Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are now in regular contact, and it has royally pissed off members of her family.

A member of Selena's family tells us many of them have never forgiven Justin for what they claim was extremely bad conduct during their long on-again-off-again relationship.

One family member says, "Justin is a vile human and will never be accepted by us. As long as she is even speaking to him in any way, it is not only disrespectful to everyone around her, it is disrespectful to herself."

Some members of Selena's family believe she went to rehab for depression because of the way Justin treated her.

As for Selena ... she's not taking her cue from her family, because she's been around Justin at least 3 times in the last week.

Justin Bieber came down with a severe case of amnesia when it came to Selena Gomez, 'cause he couldn't remember a damn thing about her ... or their breakfast.

Paps got Bieber in WeHo Sunday after he came face-to-face again with Selena earlier in the day -- and when asked if he and his ex were getting back together ... Justin basically hit back with the who, what, where and NO WAY routine, much to the paps' amusement.

We broke the story ... Justin sat down with Selena Sunday morning at a cafe in Westlake Village -- sans her BF, The Weeknd. It was the 3rd recent sighting of the 2 exes.

As if this wasn't enough ... JB was later seen pulling into Selena's house on Sunday night. Apparently breakfast just wasn't gonna cut it for one day.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez had quite a weekend away from The Weeknd ... they grabbed breakfast together Sunday morning -- just the 2 of 'em.

JB and Selena were chatting it up at a cafe in Westlake Village ... with Bieber rockin' a hoodie, and Selena not wearing much to cover up.

This is the 3rd sighting recently where the 2 exes have hung out ... again, with Abel nowhere in sight. Justin was just at Selena's house last Sunday ... and stayed 'til midnight.

Like we told you ... Selena's BF was fully aware of them hanging out, and we're told he's totally cool.

Tyrese insists the permanent restraining order his ex is trying to get against him is based on a story his daughter was coached into telling.

Tyrese filed docs saying the only evidence his ex-wife, Norma Gibson, has is hearsay from their 10-year-old daughter, Shayla. He firmly believes the little girl has been coached by someone while under Norma's care. Tyrese is not necessarily pointing the finger at Norma, but says someone coached Shayla.

He also says the only recent domestic violence incident was when Norma texted him saying she wanted to have his fingers cut off. She confessed, in a court declaration, to sending the message.

As we reported ... Norma's trying to keep Tyrese away from her and Shayla, claiming the singer went into a rage and pushed Shayla to the ground and beat her.

Tyrese Gibson was down in the dumps as he left Cedars-Sinai Thursday night, after checking himself in for chest pains and anxiety.

Tyrese says he's never been embroiled in a court case in his life, and Thursday's marathon hearing that pitted him against ex-wife Norma Gibson clearly took its toll.

Gibson is trying to get a permanent restraining order claiming Tyrese has used excessive force in disciplining their 10-year-old daughter, Shayla ... something Tyrese vehemently denies.

Tyrese smoked a stogie on a bench before his wife picked him up ... she's not into it.

Whatever it takes for a little relief.

Aries Spears' ex-wife says his ex-girlfriend chased her to her front door with their car ... and now she's going to a judge for protection.

Aries' ex-wife, Elisa Larregui, got a restraining order against Shelayne Turner for alleged harassment and threats she says she's endured for 9 years ... all of which hit a boiling point earlier this month in what sounds like a crazy chase.

Elisa claims Shelayne and her 2 daughters threatened her and called her a bitch while she was locked in her car, and then proceeded to follow her in their own car to her front door ... promising to be back. Elisa also claims Shelayne nearly attacked her with a crowbar in 2012.

She says Shelayne is jealous of her and Aries, who she says she's still married to ... despite them getting divorced in 2014. She also says Shelayne hates the fact that Elisa has 2 of Aries' kids.

Tyrese's ex-wife filed a police report against him after he hired a plane to fly a banner over his daughter's school and sent her various gifts.

The banner reading, "No matter what, Daddy loves you Shayla" flew over the 10-year-old's elementary school Monday in the Valley. Tyrese's ex, Norma Gibson, believes he hired the plane. Further, her attorney, Aleen Laura Khanjian, tells TMZ a bunch of gifts -- balloons, a fruit basket, teddy bear and a card -- were delivered to the school on Monday -- addressed to Shayla, from Dad.

Khanjian says Norma filed a police report because they have a temporary restraining order against Tyrese which prohibits him from any direct or indirect contact with Shayla and Norma. Norma is accusing Tyrese of spanking Shayla ... and the Dept. of Children and Family Services is investigating.

Norma's attorney believes the gestures are also a form of witness intimidation ... since DCFS could interview Shayla as part of its investigation.

Sources connected to Tyrese tell us he believes he is NOT in violation of the restraining order because he didn't have any personal contact with Shayla.

Ewan McGregor reportedly split from his wife, Eve Mavrakis, as early as 5 months ago ... which became clear after he was seen sucking face with his TV co-star.

Ewan and Eve quietly separated back in May of this year, according to People ... but the news wouldn't have come out if it wasn't for pics taken of him kissing his "Fargo" co-star, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, at a London cafe over the weekend.

Ewan and Mary Elizabeth play love interests on the show ... looks like they took the romance off-camera too.

As for the now-exes, they've been married since 1995 ... and have 4 daughters together. We reached out to Ewan for further comment ... so far, no word back.

Blac Chyna and Tyga are willing to play nice with each other and even hang out together in public again, but only on one small -- yet growing -- condition ... namely, their son.

Sources connected to the former couple tell TMZ ... Chyna and Tyga's unexpected reunion this weekend for King Cairo's 5th birthday party at Six Flags was at least 2 months in the making, and mostly thanks to King's nanny.

We're told the nanny convinced the feuding exes to make peace during a 3-way phone convo. The impetus for burying the hatchet -- King was about to start kindergarten, which meant there would be upcoming activities requiring co-parenting.

Before the peace summit, our sources say Chyna didn't even have Tyga's phone number - but now the feeling is they're cool being near each other ... as long as King's third-wheeling.

If nothing else, opening communication lines should help 'em avoid planning disasters like doubling up King's birthday themes.

Jewel's rodeo champ ex-hubby, Ty Murray, is gettin' back on the horse ... when it comes to love and marriage.

Ty and FOX Sports reporter Paige Duke tied the knot September 30 at the Quarry at Carrigan Farms in North Carolina. They had the place decked out to be every cowboy/girl's dream.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... Ty and Paige handed out homemade apple butter and personalized tobacco bottles as party favors to their 200 or so guests. Best of all, Ty and Jewel's son, Kase, was dad's best man.

And how's this for a real cowboy? Ty's wedding band was made out of elk antler and metal from his father's wedding ring. Paige went more traditional ... with a Cathy Waterman designed diamond ring.

Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J are playing a shell game with their child, hiding their daughter from the court ... this according to the guardian appointed to protect the kid.

Joseline and Stevie are knee-deep in a nasty custody war, and the judge appointed a guardian to protect their 10-month-old daughter, Bonnie Bella.

The guardian just filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, claiming she has repeatedly asked Joseline and Stevie to tell her where the kid was, but she's been stonewalled.

The guardian says on Sept. 24 she demanded that the parents produce Bonnie Bella at a specific location, but they were all no-shows.

And the guardian says, on the same day, Joseline was supposed to appear in traffic court but blew that off as well. The guardian says she's worried about the child.

One other wrinkle ... the guardian says the kid may be with Joseline in Miami, which would be a violation of the court order not to take the child outside Fulton County.

Tyrese is now under the microscope of the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services over claims by his ex-wife and baby mama that he spanked his 10-year-old daughter so hard she couldn't sit.

Tyrese and Norma Gibson are in a court battle ... Norma's trying to get a permanent restraining order prohibiting him from physically disciplining their kid. She also wants full physical and legal custody. She's worried Tyrese will take their daughter to Dubai, where he has business ties, and not come back. She also wants Tyrese to take domestic violence courses.

She claims Tyrese "beat" the girl between 12 and 16 times. Tyrese says he only struck her once on her bottom. Tuesday in court, Norma's attorney said DCFS is now investigating Tyrese.

It's not uncommon for DCFS to launch an investigation as a precautionary measure.

For his part, Tyrese says Norma is bitter that he married someone else and is trumping up false allegations out of revenge.

Tyrese's lawyer, Terry Levich Ross, tells TMZ bluntly, "She's a lying piece of s***. Tyrese is devastated. He's a good guy and I will prove that."

Rob Kardashian is broke and the money he's paying Blac Chyna for child support is being fronted largely by the Kardashian family, but Chyna's gravy train may be leaving the station ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story, Rob has agreed to pay Chyna $20k a month in support, although some of the money is going directly to nannies. We're told Rob's primary motivation -- he loves baby Dream and wanted to make sure he'd get 50/50 custody.

Chyna was holding a domestic violence restraining order over his head -- which could ruin his chances of getting 50/50 custody -- and part of the deal was that she'd drop it in return for getting the cash. The Kardashians felt all along Chyna's motivation was money.

So the question ... how's Rob paying $20k a month? We're told his family is totally invested in Dream, and they want to make sure they have a strong relationship with her. They also worry about Chyna and her ability to care for the child, and that's another motivation to front Rob the money.

Rob is making no money now ... his days on the reality show are over, and his sock business is hardly turning a profit.

Here's the wild card -- Rob can always go back to court and ask for a modification of child support based on his income or lack thereof, so Chyna's days getting $20k a month may already be numbered.
