Dwight Howard: My Ex is Cyber-Bashing Me!
NBA superstar Dwight Howard claims his baby mama is bashing him all over the Internet -- and now he's filed a lawsuit to keep her keyboard in check.
According to the docs filed in Orange County, FL, the Orlando Magic center is suing Royce Lyndsay Reed -- the mother of his 2-year-old son -- over allegedly defamatory comments that surfaced on gossip site lipstickalley.com.
Dwight claims Reed posted the comments -- whether "directly or indirectly" under an Internet alias -- in violation of an injunction he recently filed against her, which orders Reed to zip it before she utters a single word about the NBA star.
But in the lawsuit, Dwight includes a few samples of the comments he's talking about:
-- "[Dwight] hasn't seen his son in two months."
-- "Why file an injunction if you have nothing to hide?"
-- "But the bottom line is Dwight is a douchebag."
According to Reed's lawyer, Dwight's baby mama is "flabbergasted" by the lawsuit, claiming she has nothing to do with the comments and considered the matter resolved after the injunction. Dwight wants $9,205,000 in damages.

Snooki's Attacker -- Guilty of Assault
The episode hasn't aired yet -- but the man who punched a female "Jersey Shore" star in the face has already been run through the justice system for the attack.
It's all over an incident captured by MTV cameras, in which Snooki -- aka Nicole Polizzi -- gets socked in the face by a man at the Beachcomber Bar & Grill in Seaside Heights, NJ on August 19.
The man -- if you want to call him that -- Brad Ferro, was arrested and was eventually found guilty of simple assault. Ferro was fined $500 and given a 6 months suspended jail sentence -- which is essentially hardcore probation.
The worst part: the attack was all over a drink. We're told Ferro tried to take Snooki's cocktail and when she yelled at him for it, he retaliated with his fists.
The episode showing the attack is scheduled to run next week -- MTV says they will run a public service announcement about violence during the episode.

Photog: Axl Rose Punched Me in the Head
A paparazzo claims he has footage of Axl Rose punching him in the head during a scuffle at LAX Wednesday night.
According to the photog, Rose arrived to the airport with a woman in tow. As they were walking in, we're told the woman got into a confrontation with a couple of paparazzi trying to take her photo.
The photog, an employee of the National Photo Group, tells TMZ Rose saw the woman scuffling with the photogs and instantly started throwing punches.
The paparazzo claims the whole thing was caught on tape -- though we haven't seen it yet.
We're told several members of Axl's entourage dragged the singer away from the fight and ushered him through airport security. We're told no cops -- not even airport security -- got involved.

Tiger Woods' British lawyers have obtained a court order from the High Court in London, prohibiting British publications from publishing any nude photos and videos of Tiger Woods ... and TMZ has obtained copies of the documents.
Tiger Woods' lawyers sent a letter to multiple UK papers and blogs, stating the court order "prevents the publication of private and confidential information contained in the Order.... this Order is not to be taken as any admission that any such photographs exist, and in the event they do exist they may have been fabricated, altered, manipulated and/or changed to create the false appearance and impression that they are nude photographs of our client."
The court order also covers any possible videos. It blocks the publication of "any photographs, footage or images taken or obtained of the claimant [Tiger] naked or any naked parts of the claimant's [Tiger's] body or of him involved in any sexual activity."

Why ABC Kissed Off Adam Lambert
ABC says there is not even a trace of homophobia in the network's decision to 86 the Adam Lambert kiss from the Barbara Walters special last night.
The network says, "It was an editorial decision to show very little from the performance and focus on the fresh, new interview with Adam Lambert."
Interesting, because the "fresh new interview" was all about "the kiss."
ABC went on to explain its decision to show girl-on-girl by saying, "The Lady Gaga kiss was used quickly in context of things that upset her father."
So why not a quick peck from Lambert then?
The network goes on, "ABC never had a problem showing the kiss, In fact we did not edit it out of the west coast feed of the AMAs."
No, instead they banned Adam from "Good Morning America" the next day.
And finally, ABC says, "The network has a solid record of showing gay men and women in primetime which is why GLAAD has given ABC top honors for the positive portrayal of gays and lesbians for the past several years."
Translation: "Some of my best friends are gay."

Bouncers Fired Over Brawl at Jay-Z's Club
Warning: This video contains graphic and violent images. Viewer discretion is advised.
Jay-Z's 40/40 Club in Atlantic City has fired several members of the club's security team -- after videotape surfaced showing several bouncers ferociously beating two men in the club's parking lot last month.
TMZ spoke with Couri Glen, the former supervisor of security at the club, who told us, "We were initially all suspended and then fired for misconduct."
Glen claims he and his team feel they were wrongly terminated because they were "just doing our jobs." Glen claims he initially approached the men because of complaints they were groping women. Glen says he tried to escort the men out of the club ... and that's when they began "swinging" at security members.
The patrons have stated that they did nothing to provoke the attack.
The firing came as a complete shock to another member of the security team, who told us, "I lost 2 jobs because I was wearing another company's shirt because 40/40 said they didn't have my size shirt to wear ... so they told me just to wear that one. The other company saw the video and fired me 3 days later."

Jersey Shore's Advertising Woes ... Fuggetaboutit
"Jersey Shore" is finally reversing the Domino's effect and picking up an advertiser for a change -- and the new sponsor jells perfectly with all the suspicious activity on the MTV show.
TMZ has learned a website called BeenVerified.com -- which does criminal background checks on people -- rushed over to MTV to take the vacant advertising slots after Domino's and American Family Insurance bailed out. Both companies abandoned ship after an Italian American group blasted the show for being "offensive."
A rep for the new sponsor tells TMZ, "We may not be hair gel product, but we feel the program's content reinforces our brand's message perfectly."
The new ads will air in tonight's episode, which seems fitting for the background check company -- according to the show promo, one of the girls gets punched in the face by some dude at a bar.

Nicky Hilton -- Nothin' Trashy on Stolen Comp
Nicky Hilton's stolen laptop will not result in another "leaked" Hilton sex tape -- sources close to the heiress tell us the missing computer was 100% scandal free.
As we first reported, burglars hit Nicky's Hollywood Hills home Tuesday and made off with a computer and an expensive Lalique crystal.
But we're told Nicky only used the computer that was taken for business -- not pleasure -- and there's nothing stored on the machine that could get her in trouble... like naked pictures, secret diaries, evil plots to take over the world, etc.
As for the Lalique crystal -- we're told it's worth "a few thousand dollars" and Nicky should be able to replace it.
Sources also tell us Nicky is extremely grateful for her gardeners -- who noticed something was wrong and called police.
We're told the gardeners not only scared the perps off -- but they stayed at the house to finish their job while cops checked out the scene. That's dedication.
