Tiger's #1 Gal -- Free of Charge
Tiger Woods' #1 mistress, Rachel Uchitel, never got paid a single penny ... at least not from the club throwing her birthday party later this month.
TMZ has learned Rachel will be celebrating her 35th at a club in Palm Beach, FL called 251 PB -- and though she's being billed on the flier as a "Celebrity Socialite," a la Paris Hilton, she's not charging them a cent to show.
We're told other celebrities are expected to attend ... though we're guessing Tiger won't be one of 'em.

Selena Gomez Worth Millions at 17
It's
not Miley Cyrus money, but fellow Disney starlet Selena Gomez still pulls in some serious cash.
TMZ has obtained a minor contract filed in Los Angeles Superior Court last month for Gomez's work on the live action adaption of "Ramona" -- and she's netting $65,000 for the flick.
According to the docs, if the movie gets huge box office numbers, Fox Pictures has to fork over more cash -- Selena could collect anywhere from $250,000 to $1 million extra depending on how much it makes over the cost of production.
In Gomez's deal, Fox has the opportunity to make two more movies with her -- in which she would collect $1 million for the first one and $2.5 million for the second.
FYI -- She's also got a full-time TV gig on "Wizards of Waverly Place" and a music career, so this is only a piece of the multi-million dollar pie.
Conan O'Brien NBC Settlement No Trash Talk
Conan O'Brien can get a whole lot of money from NBC as a parting gift, but there will be strings attached -- not the least of which ... Conan cannot trash the network.
Sources tell us NBC wants a liquidated damages clause if Conan says anything disparaging about the network once he leaves. Essentially that means there is a clause in the contract that says Conan will automatically pay a predetermined amount of money if he says bad things about NBC.
And, as we have previously reported, NBC will demand that Conan not take another hosting job for a certain period of time.
Sources say NBC will be paying Conan a hefty sum, but that will be offset by any amount Conan makes for his next hosting gig. So if Conan makes a deal with FOX, NBC can reduce the amount it pays Conan by the amount FOX forks over.
FYI -- we've learned Conan's existing contract already has an offset clause in the event he leaves NBC and takes another job.
Bottom line -- Conan won't be taking NBC to the cleaners.

Conan O'Brien Strikes Departure Deal with NBC
Conan O'Brien and NBC have reached a settlement in principle and the big announcement is expected Saturday, sources tell TMZ.
We're told NBC has already given Conan's lawyers a draft of the agreement and his hired guns were going over it Friday night. The deal should be finalized Saturday.
Once the deal gets inked, NBC will announce Conan is leaving the network. The network will also announce what we first reported -- that Jay Leno will get the full hour from 11:35 PM to 12:35 AM and it will be called "The Tonight Show" -- just like old times.

Nic Cage Six Million More Tax Problems
Nicolas Cage got an expensive New Year's gift from Uncle Sam -- a bill for $6.7 million in MORE allegedly unpaid back taxes.
According to a federal tax lien filed on December 31, 2009 -- Cage owes $6,712,821.99 in unpaid taxes for 2008.
According to Sam Levin, Cage's former financial manager -- who's in a legal war with Nic over the massive financial collapse -- by 2008, the actor had "15 palatial homes around the world, four yachts, a Gulfstream jet and millions of dollars in jewelry and art." Cage claims Levin was incompetent and underhanded and sunk Cage's financial ship.
As TMZ first reported, Cage is on the hook for $6,617,550.84 he owed for debts in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2007 -- making his new grand total $13,330,372.83.
It's unclear on how Cage will pay up -- due to the fact that Nic has described his own financial state as "catastrophic."
UPDATE: Nicolas Cage just gave TMZ the following statement: "Over the course of my career I have paid at least $70 million in taxes. Unfortunately, due to a recent legal situation, another approximate $14 million is owed to the IRS, however, I am under new business management and am happy to say that I am current for 2009. All taxes will be paid including any to be determined state taxes."

Jon Cryer Threatened on 'Two and a Half Men' Set
Security flooded the set of "Two and a Half Men" on Friday after a threat was made against Jon Cryer.
Sources connected with the show tell us the threat was "significant." We're also told it involves the turbulent divorce with Jon's ex-wife.
Sources tell us the taping went on, but because of security concerns, there would be no audience.
The threat does not involve Charlie Sheen.
We spoke with Vicki Greene, lawyer for Sarah Trigger (Jon's ex) who said, "There's no reason in the world why Sarah would do anything like that."

Lakers Refuse to Fold on Card Game Policy
The Los Angeles Lakers refuse to let one gun-toting moron ruin their in-flight gambling time -- the team has made it clear they will not ban card games in the wake of the Gilbert Arenas incident.
After the New Jersey Nets decided to put the kibosh on all in-flight games of chance -- including cards, dominoes and dice games -- a rep for the Los Angeles Lakers told us they will not be following suit.
The Lakers rep claims, "We feel that players have had card games on flights for decades and that if you have people who are responsible and handle themselves appropriately (which we feel our players do) then the card games can be a fun and healthy release for them."
Also, the Lakers have won 15 championships since 1946 -- and have had zero armed confrontations in their locker room ... so, if it ain't broke ...

'Housewives' Hubby's DWI -- On the Flip Side
Table flipping Teresa Giudice from "Real Housewives of New Jersey" just got one-upped by her husband -- because he flipped an entire pickup truck.
We obtained this shocking photo of Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice's completely demolished vehicle -- taken after cops say he struck a pole early Thursday morning in Montville, NJ.
As we previously reported, Giudice was taken to the hospital after the accident ... where he was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, careless driving, and failure to maintain a traffic lane.

Octomom Bikini Pics Birth 'Dirty' Legal War
Photos of Octomom in an ultra-skimpy bikini have led to ferocious legal stand-off -- and not just because the pics are sexy in a "not bad for 14 babies" kinda way.
The photos -- which contain the first images of Nadya Suleman's shockingly tight tummy -- were published on TheDirty.com recently without the permission of Polaris Images, the company that owns the pics.
But Polaris is pissed -- and fired off a cease and desist letter to the website, claiming the photos were "published illegally and without Polaris Images' consent" and demands the website "immediately" take them down ... or else.
At the time this story was published, the pics had not been removed from TheDirty.

Gilbert Arenas -- Dropped by Adidas

Arenas pled guilty to one felony count of carrying a pistol without a license. He is due to be sentenced in March.

LiLo Car Incident The 911 Call
TMZ has obtained the 911 call made last weekend when Lindsay Lohan's assistant allegedly clipped a photographer with her car.
In the call, which was made by a woman helping the photographer, she says the photog's wrist hurts and "he's unable to squeeze my hand." She also says the driver left the scene.
After the incident, LiLo's assistant was considered a "person of interest" in an assault with a deadly weapon investigation -- but as we first reported, law enforcement sources say authorities watched footage of the incident and decided the collision doesn't meet the standards of an assault with a deadly weapon.

Britney Spears to Appear In Court
Britney Spears will be in court today in her conservatorship case, sources tell TMZ, because the court commissioner wants to see how she's doing.
We're told Britney will show up for a 1:30 PM meeting with the commissioner -- in the commissioner's chambers. We're told Britney will be accompanied by lawyers for the estate and, presumably, daddy Jamie Spears.
Our sources say this chambers meeting is not about ending the conservatorship. We're told the lawyers have not filed a petition to end the conservatorship, at least not yet.
As we first reported, however, the lawyers and Jamie -- and Britney for sure -- want to begin the process of undoing the personal conservatorship.
As for why Commissioner Reva Goetz wants to see Britney, we know the topic of ending the conservatorship has been discussed with the commissioner. It's not unusual for a commissioner to call the subject of the conservatorship into court to see how he/she is progressing.

Michael Jackson's Kids - Best Allowance Ever!
Michael Jackson's kids just got their allowance upped -- from $60,000!
TMZ obtained court documents showing that Wednesday, the judge in the Michael Jackson estate case increased the monthly allowance, which totals $60,000 for Prince, Paris, and Blanket.
Sources tell TMZ the reason for the change -- the accounts guardian and lawyers underestimated the monthly expenses.
We don't know how much they're getting now, but it's a good bet Prince won't be slinging newspapers on your front porch anytime soon.

Letter to 'Idol' Staff: Simon's Knockin' Us Off
UPDATE: Simon Fuller's people have contacted TMZ and said he did not write this letter ... and the signature looks nothing like his. We have, however, confirmed that the letter was distributed on the A.I. set -- Fuller's people did not dispute that fact.
The guy who created "American Idol" wrote a letter to his AI staff announcing Simon Cowell's departure from the show -- but in between compliments, Simon Fuller slipped in an ego shot at his number one judge.
In the letter, distributed on the same day Cowell made his big announcement, Fuller congratulated Simon for moving on to his new show "The X Factor" -- but reminded everyone that it will be "in the same vein as 'Idol.'"
Translation -- he's knockin' us off.
In the end, it really doesn't matter -- they're all making wayyyyyyyyyyyy too much money to care.

Dick Van Patten Hits Race Track After Car Crash
Dick Van Patten got into a pretty nasty car accident in Los Angeles the other day -- but was so determined to get to a horse race, he rolled out before exchanging info with the other driver!
TMZ has learned the "Eight is Enough" star t-boned another car in his BMW (top) in the San Fernando Valley Wednesday afternoon -- but after the run-in, he couldn't find the other driver ... so he took off to the Santa Anita race track.
Turns out the woman in the other car pulled into a nearby gas station and called the police -- who then couldn't locate Van Patten.
Luckily, Dick's son showed up and smoothed things out with the cops, who were thisclose to calling the situation a hit-and-run. Police later interviewed Dick, and decided not to file charges -- allowing the two drivers' insurance companies to take it from there.
Jeff Ballard, Dick's rep, tells TMZ, "The only time Dick Van Patten runs is down the stretch at the race track when his horses are winning."
FYI -- On Wednesday, Van Patten's horse lost.

Leno and NBC Strike 1 Hour 'Tonight' Deal
Jay Leno has made a new deal with NBC, which gives him "The Tonight Show" from 11:35 - 12:35 ... sources tell TMZ.
As we first reported, under the contract Jay had been working under, he was guaranteed the 10 PM hour. By moving him to 11:35, NBC was in breach of his contract and needed to negotiate a new deal. That is now done, sources tell TMZ.
So Conan O'Brien is out, and Jay is restored.
