NBA star Emmanuel Mudiay made a dream come true for one of the best junior high basketball players in the country Tuesday ... when he challenged the 8th grader to some 1-on-1!!

It all went down at Mudiay's skills academy at the YMCA in Albany, NY where Mudiay took on 13-year-old Dior Johnson -- and the kid straight-up BALLED OUT!!

Mudiay clearly didn't go 100% -- he was wearing Vans -- but that doesn't take away from the crazy impressive shots Dior hit. At one point, he makes 5 straight 3-pointers!!

But Mudiay ends up getting his revenge by throwing the hammer down on the young baller to end the game.

FYI, Dior ain't no joke -- he's widely regarded as one of the top young prospects in the country ... and if things go the right way, you could see him in the 2023 NBA Draft.

Kim Zolciak's adamant her son's not terrified of dogs 3 months after he was attacked by one ... and that's why she got him one for his birthday.

Sources close to the 'RHOA' star tell TMZ ... Kim and the family recently fostered 3 puppies from a pitt lab mix litter of 9 while they searched for their forever homes. The fam kept one puppy, Sage, but as Kash's 5th birthday approached, Kim surprised him with Sage's puppy bro, Sailor.

Kim insists Kash is not scared of dogs and he has no recurring issues following May's attack. As we reported ... a dog bit Kash in the face which required surgery. Kim said Kash healed up fine and has perfect vision in his left eye ... even after getting stitches on his water line.

And despite all that ... we're told Kash remains an animal lover.

Britney Spears is going back to the drawing board and redrafting her will ... all for the benefit of her 2 boys.

Britney's longtime conservators have filed legal docs asking for permission to change her will, which was drafted before she gave birth to Sean, now 11, and Jayden, now 10.

We've learned the current will simply provides ... when Britney dies her kids inherit her entire estate. Problem is ... they would get her entire fortune -- estimated at hundreds of millions of dollars -- when they turn 18. It's not wise to open the vault all at once to 18-year-olds.

Our sources say the new estate plan creates a trust for the kids, who will inherit her entire estate. But they will not have access to the entire fortune until they turn 35. The trust gives them limited access at 18, more access to the money at 25, but they won't get it all until they're eligible to run for President.

The trust also slashes the amount of inheritance tax the estate will have to pay.

The judge has to approve the change, but there shouldn't be any problem.

The "We Love Manchester Emergency Fund" will distribute $324k to each of the families of the 22 people killed in a terrorist attack at Ariana Grande's concert.

Approximately $24.5 million was raised following the horrific attack on May 22 at the Manchester Arena ... where Ariana had just finished her concert seconds before a nail bomb exploded in the rotunda. The victims were as young as 8 and at least 59 people were injured.

Sue Murphy, the chair of the trustees of the fund, said "the payments will ensure the families benefit from the phenomenal outpouring of public support following the attack."

Part of the funds -- some of which came from Ariana's One Love benefit concert -- went to those who were hospitalized as a result of the attack.

Murphy said they'll look into how to distribute the remaining funds.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are deep in divorce talks, and there is NO talk of reconciliation, contrary to some media reports.

Several stories have surfaced recently suggesting the divorce is on hold and they are thinking of rebooting the relationship. Sources connected to the couple say nothing could be further from the truth.

We're told both sides are hashing out both child custody and property settlements, and the divorce is full steam ahead.

One reason they will never get back together ... Angelina made extremely damaging allegations against Brad, claiming he was abusive to their kids. The investigations triggered by the allegations ultimately exonerated Pitt.

Brad hasn't hidden his feeling about the children -- they're at the top of his priority list, so it seems they're at the point of no return in terms of reconciling.

"Bachelor" winner Vienna Girardi announced tragic news this weekend about the miscarriage of her twin daughters.

Vienna -- who won Jake Pavelka's season of "The Bachelor" in 2010 -- took to Facebook Sunday to reveal she suffered a miscarriage earlier this month while pregnant with her twins, who were only 18 weeks along in her pregnancy.

In the post, Vienna details what happened by saying one of her twins showed signs for Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome -- when one twin takes more nutrients than the other while developing.

She went on to say ... "They said that it did look like it had improved over the last week though. Unfortunately, that was not the case and that evening my water broke due to the amniotic sacs rupturing. I spent the next 2 days in the hospital trying everything to save them."

She lost her twins on August 5, and had to have emergency surgery herself ... leaving her in the ICU for 4 days. She said if she hadn't gone into labor early, she'd be risking her own life due to possible infection in her uterus.

Chris Pratt is sticking to what he knows in the fallout of his separation from estranged wife Anna Faris ... and that involves family and faith.

Chris was out Sunday taking his 4-year-old son, Jack, to Church in L.A. -- with Anna nowhere in sight. It appears to be the first time he's been seen public since his split from Anna last weekend ... when the ex-couple announced they were separating on social media.

We broke the story ... Chris and Anna are parting ways because of differences in their vision on family and work -- she wants to have more kids and to settle down in L.A., while Chris doesn't want to do either considering his movie career is just now taking off.

Still ... Chris seems to be trying to keep things normal between he and his boy. As normal as they can be without mom, anyway. Also, check out his ring finger ... stripped.

Shar Jackson is no longer blocked from her granddaughter -- Chris Massey just dropped his restraining order.

Chris tells us ... he decided to dismiss the case because he understands the importance of family and grandparents. For her part Shar's happy, of course, especially because she feels he was dragging her good name through the mud.

We broke the story ... the "Zoey 101" star accused Shar -- his baby mama's mama -- of hitting his 2-year-old daughter, Mariah, and leaving her with a 4-inch "razor cut" on her forehead. A judge ordered her to stay 50 yards away from the child temporarily, but that's no more. According to the court clerk ... a judge granted Chris' request for dismissal.

What's unclear ... if Massey really believed Shar was abusive to his kid -- something she adamantly denies -- why'd he drop it?.

3:47 PM PT -- A rep for Chris tells TMZ ... Shar has every right to respond however she'd like, but Chris and his family are choosing to settle this in court and not in the media or on TV.

Shar Jackson is apoplectic that Chris Massey accused her of abusing his 2-year-old daughter (Shar's granddaughter) ... saying her very public history as a parent is more than proof she'd never hurt a child.

Shar bristled at Chris' claims she hit his daughter, Mariah, last month and left a razor blade cut on her forehead. Shar -- who also had 2 kids by Kevin Federline -- says the claims are boldfaced lies and she's now got her own plan of attack ... against Chris.

As for the alleged razor blade injury to Mariah, Shar says the girl accidentally cut herself during a Facetime between her mom (Shar's daughter) and Chris back in May. Shar says she wasn't even there.

Carrie Fisher -- who starred in the globally iconic 'Star Wars' franchise as Princess Leia -- left an estate worth nearly $7 million to her daughter, Billie Lourd.

In new docs filed by the executor of Carrie's estate, Billie stands to inherit $6.8 million in personal property left by Carrie. TMZ broke the story, Carrie died after suffering a massive heart attack aboard a flight from London to LAX.

It's interesting ... although $6.8 million is nothing to sneeze at, considering the most recent 'Star Wars' installment featuring Carrie grossed more than $2 BILLION, you'd think her estate might be more flush with cash.

It's possible there could be additional money in trusts not reflected in this probate case ... which Billie could also collect.

Ex-"Dance Moms" star Mackenzie Ziegler is firing back at a music producer who sued her, saying the guy's a fraud who never paid her for her tunes ... and she's laying the blame on Abby Lee Miller.

Mackenzie and her mom, Melissa Gisoni, countersued Kismet Music and its head honcho, Andrew Logan, after Kismet sued the 13-year-old a couple months ago. Kismet claimed she allegedly broke her contract by working with another producer.

In new docs, obtained by TMZ, Mackenzie's attorneys say the only reason she signed with Kismet was 'cause Abby told her it was a bonafide hit maker. The docs also claim the now-jailed Abby strong-armed Ziegler and her fam into it.

Abby is not a defendant in Mackenzie's suit.

As for Kismet saying she owes them dough ... Maddie Ziegler's little sis calls BS on all fronts. She claims Kismet and Logan have none of the accolades Abby hyped, and claims they've grossly underpaid her for the music she's already recorded.

Mackenzie wants the rest of the money she says she's owed ... and her Kismet contract axed.

Chris Pratt and Anna Faris are going their separate ways not because of some third party in their marriage, not because one of them did something unforgivable ... they split because they each have very different views of what a family should be.

Our sources say Anna wants a family that is pretty much together most of the time. She wants a base ... which for her has been Los Angeles. We're told she wants more kids. The upshot ... Anna wants a traditional family.

Chris, on the other hand, has had some life-changing experiences that has required him to adjust the balance between family and career. When he married Anna back in 2009, she was much bigger than him. He's now at the top of the Hollywood food chain, and with that comes opportunities that take him all over the world, shooting movies that take him away from home for months at a time.

Our sources say he doesn't want more kids ... at least not in the foreseeable future, because he can't juggle a growing family with his career. And he can't be corralled in one place -- even L.A. -- because that's not the way the movie industry works.

That said, we're told they have an unbreakable bond in son Jack. They are devoted parents, both separately and together and they are determined to keep it that way.

Our sources say there are other personal reasons for the split, but the way they see family in the long-term was a big factor in their decision.

Finally, our sources say both Chris and Anna are incredibly sad over the end of their relationship. Although she says they've separated, we're told they have already set the wheels in motion for divorce, which we're told will be as amicable as it gets.

Lori Loughlin vehemently denies her daughter was filming herself behind the wheel moments before she got into a car crash ... which was posted on YouTube, but has since been taken down.

The "Fuller House" star was at LAX when we asked about allegations her 17-year-old daughter, YouTube star Olivia Jade Giannulli, was vlogging while driving ... capturing the moment a truck rear-ended her, shoving her into another car.

Olivia reportedly posted the video Sunday to her nearly 1 million subscribers. Daily Mail posted 6 screen grabs showing her behind the wheel, and reported Olivia vowed to never vlog or text while driving right after the accident.

Mama Bear says the report is total BS, and insists her daughter never recorded while driving. It's impossible to compare her explanation though .. Olivia's video has been taken down from YouTube, for some reason.
