Kendall Jenner doesn't need a bra ... because her own father fully supports her breasts.

Sources close to Bruce Jenner tell TMZ, he 100% backs his 18-year-old daughter's decision Tuesday to expose her nipples on Instagram. As far as he's concerned, she's a fashion model ... and that's what fashion models do.

Soon after Kendall posted the pic for her 7 million followers, Bruce began defending his daughter ... saying she's a "wonderful kid and a great daughter" ... and insisting he's proud of her no matter what she does.

Just so we're all clear ... Kendall turned 18 on November 3rd. We're proud of her too.

Chief Keef -- prodigy rapper, horrible parent -- finally paid off some of the $20,900 he owes in child support ... ponying up JUST enough cash to keep his ass from getting arrested ... again.

TMZ has obtained court docs which show on October 21st, the judge in Cook County, IL made Keef an offer he couldn't refuse -- cut a check for $11k to your baby mama and you won't go to jail.

Keef (smartly) forked over the dough ... which means cops won't be ordered to arrest him on sight.

But Keef ain't exactly out of the woods yet -- the rapper is due back in court on December 10 to face the music for blowing off mandatory child support hearings earlier this year.

If the judge finds Keef to be in contempt, he could be sent back to the slammer ... where he's already been this year (twice!) for drug-related offenses.

Casey Kasem's children will NOT assume control over their ailing father's life -- at least not yet -- a judge just denied their request for a temporary conservatorship ... TMZ has learned.

The Kasem kids went to court to show that Casey's wife Jean is not providing the care he needs ... and banned his own children from seeing him.

But a judge denied their request for an emergency conservatorship ... saying he has confidence the issue of visitation with the children can be worked out by attorneys on both sides.

The judge also said a temporary conservatorship is not necessary because Casey -- who is suffering from advanced Parkinson's -- is NOT "at risk" and is getting proper treatment at home.

As we reported, Jean offered the kids a deal ... drop their bid for a conservatorship ... and in return they would each get regularly scheduled, though brief, visits with Casey and notification when he's hospitalized.

Things are getting darker in Casey Kasem's world. Casey's 3 kids from a previous marriage have REJECTED a settlement offer proposed by Casey's wife, Jean.

Sources connected to the case tell TMZ ... Jean asked the kids if they would drop their lawsuit for a conservatorship if she would do the following:

-- Give the kids the right to visit their dad, with strings attached. Each child would have separate visits every 3rd Sunday for 1 hour. A security guard would be in the general vicinity during the visits. The children have to give 72 hours notice before each visit.

-- The kids could also visit during Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas week, Easter Week and his birthday.

-- If Casey is hospitalized, the kids will all be notified. It doesn't provide they can visit him in the hospital.

Casey is quite ill with advanced Parkinson's and the early onset of dementia.

Sources say Casey's kids -- who have not been allowed to see their dad and have filed legal docs to win a conservatorship -- have turned thumbs down on Jean's offer.

The Make-a-Wish Foundation has a message for the cold-hearted jerks who complained Batkid didn't deserve his bat-wish because he's in remission -- HOW DARE YOU?!!

If you haven't heard, Make-A-Wish really outdid itself -- turning San Francisco into Gotham City for 5-year-old cancer patient Miles Scott, who wanted to be Batman for a day.

Miles has been battling lymphoblastic leukemia since he was 20 months old, but some (heinous) people on the Internet have had the audacity to say he didn't deserve his wish because he's currently in remission.

Make-A-Wish rep Josh deBerge says that's just wrong, telling us ... "We would never penalize a child for getting better."

And Josh says that's all that matters.

Suck it, haters.

Levi Johnston has his priorities screwed up ... he's buying cars, dropping serious cash on hunting and taking fancy trips, instead of forking over child support ... this according to legal docs filed by Bristol Palin.

In the new docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Bristol claims Levi isn't a suitable parent on many levels to get what he's after -- 50/50 custody. She says aside from the fact that he's $67K behind in child support, he doesn't even visit Tripp on a regular basis.

In fact, Bristol believes Levi is so deep in the red, it constitutes a felony under Alaskan law.

And this is the best part ... Bristol wants the judge to say out loud that Levi is voluntarily underemployed -- translation ... LOSER.

Charlie Sheen's vagabond twins may be moving yet again, because sources tell us their new guardian -- Brooke Mueller's brother Scott -- may be uprooting them to a fancy beach community.
We broke the story ... Scott Mueller intended to move into Brooke's home in the same gated community where Charlie lives, so the kids could stay in familiar surroundings and attend the same school.

Here's the problem. Charlie is so fed up with Brooke, he wants her out of his neighborhood. Charlie has the power to make her move, because he owns the house and he told TMZ he plans to put it on the market as early as today -- for $4.8 mil, which is what he paid for it.

Sources close to Scott tell TMZ ... if it looks like Charlie is serious, Scott will take the twins to his home in ritzy Manhattan Beach, approximately 20 miles from where they live now. Scott has a daughter the same age as the twins, and he'd enroll them in her school in the beachside community.

As for Brooke ... it doesn't matter where Scott lands -- his home or the one she's in now -- the judge has clarified that she can't live under the same roof until she gets custody back. So, as we reported, she's looking for a condo.

Brooke is currently allowed to see the kids for 3 days a week, with 2 overnight visits.

The Ying Yang Twins haven’t had a hit song in years ... that's why one of the rappers begged a judge to lower his child support payments, and he just got a huge break ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs filed in Georgia, D-Roc -- aka De'Angelo Holmes -- had been paying his ex-wife $2,500 a month in support for their daughter ... an arrangement that was made when he was pulling down more than 19-grand a month.

But the Twins haven’t had a hit since 2005's "Wait (The Whisper Song) --- so D-Roc went back to court ... hat in hand ... and asked for a reduction, claiming he's only making $2,860 a month.

D-Roc hammered out a sweet deal ... 'cause, according to the docs, his child support payments are now just $550 a month -- plus, he got a payment plan for the $45K in back support he owes.

One more reason D-Roc needed a break -- he has 5 other mouths to feed.

Sean "Diddy" Combs' kids are doing something really cool ... they're packing up some of their own stuff ... and sending it to people who need it a whole lot more than they do ... the victims of the Philippines typhoon.

Friends tell TMZ ... Diddy's kids were so moved by the stories of devastation -- they organized their own family-style relief effort .. more than a week after Typhoon Haiyan devastated the country.

6-year-old twins Jessie James and D'Lila Star pitched in to help their big brothers, Christian and Quincy ... filling box after box with their own shoes, clothing and blankets ... and shipping them off to Philippines relief agencies.

Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Brooke took her kids for a walk in Beverly Hills yesterday and began to entertain them mid-hike by turning her walking stick into a sword ... and flailing it around like He-Man.

As we previously reported, her brother Scott was awarded temporary guardianship over the twins while Brooke deals with her latest drug issues ... and he was there too.

Batkid is about to bat-crap his shorts ... 'cause he just got props for his romp through San Francisco yesterday from BATMAN HIMSELF!!!

Michael Keaton was cruising out of a Beverly Hills restaurant Friday when we asked about Batkid -- the 5-year old who celebrated the end of his battle with leukemia yesterday by running around SF acting like the Dark Knight.

Keaton hadn't actually seen the awesome footage of B.K. battling the Riddler or Penguin .... but thought it was one of the coolest things he'd ever heard.

Simon Cowell's baby mama, Lauren Silverman, signed a divorce settlement agreement which has a shocking penalty -- if Simon goes near her 7-year-old son, she has to pay her ex a $50,000 PENALTY!

TMZ is privy to the unbelievable settlement agreement, which also provides that if Lauren violates the Simon stay-away clause 3 times, she loses all contact with her son, Adam, until a court deals with the violations.

The Simon stay-away clause only lasts until January, 2015. So presumably the kid can be around Simon in a year ... if he's still part of Lauren's life.

But the plot thickens. The settlement agreement also provides Andrew Silverman, Lauren's ex, cannot trash Simon to Adam and has a legal obligation to make sure no one else around him talks smack.

And there's a clause in the settlement that provides Lauren and Andrew both agree to prevent Adam from calling anyone other than them "mother" or "father." Translation: Simon is not your daddy.

Andrew agrees to pay Lauren $3k a month in child support ... a modest amount and it goes to what TMZ has been reporting ... that Simon will become the cash cow.

Finally, Lauren and Andrew agreed to change the cause of divorce from adultery to "broken down irretrievably."

Andy Kaufman is still alive and his death in 1984 was a HOAX ... so says a 24-year-old woman who claims to be his daughter ... and here's the thing -- her claim is NOT without some evidence.

It all went down Monday at the 9th Annual Andy Kaufman Awards at the Gotham Comedy Club in NYC. The event was hosted by Andy’s brother Michael ... and during his closing speech, the unidentified 24-year-old woman approached the stage.

You have to see it for yourself -- but the woman explained Kaufman has secretly been living as a stay-at-home dad with a wife and daughter after faking his own death from cancer 29 years ago.

The story goes that Andy faked his death to escape the spotlight and live in solitude.

The woman's account dovetails eerily with a story Michael told during the ceremony about a letter he found while going through Andy's stuff -- a letter Andy wrote explaining a plan to fake his death.

As for the evidence, here's what we found:

1. When you look up Andy on the Internet database of record, there is no date of death listed.

2. In 2001, the database shows Andy lived in Cook County, Illinois.

3. There's another address indicating he lived in Westchester County, NY later in 2001.

As for when Andy plans to reveal himself, the woman said he had considered coming out that night -- but backed out at the last minute.

So we gotta ask ...

Brooke Mueller has just been sued by her former nanny who wants up to $10 million -- and get this ... it's a lawsuit for overtime wages!

Norma Lavizzo worked for Brooke within the last 4 years -- we're told for a relatively short period of time -- she claims she regularly worked more than 40 hours a week with ZERO overtime pay.

Sources tell TMZ ... Lavizzo claimed she was on call and therefore worked 24 hours a day, and she couldn't even eat or rest.

Sources connected with Brooke say she made a private demand before filing suit -- asking for $10 million, and get this ... it was primarily based on a 4-day trip to Miami where she says she had to work nonstop. And of course she says she wants the 24/7 OT pay.

The nanny has a couple of problems. First, we're told she signed a release which waives any right to future money. Second, we're told there were multiple nannies in the house so she didn't have to work non-stop.

He doesn't get Charlie Sheen's vote of confidence -- but Brooke Mueller's brother Scott firmly believes he's got what it takes to look after Charlie and Brooke's 4-year-old twins.

As we reported, Scott was awarded temporary guardianship over Bob and Max while Brooke deals with her latest drug issues. The children's former guardian Denise Richards decided she could no longer care for the boys, and blames Brooke for screwing them up.

Charlie Sheen just learned a cool lesson -- you can call a judge in your custody war an "anus brain" and get away with it, even with a gag order ... and that's exactly what just happened.

We've learned the judge in the DCFS case called all the lawyers in this afternoon for an emergency meeting. Sources connected with Brooke Mueller tell TMZ ... the judge wanted to have a chit chat about Charlie's latest Twitter rant and his appearances on TMZ Live.

You'll recall Charlie exploded on Twitter Friday, calling the folks at Child Services "lascivious and incompetent." Sheen then directed his ire at the judge, calling him "Mr. I'm Italian judge anus-brain."

And Charlie went on "TMZ Live" a couple weeks ago and blasted Brooke, calling her an evil whore who's endangering their children.

Our sources say the judge decided it would NOT be in anyone's best interest to hold a contempt hearing, for fear it would turn into a "circus." So we're told Charlie's lawyer promised his client would muzzle himself and be a good boy. And that was good enough for the judge.
