George Foreman's 23-year-old son -- George Edward Foreman the 5th -- was arrested in Texas this weekend after cops say he assaulted his wife.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, officials say George the 5th choked Ashley McVea-Figueroa during an altercation on February 2.

The documents say George attacked Ashley by "impeding the normal breathing and circulation of the blood ... by applying pressure to [her] throat and [her] neck."

We're told Ashley was the person who called 911 ... and during the call, George threatened to leave the house with their child.

George was eventually arrested and booked for felony assault. Court docs show Foreman was released on $10,000 bond.

G5 is one of Foreman's 12 children -- his five sons are all legally named "George" ... but they all go by various nicknames.

Mia Farrow is a bitter woman living in the past, brainwashing her children, and propagating outrageous lies just to hurt her wildly successful and acclaimed ex ... so claims Woody Allen's lawyer.

Attorney Elkan Abramowitz did Allen's bidding on the "Today" show Tuesday ... claiming Mia went on the warpath because she couldn't handle the fact that his client got a Golden Globe Lifetime Achievement Award.

As we reported, Moshe Benabou -- an ex-Israeli soldier who worked as Bieber's bodyguard from 2011- 2012 -- claimed Bieber berated him and punched him in the chest multiple times after a concert ... because Bieber didn't like the way Benabou handled one of his friends.

Benabou sued for assault and battery -- as well as for more than $420,000 in unpaid overtime -- demanding unspecified damages.

Now, Justin has settled up -- which is definitely a good thing considering his hectic legal schedule these days -- 3 outstanding criminal investigations in 2 countries.

"Real Housewives of Miami" star Joanna Krupa wants to settle her beef with skinny white Brandi Glanville with a no-holds-barred fight -- insisting she's by far the tougher one -- but Joanna tells TMZ, she's still not tough enough to take on the black girls in Atlanta.

Krupa was out in L.A. when we asked about her possibly moving to the Bev Hills show -- and Krupa unloaded on Brandi ... promising to rearrange Brandi's face the first chance she gets.

George Zimmerman wants to beat up Kanye West ... ironically because the rapper has a history of attacking "defenseless people."

Promoters for Zimmerman's upcoming celeb boxing match tell us he badly wants to step in the ring with Yeezus. The promoters are deliciously Machiavellian --- knowing for many it will become a choice between 2 evils ... thus becoming a must-see spectacle.

We're told George's beef with Kanye is not just that he attacks paparazzi ... but the innocents as well -- like the 18-year-old who allegedly called Kim an "N***** lover."

The promoters say if Kanye takes Zimmerman up on the offer ... they're willing to move the fight to L.A.

George Zimmerman's celebrity boxing match will be held in a secret location FILLED with security --and it's all being done to protect George from vengeful foes.

We're told there will only be 100 people present. Some will be "celebrities" and reporters. The promoter is worried if the venue becomes public ... someone will do to George what he did to Trayvon.

The event will be seen online ... through a paid subscription.

As we previously reported ... both the Game and DMX wanna go toe-to-toe with Trayvon Martin's killer in March.

Kanye West will NOT be prosecuted for beating up a guy in the waiting room of a Beverely Hills chiropractor ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. County D.A. has REJECTED the case. As for why ... the D.A. gave several reasons:

-- A civil compromise has been reached. TMZ broke the story, Kanye agreed to pay more than $250,000 to the 18-year-old.

-- The victim was not hurt. The D.A. says "No significant injuries were documented."

-- The victim became uncooperative after the civil compromise, and would not speak with prosecutors.

The conclusion of the D.A. ... "Prosecution is accordingly declined due to Victim unavailability."

The Game just came on TMZ Live and formally accepted the challenge to fight George Zimmerman in the ring ... but the promoter hedged, saying although Game is a front-runner, there are more than 4,700 others who want a piece of Zimmerman.

The Game scoffed at promoter Damon Feldman, who said Zimmerman would be a tough opponent because he's been heavy into boxing training. Game -- who's 6'5" and 240 lbs -- predicts a quick knockout.

Justin Bieber has been criminally charged in Canada for assaulting a limo driver ... and TMZ has learned the whole dispute was triggered by the volume of the radio.

Here's what we're told by sources... Justin was cruising along in Toronto in the back seat of the limo when he wanted the driver to turn up the noise ... on the radio.

The driver turned it up ... but not as much as Justin wanted, and an argument erupted.

According to one of our sources ... the argument became physical when Justin reached his arm out to turn up the radio himself ... and the driver swatted his hand away.

The limo driver claims Justin started screaming profanities ... then smacked him several times in the head.

Bieber's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, says his client is "innocent," and a source connected with Bieber insists it was one of Justin's friends -- not Justin -- who hit the driver. The source would not reveal the identity of the friend.

Now's your chance to kick George Zimmerman's ass with zero legal repercussions -- he just agreed to a celebrity boxing match ... and he says he'll fight ANYONE ... even black people.

Celebrity boxing promoter Damon Feldman threw down the challenge, offering George money to step in the ring. Now here's the kicker ... the opponent has NOT been selected.

We're told George is open to fighting a black person, but the promoter is not discriminating, telling us "We're not looking at it as a race thing ... We haven't discussed purple, yellow, white, black."

Lately George has been more interested in boxing than guns ... regularly training in the ring.

As for George's cut from the fight, we're told he's donating the money to charity.

Ahmed Ahmed -- the comic who stars in the TBS sitcom "Sullivan & Son" -- was arrested for domestic violence in L.A. last night ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops responded to a caller who claimed people were fighting inside of a home.

When cops arrived to the scene, they discovered Ahmed and a female (believed to be his girlfriend) ... and we're told the woman had "visible marks."

Ahmed was immediately arrested for felony domestic violence and hauled to a nearby jail where he was booked. He was later released on $50k bail.

As for the woman, we're told she did not require medical treatment for her injuries.

Justin Bieber was charged with assault in Toronto because he allegedly bashed a limo driver in the back of the head.

Toronto Police have released new details of the Dec. 30 incident ... and say the limo driver had picked up 6 passengers around 2:50 AM -- including Justin -- when a fight broke out between the driver and "one of the passengers."

Cops say the passenger -- allegedly Justin -- hit the limo driver in the back of the head "several times" during the fight, and when the driver stopped to call police ... Justin fled the scene.

Bieber turned himself in last night -- what a scene -- to face the assault charge.

Bieber's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, says he expects this will be treated like a low level crime -- the equivalent of a misdemeanor is the U.S. And, Weitzman says, "Our position is Mr. Bieber is innocent."

Justin Bieber has been charged with CRIMINAL ASSAULT for allegedly attacking a limousine driver ... TMZ has learned.

Justin took a limo in Toronto in December and got into some sort of skirmish. At the time we were told a member of his entourage was being investigated for roughing up the driver.

But the investigation took a turn ... We're told Toronto cops wanted to talk to Justin but he didn't come in for an interview and they got annoyed. Law enforcement sources say Justin is now in Toronto and in the next hour will go to the police station.

Sources say Justin will be booked for assault, given a citation and released on his own recognizance.

Our sources say ... Justin is accused of physically attacking the limo driver ... not simply ordering the attack.

Trace Adkins beat a hasty retreat from rehab -- just 14 days after he entered the Florida facility for alcoholism ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to Trace tell TMZ ... the country star's father is seriously ill and he felt he needed to be at his bedside ... immediately.

We're told when the illness resolves itself ... Trace will then decide if he goes back to an inpatient program or does outpatient therapy.

As for his immediate sobriety, we're told Trace asked his therapists in Florida to put him in contact with counselors near his dad.
