El presunto acosador de Paris Jackson está ahora tras las rejas después de que la policía informara que se presentó en su casa a principios de este mes, y que esta podría no haber sido su primera visita.

Los oficiales dicen a TMZ, que Rubén Polanco, de 37 años, fue detenido el 4 de septiembre cuando se presentó en la casa de Paris en el área de Los Ángeles. Nos dicen que ella tenía un equipo de seguridad que lo mantuvo detenido hasta que la policía llegó y se lo llevó.

La Oficina del Fiscal de la Ciudad de Los Angeles lo acusó de cuatro delitos menores, incluyendo acecho y merodeo, y según nos cuentan, actualmente está en la cárcel bajo fianza de $20.000, mientras que el equipo de Gestión de Amenazas del Departamento de Policía de Los Ángeles sigue investigando.

La policía dice que Polanco tiene un historial de visitas a la casa de París. Supuestamente, estuvo en su propiedad el día del Año Nuevo y los oficiales dicen que regresó otras dos veces en agosto, además del incidente final en septiembre.

Paris Jackson's alleged stalker is now behind bars after cops say he showed up at her home earlier this month ... and we're told that may not have been his first visit.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... 37-year-old Ruben Polanco was arrested September 4, when he showed up at Paris' L.A.-area home. We're told she had security there which kept him at bay until cops came and took him away.

The L.A. City Attorney's Office has now charged him with 4 misdemeanors -- including stalking and prowling. He's currently sitting in jail on $20,000 bail ... as the LAPD Threat Management team continues to investigate.

Cops say Polanco has a history of ending up at Paris' place -- he allegedly was on her property New Year's Day, and officers say he returned 2 times in August, in addition to the most recent incident in September.

Lil Tay spoke out for the first time this weekend since her alleged death went viral ... and she's pointing the finger at her dad for her years-long absence, accusing him of a lot.

The former child internet sensation -- who's now a teenager -- went live on IG Saturday, but not before she dropped a new song and video treatment minutes earlier. It's called "Sucker 4 Green," and it seems to be the official mark of her comeback into music.

The video features Tay singing/dancing in scantily-clad outfits and posing in front of a bunch of luxury cars while at a super nice house. She's going on about her love for money, etc.

As for the live chat itself ... it started out as mostly a performance, with Lil Tay hopping on different instruments and covering famous songs -- showing off her musical prowess. Eventually, she talked on camera ... and she was doing her typical foul-mouthed shtick.

Once she got past that ... Tay got serious and addressed the elephant in the room -- namely, where the heck she's been and why she's been making these accusations against her dad.

Long story short, LT claims her dad got involved in her life while she was getting famous several years ago -- and says he successfully gained custody of her for a good while ... a chapter in her life during which Tay alleges she was abused and mistreated by her father, Chris Hope, and his now wife. She alleges physical and mental abuse, among other things.

After airing a lot of allegations, Tay explained the death hoax ... which she claims was her father's doing -- not to mention a person she says has gone around claiming to be her ex-manager. Tay claims this person has been lying ... alleging they're in cahoots with her dad. She claims they wanted to fake her death as part of some sort of crypto scheme -- although the exact details of that aren't clear. Frankly, her diatribe was sorta all over the place.

The bottom line ... Tay says her mom has regained custody and that she's ready to move on and restart her career. LT fiercely defends her mother as her biggest supporter -- and, clearly, Tay herself is onboard with the game plan here ... namely, getting into showbiz.

Now, as far as where Tay's dad lands on all this ... he told us last week that her abuse claims were BS -- and strongly suggested legal action was coming toward whoever was putting his kid up to this. Sounds like there's some unsettled business between her parents.

En el video aparece Tay cantando y bailando con poca ropa y posando delante de un montón de carros de lujo en una casa muy bonita. Allí habla de su amor por el dinero, etc.

En cuanto al chat en directo, este comenzó como una actuación, con Lil Tay tocando diferentes instrumentos y versionando canciones famosas que demuestran su destreza musical. En cierto momento, habló hacia la cámara, con su estilo malhablado que la caracteriza.

Luego de eso, se puso seria y abordó el elefante en la habitación, es decir, la pregunta sobre dónde diablos ha estado todo este tiempo y por qué ha estado haciendo acusaciones en contra su padre.

En pocas palabras, Lil Tay afirma que su padre se involucró en su vida mientras se estaba haciendo famosa hace varios años, un capítulo de su vida durante el cual alega que fue abusada y maltratada por su padre, Chris Hope, y su actual esposa. Lil alega abuso físico y mental, entre otras cosas. Su padre había obtenido la custodia para cuidarla durante un buen tiempo.

Después de airear un montón de acusaciones, Tay se refirió al engaño sobre su muerte, que según ella fue cosa de su padre, por no hablar de una persona que según ella ha ido por ahí diciendo ser su ex-manager. Tay afirma que esta persona ha estado mintiendo, alegando que están confabulados con su padre. Afirma que querían fingir su muerte como parte de una especie de esquema criptográfico, aunque los detalles exactos no están claros. Francamente, su diatriba fue un poco por todas partes.

En conclusión, Tay dice que su madre ha recuperado la custodia y que está lista para seguir adelante y reiniciar su carrera. Defiende ferozmente a su madre como su mayor apoyo, y claramente, la propia Tay está muy bordo con el plan de entrar en el mundo del espectáculo.

Ahora, en cuanto al rol del padre de Tay en todo esto, él nos dijo la semana pasada que las denuncias de abuso eran mentira y sugirió fuertes acciones legales a quienquiera que esté poniendo a su hija en esta situación. Parece que hay algunos asuntos pendientes entre sus padres.

El hermano de Tupac Shakur se alegra de que finalmente haya habido un arresto por el asesinato del rapero después de todos estos años, pero desde su perspectiva, la investigación aún no ha terminado.

El hermano de Tupac, Mopreme Shakur le dice a TMZ que la detención de Duane Keith "Keefe D" Davis en relación con el asesinato de Pac es "agridulce" por varias razones. Él dice que el tiempo es una cosa, pero la detención también trae de vuelta el trauma del asesinato de su hermano.

Como hemos informado, Keefe D fue detenido el viernes por el Departamento de Policía Metropolitana de Las Vegas después de que un gran jurado lo acusara de un cargo de asesinato abierto con el uso de un arma mortal con una pandilla.

Mopreme nos dice que un arresto no significa que haya justicia para Tupac. Aunque dice que es bueno que alguien finalmente se haga responsable por la muerte de Pac, espera a ver si hay otras detenciones, incluidos los posibles cómplices.

2Pac's sibling, Mopreme Shakur tells TMZ ... the arrest of Duane "Keffe D" Davis in connection with Pac's murder brings back the trauma of his brother's slaying.

As we reported ... Keffe D was arrested Friday by Las Vegas Metropolitan police after a grand jury indicted him on one count of murder with use of a deadly weapon, with a gang enhancement.

Mopreme tells us ... one arrest doesn't mean there's now justice for Tupac ... while he says it's good someone is finally being held accountable for Pac's murder, he's waiting to see if there are other arrests, including potential accomplices.

Tupac's brother wants more information on the motive behind the infamous 1996 murder, although cops made it clear ... the motive was revenge after Tupac and his team beat up Keffe D's nephew after the Mike Tyson fight.

Mopreme says LVPD only recently got in contact with Pac's family about the murder investigation, but the detective who first reached out has since retired ... something Mopreme says has been problematic in Pac's case.

Keffe D's arrest did come as a surprise to the Shakurs ... Mopreme says cops didn't give them any inkling a bust was imminent.

Still, it's a big development for Mopreme ... earlier this month he cast doubt on the police investigation after cops executed a search warrant in connection to his brother's murder.

Meanwhile, Tupac's sister, Sekyiwa "Set," told TMZ in a statement ... "This is no doubt a pivotal moment. The silence of the past 27 years surrounding this case has spoken loudly in our community."

She added ... "It’s important to me that the world, the country, the justice system, and our people acknowledge the gravity of the passing of this man, my brother, my mother’s son, my father’s son. His life and death matters, and should not go unsolved or unrecognized, so yes, today is a victory but I will reserve judgment until all the facts and legal proceedings are complete."

"Married to Medicine: Los Angeles" star Lia Dias reached a settlement in her nasty divorce ... but she's got work to do if she wants to have some quality time with her children.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge recently signed off on a settlement in the Lia and Colin Dias divorce ... which gives Colin sole legal and physical custody of their kiddos, Kaylin and Colin Jr.

Lia used to have monitored visitation with the children three days a week, but that order has been suspended ... instead, Lia can only see the kids for weekly sessions, with a therapist.

The settlement also calls for Lia to have phone calls and video calls with both kids ... but only for 15 minutes per kid and only during a single weekday.

There's a path for Lia to spend more time with her kids ... but it's complicated by the restraining order Colin got against her in November 2021, when he claimed she threatened to kill him before attacking him a few days later while he was shopping at a PetSmart with their kids.

In order to be able to spend time with her kids again, Lia has to comply with the restraining order ... and if she keeps her nose clean for a year, time with the kids will be back on the table.

Meanwhile, the settlement leaves Colin with the former couple's home in Beverly Hills and a few other properties ...while Lia walks away with a residential property in Las Vegas, an Inglewood, CA watering hole, and a couple other properties.

Tyrese Gibson is embroiled in another legal saga ... this one doesn't involve Home Depot, but rather the late singer Teddy Pendergrass.

The 'Fast & Furious' star has a production company, Voltron Entertainment, which is suing Teddy's widow, Joan Pendergrass, over the rights to Teddy's biopic.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Tyrese claims his company locked up the exclusive rights to Teddy's life story way back in 2011 ... with Joan's blessing.

Tyrese says Joan would give Tyrese the rights to a book and movie about Teddy in exchange for Tyrese's company agreeing to invest in the projects and use his celeb status to promote them and Teddy's legacy.

In the suit, Tyrese claims he and Voltron have since invested around $450,000 into the project ... which he says he's been pushing forward for nearly a decade.

Problem is ... Tyrese claims Joan switched up in 2022 and refused to extend the option on the rights to Teddy's life story.

Tyrese claims Joan's about-face caused Voltron to suffer financial harm ... so now he’s suing Joan in her individual capacity and as executor of Teddy's estate for at least $1 million in damages.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott's son's name change is now official in the eyes of the law.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the judge signed off on the famous parents legally changing their child's name from Wolf Jacques Webster to Aire Webster.

The docs say Kylie showed face in court virtually Friday ... and while Travis did not make an appearance, the docs say he didn’t file any objection to the switch so the judge ultimately granted the petition.

TMZ broke the story ... Kylie filed docs to change the kid's name back in March, noting they regretted the initial name choice of Wolf Jacques and saying they thought Aire was a better fit.

Remember ... Kylie and Travis announced as far back as March 2022 they were scrapping Wolf ... and in January 2023, a few weeks before the kid's first birthday, Kylie revealed they were now calling him Aire.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained court docs in which prosecutors are asking to modify the Never Broke Again rapper's current bond conditions ... they want the judge to keep him out of Chatham County, Georgia pending his trial.

Quando currently resides in Midway, GA ... a town roughly 30 miles outside of Savannah and where they say doesn't have the same dangers for Quando in Chatham County, a more urban area.

On the flip side, prosecutors say Quando has been targeted in violent shooting attacks at least 3 times in urban settings, including a September 20 attack at a local barbershop where at least 2 people were shot and 30 shell casings were collected at the scene.

Officials note that Quando's bond was granted for him to continue his rap career -- but prosecutors say he was not performing or doing anything related to his music career "while loitering outside" at the time of the September shooting.

The docs also make mention of the August 2022 shooting when Quando's friend was killed in his presence.

We broke the story that kicked off this latest legal jam ... Quando was charged with drug possession over Father's Day weekend.

Joe Jonas expressed his desire to make a UK estate his family's "forever home," but that's unlikely to sway the judge in deciding to move his divorce from Sophie Turner overseas ... because that's just not how the law works.

Sophie says Joe expressed his desire to move his entire family on multiple occasions, and even wrote a letter to a homeowner in the UK expressing interest in buying their estate.

Sophie submitted the letter in court docs, obtained by Page Six, in which Joe says, "We could tell that your family have truly loved living here and we can envision our children growing up here and making this our forever home."

While the letter may prove Joe wanted to live in the UK, his family never established residency there. They have lived as a family in the U.S. ... therefore, it's pretty certain a U.S. judge -- not a UK judge -- will handle their divorce.

What's more ... our sources say that while he, Sophie and the homeowners in the UK did reach an agreement to buy the home for $7.5 million, the sale never closed and is still in escrow. So again, no residency in jolly ol' England.

We're told Joe, Sophie, Willa and Delphine have never lived anywhere longer than 6 months other than when they were in Florida ... which is where Joe filed for divorce.

Ne-Yo has been declared the legal father of his 2 youngest kids he's got with his new girlfriend ... this coming months after asking the court to establish him as their pops.

According to new docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge has found it in the best interest of the kids that Ne-Yo be declared the natural and biological daddy of Braiden, born in 2021, and Brixton, born last February ... giving them all rights and privileges under the law.

The docs also provide the 2 will also have their last name changed from Bagnerise to Smith -- Ne-Yo's legal last name.

TMZ broke the story, the singer asked for the court to establish parentage for Braiden and Braxton back in May. He was also looking to have them be able to inherit from him as if they were born in wedlock.

Tyrese Gibson isn't about to let Home Depot call him a liar over his claims of racism ... saying he refuses to be bullied by the retail giant, and is gonna do all he can to correct the alleged discrimination he says he faced inside one of HD's stores.

Tyrese tells us he's 100% committed to "taking a stand against The Home Depot in defense of our own civil rights and the civil rights of all who have been subjected to discriminatory practices and consumer racial profiling."

He continues, "The Home Depot and its team of attorneys seek to deny our claims and silence our voices as reflected in their most recent court filing. But we will not back down. We will not be bullied. We will use all of our energy to  correct the conduct of the company, in service of the broader goal of a shared future free from discrimination."

TMZ broke the story, HD responded to Tyrese's lawsuit Thursday claiming they've reviewed surveillance footage that pokes a lot of holes in Tyrese's initial lawsuit.

The store says Tyrese came in, grabbed a bunch of items and had a cashier ring everything up ... then left the register to do more shopping for 25 minutes, forcing the cashier to clear Tyrese's transaction.

In his original lawsuit, Tyrese said the cash register delay happened because of a computer glitch and he had to go to the parking lot to hide out because people started to recognize who he was rather than stick around to watch the rest of the transaction.

Tyrese says the cashier allowed him to leave his credit card with a couple buddies who would complete the transaction ... but HD is calling BS, saying their footage shows Tyrese never even spoke face-to-face to the cashier.

Eventually, Tyrese got on FaceTime with the cashier from the parking lot, but the cashier and store manager let him know he needed to come inside and present his ID to complete the purchase.

Home Depot says their surveillance footage shows Tyrese come back inside, get in a heated argument with store employees ... but he eventually showed his ID and completed the purchase.
