Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa got divorced in June ... but that didn't seem to stand in the way of their relationship.

The exes hit up multiple parties Saturday night and were not shy about showing affection toward each other.

Amber was hooked up with Val Chmerkovskiy for a few months, but they apparently split recently. Amber and Wiz have gone back and forth with each other for years now.

Rita Ora was out to get one of the contestants on "America's Next Top Model," because they both banged Calvin Harris ... so claims the chick who was booted.

Krislian Rodriguez got her walking papers quickly on season 23, after Rita slammed her for "oozing sex" ... a weird comment given that's what models generally do.

There was also this ... at one point during the competition, Rita whispered to a fellow judge, "I just think we're making a mistake." Some people on the set felt Rita was talking about Krislian.

Rita and Calvin dated in 2013 and 2014 ... we're told Calvin ended it. A short time later he started dating Krislian after meeting her in his music video.

Robin Thicke's lawyers went to court Wednesday to continue his battle over child custody, and got shut down by the judge.

Robin is currently limited to 3 visits a week with 6-year-old Julian ... Thursday, Friday and Saturday for a few hours each day, and only with a court-appointed monitor present.

Robin, we're told, was upset because he didn't get to visit with Julian last Friday, because the monitor pulled the plug after determining Julian didn't want the visit. The monitor also cut short Robin's visit on Saturday, when he took his son to Kids World.

Robin's lawyers asked the judge to allow him his visits without a court-appointed monitor. The judge rejected that request. Robin then asked that the court appoint a different monitor who could be more impartial, but the judge said no. And then Robin asked the judge to prohibit the monitor from changing or canceling the scheduled visits. Again, the judge gave the thumbs down.

Robin is currently prohibited from having contact with ex-wife Paula Patton or her mother, and aside from the scheduled weekly visits he can't have contact with Julian. The judge issued the restraining order last week after Paula made claims Robin was physically abusive to her and the child ... Robin has denied the allegations.

Bethenny Frankel now has a powerful weapon in her arsenal in her post-divorce war ... there's a restraining order against ex-hubby Jason Hoppy.

The order was issued in conjunction with Hoppy's arrest Friday for stalking and harassment. He confronted Bethenny at their child's school, allegedly saying, "I will destroy you."

We've learned the restraining order requires Hoppy to stay clear of Bethenny's home, Bethenny's school, and place of business.

The order also requires Jason to stay radio silent ... no communication with Bethenny.

The only exception for Hoppy is if a judge allows him access at the various locations to facilitate the custody arrangement.

There's one kind of vague part of the order ... Jason is not permitted to have any "third party contact." Although the order does not specify the identity of third parties, it's safe to assume it includes Bethenny's boyfriend, Dennis Shields, who was with Bethenny when Jason got arrested.

Paula Patton is not gunning for permanent sole custody of her son ... in fact, we've learned she's not gunning for anything now, because all she wants to do is figure out what's wrong with her son.

TMZ broke the story ... a judge just ordered Robin Thicke to stay 100 yards away from 6-year-old Julian, along with Paula and her mother. For now she has sole physical and legal custody.

Sources connected with the former couple tell us, Paula doesn't know what the final custody arrangement should look like, because she doesn't know the extent of Julian's issues. The boy told school officials Robin had been spanking him very hard. Paula also claims Robin got physical with his son.

We're told Julian is acting out in troubling ways, which include hyperventilating and just "freaking out." She's putting the boy in therapy to figure out what, if anything, happened to him and how to fix it.

We're told Paula will not make a long term custody game plan until she gets the lowdown from the therapist.

Tarek and Christina El Moussa might be done with their marriage, but they're not ready to break up their hit HGTV show.

Sources close to production tell us ... the ex-couple wants to keep filming "Flip or Flop" beyond this season, and there are talks to make it happen. We're told it's totally in the network's hands though ... not theirs.

Our sources say HGTV execs are closely eyeing ratings on the new season before making a decision ... and so far they're thrilled. Remember, Tarek and Christina crushed the competition last week.

Paula Patton has sworn to a judge Robin Thicke beat her during their marriage.

According to Paula's declaration filed in support of her domestic violence restraining order in May 2013 at the Cannes Film Festival ... she and Robin got into a fight and Robin hit her with a closed fist to her upper body and then pushed her onto the ground.

She claims he threatened multiple times to "bash my f***ing head in."

Paula gets personal, saying the straw that broke the camel's back in their marriage happened back in February 2013, when she was filming "Warcraft." Robin and Julian came to stay with her and she says Robin was supposed to take care of the boy, but early in the morning, he began screaming in front of them that he wanted to "f***ing sleep ... Who do you f***ing think you are not letting me sleep!"

She also claims Robin had a serious cocaine problem.

She makes cheating allegations in her docs, saying Robin called her while he was on tour in 2013 and she heard him having sex with another woman.

A source close to Robin scoffs at Paula's allegations, telling TMZ, "If these multi-year-old allegations were true, why is she only raising them now in the midst of a custody dispute where she's the only one violating the judge by denying Robin access to the boy?"

Paula makes various allegations involving Julian, saying among other things she began noticing behavior changes last November. She describes an incident where Julian asked Robin for a hug before bed and instead she says Robin came back to his room and spanked him.

TMZ broke the story ... a judge issued the restraining order, prohibiting Robin from coming near Paula, their son or her mom ... at least for the time being. Robin asked for an order giving him sole physical and legal custody but the judge shut him down.

Robin's lawyer claims the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services is about to close its child abuse investigation against Robin, concluding the charges are "unfounded" ... this according to Robin's lawyer. The lawyer also says DCFS is investigating Paula for emotional abuse.

French Montana's not fazed at all by Iggy Azalea dating a new dude ... because he's the one who ended their relationship.

Sources close to French tell us he wants Iggy to be happy, and has no issue with her hooking up with music producer Ljay Currie -- who posted a pic wearing jewelry French bought for Iggy. We're told it's no skin off French's back ... he doesn't care what she does with the diamonds.

As for the rapper's tweet about shooting someone's "punk Asss," which seemed to be a threat aimed at Ljay -- it had nothing to do with him.

We're told French was in the studio that day laying down a new track ... and the "threat" was a lyric.

However, it's worth noting a judge in L.A. already ruled the case stay in Jersey but we're told they're gonna try the Christmas card tactic in NJ too.

Sherri Shepherd almost screwed herself over in her child support war, all because she celebrated a birthday ... the BD of Jesus Christ himself.

THE BACKSTORY: Sherri's ex-hubby, Lamar Sally, has been trying for months to move their child support case from NJ to CA where he'd get a way bigger check.

THE SNAFU: Sherri insists the case should be heard in New Jersey because that's where she lives, but sent an Xmas card to friends and fam last month saying she's already moved to L.A. Lamar's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has jumped all over this like white on rice.

THE COMEBACK: Sherri is trying to minimize the screwup by putting Lamar's online dating profile on blast ... a profile in which he brags he makes a lot of money -- between $75k and $100k a year.

Remember, this is the kid Sherri tried to disavow, claiming she was defrauded into making a surrogacy contract ... a claim the judge rejected.

Iggy Azalea's new guy is dissing French Montana hard by flaunting the diamonds French paid for -- or so it seems ... to French and anyone else with eyes.

Music producer Ljay Currie -- the guy Iggy was all over down in Mexico -- posted a photo with her dogs and some diamonds on his pinky. If the ring looks familiar it's because Iggy was flashing some ice that looks just like it.

French bought Iggy the rocks back in September.

Ljay's pic was posted last week -- before he and Iggy went public -- but we're told Iggy and French broke up right before the New Year. So, Ljay had to know the pic would piss off her ex. He even captioned it, "Bitch I'm a dog, Roof."

French reacted Tuesday on Twitter -- "Play with my emotions I'm shoot your punk Asss ... lol"

"Bachelor in Paradise" star Grant Kemp officially -- and finally -- removed his ex from his life ... with the stroke of a needle.

We're told Grant Kemp on Sunday hit up Black Heart Tattoo in San Fran where artist Moses Saarni inked over the old "Grace" tattoo -- a combination of his and 'BiP' ex Lace Morris' names.

You'll recall Grant and Lace got their tattoos on the show before he proposed in the season finale ... and promptly broke up 3 months later.

Grant's new tat -- a black rose -- sends a clear message: You're dead to me. Also, I made a huge mistake. Far as we know, Lace still has her ink.

Caroline Wozniacki is firing back at Rory McIlroy after the golf star trashed her in an interview ... telling her ex-fiance simply ... MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE ALREADY!

Earlier this week, McIlroy gave told an Irish news outlet dating a celebrity like Caroline sucked -- insinuating the relationship was chock full of "bulls**t" and delusion.

Well, Caroline says she heard about the article and commented after a match at the Australian Open.

"I saw it alright, but I do not really have anything to say. Was I surprised? Yes."

She added, "It’s a little dead by now. It is three years ago, so I don’t understand why he keeps bringing it up. I don’t think there is any reason to."

"He looks like he is a good place in his life, so he surely he must move on."

Cuba Gooding Jr. apparently got tired of living in marital limbo, because he's responded to his wife's petition for separation with a full-on divorce petition.

Cuba belatedly filed his response to Sara Gooding's 2014 separation docs. The O.J. actor is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their 10-year-old daughter, and he's also willing to show Sara the money in spousal support.

There's a catch when it comes to splitting all the assets. Cuba wants all of his earnings to remain his and his alone from the date Sara filed for separation. That includes O.J. Simpson $$$.

It's the awkward moment ya just knew was going to happen -- The Weeknd and Bella Hadid in the same room again.

The former couple hit up Madison Square Garden and both were onstage for Yams Day to honor the late music exec and rapper A$AP Yams ... who died 2 years ago Wednesday.

Kendrick Lamar, A$AP Rocky, French Montana, and Kendall Jenner were also there -- and this is really a case of squads colliding. Bella and Kendall are pals with Rocky ... so they were most likely there to support him.

No word if Weeknd and Bella ever came face-to-face, but it seems inevitable.

Amber was snapped leaving a 99 cents store in L.A. Wednesday, and she certainly looks like she looks content with whatever bargains she's got in her purse.

In fairness, even though she got $7 mil from Johnny Depp in her divorce settlement, she's said the money's going to charity, so she's still a girl on a budget.

Meanwhile, Johnny was off winning awards and winning hearts by opening up about his divorce.

Stevie J either had a big change of heart about suing his baby mama, Joseline Hernandez ... or maybe he's just absentminded about court dates.

Stevie's defamation lawsuit against Joseline was dismissed Wednesday by a Georgia judge, because he was a no-show for a scheduled hearing. You'll recall ... Stevie sued Joseline in October after he says she continued to accuse him of molesting his daughter, which he denied.

At the time she was pregnant with their kid, but since she gave birth he's admitted being gaga over the infant, and attempted to squash all beef with Joseline.
