1/18/23 -- Ice Spice's attorney, Leon Morabia, tells TMZ …“The claim is baseless. We will vigorously defend this case and look forward to our day in court when we will be fully vindicated.”

Ice Spice is being dragged to court over her hit song "In Ha Mood" ... 'cause a rapper and his producer are accusing her of straight up ripping off their work.

Ice Spice is being sued for copyright infringement by D.Chamberz, who says he wrote, recorded and released a song called "In That Mood" a year before her famous single.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, D.Chamberz says he released his song on all major digital platforms in January 2022 and he thinks Ice Spice's producer heard it on the radio way before her song came out.

He claims Ice Spice's song copies the beat, lyrics, hook, rhythmic structure, metrical placement, and narrative context of his track.

As for how "In That Mood" allegedly appeared on Ice Spice's radar ... D.Chamberz claims he performed it dozens of times in NYC in venues near where Ice and her producer, Riot, reside.

D.Chamberz also says his song got airplay on Hot 97 FM in NYC, and he thinks it's more likely than not Riot was tuning in ... and he says there are social media receipts backing his claim.

Ice Spice's song is certified gold and the music video has more than 45 million views on YouTube ... and D.Chamberz wants at least half of the song's publishing and other revenue ... plus damages.

We reached out to Ice Spice's camp ... so far no word back.

Cassie was spotted in public in Connecticut back in November immediately following the rape lawsuit settlement ... but as far as official events, Paris Fashion Week is the first for her as she starts a new chapter.

Meanwhile, Diddy's stepped out from the spotlight ... as he's been hit with other lawsuits accusing him of rape/sexual assault, allegations he's vehemently denied at every juncture.

Donald Trump's taking a break from his legal issues to support Melania as she lays her mother to rest in Florida.

The former prez stood somber Friday morning next to his wife and their son Barron -- the whole family was dressed in Black as they attended the funeral for Amalija Knavs in Palm Beach.

Melania's dad Viktor remained glued to her side as they followed the casket out of the Episcopal Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea, ready to lay Amalija in her final resting place.

As we previously reported ... the former First Lady announced her mother passed away last Tuesday It's not clear exactly how she died, but Trump told a crowd on New Year's Eve his mother-in-law had recently fallen "very ill."

Trump also called the night Amalija passed a very sad one for the family, while adding she "has just gone to a beautiful place in the sky. She was an incredible woman, and will be missed far beyond words!”

The leading Republican presidential candidate is clearly prioritizing his family's mourning -- he's off the campaign trail after dominating the Iowa Caucus, and also skipped the E. Jean Carroll defamation trial in NYC to be at the funeral.

One other takeaway from Thursday's service ... Barron's really grown up in recent years and is the spitting image of his father, when he was young. Check out the pics, especially the one where he's extending a hand to support Dad.

Doja Cat's allegedly being physically and verbally abused by her big brother ... at least that's what their mother is telling a judge.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Doja's mom, Deborah Elizabeth Sawyer, filed for a temporary restraining order against her 30-year-old son, Raman Dalithando Dlamini ... and in her filing, she makes some serious accusations.

Doja's mom lists Doja as another person who needs protection from Raman ... reason being, mama claims Doja's had her teeth knocked out by Raman.

That's not all ... Doja's mom also alleges Raman's given Doja cuts and bruises, and destroyed and stolen some of Doja's property.

In the docs, Doja's mother claims Raman is also verbally abusive toward his famous sister "in a very degrading and demeaning manor [sic]” ... and she says Raman has made Doja feel "unsafe and traumatized."

As for her own safety, Doja's mom alleges Raman physically abused her and threatened her multiple times over the past year, claiming the most recent incident happened earlier this month.

The judge granted Doja's mom court-ordered protection from Raman pending a hearing for a permanent restraining order, but did not grant that same protection for Doja Cat -- instead, saying the artist would need to file her own request for a restraining order.

It's worth noting ... Doja's mom says she had a restraining order against her son in the past, but it's since expired.

Lori Loughlin's daughter Olivia Jade may want to redub her "prison" comment in a YouTube video she created showing off her amazing kitchen.

Olivia gave everyone a tour of her luxurious Los Angeles home in the 17-plus minute video she shot and uploaded to her YT vlog. But things got weird once she stepped into the kitchen and alluded to Lori's imprisonment for her mom's role in the infamous college admissions scandal.

Check it out ... Talking directly into the camera, Olivia tells her audience she just ordered wallpaper, so the kitchen won't feel so sterile.

She repeats the phrase, "It's not gonna feel like," before she stops and thinks for a moment. Then she delivers the punchline -- "a prison."

Realizing what she just said, Olivia warns her viewers to “Save the jokes. I don’t want to hear it. I set you up and I don’t want you to tee off. OK?”

Of course, the 24-year-old influencer was referring to her mother Lori and father Mossimo Giannulli's federal convictions in the 2021 college admissions case.

Lori and Mossimo pled guilty to paying a fixer half a million dollars to get Olivia and her sister, Isabella Rose, accepted into the University of Southern California under the false pretense they were rowing recruits.

Todd Chrisley's disgusted by his living conditions in prison, but he's still really worried about a potential prison transfer ... TMZ has learned.

The reality star's attorney Jay Surgent tells TMZ ... his client doesn't want to move prisons because he's afraid guards and officials within the new facility will retaliate against him for speaking out against living conditions in his current pad, FPC Pensacola.

Basically, Todd -- who's doing a 12-year bid for a slew of fraud charges -- thinks his well-documented criticism of FPCP will have other prison officials taking aim at him ... and he's keeping his head on a swivel.

Jay says TC's heard through the grapevine he could be on his way out after ripping on Pensacola for disgusting food, possible mold and bad plumbing ... among other issues.

It's all hypothetical currently -- Jay hasn't received formal notice of transfer or anything like that -- but says if Todd is booted out of Florida, he'll most likely stay in the federal system, not a state prison ... as his daughter, Savannah, said he might be.

Family is another reason Todd's lookin' to stay in Pensacola ... Savannah's consistently visiting him and her mom, Julie, who's locked up in Kentucky. Todd's worried they'll move him too far away, and it'll make it harder for Savannah to visit him.

Plus, Surgent says Chrisley's become a mentor to Pensacola's other inmates ... a good thing too since Surgent told us a few months ago Todd believes God sent him to prison to help other inmates.

For its part, a spokesperson for the Federal Bureau of Prisons said it doesn't comment on individual prison transfers, but explained it reassigns prisoners for a variety of reasons including medical needs and or security reasons.

The FBOP spokesperson adds the government agency's top priority is providing safe, secure and humane accommodations for prisoners. The org encourages incarcerated individuals to go through the proper channels when voicing their concerns.

1/18 9:35 AM -- The minor's attorney, Gloria Allred, tells TMZ Sports ... "It does not surprise me that law enforcement would close their investigation since our client who is a minor and her parents have chosen not to speak to law enforcement to protect their privacy."

Oklahoma City Thunder guard Josh Giddey will not face charges stemming from a police investigation into whether he had an improper relationship with an underage girl ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Newport Beach PD tells us the case -- which was launched back in November -- is officially closed ... after officials found no corroborating evidence.

In other words, no one involved was willing to talk ... and 21-year-old Giddey is in the clear.

As we previously reported, Giddey was the center of serious allegations made on social media during Thanksgiving weekend ... with photos and videos showing him interacting with a girl believed to be a high school junior at the time.

The NBA looked into the claims at the time ... but once Newport PD got involved, Adam Silver said it would take a "backseat" and let law enforcement do its thing.

Our sources told us at the time that the minor and her family were unwilling to cooperate with investigators ... which was a major roadblock in the process. We were also told the minor even lawyered up with prominent attorney Gloria Allred.

Giddey -- who has not publicly addressed the allegations -- has continued to play for the Thunder throughout the probe ... and has faced jeers from opposing fans on numerous occasions.

While a judge has yet to officially sign off ... this thing is all but gone -- which is a big deal considering how dramatic it was when ST first ran to court citing a child abduction law.

You'll recall ... when she invoked that statute -- claiming, at the time, Joe was preventing their 2 children from traveling to see her across the pond by allegedly withholding their passports -- it elevated that whole matter to a federal level. So, it was on Uncle Sam's radar.

She also claimed they, as a family, had decided England would become their permanent home ... but because Joe was allegedly keeping the kids in NY amid their still-fresh divorce filing, she claimed his actions ran afoul of international child abduction laws.

Since then, of course, she and Joe have landed in a much better place -- yes, their divorce is still proceeding, but they've temporarily worked out who gets the kids and when ... which they're citing here as the reason that this lawsuit she submitted can now go bye-bye.

This just further signals continued efforts by the exes to hash things out privately -- for the sake of their daughters, we assume -- after they kicked off their public split on a particularly bitter foot.

First signs of the pair trying to work things out emerged in October ... they agreed to a temporary child custody arrangement -- with the kids going back & forth between them over holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and in between.

It appears other aspects of the divorce are still being worked out ... but in the meantime, they both seem to have moved on romantically -- Sophie moving on to British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson and Joe to model Stormi Bree.

The actor-turned-politician was held at the Munich Airport on Wednesday after trying to take an "unregistered" luxury watch through customs ... the Terminator didn't try to fight his way out of this one ... instead being spotted calmly hanging with customs agents.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... customs detained AS for three hours for traveling with a watch he owns -- one he might auction tomorrow in Austria.

They say Arnold was never asked to fill out a declaration form, but once he got to customs he was hit with what they describe as an "incompetent shakedown."

But, the former bodybuilding champ didn't make a fuss ... agreeing to prepay potential taxes on the watch -- again, a watch he already owns -- in order to get on with his day.

Authorities tried to have Arnold use a credit card machine for an hour ... but failure after failure forced the customs agents to take Schwarzenegger to a bank so he could withdraw cash from an ATM.

That should've been the end of the story ... except the ATM had too low a limit -- the taxes ended up costing AS $10,613 -- and the bank was closed too! The group headed back to the airport, and another officer brought a new, working credit card machine.

Our sources say the watch will still likely be auctioned off tomorrow for the Schwarzenegger Climate Initiative -- a nonprofit dedicated to supporting clean energy efforts worldwide.

A spokesperson for the Munich Main Customs Office says it's simple, telling a local German outlet they've initiated criminal proceedings because the watch is an import staying in the EU -- it has to be declared.

As for why it took so long, the spokesperson explained the rest of Arnie's luggage had to be checked ... and that takes time.

Pierce Brosnan's not caving to the federal government ... fighting two charges he hiked into a restricted area at Yellowstone National Park.

The actor entered a not guilty plea for two illegal hiking charges on January 4 after he was cited for allegedly wandering into a "delicate" hot springs at the park in Wyoming.

The judge granted PB's request to cancel his initial court appearance and set up a virtual conference for February 20.

As we previously reported ... authorities cited 007 last month for allegedly going off-trail near Mammoth Hot Springs on November 1 -- violating several closures.

The proof seems to be in the pics here too ... Brosnan appears to have forgotten his lessons in spy secrecy, posting photos that look like they're from the off-limits area. He was up in Wyoming filming his new Western "The Unholy Trinity."

The hot springs are off-limits to tourists for a reason ... they're super fragile and can take years to correct if damaged -- not to mention the people who have died from falling into the boiling/acidic springs

Colin Nathaniel Scott is just one example ... authorities think he dissolved in the pool waters -- only slightly higher on the pH scale than stomach acid -- after venturing off-trail in 2015.

If found guilty, Pierce might see a $5,000 fine ... or even six months of hard time.
