Tobias Bell from South Central L.A. -- who friends call T.B. -- tells us, the fight started after he asked Suge whether he killed Tupac ... and Suge flipped out.

But according to T.B., he was completely caught off-guard by the sudden outburst -- and now he wants to settle the score ... for good.

T.B. tells us, he'll take Suge anytime anywhere -- "Staples Center, L.A. Live, wherever" -- and this time ... he'll be ready.

It all went down on the casino floor at the Aria Hotel in Las Vegas early Saturday morning. Suge can be seen throwing haymaker after haymaker ... but it doesn't look like he landed a single punch.

According to an eyewitness ... Suge flew off the handle when the little man approached him with a challenge ... saying, "I can take you."

Eventually, the whole thing was broken up -- and cops were spotted at the hotel soon after. We're told Suge was not arrested over the incident.

It all went down at Surrender nightclub at the Encore -- where fellow CA castmates Lil Jon and Playmate Hope Dworaczyk were there to witness Gary spiraling out of control.

The ladies were all wearing replica Parker jerseys.

They've really got his number.

As TMZ first reported, Brown and his fam recently relocated to Las Vegas so they could explore new job opportunities. TMZ spoke with several of the new neighbors and while some sound tolerant of the Brown clan ("It's a quiet neighborhood, and as long as it stays drama free, then we're fine") others want nothing to do with them.

One neighbor told us, "I don't want my family surrounded by polygamists."

Another was upset because now her young children are asking her about polygamy -- and now she plans on moving. She told us, "I am not tolerating the polygamists or their TV show in my neighborhood."

TMZ has learned Kody and crew moved into their new temporary rental home in Sin City late Tuesday ... but it wasn't an easy journey.

Average travel time from the Brown's home in Lehi, Utah to Vegas is roughly 6 hours ... but Kody's caravan took 30 HOURS to complete the 397 mile voyage.

As TMZ first reported, Charlie jumped on stage during a taping of "Drew Carey's Improv-a-Ganza" last weekend at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino.

We're told Charlie unexpectedly joined in the live performance to show off his own improv skills -- and Sheen won't be cut out of the show when it airs on Game Show Network in March.

Sheen was surfing around on a website called CityVibe, when he stumbled upon the profile of someone named "Ginger."

Sheen was so smitten, he immediately tried to call her up, but "Ginger's" phone was dead ... so Charlie fired off the following email from his AOL account.

Gotta respect his determination.

Multiple people in the audience in Vegas this weekend tell us Charlie made a cameo during Drew's improv show -- which is being filmed for a GSN series called "Drew Carey's Improv-A-Ganza," which premieres on March 28.

Drew himself even tweeted: "Charlie Sheen just got on stage with us during our improv show at MGM in Vegas. Hilarious!"

Gives new meaning to "Whose Line Is It Anyway?"

TMZ spoke to someone who made it into Sheen's penthouse suite at The Palms Hotel on Sunday ... who tells us, "It looked like porn star auditions ... the girls were all over him and he just sat back and took it all in."

As we previously reported, Sheen had been hanging out with porn queen Bree Olson (blonde)... who invited Bombshell McGee (tatted, left) and BM's friend Lindsay Sinai (tatted, right), to come party in the suite. Apparently, they weren't the only ladies who got the invite ...

Our source tells us Charlie "loved the attention" ... and seemed like he was "in his environment."

The "Two and a Half Men" star caught a flight home the next day -- despite an ear infection -- and returned to work this week.
