Lakers honcho Jeanie Buss came out swinging against her brothers in new court docs -- claiming Jim Buss was a failure in his role with the team and Magic Johnson must undo the "damage" he caused.

Jerry Lee Lewis is going after his own daughter ... claiming she abused him for years by giving him drug cocktails and isolating him in a moldy house.

The rock 'n' roll legend says in new legal docs ... his daughter, Phoebe, took advantage of him while she managed his career from 2000 to 2012, and schemed to spend his fortune with her husband, Ezekiel Loftin. He says she gave him a "heavy cocktail of psychotropic drugs" to keep him under her control.

According to the docs ... Phoebe forced her father to go on grueling tours despite his poor health. Lewis says when he wasn't on the road, she kept him cooped up at home in moldy conditions so bad ... he had to wear an oxygen mask.

Lewis sued Phoebe's husband earlier this week for allegedly spending at least $5 million of his money on luxury cars, real estate and plastic surgery, but is now adding his daughter to the suit.

Danielle Bregoli, the "Cash Me Ousside" girl, wants to send her estranged dad a clear message -- you have ZERO business trying to get into MY business!

Sources connected to Danielle tell us she finds it absurd her pops, Ira Peskowitz, a Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputy ... is trying to weasel his way back into her life after years of being an absentee dad.

Ira started a GoFundMe page saying he needs $50k to cover legal expenses to get his daughter "proper help." He's actually raised $1300 already.

We're told Danielle thinks it's just a money grab ... an attempt to get back in her life because she's now commanding $30k in appearance fees. Not to mention the multiple reality TV offers she's fielding.

Katherine Jackson's fate and fortune may lie in the hands of one of her grandsons ... TMZ has learned.

Trent Jackson, Michael's cousin, and his attorney Ron Rale want TJ Jackson, Michael's nephew, to sit down with Katherine alone and decide who's the victim and who's the villain in what has become a family war.

TMZ broke the story ... Katherine has filed a legal doc claiming Trent has committed elder abuse against her and fleeced her to boot. But, we've now learned Trent and his lawyer have a plan to put the dispute to bed and, at the same time, cast suspicion on the motive of other Jackson relatives.

Rale's proposing that TJ -- the one person whose family loyalty has never been challenged -- sit down with Katherine to discuss the situation at hand. If at the end of the sit-down TJ believes Trent has done harm to Michael's mom, he'll leave for good and if Katherine wants him to stay, he will.

Trent, we're told, believes TJ's one-on-one with Katherine will not only absolve him of any wrongdoing, in the process he will cast doubt on the motives of other family members ... family members he believes are trying to get him out of the way so they have a clear path to the matriarch's bank account.

Trent and Rale are suspicious of other family members ... especially after a 2012 incident in which Trent and Michael's kids reported Katherine missing, only to learn some of her kids had taken her to Arizona. They essentially called it a kidnapping, saying some family members were trying to brainwash her into challenging Michael's Estate in a money grab.

Joe Biden's daughter-in-law, Kathleen, has filed for divorce ... but long after she told her husband to leave the family home.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kathleen claims she and Hunter Biden formally separated in October 2015, and they've been living separately ever since. She says in legal docs she asked him to leave July 5, 2015, "due to his conduct the night before." The docs go on to say they had a prior agreement, if he engaged in the conduct in question he would leave.

She doesn't describe the "conduct," but does say it "creates situations that are unsafe or traumatic for the parties' children, and his judgment is frequently impaired."

She also says in the docs ... Hunter spent lavishly on his own interests including, "drugs, alcohol, prostitutes, strip clubs, and gifts for women with whom he has sexual relations." Kathleen says his habits have depleted their funds available to pay legitimate bills -- and adds they've maxed out credit cards, have double mortgages on 2 properties, and more than $300k in unpaid taxes.

Kathleen wants their temporary spousal support to be $20k per month for herself, and $5k per month for Hunter.

The October filing date is significant because the separation occurred just 2 months after stories surfaced Hunter was allegedly caught up in the Ashley Madison scandal ... something he denied.

The divorce docs were filed last December. Hunter is now involved with Hallie, the widow of his brother, Beau, who died in May 2015 from brain cancer.

She's asking for sole physical and legal custody of their 1 minor child. They have 3 kids, and 2 are adults.

He's asking for joint physical and legal custody.

Katherine Jackson says her nephew is not just stealing money from her ... he's also secretly monitoring her every move around her own home with hidden cameras and microphones.

Katherine, 2 of her kids -- Jermaine and Rebbie -- and several friends and attorneys all filed declarations to support her elderly abuse claims against Trent Lamar Jackson. In docs, the 86-year-old matriarch says Lamar copied the key to her bedroom door, and she thinks he has the whole house wired for sound and video.

She says "the only place I can try and have a private conversation, is in my bathroom, pretending I am using the restroom so I can make a call." Katherine adds she tends to get dressed in her closet, out of fear Trent will walk in on her.

She claims Trent is listening from another line to her phone calls to see who she's talking to ... in order to isolate her from them. Katherine believes he's stealing by putting his name on her businesses and using her credit cards.

Perhaps worst of all, she claims Trent ignored her when she once thought she was having a stroke or a seizure, and, instead of calling 911 ... insisted he could take care of her.

Some of Katherine's children have beef with Trent too. Rebbie says in docs, Trent blocked her phone number on her mother's phone, and tried to have her removed from Katherine's medical directive.

Katherine Jackson is in the middle of a brewing family war, but Jermaine Jackson says he's only getting involved out of concern for his mother's health.

We got Jermaine leaving a hearing in L.A. Wednesday for Katherine's elderly abuse case. As we reported, the Jackson matriarch is accusing her nephew, Trent Lamar Jackson, of being an "abusive con-man."

Jermaine told us he's siding with Mom over his cousin, but not for any financial windfall ... as Trent has claimed.

Katherine wasn't in court, and ultimately the hearing was postponed because of that. Trent's attorney says he's served a notice have Katherine deposed on March 15, but her attorney says she won't show for that either.

Lisa Marie Presley's twin daughters are in protective custody after authorities found "pictures and disturbing videos" on what she says is her estranged husband's computer.

According to new legal docs, the images on the photos and videos were disturbing enough for authorities to take the 8-year-old girls away from both parents. Lisa Marie says, "I have no idea what else may be on those devices and fear that there are more and worse images and evidence in these un-analyzed devices."

Authorities found the images after executing a search warrant on Lisa Marie's home. Sources familiar with the investigation tell us ... it was Lisa Marie who found the images and notified cops.

Lisa Marie, the daughter of Elvis Presley, also says she's broke and living with her daughter, according to docs obtained by Daily Mail.

Sources tell us the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services is conducting an investigation and for now the children will remain in protective custody.

A Porsche employee gleefully shared news with fellow employees of a slew of crashes of the Porsche Carrera GT -- the model in which Paul Walker died -- saying it would boost the value of the remaining cars.

In new legal docs obtained by TMZ, lawyers in Meadow Walker's wrongful death lawsuit against the car company revealed Porsche concealed emails from them ... emails about the Carrera.

One of the lawyers for Paul's daughter was reviewing company emails on his office computer that were heavily redacted. The lawyer was shocked when he reviewed the same emails on his iMac home computer and found he could see the portions that were not visible on the office computer.

Among the emails from 2006, an employee wrote as many as 200 of the 1280 Carrera GTs which Porsche had produced had been "totaled" in the first 2 years they were sold ... 2004 - 2006.

The Porsche employee who wrote the email goes on to say, "This would be great news to the remaining owners as the GT becomes more rare."

The employee also told this story ... "Another Carrera bites the dust as a bodyshop mechanic who claimed he was going less than 30 MPH smashed into a telephone poll. Looks like he was going more than 30 to me!"

There's another email from another employee who is reacting to the number of wrecks, saying, "This is in the back of my head every time I get behind the wheel of one of these. It's just hidden behind the shit-eating grin!"

Paul died in 2013 when he was a passenger in a Carrera GT that swerved out of control, hit a lamp post and tree and then burst into flames.

We reached out to Meadow's lawyer, Jeffrey Milam, who told us, "Any ethical company would have withdrawn the car from the market -- or, at the very least, warned the public about its dangers."

The lawyers are asking the judge to impose sanctions on Porsche for allegedly deliberately hiding the emails from them.

We called Porsche ... so far, no response.

Matthew Stafford just did and his wife couldn't be more supportive.

The Detroit Lions QB is currently in Cabo with Matt Ryan and his wife, Sarah Ryan. The two families are super tight and usually take couples trips together.

Matt's wife, Kelly, didn't make the vacation (we're guessing an international trip so far into the pregnancy isn't the best idea in the world) ... so Matt made the trip without her.

Sarah posted a photo of the gang at dinner. Kelly commented, saying, "Loving everything about this picture except for the fact that I'm not in it and stuck in Michigan."

She added, "Missing all these beautiful people! #jealous."

Comparing Steph Curry to UCLA star Lonzo Ball is insulting ... to Lonzo anyway ... that's according to Ball's dad, LaVar, who says his son is going to be BETTER THAN CURRY ... the 2 time NBA MVP.

A lot of NBA analysts say Lonzo's ability to shoot from deep, pass and finish make him a 6'6" version of Curry, but when TMZ Sports talked to the eldest Ball he shot the comparisons down.

"You can't compare my boy to anyone," ... adding, "He's gonna be better than Steph Curry in the NBA!"

Just as a reminder ... Curry has won the last two NBA MVP's and is currently averaging nearly 25 points and 6 assists in the toughest basketball league on the face of the planet.

Listen, we'd doubt Mr. Ball, but he's got one son who's scored 72 points in a high school game, another who's scored 92, and one who just might be the best player in college basketball.

So, it's obvious he knows something we don't.
