Tweet Revenge -- Dwight Howard Sues Ex Again

Published | Updated

Dwight Howard is accusing his baby mama of endangering the security of their 2-year-old child -- and her alleged weapon of choice ... Twitter.

Howard just filed another lawsuit against his ex -- Royce Lyndsay Reed -- claiming she broke a court order by posting photos of their kid on Twitter.

According to documents filed by Howard earlier this month in Florida, Reed was ordered by a judge in 2008 to refrain from posting images of their son Braylon on "blogs, websites, etc."

The reason behind the 2008 court order -- the Orlando Magic star believes throwing the kid's pics on the web poses "a significant security threat to the child because [Dwight] is a highly-paid public personality."

In the docs, Howard is suing Reed for $142,500 -- which is $500 for each of her 285 Twitter followers -- plus attorney's fees.

As we first reported, Dwight filed a $9.2 million lawsuit against Reed earlier this month, because she allegedly bashed him on a gossip website.

Once again, that was something a judge told her not to do.

Officials: Weed a Factor in Lil' Wayne Incident

Published | Updated

Lil' Wayne was rollin' through Texas with marijuana on multiple tour buses, this according to the U.S. Border Patrol.

Border Patrol agents tell TMZ a random search of the vehicles (pictured above) uncovered a pot stash on two buses -- but we're told no drugs were found on Wayne's person ... or anyone else in the entourage.

Officials tell us a drug-sniffing K-9 unit picked up the scent outside the bus. Agents then walked the dogs onto the bus, where they located the weed.

As we first reported, Wayne and 11 members of his entourage are being detained at an internal B.P. checkpoint in southern Texas.

So far, no arrests have been made.

UPDATE 8:39 PM ET -- We're told Lil' Wayne's concert tonight at the Laredo Entertainment Center in Laredo, TX. has been postponed. The general manager of the venue tells us they decided to cancel the show because Lil' Wayne didn't show and they couldn't get in touch with him or his people.

'Dance Crew' Judge Busted for Child Molestation

Published | Updated

Shane Sparks -- a judge on the MTV show "America's Best Dance Crew" -- has been arrested and charged with 8 counts of child molestation.

The LAPD took Sparks into custody at 8AM PT this morning on a felony warrant charging him with molestation.

The alleged incidents began occurring in 1994 and continued for several years. According to the criminal complaint Shane allegedly committed the crimes of lewd acts upon a child -- all felonies. There is only one alleged victim.

The criminal complaint -- filed by the L.A. County District Attorney's office -- charged Sparks with 8 incidents of alleged molestation with an underage girl. There was a clerical error in the D.A.'s charging documents -- there are actually only 8 counts -- not 9.

The lewd acts include oral copulation and other acts "with the intent of arousing, appealing to, and gratifying the lust, passions, and sexual desires of the defendant, who was at least 10 years older than [the victim]."

Sparks -- who was also a choreographer on "So You Think You Can Dance" -- is being held on $590,000 bail.

Sparks is the second person from "So You Think You Can Dance" who's been in trouble with the law -- earlier this year his co-star Alex Da Silva was charged with rape.

No immediate comment from Shane's camp.

Jon Gosselin -- Backed Into a Corner

Published | Updated

Jon Gosselin is in immediate financial trouble now that his divorce from Kate Gosselin is final ... because he got nailed with huge child support payments and has no real way of paying ... sources tell TMZ.

We've learned under the arbitrator's award, Jon must make huge child support payments -- we're told 5 figures a month. And here's the problem. TLC has now shut down Jon's ability to take outside jobs. The irony -- he did himself in.

We've also learned Jon was charged every penny of the $235,000 that he withdrew from their joint account. That amount was deducted from his piece of the settlement.

As for Jon's claim that Kate should be docked for money she withdrew ... we've learned Jon struck out. The arbitrator determined every penny she withdrew was for the benefit of the kids.

Under the terms of the divorce decree, Kate has primary custody and Jon gets visitation -- both Jon and Kate agreed to that in advance. And, they agreed, neither party would get spousal support.

Score a big one for Mark Momjian, Kate's lawyer.

As for Kate, she says, "I am very relieved that our divorce has been finalized, and I look forward to the New Year, focusing on our children." Kate calls the divorce "challenging," and says she will now focus on "restructuring our lives."

A rep for Jon tells us, "While the arbitration proceedings are still a work in progress, Jon and Kate will remain binded in their commitment to their eight wonderful children. Jon is confident that he and Kate will be able to move forward in a fashion that will be in the best interest of the Gosselin family."

As for who got what, Momjian simply says, "We are very pleased with the final outcome."

Judge Tilson inked the docs after the arbitrator came down with his ruling on how Jon and Kate's property will be divided.

Jessica Simpson Rejected from Jail

Published | Updated

Jessica Simpson paid a visit to the pokey early this AM, trying in vain to bail out her real, real drunk makeup artist -- allegedly.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Mary Phillips was arrested at around 1:30 this morning, after cops got a disturbing the peace call at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood.

Phillips -- who worked with Simpson on such epic films as "The Dukes of Hazzard" and "Employee of the Month" -- was arrested for being drunk in public.

We're told Jessica went to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department in West Hollywood after Phillips was booked, trying to bail her friend out. But poor Jess was turned away, because deputies felt Phillips was still too drunk to be turned loose on the streets.

Phillips is still in custody.

Chris Henry 'Aggravated' by Wedding Costs

Published | Updated

Just one day before he died, Chris Henry met with a rep from a North Carolina wedding planning company who claims the Cincinnati Bengals star was "annoyed" and "aggravated" at the cost of putting together his wedding.

The rep tells TMZ Chris and his fiancee Loleini Tonga came to the office on Tuesday night to discuss the pricing of a photography package. The rep claims Henry became upset when he saw the bill and "with an attitude" asked Loleini, "How much we paying for all this?"

The rep claims the two "bickered" over details -- and eventually Henry walked outside so Loleini could work out the details, fill out paperwork and fork over the deposit.

As we previously reported, Chris and Loleini had a "domestic situation" the following day which moved from a home to a moving pickup truck. Chris ultimately fell from the truck and died Thursday morning from his injuries.

Jackson Executors -- Beyond the Call of Duty

Published | Updated

The executors of Michael Jackson's estate have filed documents, explaining why they should be entitled to more than the statutory fee most executors get -- a big reason ... Joe Jackson.

According to legal docs filed with the court, co-executors John Branca and John McClain had to defend the estate from a steady barrage of attacks by Joe Jackson and, until recently, by Katherine Jackson.

They also claim they've been working 14 hours a day, 7 days a week since they were appointed. And, they claim, their "business reputations and the character and reputation of Michael Jackson were repeatedly assaulted by personal and unfounded attacks" which they were forced to correct publicly in order to protect the Michael Jackson brand.

Branca and McClain say at the time Michael Jackson died ... Michael and his businesses were defendants in 11 separate lawsuits and it only got worse after his death.

Branca and McClain want more than the statutory fee -- which is a percentage of the value of the estate. They're asking for "extraordinary compensation" for the work most executors never have to do.
