Former "Party Down South" star Taylor "Lil Bit" Wright is hollerin' like a stuck pig about all the haters who think she's crazy for keeping a gun near her newborn.

Backlash erupted after Wright posted a pic of her BF and baby daddy tending to their month-old baby ... with a semi-automatic handgun sitting on the nightstand next to them.

Lil Bit thinks the only real danger is having the gun locked away. She reminded us about her 2nd Amendment rights, and added, "By God I will unload on somebody if they break in and try to hurt me or my family."

Wright promises she keeps her firearm in "safety mode" ... so in her mind, it's all good. However, North Carolina law says it's a misdemeanor to leave a gun any place an unsupervised minor could reach it. It's debatable whether that applies to a one-month-old.

Lil Bit promises she'll hide the gun once the kid gets older ... but for now, she's not worried about him messin' with it.

Torch those khaki shorts and tops ... Bindi Irwin is all grow'd up and flaunting a much, MUCH different look these days.

Steve Irwin's famous daughter -- who's now 16, about to turn 17 -- posted a glam black and white selfie ... and she's almost unrecognizable.

Bindi's still keeping up the Crocodile Hunter's legacy ... working on wildlife conservancy with her mother, Terri Irwin and little brother Robert at Australia Zoo in Queensland.

Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar believe whatever their son Josh did to his sisters ... the media was way worse.

The Duggar parents told Fox News' Megyn Kelly ... their family was slandered by tabloids that reported the molestations by twisting the facts. They say their daughters who were victims of their older brother didn't even know they were molested ... until their parents told them.

Michelle says her kids have been victimized by people who have an agenda for profit ... she was not more specific.

And she thinks her daughters have been victimized more by media reports than by Josh's actions.

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are finally copping to being failures as parents -- but their description of Josh Duggar’s molestation incidents might seriously piss you off.

Josh's parents sat down with Megyn Kelly of FOX News to speak out for the first time since the molestation story broke -- and on the heels of a newly released police report that shows Jim Bob and Michelle horribly dragged their feet on reporting Josh's crimes.

FOX released this brief clip of the interview (which airs Wednesday night) ... in which they rather nonchalantly describe Josh's "choices."

TLC has yet to make a final decision on the fate of "19 Kids and Counting" -- and it was not involved in setting up the Duggar's FOX interview. We're told execs will be watching closely when it airs.

Billy Ray Cyrus can't stop, won't stop ... cranking out talented spawn -- he performed live with Miley Cyrus' kid sister in L.A., and it sounds like the family's got a new revenue stream coming.

Noah Cyrus jumped on stage for open mic night at Crave Café … and Billy Ray backed her up on guitar for a few songs. It was no sold out stadium ... but hey, even Miley started somewhere.

The 15-year-old -- who sounds a lot like big sis -- belted out her take on one of Dad's hits ... "Could've Been Me.”

Josh Duggar's parents knew he repeatedly molested his five-year-old sister but failed to notify authorities for at least 16 months ... this according to a just-released police report.

According to the report, obtained by In Touch, Josh confessed to Jim Bob on 3 separate occasions that he molested at least one sister. Here's the worst part ... after the first confession, Jim Bob did nothing and the molestations continued. And after the second confession, Jim Bob again did nothing to notify authorities or even get him help and again the molestations continued.

After the third confession, Josh's parents enrolled him in a treatment program, but they did not notify authorities until at least 4 months after the last confession. And get this ... the delay was at least 16 months after Josh's first confession.

Put another way, had Jim Bob and Michelle notified authorities immediately after Josh's first confession, they might have taken action that would have prevented the subsequent molestations.

It's possible the Duggar parents could have been prosecuted for permitting abuse of a minor, but the statute of limitations has long since passed.

TLC still hasn't announced the fate of "19 Kids and Counting," but now that there's evidence the parents may have covered up the crime, it's going to be hard for TLC to keep the show afloat.

Cool move by Russell Wilson and his GF Ciara ... who made a surprise visit to Seattle Children's Hospital last night -- and kids LOVED IT!!!

We're told the NFL's new hot couple spent time talking to several patients, taking pics and signing autographs. One patient even sketched out a pic for Russell ... complete with his trademark eye black.

After the visit, the hospital tweeted at the stars ... saying, "Thank you @DangeRussWilson & @Ciara for a surprise, star-studded evening for our patients. Feeling starstruck."

BTW -- Seattle Children's Hospital has been a celebrity hot spot this year ... with Chris Pratt and Chris Evans visiting the kids right after the Super Bowl.

Monica and NBA star Shannon Brown clearly have money to burn, because they blew $70,000 on a birthday party ... for her 10-year-old son!

Lil Rocko marked a decade on Earth by celebrating at the Georgia Aquarium. The theme was Fresh Prince of Bel-Air ... a show that was off the air 9 years before he was born.

Gotta say the party was awesome ... it looks like they're underwater, staring at the captured sharks.

There was plenty of sugar ... candy apples, cotton candy and a topsy-turvy cake.

Among the guests ...Toronto Raptors guard Lou Williams, Future's kids, and Lil Rocko's classmates. Lil's pop, rapper Rocko, was also there (and footed part of the bill).

Bengals tackle Devon Still is getting his entire back tatted up to mark two emotional milestones related to his daughter's cancer battle … and TMZ Sports got a preview of the finished piece.

Devon’s tattoo artist, Dan Price, tells us the defensive tackle just completed stage one of the enormous tattoo -- an image of Leah Still's face in the upper right of his back. But he says Devon's got at least 40 more hours of work ahead to complete an incredible mashup of Disney scenes.

Price says the Magic Kingdom castle, Ariel from "The Little Mermaid" and Aladdin's lamp will all be included. We're told the lamp symbolizes Devon's wish for Leah's continued recovery. She's currently in remission, but dealing with complications from stem cell treatment.

Devon's getting the tattoo to mark the 1-year anniversary of Leah's diagnosis. As for the Disney scenes -- Price says Devon’s favorite memory with his daughter was a trip they took to Disney World.

Game respects game ... at least when it comes to LeBron James ... who was so impressed with the kid who won the 2015 Scripps National Spelling Bee -- that he just sent him a whole bunch of awesome Cavs swag ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The kid who popped up on LeBron's radar -- Gokul Venkatachalam -- is a HUGE Cavaliers fan who rocked a LeBron #23 jersey underneath his button down shirt ... while dominating the spelling bee.

A rep for the Cavs tells us LeBron and the team were so impressed by the performance ... they hooked Gokul up with a pair of Nike Lebron XII's ... inscribed with a personal message from King James ... plus a bunch of team apparel.

We spoke to Gokul, who hasn't yet received the swag ... but says he is "pumped" that LeBron and the team recognized his accomplishment.

Pretty cool, right?

RG3 is firmly planted in the pro-Steph Curry camp -- when it comes to kids at news conferences -- telling TMZ Sports he plans to follow suit with his own little girl ... when she's old enough.

The Redskins QB and his wife Rebecca welcomed their 1st daughter Reese Ann earlier this month -- so, when we saw him out in D.C. this weekend we had to ask ... is Reese Ann gonna get a Riley Curry moment?

Of course, certain media members have been bitching about Steph's decision to bring Riley to the NBA post-game pressers -- claiming she disrupts the regular process with her adorableness.

But Griffin's all about it ... telling us he'll "for sure" bring her to the podium ... "I just don't want to bring her too early."

By the way, RG3 was attending an event called the House Inc.’s National Capital A Cinderella Ball -- which honors children connected to the military with a disability or life-threatening illness.

Prince Jackson proudly donned a cap and gown Saturday as he became a high school graduate ... with honors no less.

Michael Jackson's oldest son got his diploma from the exclusive Buckley School in the San Fernando Valley.

La Toya, Katherine, Paris and other family members cheered Prince on. When Prince's name was announced the fam stood up, screamed and whistled. He flashed a big smile as he grabbed his diploma.

Prince has dabbled in entertainment -- appearing in the finale of "90210" -- but for now he's going the college route, but he's not going too far. Prince says he's going to Loyola Marymount University in L.A.

Chris Brown offered to fly his daughter Royalty and the kid's mom to the happiest place for her first birthday, but his baby mama shut down the offer.

Brown's rep tells TMZ, it's true he was a no show for Royalty's 1st birthday, but it's because he was shooting a music video in Miami. The rep says, "Like any working parent, Chris is doing his best to prioritize the needs of his daughter."

But Chris had a plan ... flying "the entire family" to Disney World. It's unclear if that included King Ba, Nia Guzman's BF who has been trying to assume the role of Dad. But Chris insists Nia turned him down flat.

Nia's pissed that Chris didn't show for the shindig at Chuck E. Cheese's in Houston, but Chris says he'll throw a special party for Royalty the next time he sees her.

Chris Brown just threw down a hip-hop papa challenge -- essentially putting Jay Z and Kanye West on notice ... that his baby girl is gunning for their daughters in the cute department.

It might seem like an odd way to mark Royalty's first birthday, but proud daddy Brown posted a 3-way split of Blue Ivy, North and his daughter.

Worth noting -- Chris put Royalty in the key center slot.

So, is he saying these are the cutest celeb babies out there? Or Royalty is THE cutest of them all?

By the way, Chris deleted the original post ... and added Wiz Khalifa's son Sebastian, and Tyga's son King -- so we're guessing this was just a big daddy shout out.

"Gossip Girl" star Kelly Rutherford's victory in her child custody battle with her ex has proven to be short-lived ... because a judge undid the ruling ... leaving the kids in Monaco with their father.

A California judge sided with Rutherford last Friday, giving her the right to bring her 8-year-old son Hermes and 6-year-old daughter Helena back from Monaco, where they have been living with their father, Daniel Giersch, since 2012.

But now another judge just ruled that the judge who granted Rutherford custody may have been unaware that Monaco has jurisdiction in the case.

Giersch's attorneys argued that Rutherford's legal team tried to pull a fast one by filing for custody in California on the Friday before the Memorial Day holiday ... when they knew Monaco already had the authority to rule.

Chris Brown's daughter Royalty got a phone call from her dad on her first birthday ... but a source close to his baby mama says that's it.

Sources close to Royalty's mom, Nia Guzman, tell TMZ ... Brown didn't show up for the 1-year-old's birthday, didn't send a gift and didn't contribute to the cost of the Chuck E. Cheese's shindig. Nia says her boyfriend, King Ba, paid for the whole thing.

Ba -- who's listed on the birth certificate as Royalty's birth father -- seemed to take pleasure in Chris' absence and captioned one pic of Royalty by writing, "Wouldn't Miss This Day For Anything In This World."
