Actor T.K. Carter was involved in a bitter fight over his late wife’s estate at the time of his death -- and now it appears his mom will try to take over the battle ... TMZ has learned.
According to court docs obtained by TMZ, T.K.’s mom, Lois Gaston, filed to take over control of the late actor’s estate.
T.K. died on January 9, 2026, at the age of 69. Lois explained that she is unsure the value of her son’s estate since there is an ongoing battle over T.K.’s wife’s estate.

The MotorCity Casino Hotel is suing the rapper, claiming he opened a credit line of $100K with the casino so he could keep a night of gambling fun going back in March 2024.
According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, the casino couldn't get in touch with Offset ... so, it tried to take the money out of his account directly -- as both parties agreed when he opened the credit line -- but, allegedly there wasn't enough money in it to pay off the debt.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a Utah judge ordered Dakota Tuesday to stay 100 yards away from Taylor until a hearing later this month, when the court will determine if either party will be awarded a permanent restraining order against the other.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Jonathan Monroe -- who says he worked as a full-time security guard in 2021 -- claims he wasn’t paid all the wages owed nor given overtime.
In his new docs, Monroe asks for damages totaling around $850K ... including $7,725 for unpaid overtime, $37,620 in lost wages, $500,000 in lost earnings, $100,000 for his pain and suffering ... and another $100,000 in punitive damages.
In his original lawsuit, Monroe claimed he tried to collect the money owed to him but was given the run-around. He claimed on one occasion, Ye asked him to fill up the tank of his Lamborghini and "When I asked for cash or use of his credit card to cover the expense, [Kanye] walked away from me without a response.”
As TMZ previously reported, Kanye was ordered to pay another ex-employee, Tony Saxon, $140K in an unrelated lawsuit.
