Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson se está poniendo a trabajar en su nueva figura de cera, la misma que la gente asegura que no se parece en nada a él, y para eso se ha asociado con el equipo del museo de cera para hacer algunos cambios serios.

El actor respondió al ruido sobre su nueva figura el domingo, riéndose de lo ocurrido mientras le decía a sus fans que su equipo se iba a contactar con sus "amigos del Museo Grévin, en París, Francia" para hacer los cambios.

Obviamente, los usuarios de Internet no fueron los únicos en pensar que había diferencias entre la figura y la persona real. El mismo Johnson agregó que trabajará con el museo para arreglar "detalles importantes y mejoras - empezando por su color de piel 🤣".

Un portavoz del Museo Grévin le dice a TMZ que efectivamente están trabajando con Dwayne para corregir el error, añadiendo que van a "remediarlo lo más rápido posible y que le van a enviar nuevas fotos una vez que esté completado."

El portavoz del museo nos dice que la figura será arreglada durante la noche, por lo que permanecerá en exhibición por el momento. Asegura que su equipo no haya la hora de que Dwayne viaje a París para celebrar el nuevo aspecto de la figura con un poco de champán, ¡un movimiento con clase, Grévin!

The actor responded to the noise about his new figure on Sunday -- having a good laugh while telling his fans he's going to have his team reach out to "our friends at Grévin Museum, in Paris France" to make the changes.

Obviously, folks online weren't alone in thinking there were differences between the figure and the man himself ... he added he'll work with the museum to fix "important details and improvements -- starting with my skin color 🤣."

A spokesperson for the Grévin Museum tells TMZ they indeed are working with Dwayne to right the wrong ... adding they'll "remedy it as quickly as possible and send him new photos once completed."

The museum's spokesperson tells us the figure will be fixed during the night, so it'll stay on display for the time being ... noting their team can't wait for Dwayne to come to Paris to celebrate the new look with some champagne -- classy move, Grévin!

Ian Kinsler wasn't repping the Rangers or Astros last night, the former MLB star had a bigger cause on his mind than the ALCS ... the 4x All-Star, who is Jewish, threw out the first pitch wearing a Team Israel jersey.

Kinsler is a special assistant to the Rangers general manager ... and the organization invited him to kick off Game 3 of the American League Championship Series at Globe Life Field in Arlington, TX with the ceremonial first pitch.

IK was born in America but obtained Israeli citizenship (dual citizenship w/ U.S.) a few years back when he wanted to play for Israel at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Ian then went on to serve as the manager for the Israeli team at the World Baseball Classic in 2023.

Since the horrific attack two-and-a-half weeks ago, Kinsler says he's been following the situation on the ground closely.

Kinsler is just one of many star athletes and celebs who have spoken out since October 7 ... 1,400 Israelis have been killed since the incursion began.

Alec Baldwin might be put through the legal wringer again -- because prosecutors are zeroing in on him again ... a move his legal team thinks is complete BS.

The Santa Fe District Attorney's Office announced Monday that they'll convene a grand jury in the near future to consider whether to refile an involuntary manslaughter charge against Baldwin ... saying they feel it's appropriate for ordinary citizens to decide if the case against him should be revived.

Baldwin's attorneys, Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro of Quinn Emanuel tell TMZ ... "It is unfortunate that a terrible tragedy has been turned into this misguided prosecution. We will answer any charges in court."

Remember, the D.A. dropped this same charge against Baldwin just earlier this year ... this after making a big show of filing charges in the first place. While they seemed to close the book on his role in the fatal shooting of Halyna Hutchins -- they did say at the time that they reserved the right to recharge him if new information came to light. Apparently, it has.

Prosecutors reportedly decided to send the case back to the grand jury after submitting the gun for further analysis, which they claim contradicts Baldwin saying he never pulled the trigger.

This latest news comes on the heels of a ruling in the pending case against the armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed just last week -- when a judge decided that the production companies involved in "Rust" had to fork over correspondence and other docs pertaining to the film's pre-production.

The implication ... prosecutors wanted to see what, if any, role Alec had as a producer of the film as it pertains to allegations that corners were cut when it came to gun safety and training -- something Gutierrez-Reed has claimed took place in defending herself.

Envy told listeners he's going against the advice of his legal counsel in defending his name ... but says he only embarked on the real estate venture with Cesar Piña in order to assist first-time homeowners in his community, so they wouldn't have to struggle as he did.

Envy admits he participated in several seminars disseminating information to potential buyers ... but says he had no knowledge of what Cesar did with the money clients gave him, and even claims he's lost $500,000 of his own money in the deal.

The fallout has made Envy a target in the hip hop world ... Rick Ross and Funk Flex have publicly clowned him over the accusations, and internet personality Tony The Closer has also taken him to task.

Envy isn't taking that lightly, his attorney Massimo D'Angelo tells TMZ Hip Hop they're suing Tony for defamation.

So far, the bulk of the lawsuits have been filed against Cesar and his wife, Jennifer, with Envy being named as a secondary defendant -- which his attorney calls pure sensationalizing of Envy's celebrity.

NBC 4 New York interviewed several of the alleged victims who said they were comfortable doing business with Piña because of Envy's endorsement.

Britney Spears got busted on the road last month -- receiving a slap on the wrist for driving without some crucial documentation in her vehicle ... TMZ has confirmed.

The pop star was pulled over on Sept. 10 by a CHP officer in Ventura County -- where she got cited for two infractions ... according to court records. One of the violations was for driving without a valid license in her possession, the other was for driving without proof of insurance.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Britney was first pulled over for speeding in her white Mercedes, going 61 mph in a 40 mph zone. We're told Britney was cooperative during the stop, and was given a warning for her speed.

Fortunately for her, she'll be able to deal with the infractions by paying a fine by Oct. 24. The total she owes ... $1,140.

Prosecutors confirmed with TMZ Hip Hop ... they hit Melly with the witness tampering charge Wednesday in Miami-Dade County, just a couple of days removed from tagging Bortlen with the same charge.

Melly's team is set to appear in court on Friday for a hearing in which they'll argue prosecutors have been withholding key evidence about the lead investigator in the case.

Melly's attorney, Raven Liberty reacted to the added charge, telling us ... "This is a transparent and desperate attempt by the State Attorney's office to distract the public from the deposition of an Assistant State Attorney who accused this case's lead detective and lead prosecutor of felonies by falsifying and covering up evidence damaging to the state's case."

YNW Melly's co-defendant YNW Bortlen is facing a new charge after prosecutors claim he engaged in witness tampering behind the scenes of the double murder case.

Miami Dade Police tell TMZ Hip Hop ... they arrested Bortlen Monday afternoon at a residence in Broward County on a felony warrant for witness tampering.

According to court docs we obtained, officials say Bortlen tampered with at least one potential witness in his and YNW Melly's double murder trial, which ended in a mistrial.

Jury selection for their new trial begins on October 9, and it seemed like Bortlen had been using his free time after the mistrial to resume his rap career -- but this new charge could derail those efforts if he's found guilty.

Después del tercer supuesto incidente, el masajista afirma que dejó de aceptar citas por completo en el hotel que Spacey supuestamente frecuentaba.

El masajista afirma que las sesiones con él le provocaron angustia mental y emocional, y dice que todavía sufre de ansiedad, depresión, trastorno de estrés postraumático y teme por su subsistencia como masajista, esposo y padre.

El masajista va tras Spacey por daños y perjuicios.

La demanda se produce un par de meses después de que el actor fuera declarado inocente de los cargos de agresión sexual en el Reino Unido.

Como informamos anteriormente, Spacey fue acusado de obligar a otro masajista masculino a tocar sus genitales durante un masaje en el hogar en 2016, una acusación que él negó y el caso fue abandonado cuando la presunta víctima murió durante la investigación.
