars responded to the scene to hunt for the perps -- but so far, no arrests have been made.

Phillip and his parents were not in Georgia during the heist -- the family is in California helping Phillip recover from a recent kidney surgery.

Jeff Goldblum Stalker FLIPS OUT in Court

Published | Updated

Jeff Goldblum's stalker got ripped a new one today in court -- after going on a paranoid, rambling tirade -- just before the judge ORDERED her to stay away from the actor for the next 3 years.

As we previously reported, Goldblum obtained a temporary restraining order against Linda Ransom -- after Goldblum claimed she constantly followed him in public, showed up at his house uninvited, and appeared on multiple occasions at his stage performances in NYC and L.A.

Ransom was back in L.A. court today representing herself -- but completely lost her composure when trying to argue her case, demanding to know the names of Goldblum's attorneys, rambling on about needing legal advice, and speaking over the judge.

Ransom acted disturbed and paranoid -- and the judge silenced her, saying, "Ma'am, you're acting irrationally."

The judge then made Goldblum's restraining order permanent, requiring Ransom to stay 100 yards away from him for 3 years.

There's an old adage in the law -- when you're ahead, say nothing. Goldblum's lawyer, Blair Berk, didn't utter a word. It seems Ransom did the talking for her.

Kris Humphries It's Not What You Think

Published | Updated

Kris Humphries was once again spotted on the beach in Miami with a mystery girl ... but TMZ has already cracked the mystery.

The girl is Kris' nutritionist, Tracy Paradise, and we're told there is absolutely nothing romantic between the two. Our sources say she works Kris out when his other trainers are not available (not like that, you pervs) and sometimes serves as his assistant.

Considering how things seem to have ended with Myla Sinanaj -- confidentiality agreements are never good for a relationship -- it's fair to say Kris will take it easy on dating for now.

'Jersey Shore' Fight Jwoww Ends Up on Crutches

Published | Updated

The "Jersey Shore" brawl that went down Friday night had some collateral damage -- Jwoww was seen yesterday hopping around town on crutches!

As TMZ first reported, two guys claim they were sucker-punched by Ronnie and a few of the fellas from "JS" ... but sources close to the guys tell us they did not throw the first punch.

Seems Jwoww got caught in the crossfire, as she was seen with her foot heavily bandaged and using crutches. One source told us she suffered a sprained ankle.

Looks like it will be just TL for her the near future.

Miss Penn. to Trump Psych Training Tells Me Miss USA is Rigged

Published | Updated

Ex-Miss Pennsylvania insists the list of top 5 Miss USA contestants she was told about perfectly matched the eventual top 5 -- but sources connected with the pageant tell TMZ her math is way off ... because only one name matched.

Sheena Monnin isn't backing down from her claim Miss U. is fixed -- on "NBC Today" she said, "It's too coincidental for someone to be able to call out in order the top 5. I know what I heard there is no doubt in my mind that the contestant is serious when she laid out what she saw."

Monnin claims Miss Florida told her she saw a list of the top 5 before they were announced -- and although Miss FL now says she was joking ... Monnin says, "I have many years of psychological training. I know when someone is scared and serious. Her body language was serious."

But pageant sources tell us the list Miss Florida saw had only ONE name of the eventual top 5 finalists -- which pokes a huge hole in Monnin's story. As TMZ first reported, lawyers for pageant owner Donald Trump are currently drafting a defamation lawsuit against Monnin.

By the way, Monnin's psych training consists of a master's degree ... from the University of Phoenix.

Miss Florida Karina Brez, tells TMZ, "I want to make a statement, very firm and very clearly, that I did not at any time tell Miss Pennsylvania USA or other Miss USA contestants that I knew the final five contestants in the Pageant."

Brez adds, "For reasons I don't understand, my name is now being brought forward as the person who released the names and implied that the Final Five contestants were pre-selected. This is absolutely not true, and not the case."

Adam Carolla Gun-Toting Cops RUSH To Comedian's House

Published | Updated

Cops raced to the Hollywood Hills home of radio host Adam Carolla early this morning -- GUNS DRAWN -- after someone (or something) tripped a panic button in the house ... but TMZ has learned, it was a false alarm.

Adam's alarm company notified the cops of a possible intrusion around 1:15 AM -- and officers responded to the scene in full force, carrying a wide array of weapons ... including an awesome-looking green beanbag shotgun (non-lethal).

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, police made contact with Carolla at his house -- who assured them everything was okay.

Once officers confirmed the situation was code 4 (all clear), they took off.

10:15 AM PT -- Adam's rep tells us he accidentally hit the wrong button while setting his house alarm. When the alarm company called, Adam says he didn't hear the phone ring ... so the cops came.

Rob Dyrdek Tosh Is GOING DOWN After Pedophile Joke

Published | Updated

Daniel Tosh will pay dearly for insinuating Rob Dyrdek diddles 12-year-old boys -- in fact, sources close to the "Fantasy Factory" star tell TMZ, Dyrdek actually wants to FIGHT Tosh over a recent on-air pedophile jab.

In case you missed the sketch on "Tosh.0" -- the comedian dresses up like Dyrdek at a "Childish Dream Factory for Young Boys Only" ... filled with shirtless, 12-year-olds on Razor scooters ... and even plies his young guests with wine and drugs.

But Rob -- who also hosts an extremely similar clip show on MTV called "Ridiculousness" -- isn't laughing ... responding to the sketch on Twitter, writing, "The idea of having beef with @danieltosh is truly embarrassing ... for real ... imagine that 'clip show host' beef ... but now that beef is very real."

Dyrdek said he wanted to settle things "the old-fashioned way" -- and sources close to MTV reality star insist he isn't joking ... Dyrdek seriously wants to throw down with Tosh. He is NOT happy.

Dyrdek has yet to issue an official challenge -- but Tosh is still laughing. He just tweeted back to Rob, "fair enough but if you have to beat me up, can we film it and put it on my show so people will actually watch it?"

UCLA Players to Diddy Keep Your Millions Justin Earned Scholarship

Published | Updated

Diddy's son might be the RKOC (richest kid on campus) ... but Justin Combs' fellow UCLA student-athletes say daddy big bucks shouldn't have to pay a dime -- because Justin earned his scholarship fair and square.

Diddy's been slammed since it was announced this week his son is getting a full-ride scholarship -- $54,000 worth -- to play football at UCLA. The criticism is that Diddy should foot the bill himself ... leaving the scholarship available for a more needy student-athlete.

However, multiple student-athletes -- some on scholarship, some off -- tell TMZ Diddy's millions are a non-factor because, "If you're good enough to play football that you're getting recruited, it doesn’t matter how much your parents are making."

Another student -- a junior volleyball player -- said Justin "should be able to get [the scholarship] if he's qualified. If he's good enough on field ... I don’t think what his father does should play a role."

Of course, a high school senior struggling to get into college might feel differently.

Matthew Fox Assault Accuser DROPS Her Case

Published | Updated

Matthew Fox is officially in the clear over allegations he assaulted a female bus driver in Cleveland, Ohio last year.

Heather Bormann -- the bus driver -- has dismissed her lawsuit against Fox with prejudice, meaning she cannot file it again.

Her lawyer, J. Norman Stark, tells TMZ, Fox did not pay Bormann a penny by way of settlement. In fact, Stark tells us he actually dropped Bormann as a client recently because she was difficult to deal with.

For his part, Fox dropped his countersuit against Bormann -- in which he had sued her for defamation, claiming Heather made up the whole story.

The dismissal comes the same week Dominic Monaghan claimed that Fox had a history of beating women, something we're told Fox vehemently denies.

Stark, ironically, tells us he believed his client -- that Fox punched her in the vagina -- and says Bormann dropped the case because Fox and his lawyers frightened her with his ability to wage legal war against her.

Pauly Shore I'm DEAD SERIOUS About 'In the Army Now' Sequel

Published | Updated

Suck on THIS a-one time ... Pauly Shore tells TMZ he's in talks with Andy Dick about doing a sequel to their 1994 flick "In the Army Now."

Dick and Shore discussed the idea on Andy's Internet show yesterday ... with Dick saying, "I've always said we should do 'In the Army Again' ... We should rescue Katy Perry from a USO show gone bad or something."

Now, Shore tells us, "Andy has wanted to do it for awhile ... if they put up the money and the studio lets us do it ... I'm down to make it happen!"

Shore tells us ... there is a treatment for the movie (a detailed summary of the story) that's being circulated in Hollywood ... but Pauly hasn't read it yet.

FYI -- the original flick grossed more than $28 mil at the box office ... Shore's 3rd highest grossing film. But despite its cult following, the flick carries a 0% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Yeah, buddy.

Kim Kardashian Deigns to Speak To Tara Reid

Published | Updated

Tara Reid has come a long way since 2006 -- when Kim Kardashian famously left her in the dust outside a hot Hollywood nightclub -- in fact, just last night, Tara actually exchanged WORDS with the reality TV queen.

It's a video from the annals of TMZ history -- a young and nubile Kim Kardashian walking arm-in-arm with Paris Hilton into Hyde nightclub in 2006 ... breezing straight past Tara Reid, who'd been forced to wait in line.

THE FAMOUS DENIAL

But last night in Cannes (on Diddy's yacht) -- we're told Kim actually acknowledged Tara's existence, even speaking to the "American Pie" actress for several full minutes.

And to bring it all full circle -- Paris Hilton was there too!!! But we're told Kim didn't spend much time with her.

So we gotta ask ...

Young Buck Heading to PRISON for Gun Possession

Published | Updated

Young Buck won't be a free man much longer -- TMZ has learned the rapper has agreed to serve 18 months in prison for gun possession, following a massive IRS raid on his Nashville home in 2010.

According to the deal, Buck agreed to plead guilty to possessing firearms and ammunition as a convicted felon.

According to legal docs filed in the case, federal agents recovered the firearms in Buck's house during a 2010 raid -- when feds busted into the house to repossess a bunch of the rapper's belongings to settle a $300,000 tax debt.

According to the docs, feds found a .40 caliber Glock 22 in Buck's home along with ammunition. As a convicted felon, Buck is prohibited from possessing ANY kinds of firearms.

As for the felony rap -- Buck was convicted of assault with a deadly weapon after stabbing some guy at the Vibe Awards in 2004.

The judge signed off on the plea deal already but won't formally sentence the rapper 'til July 13th.
