One of the girls who squared off with Wale on the Sunset Strip now says the whole mess wasn't the rapper's fault ... instead, it was a random chunky dude who ended up costing her a late-night meal.

Bana Bongolan is the GF of the blonde chick who blew smoke in Wale's face outside Bootsy Bellows Tuesday night -- and she says the trouble started inside the club when a guy dissed her neon jacket, and she called him fat.

We all remember high school, right?

Anyway, Wale tried to break things up, got caught up in the drama -- and you saw what happened next in our video. A pissed off Wale slapped down the girls' leftovers. Bana told us what they lost on the sidewalk, and it's a tough L after a night of drinking.

Bana's story lines up with what Wale told us on "TMZ Live." She wants to make it clear though -- there was nothing racist about what went down ... and she loves her jacket.

Wale went nuts on a blonde chick who blew a massive cloud of smoke in his face ... what's not clear is why they were both so pissed.

The rapper was on his way out of Bootsy Bellows Tuesday night, following the woman and her friends. Watch how it plays out -- it appears Wale said something that rubbed her the wrong way ... she barked, "Are you really following me?"

That's when things went downhill fast, with Wale getting a little physical ... with her food.

We got Wale -- with his baby girl -- on "TMZ Live" Wednesday where he told us the food smackdown was triggered by the woman dropping a "you people" insult on him. He says he'd never hit a girl, but at the time he didn't think the woman deserved to eat ...

UFC honcho Dana White does NOT think there's a shot in hell Conor McGregor will fight Floyd Mayweather -- saying they're more interested in the money than actually trading blows.

White was out in L.A. the other day when we asked for updates -- since both Conor and Floyd had resurrected talk about a possible superfight between the boxer and the MMA stud.

But it's clear Dana doesn't think it's gonna happen and he explains why.

However, if Floyd does want to make a deal -- Dana lays out the ground rules and says it will NOT be a pure boxing match ... but rather an MMA-style fight.

Slim chance is better than no chance.

Ex-WWE superstar Alberto Del Rio says he was attacked by a man with a knife this week -- but fought the man off ... suffering multiple lacerations in the process.

Alberto -- real name Jose Alberto Rodriguez -- says he had just finished up a meal at a restaurant when he was assaulted. He does not give a reason for the attack.

"Mr. Rodriguez suffered multiple lacerations on his arm and other parts of the body defending against the criminal as police were called by witnesses," Alberto said in a statement.

"Mr. Rodriguez received medical attention and went back to the police department and was unable to make his flight."

Ex-NY Jets cornerback Dee Milliner -- who was cut from the team last month -- was involved in an early morning bar brawl in Alabama over the weekend ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Millbrook PD chief P.K. Johnson tells TMZ Sports ... Milliner was at Dooley's Pub when a fight broke out early Saturday morning. Cops were called to the bar for a "large scale disturbance" at 3:56 AM.

According to Johnson, the bar staff had asked a patron to leave -- but the person refused -- and got violent while being escorted out.

Johnson would NOT verify if that patron was Milliner.

However, we're told Milliner was at the bar at the time and allegedly involved in the brawl in some capacity.

We're told 2 people were hospitalized with minor injuries. Other people suffered light wounds. No arrests were made. Most people left the scene when cops arrived.

At this point, no one seems to be pressing charges.

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna's TV career together is looking short and NOT sweet -- season 2 of their show is now hanging by a thread.

Production sources on "Rob & Chyna" tell TMZ ... E! execs haven't ordered a 2nd season yet, and a big part of the problem is they can't get the couple to shoot together. As we've reported, Rob's become a hermit again and we're told that's giving the bosses cold feet. Understandably, they're worried they won't get a full season out of him.

Obviously, a sophomore season could get huge ratings with so much drama, plus a baby and possibly a wedding around the corner ... if Rob's on board, and we're told that's a BIG if right now. Not to mention the season airing now is doing very well.

Our sources say honchos think Chyna's TV gold, and would consider working with her solo on a different show -- but if her fiancé remains MIA ... "Rob & Chyna" will die on the vine.

Shawne Merriman could be the the next NFL star to get in the cage -- telling TMZ Sports he's actually had talks with Bellator about a real MMA fight ... and he's dead serious.

The former NFL star has been training with MMA fighters for almost a decade -- and says he'd be down to do it, if the conditions were right.

In fact, Shawne says he's jokingly talked to Bellator president Scott Coker about it -- but says, "there's always some seriousness behind every joke."

We asked Coker about the possibility of S.M. steppin' into the cage. He told us, "Shawne is a great friend to Bellator with some serious martial arts skills. I have no doubt that he could find success in this sport and when he's ready for his first fight, we'll be here to promote it."

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have been fighting for months, partially because he's convinced she's going to leave him for a rapper.

Sources close to the parents-to-be say Rob's never been comfortable with aspects of Chyna's past. For instance, we're told he's brought up her relationships with Tyga and Future. Our source says she had to stop listening to certain songs when Rob was around because he once told her point-blank, "You'd rather date a rapper than a fat Armenian."

As we previously reported, Rob's spiraled back into depression, and has put on weight while they've been on the outs. Their convos these days are tense ... especially if Chyna suggests he work out and eat healthy. He takes it as an insult, but we're told she's concerned about his health.

Suffice to say, the days of couples workout sessions are a thing of the past.

Conor McGregor sounds like he's still VERY serious about squaring off with Floyd Mayweather -- telling TMZ Sports, "I told you I'm ready for that fight!"

UFC fighter Jeremy Stephens vows REVENGE against Conor McGregor for trashing him at the UFC 205 media event -- telling TMZ Sports he'll "mop the floor" with the Irish superstar.

Conor dissed the hell out of Stephens during the event -- when he turned to the UFC veteran and shouted, "Who the fuck is that guy?!"

The clip went viral -- but now, Stephens is firing back in a scathing statement in which he refers to Conor as "McClown" -- and blasts him as a "bully" who can't hold his own against real fighters.

"Media and UFC like to fuel this guy's fictional character to always bully and disrespect other fighters like it's funny," Stephens says.

"I can't accept that and will mop the floor with him."

He adds, "I've been humbling bullies and disrespectful guys like him since grade school."

There's a lot more in the full statement (see below) -- Stephens clearly hopes to settle the score with Conor inside the Octagon.

By the way, Stephens ain't no bitch -- he's been fighting in the UFC since 2007 and is currently the #7 ranked featherweight.

Ronda Rousey is a coward with no heart -- so says Cris "Cyborg" Justino who tells TMZ Sports if Ronda wants to fight, she's all the way down!

As we previously reported, Dana White says Ronda "absolutely, positively" wants to get in the Octagon with Cyborg -- who's emerging as one of the most dominant fighters in the entire UFC.

We reached out to Cyborg for her thoughts on the situation -- here's what she told us:

"Ronda [is a] coward ... I'll fight her anytime next year."

"You can have all the money in the world, I have something money can't buy ... warrior heart."

She added, "I'm no coward."

"Ronda doesn't want to fight me. She's afraid to say my name in an interview so she has Dana White tell the story for her."

Floyd Mayweather ain't ready to close the book on a possible Conor McGregor fight -- saying it's still up in the air ... and hinting that he'll do it if the money is right.

With McGregor once again hinting at a match with Floyd during the UFC 205 media event on Tuesday, we had to ask Floyd how he felt about it.

Long story short ... Floyd says it's super difficult to put the fight together -- as we all know from the first time he tried to make it happen -- but wouldn't say it's completely off the table.

"Are we going to fight? I just don't know."

Mayweather also praised Conor as a great fighter who's "very good" at stand-up fighting.

One last thing ... we asked Floyd if he was planning to stay retired -- and his response, "For a couple bucks, you just don't know."

Rob Kardashian has given up on life again, retreating to the confines of his home and gaining all his weight back ... so claim members of his family who are worried his life is now in danger.

Our Kardashian sources say ... Rob and Blac Chyna have split, and he's been living at his own home for nearly 2 months, almost never walking out his front door.

We're told Rob has gained back the 50 pounds he lost shortly after hooking up with Chyna ... again hovering around 300 lbs.

Our sources say it's become a vicious cycle. Rob has lost his motivation because of the weight gain, which has renewed fears his diabetes will spin out of control. You'll recall he was hospitalized months ago after a diabetes scare.

Rob is also MIA for his own show. Chyna -- who's 8 months pregnant -- showed up for an appearance to promote "Rob & Chyna" and he was a no-show. He didn't even stop by the baby shower that was thrown specifically for him a few days ago.

One big problem ... Chyna is the one who pulled Rob out of his depression, but now the relationship has become the big problem -- they fight whenever they're together and it just deepens the problems.

As one source put it, "Rob is slipping back into a dark place." We're told the family is praying he "snaps out of it," and they want to do whatever they can to help him.

The biggest fight in women's MMA could actually happen -- because Dana White tells TMZ Sports ... Ronda Rousey "absolutely, positively" wants to fight Cris "Cyborg" Justino.

With Cyborg coming off ANOTHER dominating performance this weekend, we had to ask White if UFC's fastest rising superstar will finally get her wish ... a shot at Rousey.

Check out the clip ... White -- who was outside Stand Up NY -- says he's still gunning to get Ronda back in the Octagon this year -- and then focus on setting up the superfight with Cyborg.

The good news for Rousey fans -- "She's getting nasty again and her head's in the right place."

Brandon denies any involvement, and says the neighbor has the wrong guy. The neighbor clearly believes it's him though ... because in the docs she references Brandon's brother and Jagged Edge member, Brian Casey.

She also says "Jagged Edge" repeatedly in a YouTube video she posted of the alleged incident.

One of the guys from Jagged Edge doesn't want the party outside his house, if the party involves a kid on a skateboard ... according to the kid's mom, who says the singer and his crew beat her down.

The woman is Brandon Casey's next door neighbor, and in court docs she says a fight erupted in her driveway when someone in Casey's house got pissed about her son skateboarding. The person apparently thought the kid was on Casey's property.

The neighbor says a heated argument got amped up when 6 people ran out of Casey's house and "began to pummel" her. She says her husband had to break up the brawl.

She went to court to request, and was granted, a restraining order. Casey must now stay 25 feet away from the neighbor and her family.

The woman says she's been staying at a hotel for fear of another attack.

Justin Bieber was saved from a bottle-smashing bar brawl, thanks to a really cute chick in a German beer wench outfit.

The Biebs was getting escorted through the crowd at HEART nightclub in Munich when he accidentally bumped shoulders with some dude in the crowd ... and the blitzkrieg was on!

People in the club tell us the man was trying, but failing, to get JB's attention all night -- and once they came face-to-face he decided to lunge at Justin.
